We were assisted by Jacob Fortune and he was honest and did his best to get us the car we wanted. Even though we did not buy a car that evening he was good even to stay after closing to try to get us a car we could afford. I visited them last week, they made me pay something that was there before, which is programming the key with my car, after discussing with them the money that was spent was refunded, the strange thing is that they did not know that the key programming was already there and they were surprised when I told them this, my last visit was in April 2020 when they were in their original place that is being restoring now, and the next visit was in August 2021, there is a huge difference in the treatment, in April 2020 and before the time they were always smiling and cheerful, but after my visit in August and 2021 and my visit last week which is in September 2021, I felt and there was something wrong with them that makes them lose the smile and good treatment as if it costs money! Because I have been away for more than a year and 3 months, I think I noticed the difference correctly, there is a big difference in the treatment.

I went into the dealership with a trade in not knowing if it was going to be an easy process. Jacob fortune was able to help me purchase a vehicle and get a great price for my trade in along with everything else I asked for. Everyone there was very helpful and respectful.

Lew Kellison went above and beyond to make sure I got the truck package I wanted, even though it took me six months to finally settle on one. I dealt with several dealerships in the state but kept coming back to Bill Knight Ford of Stillwater because they genuinely seemed to want my business. Highly recommend you seek out Lew if you want friendly, helpful service when you buy a vehicle!

EXCELLENT dealership experience. I've purchased A LOT of cars but only 2 dealers I can say was great to do business with. Bill Knight Ford Of Stillwater was one of the two. I was helped by Andy Hodges, the General Manager. How awesome was he? I live in FLORIDA & the man was SUPER patience and attentive in helping me purchase a mustang from his Stillwater OK Dealership. He gave me a discount on the car, another discount on the shipping, was quick with both faxing and overnighting all the paperwork needed to get the sale done. He even gave me his cell phone number to stay in contact with him. He even sent me all the pictures I wanted to help me be assured I was getting what I wanted. The man did his job and THEN SOME!! How many dealers do u know that are in the opposite sides of the U.S.A. from you and go out of their way to give u a great deal and complete a sale from such a long distance? AND even gave me a FULL tank of gas on top of the discount on the car and discount on the delivery. I tried other dealers and the minute I said I lived in Florida, they shunned me. I 100% recommend this dealer AND Andy Hodges!! For the record, this is my 23rd Mustang, YES U READ RIGHT, 23rd Mustang I've purchased, along with a few other cars, so I have A LOT of experience dealing with dealers and MOST of them LIE to u to get the sale and sell u junk and pass it off to u and are not accountable for it. The man sold me exactly as advertised and was efficient. If ur skeptical about buying from this dealer because some of their cars have high mileage, DON'T BE!! My car had 144,000 miles and it made it from OK all the way to FLORIDA with NO issues at all. The driver was very cool as well. I thought he was gonna be offended cause I asked him to let me take a picture of me giving me the rest of the cash I owed the dealership and he took it and posed with a smile. Here in Florida, these people get SUPER offended for ANYTHING, but he was super cool about it. If more dealers would be like this dealership was with me, more people would feel more confident in where they are buying from and what they are getting. My sister took her almost brand new 2015 f250 platinum in because the engine light came on. The service department told her that her after market lift kit crushed a sensor and it would need to be replaced, would not be covered by warranty, and would cost over $400.00. She gave me a call shortly after knowing that I know a good bit about diesels. I had her take it to another dealer to double check because that didn't sound right to me, and come to find out, her DPF (diesel particulate filter) had melted the sensor inside of it. It was covered by warranty and did not cost her a dime. I do not know what Black Knight Ford of Stillwater's intentions were, but it defiantly seems like they were trying to take advantage of my sister and were not looking out for their costumer.

Brought my 2006 Ford Explorer in for a Transmission leak, they told me i needed two Transmission cooler lines from the trans to coolers. Took it in for repairs they quoted me $350.00 when i got there they told me almost 700 dollars, then also took all day where they told me it would only take 1.5 hours. After dealing with them it started leaking again. and they said they didn't tighten the fittings enough. Then got up last two days with two oil spots on my driveway. Called monday morning, they wanted paperwork from prior service visits or they wouldnt do the work. ITS UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible time dealing with the customer and very rude to them as well!! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!!!
