Sean and Tony in Sales were low keyed, listened and were excellent to do business with. I traded my BMW coupe for a new Jeep Wrangler 4 Door and they truly made the buying experience pleasurable and stress free. I shopped several dealerships in the Boston metro area and even in NY where I used to live and Deluca had inventory and the support combined with an interest in doing business that others did not exude. Sean and Tony earned my business without any high pressure tactics and we worked a fair trade on my BMW. I will be sure to return for my future purchases and would suggest anyone who happens across this review to give them a shot. Professional, courteous and they want to do business. Love my Jeep:) Always wanted one. Give them a try!

Was completely tricked. Bate and switch. Very upset with this Dealership. I am a veteran and was told this was a good place to go. I made an appointment for a specific vehicle. I actually ended up being freed up early and emailed for a earlier time. They told me no problem. They set it up for the earlier time. I was told the vehicle would ready and waiting for me to test drive, for my convenience. I arrived exactly on time. As I pull into a spot, I receive an email the vehicle is no longer available. Then they ask if I would be interested in another vehicle. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid a babysitter and drove 3.5 hours round trip. It is companies like this that causes Americans to lose faith. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. Do not go here. Do not allow them to prey on people. Use your dollars to say enough is enough and go elsewhere.

First off, THANK YOU, from 9am to 3pm BOOM new Jeep. Tyler was my sales rep and he Was outstanding. Polite, very professional, and knew my every question and showed me with demonstration. I will definitely be a returning customer, Thank you 🙏 all for the professionalism and new Jeep ✊
