Would like to share the outstanding customer service I received last week in leasing my new Roque. I arrived late Friday afternoon and was introduced to Zachary Diehl. He took the time to explore my needs and not try to convience me of what I would like or need. As the dealership was closing Zach didn't make me feel rushed - - in fact I told him we could finalize the deal in the AM. I arrived the next morning with my new Rogue ready for me. Ryan Boyd in finance was a pleasure to work with as well and didn't force "sell' me anything. I would recomment Bill Dodge Nissan Saco to anyone. My experience at this dealership was great. I got an awesome deal for a new Maxima which was being offered for a promotional price much below any dealership in a span of 70 miles. I traded my old car in and after some negotiations I was able to get a very good price for my monthly payment. They were willing to negotiate in spite of the very low promotional price they were offering. Both Zach and Ryan were courteous, friendly and fair during the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan vehicle.

I started this process of buying a new 2015 Nissan Frontier about two months ago in South Florida. Zach Diehl contacted me almost immediately and we discussed the truck and the options I needed. The deal was agreed upon two weeks before we arrived in Portland, Maine. He found the truck, brought it to the Saco location and then brought the new truck to the hotel we were residing in until our home was ready. I went back with him to the dealership and signed off on the paperwork and was gone. Everything was perfect and I highly advise all buyers to shop here first...you will not be disappointed.

I accompanied my elderly Mom to pick up her new vehicle last week! It was the first vehicle she bought on her own - she is 87!. The entire deal was handled flawlessly! I sold my 2010 Nissan Xterra to Bill Dodge on Oct 4th 2014 through Joe Tobin. I had purchased my vehicle new from a Nissan dealership and had financed it through Nissan NMAC. I am active duty military scheduled to deploy overseas. I needed to sell it fast. I brought the SUV into Bill Dodge and was offered a fair price and sold it that day. They explained the process and told me return (Monday Oct 6th) to collect the remaining balance because I still owed on the vehicle. I returned Monday and was told they couldnt send it out because it was after close of business on Saturday and that Tuesday (Oct 7th) he would call me and let me know where we were in the process. He failed to call. I called him Wednesday (Oct 8th) reinforming him that I was scheduled to deploy Oct 9th, he said that instead of mailing out the remaining balance they would direct deposit the money to my account no later than the 15th. Through inprocessing and limited communication I was finally able to check if I had received payment on Oct 23rd. Still nothing. I called and talked to Joe Tobin he said that they had mailed out my balance payment to the residence I no longer live at. Joe Tobin told me that they will cancel the check and direct deposit my remaining balance guaranteed no later than today the 27 Oct. Still nothing. He reassured me that he would e-mail on Friday to let me know that he was tracking and coordinating everything that needed to be done. Every time I called and tried to get this issue resolved he wanted to act like my buddy and not a professional that I expect when I do business with a professional organization. I am extremely disappointed with how this organization does business and I dont want anyone else to have to go through the trouble Ive had to.

This place is just amazing! Even though we have a Nissan Dealer in our own City, we keep getting the best deal, best price, and best service from the people at Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco. We priced out a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and Bill Dodge gave us more for our trade and saved us thousands over everyone else. Bob and Dan were friendly and not pushy at all, we like that over other Dealers we have dealt with. The New showroom is really very nice, you can watch them service your car through the large windows and seating area, and the Large Screen T.V. makes waiting for service very nice. It's just so pleasant dealing with honest friendly people, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't drive 15 minutes to buy a vehicle and save big time. This is our families 4th new vehicle from the Nissan of Saco Dealership, and I'm sure it won't be our last! Thanks to all the staff at Bill Dodge for treating us with respect and dignity, and again thanks for the great deal!

Overall experience was greatly positive, efficient, and completely different from any other dealerships I have used in previous years, where I did or did not buy from.At Nissan of Saco, I did not feel 'preyed upon' or left feeling denensive at all. It was great as I got to drive home the auto that day, after only a few hours time, including financing.Jonathan was great about answering any questions after the sale, even a few months after the sale when I lost a remote and could not find the number to call for the replacent plan. This is what I call great help! Five stars for all of Jonathan's help! He rocks.

This is the second time I have bought a new Nissan from Nissan of Saco. Rich Mayerson and Bill Wheaton again had the best price and best overall deal on a new Nissan Sentra. (NOTE: It's more like a "Family" than a Dealer.) Bill got me the price I wanted along with very good financing. Rich set me up with the test drive and answered all my question's to a tee. These fine people are the kind of people that you just don't see in most car dealers. They are so helpful in putting together a deal, it's just a pleasure buying from them. I went to Nissan of Saco to look at a used 2010 Subaru which was on the lot for resale. I was greeted by Rich Mayerson on the lot. Not only was he genuinely friendly and helpful, he was professional and extremely smart. He gave me all the time I needed in the decision making process. I can't say enough about Rich and Bill Wheaton, the Sales Manager at Nissan. Before this visit to Nissan of Subaru, I had never had a good experience with a car dealership. I loved Rich! What a great bunch of people to deal with. When I buy a new vehicle I want to have a straightforward price for the new vehicle and my trade. That's what these guys did. When I called and asked for details I got it. When I asked for pricing I got it.Whilst one the local Toyota dealers was trying to answer simple price and trade questions and the other one failed to even contact me I was driving away in my new Nissan Frontier.I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are part of the Waldron Group so if you need Volvo, Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, Nissan and Kia I am sure the service will be exactly the same-it's a Corporate thing just like the BS you get from some of the others!

My wife and I recently had a baby and were in need of a larger vehicle. We wanted to purchase a low milage vehicle that was used. We were introduced to Adrian Warrick at Nissan of Saco and he made my goals his. After a few days, Adrian called me up and said that he had located the car we were looking for - a Subaru Outback Wagon. We test drove the vehicle and my wife loved it. Adrian then went into action and let us test drive the vehicle overnight. The next day he followed up with us; we dicided to purchase the car! Adrian had all the paperwork completed and was able to beat the price that we wanted to pay by 1000.00!Thanks to Adrian Warrick and Nissan of Saco, my baby Raegan has a new ride!

I looked for months to find a good deal on a used Altima. I knew I wanted a specific year/color/engine/price. I found this online and emailed Bill Wheaton from Nissan of Saco. He returned with in a matter of minutes and suggested I come and see him. When I got there I was greeted with big smiles from him as well as Rich Mayerson. Both gentlemen were and are very professional, good listeners, and most importantly they were NOT PUSHY! It took me a few days to decide whether this car was right for me but one thing I knew is that I definitely wanted do business with Rich as well as Nissan of Saco. Rich provided me with great knowledge and insight about the car. When it came time to negotiate, Rich was honest and sincere and I believe we both walked away with solid deals. He is a person I highly recommend when it comes time for you to buy your next car!!!!

My husband I went into the dealership to just check out the Nissan Juke. I was very impressed with the patience and kindness of the staff. Dave was the one who found the color Juke I wanted. Jeff found a lender that would finance me. And Derek made us feel comfortable. I ended up purchasing the Juke at Nissan of Saco.When I asked for an extra key for the car, they stated that I could get one. But they need to work on the after sale part. They always answered my telephone calls before the sale was done but, after I drove off, I called 2 days in a row, left messages for Dave about the extra key. No reply. I talked to Jim Wheaton on Saturday. He stated that he would check on it and call me back. I got no reply. I called Monday and left a message for Dave. No reply 2 hours later. I would think they would make an effort to call you back even after the sale. I am not sure about recommending them to any of my friends or family. They have to work on their after sale skills.

Dave is the most wonderful car dealer that I have ever gone through. Granted I know him personally and through business, and I can honestly say that Dave is an all around wonderful person. He will not stop until you are completely satisfied with everything. He is honest and trustworthy and I would recomend him to any person(s) looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Even if they don't have what you like on the lot he will stop at nothing and leave no stone unturned to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied! Dave is such a fun person who loves his job and loves the people who he meets through that job. Again, I would completely 100 percent recomend him to any customer who is a little scared or nervious about buying a new car. He walks you through the steps, and proceedures in English, and makes sure you understand fully what he is doing. DAVE IS THE BEST! :-)

When I came to this dealer I had just lost my car to a blown engine and had been searching numerous other dealers. I had already had a sour taste in my mouth by the time I got to Nissan of Saco, my search up to that point was not going well, I was directed to Dave after inquiring about a Scion xA, Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and was by no means pushy about anything. The Scion turned out to be a manual which I can not drive , although Dave did offer lessons on how to drive one. Dave asked a few questions about my price range and brought me a Saab 9-3 Aero, just seeing that car drive into the garage had me speechless. Dave allowed me to quietly admire the car, I was in love with it once I sat in the drivers seat. Dave took me on a drive and explained EVERYTHING about the car and made sure that I understood. The whole sales process was great, Dave let my 6 year old son use his Ipad to draw and even had snacks for him as well. He was very polite and informative. When I need to buy another car I can only hope I deal with Dave and Nissan of Saco again, with the team they have there, you cant lose!!!

I was approached by Rich while shopping for a vehicle after being rear-ended. I didn't find anything on my first visit but Rich knew what I was looking for and continued to follow up with me without being pushy. I actually bought a vehicle and returned it for a newer Nissan because the financing was excellent. We started our truck shopping adventure at a Chevy dealer checking out the Silverado's, then ventured over to a Toyota dealer to check out the Tundra's, must say they are both nice trucks. But we just weren't comfortable with experience at either place. We were asked numerous times, what could they offer us to make us purchase said truck today, we felt pressured the whole time we were there. We decided that we'd wait, our truck ran fine, looked good but it was 12 years old. For whatever reason, we decided to check out the Nissan Titan's, and I am so glad that we did. Our truck buying experience at Nissan of Saco, was great. Our salesman Dave Atkinson, was awesome, I have to say that he helped make this one of the most stress free vehicle purchases we've ever had. If your in the process of looking for a new vehicle, give them a try, and if Dave's busy, just wait a little bit, he's worth it. We are very pleased with our decision and absolutely LOVE our 2011 Nissan Titan. The rest of our family is Toyota, but we're glad we bought this Nissan.

Rich was a fantastic sales person. He got us in the door and really tried to sell without being pushy. We were NOT looking to buy new, but he convinced us and we are glad we did. He was very personable, professional and he knows his stuff. What impressed me the most about him is how he treated us AFTER the sale. On follow up conversations, he treated us just as great even after the paper work was signed and we drove off the lot. It showed that he really cares about his clients. To me that means a lot. The Sales manager Derek was very easy to work with as well. In addition, one of the other other Sales men named Dave was so nice to my 5 year old son. He let him use his tablet and gave him snacks. It is the little things that make people satisfied. He wasn't even our sales guy and he was still trying to make us feel comfortable there. We'd buy there again. The one thing I may consider doing differently next time is shopping around on financing outside of the dealership. I am not 100% convinced that they did the best that they could have. You guys might consider adding questions about financing.

I would recommend going to Nissan of Saco when purchasing a new car. Frank was friendly and knowledgable salesman. He was upbeat, positive and understanding when I decided to return and test drive the Juke a second time prior to purchasing. The best part was that he never made me feel pressured to purchase a car and I can't say I've always felt that way at other dealerships! Frank was more than happy to address my multiple questions about the workings of the car and has offered to meet with me again to review the navigation system. Frank, salesman, was absolutely great, SO friendly. His best quality was that he was not aggressive or pushy. He was aware of what we wanted and did his best to make the deal happen. As my husband had to take the truck back to have a bedliner sprayed on, Frank made sure he had a loaner available so he wouldn't be without transportation for the time it took to have the work accomplished. We feel confident that if there are any issues with the truck, Frank will help us all that he can. He gets an A+ !!Derek, general manager, was both pleasant and patient during the negotiation process.The only negative aspect of the buying process was that we had been pre-approved for a loan (in fact,the bank representative had called to notify of same)yet had to wait while Jeff, business manager, basically "checked us out" i.e. obtain info from the bank, determine our credit rating, basically re-doing what we had already done....did not understand that but we were told it was "policy". Neither did Jeff inform us that there would be a $50.00 bank fee, which I later discovered, for obtaining the loan there rather than just going to the bank and picking up the check.

Frank met me outside for our appointment and led me into the showroom, which was clean and attractive. We went to his desk and he offered me something to drink. Then we went outside to test-drive the two cars we had discussed. He was very professional in his approach and in his appearance. He spoke very knowledgeably about each car, discussing the major features in some detail, explaining the benefits of each feature. He never seemed rushed or pushy, but rather he was helpful and informative, as well as pleasant. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would definitely buy a car from him, and, assuming he is typical of the sales staff, from this dealership.

I don't typically write reviews, but given the exceptional service and beautiful car I purchased from Nissan of Saco, I wanted to share my experience. Like most people, I consider purchasing a vehicle to be much like a root canal. It isn't fun, it's expensive and I walk out wondering exactly what happened. We had visited the Nissan dealership a little more than a year ago and met Adrian, but we weren't ready to take the plunge. Now it was time. We were prepared, did our research and was armed for the dreaded experience. Here we go... When we pulled up last week, Adrian recognized us and came out to greet us. He helped us to find the car that would be the perfect fit for our family. Based on previous experiences (with another dealership that rhymes with slime) it is unusual for a salesman not to pressure you and try and get you to buy a car within 60 minutes or less. Adrian actually listened to what we were looking for. He sat with us on 3 different days to find us the exact car we wanted (Crimson Black 2011 Maxima SV, cold weather package, monitor package)at a price that was reasonable. In addition to the time he spent with us at the dealership, he spent another 4 days locating the car we wanted. Adrian was very patient with us and there was never a glimpse of high pressure sales tactics. None. Never. Once we sealed the deal, we met with Jim to finance the vehicle. A superbly easy process with another nice guy. Jim offered us additional warranties with the car. When we declined, he did not try to force our hand. Jim was very respectful of what we wanted and we closed the deal in no time. Another A+ in my book!We absolutely love our new car!! We have had it 2 days and I can't believe I did not discover the Maxima sooner!! Most importantly, I wanted to share the positive experience we had with others to impart that not all car buying experiences will have you wanting to put a fork in your eye. I drove away feeling great. I have a new car I love at the price point I was looking for and I now a have a relationship with a car dealer that I respect and would happily return to. Never thought I would say that!

I was looking to trade my 2001 Frontier for a new or used vehicle. Over a 2 day period I worked with Frank M., who helped me focus on what I wanted, showed me what was available. I bought a 2009 Frontier truck. My experience with Frank was excellent. He is very helpful and knows his product very well. I worked with Jeff P. on the financing. He was able to get a good rate, and I was into a truck I wanted.

After searching for a new car we decided on a Nissan. We went to a few dealerships and at Nissan of Saco, not only were we offered the best price but also recieved the best customer service, professionalism and quality of needs of the customer. We would like to thank Sean, Adrien, and Jeff for not only giving us a great deal, but also locating and getting the car for us from another dealership in just a few days. They responded to our needs since time was of the essence to get this car, and we greatly appreciate all their hard work and customer care. I will not only continue doing business here, but I will also recommend it!

I have experienced nothing but excellent service at Nissan of Saco. My recent visits started with Mike and Kevin in the service center, who provided honest information about some issues with my old car (which was, unfortunately, purchsed somewhere else and not in great shape) and were very patient with me as I tried to determine how best to proceed. When I decided to look into buying another car, Adrian and Jeff in the sales center were amazingly helpful. They both went above and beyond - over 2 days! - to get me into a new car that I could feel safe driving. I am very pleased with my treatment at Nissan of Saco, and have already told others about my positive experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle or have one serviced. Thank you very much for all of your help.

Gave us a deal on two vehicles no one else could even come close to, even hunted across 4 states to find the models we wanted. All their hard work paid off though, cause my wife and I were able to walk away with two brand new Xterra's with the payment we were looking for and we couldn't be happier. Thanks guys!!

I was more than satisfied with the service that I received from this dealership. They took on a problem that I encountered while working with Prime Nissan, and did all they could for customer satisfaction. They were able to get me into a new Nissan Altima and completely gained my customer loyalty. They were very helpful, cooperative, and caring as to customer concerns and made it right. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth and satisfactory experience. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone whose looking for a new car, and thanks again to Adrien and Sean who made this experience possible. I will absolutely continue to do business here and spread the word of the great work done at this dealership!

If you're in the market for a Nissan stop in and ask for Frank Markgren. We got the best deal (we went to 3 other Nissan dealers) and Frank was the nicest and most knowledgeable car salesman we ever met.This is our third Altima and we will be buying from Nissan of Saco and Frank again.

All I want to say is that if you are in the market for a vehicle stop in and see these people. We shopped at a lot of other car dealers. When we got to Nissan of Saco we met Frank Markgren. A big smile and a warm handshake, he took the time to show us several cars and helped us find the one that was right for us. Everybody in the dealership was really nice to us. I had a outstanding experience at Nissan Saco. Top notch staff all friendly, very accommodating, competitive pricing. Frank Markgren, the sales consultant was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. All of the staff was looking out for my best interest, very helpful and responsive to all my calls and questions. Everyone I came encounter with, including the service department, was friendly, professional and very accommodating. Sean,Jeff,Frank and the manager Derek make a solid and professional team. This dealership will be my first stop I go to for servicing and to purchase my next vehicle. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

I worked with Jon Layburn to purchase my used 2003 Nissan 350z and he was great. Notified me of the vehicle, worked for me to get the price I wanted and followed up on details that needed to be taken care of after the sale. He definitely went above and beyond for me. The General manager Derek was also a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend working with them both.

Frank was friendly, courteous, respectful, patient, and extremely knowledgeable and informative. The pricing at Nissan of Saco is better than other dealerships I have visited. I will definitely be returning for any future purchases and highly recommend this dealership.
