Drive over a hour to purchase a used car From Bill Harris Ashland. This is a very clean and honest dealership who treats you like family! From a detailed safety inspection they installed new brake pads/ rotors, tires, and wipers! Their detailing gave us a clean car inside and out. Wow! Price was also very competitive considering the low car volume in our area. Cody and Josh were very responsive, always kind, and went the extra mile answering my many questions and requests for detail. They will earn your business!

We found a vehicle online and decided to go see it on Saturday morning without an appointment. We were greeted promptly and introduced to Jacob Coffy. He made us feel welcomed, was upfront, and also had a great sense of humor to make the experience relaxing. He showed us the vehicle, answered all of our questions, and we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Overall, Jacob was highly professional, passionate about his role, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend working with him and the Bill Harris team in general. Great experience!!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bill Harris, especially working with Andrew. We were looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and we were having a difficult time finding one in the current market. When I saw Bill Harris had one I contacted them and Andrew walked me through the purchase process over the phone so that once we got to the dealership they were all ready for us and it went quickly. It could not have gone more smooth. Andrew and Tony both made sure we had a great experience. We didn’t feel like we were just another number or another sale. Everyone was truly kind and friendly. My buying experience was awesome and super supportive. Dylan was amazing. The owners are great people and the atmosphere was very homey. They were thorough with all of my questions and helped me understand every detail about my purchase. Needless to say (but I will say it anyway) Bill Harris is the best dealer around hands down. I bought a car from here, they have absolutely the best Customer Service. I got help from Jacob and he was a wonderful salesperson. He made sure my vehicle was perfect and ready when I needed it. Also he made the paperwork very smooth! I definitely recommend! They get the job done quick and professionally. The entire dealership was spot cleaned. All staff seemed great! Jacob is definitely is a recommended salesperson! The best place to go in Ashland OH!!
