George was an amazing person to work with for my purchase. No haggling. Gave me the price with no outrageous dealer fees or additional costs. I think there dealer fee is $200 or $250. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Bought and financed a vehicle here back in November 2020. Vehicle experienced engine failure in April. Vehicle came with an extended warranty that is supposed to cover engine, transmission, AC, and heat. Bill Owens service won’t do the repair, despite the warranty. Every shop I’ve called in highlands county has refused to do the repair, despite the warranty. Find your next car somewhere else, unless you want to be stuck with a car loan on a car that doesn’t work. These guys will not help you, or honor the warranty they sold you. Go somewhere else!!!

Listen up everyone! These guys are the real deal .... the MOST no fuss, no muss car experience I've ever had ... and I've owned MANY cars and trucks in multiple states. George, Eric and the team will take care of you, they are up front, no BS and gimmicks and they deal with you like the same way they'd like to be dealt with. And.......they recommended the best place for a celebratory dinner...18 East, downtown...great steak!! Thanks guys.... you did me right!
