I contacted them and visited the dealership. The Internet team was very nice and facilitated two test drives. They provided all the info I asked for and I would buy from them. There was no pressure just kind informative folks. I just wasn't ready to pull the trigger.

They do not back their used cars at all. The car I bought has a terrible leak that had to have started before I bought it, completely stained my headliner and they want to charge over $400 to fix the leak and that doesnt include fixing the headliner. My kids both have bad asthma and if i am not able to get the car fixed soon it will be very terrible for their asthma. I had never had a problem with Nissan before buying used. I got my mother and aunt to buy from them and now I know not to recommend them anymore.

Starting with Rick Vatter at the Internet Sales Dept. and ending with Fred Wuesthoff at the Financing Dept. this one probably has been the Best Car Buying experience for me!!!Starting with the internet negotiation, Rick was great, fair, professional and attentive!!Ending with Fred in financing, he was straightforward, honest, professional and presented me with the best financing interest rate available for me from the start!!!

We had read reviews before about the value that your trade-in was given at the dealer to offset their low prices. I guess we had to see it for ourselves. We did. The trade value offered after finding a car and getting a good price was 4 thousand less than other dealers in the area. The place also is a construction zone with very little usable space inside at this time.

I went to Bill Ray to look at a 2014 370Z posted on Cars.com, I called ahead, and when I arrived they had the car prepped and ready for a test drive. Both myself and my wife took a test drive, and then I asked for a second test drive, but on the highway. They were more than happy to oblige and even took the car to the gas station to ensure I could take my time on the drive. The 370Z was a blast to drive and was in "like new" condition. After the drive I asked about the "out the door" price, and they were very straightforward about it, without the typical salesmen talk. Unfortunately, the price was a little out of my budget, but to be fair it was a much nicer car than I expected to get within my budget. However, Buck (internet sales) worked with me on the price and I walked away, well "drove" away, with the car I was looking for and within the budget I had set. I was scheduled to visit a few other dealers/cars later in the day, but with the price they offered, there was simply no need. Once the deal was struck, we had the paperwork finished in minutes, the car was prepped, and I was on my way to lunch! Thank you Bill Ray Nissan, and especially Buck and Kelly for the great experience. Also, thanks to the young salesman that took me on my multiple, and long, test drives. I'm sorry I forgot your name, but you were a big part of the great experience.

My last two vehicles purchased have been through Bill Ray Nissan with the same salesman, Murphy Santana. When it came time to purchase a new vehicle I reached out to him again which says a lot when it comes to purchasing a new car! He clearly gives you the breakdown in pricing and what your options are, which is a great price when compared to other dealerships in town. I highly recommend this dealership. Their sales, finance and service team are fantastic.

Since 2008 I have made four new car purchases/leases from Bill Ray Nissan. Murphy Santana has been my salesman for the past three transactions, and has made my car buying experience a breeze. Whether working with me on prices, or helping find the perfect vehicle, I have never left the dealership feeling disappointed or unfairly treated. Mr. Santana's courtesy and professionalism are valuable assets to your sales team. Malcolm Reife

Bill Ray Nissan really cares about their customers. I went in looking for a car and this is the 1st time I actually felt valued and respected. The associate that helped me was extremely informative, down to earth, zero pressure and his product knowledge was impressive. 1st class organization all the way!

MY EXPERIENCE AT BILL RAY NISSAN WAS SURPRISING. BY SURPRISING, I MEAN EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. CHRIS HARRIS, MY CAR SALESMAN ASKED ME WHAT WAS I LOOKING FOR AND PRECEDED IN MAKING MY WANTS A PRIORITY. HE ACCESSED MY WANTS AND HE WORKED TOWARDS MAKING IT POSSIBLE. I WAS NOT PRESSURED, I WAS MADE TO FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE WITH MY DECISION TO PURCHASE A CAR FROM BILL RAY NISSAN.

I have been leasing cars every 2.5-3 years with this dealership since 2005, and they have always accommodated my needs for what I expect in my cars and what I am willing to pay. There is no dog and pony show as far as the silly negotiating games many dealerships play. They seem to truly understand that an honest process and good customer relations guarantees repeat business. The process is fast and easy since I am an established customer--They call me when I can trade up and I go in and pretty much swap keys! Murphy Santana is my go to for all of my cars--call and ask for him! The service people have gone above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my Nissan, and actually so has Nissan Motor Company in general. I good investment in my opinion, and a great dealership to invest in as well!

My first time looking for a new car so I was a little worried but I was greeted by a man named Murphy and my nerves quickly went away. I had John Carta, and he was super awesome!! He made sure that he picked out a car to my interest and to my budget, which I surely appreciated. He sold me a 2010 Hyundai Accent, and I love this car so much! He was super nice and friendly to my 3 year son, especially when we were filling out paperwork. This was my first time looking at new cars and I was really nervous about going and browsing without having people hounding. I never thought I would go to a dealer and feel like the person I talked to would give me unbiased, good info with no sales pressure. But that is exactly what I got. I wish there were more people like Murphy Santana in sales. This place is first rate. Def recommend!

Wanted a new Rogue for my wife to surprise her for Christmas but did not intend to buy today as I only had my lunch break. Met a bright young salesman and when I told him my time was limited he cut through all the usual nonsense and quoted me on a price that was too hard to pass up. They had the color she likes and will hold it until Christmas Eve when, get this, John will deliver it himself to our house! Flew through the paperwork and will definitely give them my business on my next car. Merry Christmas!

Very satisfying experience at Bill Ray I drove up Mark Tinitigan spoke with me right away and ask about my budget and needs. He went over what I was looking for and showed me quality vehicles with no problems test driving. Everyone was friendly and helpful, Mark Tinitigan seemed to go out of his way to make sure things went smoothly and discussed the process thoroughly with me at. I went in not expecting to leave with a vehicle and ended up leaving in a wonderful car that I couldn't have ever expected to have.

BUYERS BEWARE... Car salesman JD McClean is a liar & a con artist! Will lie in your face & will not call you back unless the managers tell him too. Both bill ray nissan dealerships overcharge on cars, try to rip you off on trade ins, & purposely don't tell you how much the rebates are. Bill Ray likes to employ sleezy salesmen who prey on the uninformed & give you their xxx to kiss when you call them out on! If you want a nissan go somewhere else!

As "older" car buyers, my husband & I have many car buying & car repair experiences. Many sort of OK, some terrible and a few pretty good. Several years ago we had the best experience with a young sales guy at Bill Ray. When we came back to find out he no longer worked there, we were thrilled to have Bo as our sales guy who was equally as great. The dealership is low.key, not fancy and no smarmy lurking managers. Fair prices and great service. Just a few months after I got my Versa, someone hit the back of the car causing minor damage. The collision department at Bill Ray couldn't have been better. Lori at the front desk took care if all the insurance paperwork, Nick was efficient in assessing the damage and in just a day and a half all is well. I would recommend thus dealer ship to anyone and will definitely buy from them again!!

I could hang out there on my days off and feel like one of the boys. Ironic, since it was a woman who handled my account! Kelly did an amazing job of answering all my questions, walking me through the buying process, and getting me off the lot in the new-to-me beauty I saw online. Five stars across the board!

We had been car shopping for a new family vehicle after having our third child in February. After some bad experiences at dealerships in the area, when the sales man called from Nissan I told him we werent ready to come in. He was not pushy, said ok, and gave us his name for future reference. Well, we had to service our other nissan and decided to look while we were there. We asked for Jason by name and he promptly greeted us. He showed us great options and we picked out our new car. After alot of work from him, us being indecisive, and taking time to think, we bought our new 2014 Altima yesterday. The car is great, but we were even more pleased with the way Jason Lorne, the sales manager, and finance manager treated us. This dealership truly goes the extra mile! We highly recommend both Jason and Bill Ray Nissan for new and used car purchases! Thank you guys for such a great experience.

We wanted to buy a new Nissan Titan and began our extensive search into area dealerships. I contacted over 7 dealerships and used my banks car buying service to prepare for the new vehicle purchase. After purchasing two new Nissan vehicles in the past six months from a local dealership, we assumed that we would get the best deal from that dealership. Wow, we were wrong. One of the dealerships that I contacted was Bill Ray's Nissan in Longwood. Curtis, from their Internet Sales, immediately responded. After providing Curtis with the best price that I had been provided from the other dealerships. Bill Ray Nissan beat the dealerships by $1,500. The purchasing experience was pleasant and peaceful. No high pressure sales pitch no forceful negotiations over price. Bill Ray Nissan provided me with the out the door price before I drove 150 miles to their showroom. Bill Ray Nissan did not attempt to increase the vehicle price or attach some hidden cost during the financing phase. I have found my new Nissan dealership! You should at least give them the opportunity to save you money. You will find Curtis and the purchasing experience to be REFRESHING!

I usually loathe the car buying experience but here it was easy, stress-free, and I got a great deal. I felt like Tom and JD were knowledgeable, fair, and have done the best they could to make sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. Even the way JD has followed up after the deal has been very impressive (it is now two months later and he still gladly answers all my questions!). I would absolutely consider buying another car there, and would recommend it to anyone.

Purchased a new 2012 Nissan Frontier from Bill Ray Nissan (in 2013). John took photos of the truck and emailed them to me. I Made the deal over the phone with Van (we live 3 hours from Longwood, FL). Erroll did the follow up when we arrived two days later to pick up the truck. The truck was ready when we arrived but missing the bed extender and bed rails. Erroll remedied those issues, not a problem. The finance part of the process went well. The paperwork can be confusing but the finance people answered our questions and reviewed everything as many times as we asked. The price was what had been agreed to in the phone call with Van. There were no issues. In the future, if Bill Ray Nissan had a vehicle that I wanted I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. Both Van and Erroll were easy to work with.

I negotiated hard on the purchase of this vehicle. The transaction was handled through e-mail and by phone. The dealer's rep was very professional and polite. The vehicle was as advertised and ready when I came to pay and pick-up it up. The paperwork process went quickly and smoothly. Thanks Bill Ray Nissan.

After initial contact via email response from Bo Rhodes I went to the dealership and everything was as had been discussed. I did the deal, including financing, in a short period of time and was on my way. The physical plant at this dealership is quite nice and all staff that we came in contact with were personable and professional. I'd have no hesitancy recommending this dealership based on my experience thus far.

I had some Damage to the grill and headlight of my Toyota Tacoma. Had some issues with my insurance company so I called Brian Denio at Bill Ray Nissan. He took care of everything including setting up my rental car. I was amazed at the speedy service and friendliness. The body shop put my truck back together good as new. Tim Dykes (Body Shop Manager) took the time to escort me to the cashier and back to my truck. I know dealerships are suppose to treat customers like this, but how many actually do??? I highly recommend Bill Ray Nissan, and I will spread the good word.

This dealership bent over backwards for me to get me into a new car. I ended up purchasing a Mazda CX-9 and couldn't be happier. They also helped me look for other options like the Nissan Murano. They are a very friendly staff and are really wanting to put you in the best possible vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would go back to them for future car needs.

I leased a 2013 Silver Leaf S from Bill Ray Nissan. The sales gentleman J.D. McClean was awesome. We ironed the deal over the internet by emailing. The entire delivery took 25 minutes. I could not believe it ! I went with my 3-year old son, expecting the process will take 2-3 hours at the very least, so I packed water, juice, apple sauce, cereal bar, cookies, lollipop, as if we were going on a Safari. JD really went out his way to get this car for me. He sent someone to St. Augustine to drive back a Leaf, the person had to stop at Daytona Beach to get it charged before he could make it back. Words can not express how happily surprised I was with the whole sales experience. I will definitely go back again. Highly recommended !

I bought my Juke here at Bill Ray , got excellent service all around, but this is what puts them on top verses other dealers. I moved to West Palm Beach and live close to Royal Palm Beach Nissan. Took my car there for an tire pressure check , and they lost two of my caps. Went back after serval phone calls to get my caps , surprise they don't have it nor sell , nor will give me what they have . I called Bill Ray Nissan where Jodie received my call explained what happen and he says no problem we can mail you a new set. Just like that, THAT IS WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! Thank you Bill Ray for an ALL AROUND WONDERFUL SERVICE!!! Can't wait to go back up to Orlando for my next car!!

All of my experiences at this dealership, from the assistance offered to me by Ramon Garcia and David Ray during the purchase of my Murano,to the subsequent visits for service of the vehicle have been outstanding. The dealership maintains a large inventory of vehicles and the newly remodeled customer lounge area is a nice addition. Mr. Ray ensures his staff is customer focused and extremely knowledgeable to ensure outstanding service. I will continue to utilize the dealer for my future vehicle purchases and service needs.

By far best car buying experiance I have ever had. First time I have not woken up with buyers remorse. Bo Rhodes went out of his way to secure the vehicle I wanted. He and his team went way beyond expectations. Dealership building was clean , provided amenities while waiting and made it all happen fast. No waiting , all attention was taking care of the customer and making sure I was looked after.

We have been looking for a new car for the past few weeks and have been to many dealerships. We've learned that the dealer is as important as the car itself. After narrowing our choices down to a few models, it was the Bill Ray Nissan dealership that won us over. Our first contact was over the internet. Bo Rhodes got in contact with us immediately. By this time we had become leery of the dealership experience, but when we arrived Bo was welcoming, honest and worked hard to find us the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. After the sale Bo was terrific going over all the details of the car before we left the dealership. New cars are certainly complicated machines, but Bo made it easy for us to understand. I would recommend Bo to anyone who would appreciate his straightforward approach. Who wouldn't?

There is a lot of hustle and bustle but in very professional manner. We strongly recommend this dealership.

I've had my Nissan Pathfinder worked on over the years at Bill Ray Nissan and my experience in dealing with David Ray, his son and James Frazier and the Service Managers has been like dealing with members of my own family. Whenever I make an appointment I'm greeted when I walk in. The staff always asks me if I need a ride anywhere and they are happy to do so when I've asked. The waiting area is clean and the whole dealership experience is second to none. I've had situations where my car had to remain at the dealership overnight and they were kind enough to give me a loaner vehicle to use until my car was repaired. My car is always waiting for me when they say it will be and the car is always washed and in perfect condition when the job is done. They have the best staff of any dealership that I've dealt with and it all starts at the top. David Ray runs a tight ship and he is always interested in feedback on the experience I've had with his whole operation. He has even called me personally after receiving my feedback which is unheard of in the car industry.Overall, I would rank them #1 Dealer in the greater Orlando area.

If you in the market for new/used car, Bill Ray Nissan is your place. I was looking to buy a car so i went to Bill Ray Nissan. I receive great service from salesman Freddie Richardson. He took time to explain the process of buying a car and the prices were low. If they don't have what you looking for, it does not mean they may not have something else for you. They have a large variety of cars. Plus everyone was pleasant, and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. It was great experience and the fear of buying a car is GONE. Thanks to a great team and salesman Freddie.

I purchased my first Datsun 620 pickup from them at 1979, I pretty much wore it out. A few years later I purchased a Datsun/Nissan 720 pickup at 1985 from them. My salesman was Herb Macaya ( he still works there !!! ).Since then, over the years I have purchased a B210 "Sunny", 240SX SE, a Maxima, Sentra SER, Frontier pickup ( I still have ), and recently a new Sentra LTD. I purchase several used non-Nissan vehicles also, A VW Passat, Mazda6, Honda Accord, and few others.I like the people there, its not a high pressure sales enviroment. They have always made me feel welcome and you always get a good fair deal. I like the Nissan product, very reliable.Their after sale service is first class, You pull in for oil changes and they take over immediently. In less then 30 minutes your car is returned with fresh oil, tires aired up, and a quick outside wash. For less than 20 bucks!!!!To me, its a no brainer. Bill Ray is #1.

I had a wonderful buying experience! This is my first time buying a car and I felt very comfortable at Bill Ray Nissan. I have been to many other dealers who jerked me around and ultimately didn't care for my needs. At Bill Ray Nissan I was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. I was given great information and shown many options to meet my needs. They didn't play games when we sat down to discuss numbers and they didn't pressure me to do anything I didn't want to. I went there with a set budget and spent less than I anticipated. I would definitely recommend Bill Ray Nissan to any who is in the market for a new/used car at an affordable price! I just want to Thank Freddie for the GREAT service and AMAZING deal! I am loving my 2011 Nissan Rogue! Thanks so much!-Heather

Buying my new car from Bill Ray Nissan was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had... and I have bought hundreds of cars in my lifetime. No other dealer ever gave me this HIGH level of customer service. I did not even have to leave my office to pick up my new car, they sent 3 guys to deliver it to me at the office and take care of the paperwork right in my own conference room...AMAZING!!! They (the whole Bill Ray Team) made me feel so appreciated...I felt like I was their only and most important customer! So I just wanted to share my appreciation to them for making what can be such a chore (buying a car) into a fun and enjoyable experience. I am so happy I am about to buy another car from Bill Ray Nissan:)

i have been buying and doing business with Bill Ray Nissan for about 5 years. my last three cars; a nissan altima coupe, a nissan Rogue and Nissan Juke were all purchased and leased from Bill Ray and i also recommended them to a friend who purchased a vehicle and is very satisfied. Ramon Garcia was my salesman and has been extremely courteous, knowledgeable and honest with me throughout my transactions. the service department has always gone above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and any issues i may have been experiencing. all of the staff treat me with respect every time i visit. i will continue to do business with Bill Ray and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My 2005 Nissan Murano needed to much maintenance and upkeep. Rather than keep repairing the car we decided to trade it in while we still could for a newer Versa - we liked the gas mileage the Versa gave us. And we needed the gas savings to justify buying again. Our Service person - Colleen sent Freddie our way. He called me and we talked about meeting the next day at 9am. My husband and I meet Freddie and test drove the versa - it was a nice ride, I was very impressed with how smooth the car drove. Freddie was very helpful and gracious! But there was another car I wanted to look at - the Juke - I knew that possibly it was out of our price range. But Freddie showed us a used model with low miles .. I drove it and was in love .. such a cute car, very unique ! drove great. They checked our car, gave us the breakdown of what both cars would cost us minus the trade in.We were pleased with the Versa price, but the Juke ( the car I really wanted ) was way out of our range. We felt no pressure at all to make a deal that day which was a very nice feeling ...We left to go back home to look over our budget again. Then we went back out to compare other cars.During the rest of the day we visited 2 more dealers and I saw other cars that were nice too - but I just kept thinking about that little electric blue Juke. We called Freddie back, to let him know we were going to take another car at another dealership because the price was just to good and we thanked him for his time and effort. I was so sad I wasn't going to get that little Juke...During that time Freddie contacted his managers and they were able to come down to the price on the Juke that my husband could no longer say no to me ... Freddie and the staff really worked super hard to make it possible for me to have the car I "really wanted" and could afford.

This was a bud experience, I got a leasing quote by email and when I went to the dealer they were trying to lease me the car for more money that the quote was for. That was just a waste of my time and gas.

My experience with Bill Ray Nissan was fantastic. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in by myself to review a 2010 Nissan Rogue I saw on Cars.com. Well, after hearing what I was looking for in a Rogue, My sales Rep, Murphy Santana worked hard at providing me with the information that I needed to move forward with a 2012 Pre-Certified Rogue that was on the lot... that very same evening. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definately recommend this dealership.

I purchased a car from Bill Ray nissan (cash) about a year ago! I am ultimately satisfied with the gentlemen Jose Menendez & all the other employees who work at this company. The treat me with the utmost respect, take care of any and all my needs when it comes to my car. Jose sold me my car...He is a GREAT car salesmen...He made sure, that I had all the options in my 2008 3.5SE Nissan Atlima Coupe...He did everything he could to push the process of buying the vehicle faster..I will not take my vehicle anywhere else, nor will I speak with anyone else from any other dealership when in need of service and outstanding customer care! Jose is one of the BEST AT BILL RAY! He is a man of his word, and always checks to make sure if there's anything that I need when it comes to my vehicle!

Bo is a very cool guy, I had like 8 months left on the lease of my maxima and he replaced it with a new lease/car of the same model. And the car really had some scratches, serious dents, the front/back bumper was scratched and the tires were like almost at the limit of absolute wear. The inspector came and he only charged me $250 and it was waived by nissan $500 promotion. I would definetely recommend seeing bo. Just make sure to ask for discounts and available options.

Freddie did an excellent job with all areas of the deal. He was friendly but not pushy and helpful but not fake. He made sure that we got the car we wanted at a fair price and that we were comfortable throughout the deal. He is a very hard worker and he did what it took to make sure that we were satisfied. Even after the deal was complete, Freddie helped to make sure that we were satisfied with our newly purchased vehicle. The finance department is open to negotiation and a fair price can be obtained. I recommend Freddie and Bill Ray Nissan without reservation.

Phil Hibbert contacted me because my lease was 2 months away. He was a great sales person, great personality, not pushy in any way. He didn't try to hurry me in making a decision, since I only came in to look, not buy that day. I did purchase and I am so happy with the Maxima, the pricing was terrific. I would recommend Phil to anyone and have already done so with my daughter-in-law. The other 2 persons that helped during my transaction were just as pleasant as Phil...I just can't remember their names.

My mother introduced me to Freddie Richardson via telephone because she was so pleased with her car buying experience and wanted the same for me. The moment I got on the phone with Freddie, my mind was at ease. Buying a car - new or old - can be a very stressful situation and I knew I didn't have the best credit so I was not expecting much. I had something in mind picked out from the website and came in to check it out and hopefully leave with a vehicle that day since I did not live in town. Freddie met us outside the door with a big smile and treated us both like royalty. He was so friendly and professional, extremely personable and reassuring. Being that it was a Sunday, John Leggio was also working tirelessly to make contact with the financial resources needed to approve the transaction. He never gave up and said "oh well, this is all we can do". They introduced me to a car that I never expected to own and I fell in love with it. They worked on the price and somehow got me approved. I WAS THRILLED! I never thought that I would be buying a brand new car, and something that I really really liked. Freddie and John kept us informed of the progress every step of the way and made sure that we were very comfortable while they were working so hard. Every detail of every aspect of the car and financing was explained and we were never rushed or felt like just another sale. They both took time to get to know us and really treated us like family. They say "mother is always right", and this time she definitely was because Bill Ray Nissan is the ONLY dealership that I will EVER go to again. Highly recommended! THANK YOU FREDDIE RICHARDSON AND JOHN LEGGIO!!!

I went to Bill Ray Nissan dealership expecting to buy a used car,(Due largely in part to my credit). Freddie Richardson Jr. approached me very professionally and courtesly. He answered all my questions about the used cars on their lot. After going thru the process to buy a used car I was amazed to find I would be able to afford one of their new nissan versa's.(Great Price, Very affordable) I am extremely happy about my purchase as well as the customer service. I would highly recomend Bill Ray Nissan to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle.

I contacted three dealerships for an internet quote requesting an out-the-door price on a 2012 Altima S with Annivesary Package. Joey King at Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood, Florida, provided me with an out the door price shortly after I sent my request. I then asked for an estimate on my trade-in, Joey provided me with a site unseen estimate for my trade-in. He provided me with everything I asked for and the first time I had asked for it. There were no games. Neither of the other two Nissan dealerships, which are much closer in proximity to my home, provided me with the requested information and one dealership accused Billy Ray Nissan of providing false information, saying they couldnt sell a car for less than they paid for it. That local dealer then offered coupons, car washes and oil changes. (The deal offered by that local dealer was not an out-the-door price and it was $3K more). The local dealer would not provide me with the requested information until I provided them with a copy of the purchase order I received from Billy Ray Nissan, then, they suddenly wanted to "match" the price. So I drove (about an hour) to Billy Ray Nissan in Longwood, Florida, purchased the car I wanted and am very happy with it and the Billy Ray dealership. Billy Ray Nissan did not play games with me, they responded directly to every question I asked and provided me with every bit of information I asked for the first time I asked for it. The price of the car didn't change when I arrived, there was no "catch", no games, no gimmicks, they just sold me what I wanted at the offered in our email communications. That is the reason, I drove over an hour to buy my vehicle and I would do it again.

I bought my car from Bill Ray Nissan back in 2008. It was a smooth transaction. However, all contact Ie had with Bill Ray since then has been a nightmare. I made an appointment and took my car in for service in January 2012 because my gas gauge had stopped working. We got there and they refused to look at it because it ppearedto be working properly. After a huge hassle I finally got them to look at it. 2 hours later they called and said they thought they knew what was wrong with it but that it might not be under warranty and that if it wasn it would cost me over $500. Since I bought my car there they had all my paperwork on record yet they couldn tell me if it would be covered under warranty. I told them to go ahead and fix it. It was under warranty but I had to deal with the headache of all of the paperwork since they wouldn. The next day the gas gauge stopped working again. In July 2012 I got a coupon in the mail for $24.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 10:30 A.M. I got there at 10:15 and stood outside for 20 minutes while everyone pretended not to see me. I finally caught the attention of a woman who looked at my appointment and said only John could help me. I waited another 10 minutes for John to get done with whatever he was doing. When he finally came over to help me I voiced my frustration that I had been waiting for 30 minutes even though I had an appointment and that other people who got there after I did had already been helped. He immediately copped an attitude and said he didn understand what the problem was. I opted to take my car and leave. I would rather pay double somewhere that I get quick, friendly, and efficient service than ever deal with Bill Ray Nissan again. I love my car, but when I ready for a new Nissan Il definitely go somewhere else.

Bought a 2009 Nissan Altima, Had a GREAT expierence with Jose, I felt very comfortable with him and feel that he worked with me from start to finish to getting me what I wanted, however I was never told that my car only came with one key...since the car cannot be started without the key (push button start) this is a problem!! I called him the next day and said "hey, I only got one key" he said "unfortunately this car only came with one key but you can purchase a key", I referred my friend to Bill Ray Nissan and she bought a 2012 Nissan Altima the following week, so I called on Saturday and asked to speak with a manager, I thought well since I just bought a car and so did my friend that I referred maybe they can make me an additional key (I don't believe I was asking too much, especially when you pull up their website and the first thing you see is INSIST ON ONLY THE BEST FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION...So when the "manager" answered the phone..I told him my situation and he said "absolutely, we can help you out" He then asked for my name my friends name and my number told me he "would call me back in 2 minutes", well an hour and a half later I called back and got a "LOVELY" salesman name BO..I asked him the name of his managers that were working and he told me that "we have a million managers we dont even call them by name we call them by number", I said "I spoke with a manager whose name started with a J", he said "ohh..that's Joey and he isn't a manager he is a salesman, what are you calling about and I will help you", I told him that I was calling about getting an additional key, he said that "he was standing there when I spoke with Joey and basically you are not getting another key, our managers arent in the habit of giving away keys and you didn't even refer your friend to Jose, so you will get a bird dog fee and you can use that towards the purchase of your new key, I said "I think that I should get a new key without having to pay especially since my spouse needs a key and you gant even start the car without the key" his responce was EXTREMELY RUDE...he said "SO GIVE HIM YOURS", well that is NOT the point!!I then asked if "I could please speak with one of the million managers working and I dont want a salesman impersonating a manager", he told me that they are both busy to call back on Monday to speak with Jose (what's the point) So if you do business with Bill Ray Nissan they will be very nice to you until AFTER they have your money then they treat you like CRAP..they have NO customer service skills whatsoever and talk their customers like they are idoits, I will NEVER purchase another car from them and I will not recommend anyone else to them either.

Assuming because I was a woman alone, they sent me an inexperienced salesman. I told him during the test drive the seat was very low. I also told him during the process that I wanted a remote entry, but thought it was out of my budget. After fighting with them about the outrageous dealers fees and unsubstantiated other fees, I finally bought the car. Within the first 60 miles, I knew I hated the car because the seat was so low I had to sit on a pillow to see out the windshield properly. Without a remote, I got soaking wet trying to get into my car during a rain stormIt was less than 3 days, and they wouldn't even discuss any alternatives and then wouldn't even return my calls. I found out later that an additional $400 upgrade would have given me a car with adjustable seat height and remote. The car was $20,000. $400 more over 5 yrs was nothing, but I was never offered that choice in the beginning.Within a month, I went to Don Reid Ford. They bought the car from be at full loan value +$500. I am now the proud owner of a 2012 Ford Focus with Sync. I will shop at DRF again. I will never shop at Bill Ray Nissan again. Dealerships are built on referrals. I'm surprised they are still in business. Thanks, Fred. You are not much of a BFF as you promised.

They even send someone to pick me up when I was interested on my car...that same night BC was late they say no one was able to take me back...however the deal was not closed yet as insurance and loan was not completed and approved yet...the sales guy told nd to leave in the car and that if next day I was not able to get the deal we spoke about then everything would still at nothing..when I went back next day...the interest on the loan was RIDICULOUSLY high so I declined...when the sales man came back I got hit with the news that bc i drove the car out of the lot that the car was MINE and couldn't decline the deal..the sales MGR a Cuban guy was absolutely rude and nasty...I end up talking to the vice president who authorized a check to pay for my first semester of my insurance to help with the situation...as I was been stuck with a car for 5 years....per THEM telling me to drive it home for been too late at night and no one to drove me back after they pick me up....horrible experience and 3 days of my life...

My salesperson Joey was great! I have to say that my purchase experience was wonderful! I was able to email, text, call and visit at anytime and I was taken care of immediately. The sales manager was frank, straightforward and the dealership did not play any games. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer, and they haven't changed after all these years. Unlike the mega-dealers, this dealer still maintains a Mom and Pop type atmosphere where each customer is treated like a real person, not a number. I highly recommend this dealership and will be back in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at Bill Ray Nissan when we purchased a 2007 Ford Mustang for our son. We were always treated with respect and courtesy from everyone we came in contact with. Our sales person, Joey King, was so professional and helpful and quick to take care of every concern and request. He even went to the previous owner's home to pick up the extra set of keys for the Mustang. This was AFTER the closing! How many sales people would bother to do that???? The Mustang needed a little body work (2 minor scrapes/dents) which were beautifully repaired by their body shop. When we picked it up, we were amazed at how great it looked. The detail shop made it shine like new! Our son loves his new Mustang!!! My husband and I highly recommend Bill Ray Nissan and especially our sales person, Joey King!

First off there are plenty of dealers that want to help you but as soon as they have you you are not priority. I was switched to 2 different dealers and in between that wait an hour and a half till Jose came and helped me. Found a car agreed on a payment and i just had to go home and bring my paperwork. I was told to come back and they would have the car ready for me. When i came back the car got sold and i had no idea. I guess someone came along after me and wanted the car right away and i they sold it. Then Jose says "but dont worry we can find you something else" but since my credit wasnt the best they only gave me two options initally and when the first dealer Bo was helping me i would ask questions and he said "you sure have a lot of questions" i thought he was kidding but when he turned around and walked away and started helping someone else i guess he was serious. Thats when i was going to leave and Jose came around. The customer service sucks and i would never recommend them to anyone. They didnt make me feel like i was getting the best deal or that the car i was getting was a great car. I guess its a good thing they sold it. I went to Honda and got a better deal

Waited 1.5 hours for an oil change I had made an appointment for. Dealership is very old and outdated. When their cable went out while I was waiting and I asked why it was out a salesman said well why didn't you just bring a book? Terrible customer service, speed, and atmosphere. I will make the drive to a different dealer for all maintenance in the future!

I would just like to say I had been car shopping for my daughter for about a month . I had gone to several dealerships looking for the right car. I had gone to Bill Ray 2 weeks prior to this visit and left very frustrated with a very pushy salesman and swore I would never go back. After seeing another car in the paper I decided to go back and try again. I am very thankful that I did. I got the pleasure of dealing with a wonderful salesman by the name of Freddie Richardson Jr. . Freddie went above & beyond his job duties. He was a very honest saleman who truly cares about the happiness of his customers. Even after purchasing the car Freddie has called just to make sure that everything was ok with the car, and to see if we had any questions. Freddie is a truly a wondeful saleman & it was a pleasure doing business with him . And I will definately go back & see Freddie when we are ready to make another purchase. I will also be sending anyone & everyone Freddie's way.

My husband and I worked with Freddie (salesman) when we were buying a new car this past weekend. He was excellent, very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He was not pushy in anyway and helped us to get the best deal possible. We were happy with the dealership in general, we got a good price on the car and a good deal on our trade in! We would definately recommend this dealership!

I came to Bill Ray Nissan because I was not approved for a car without having a co-signer from a couple of dealerships (including another Nissan dealership); however, I was determined to own a car because of the 4th of July sale that was going on that weekend. Mind you, my 2005 Monte Carlo was not in great shapes mechanically, but it looked good on the outside minus a few cosmetic mishaps. Nevertheless, there were no major dents on the vehicle that was noticable. When I called Bill Ray Nissan and spoke to John B, I already had done my homework and John knew it. I had 179,000 miles on the car, still had $10,000 to pay off and my vehicle was not worth $2,0000. Well, suffice it to say, despite all that going for me, I knew I was credit worthy to get approved for a new Nissan Altima or Maxima. This was not an easy sale for the staff of Bill Ray Nissan and I was not an easy customer to deal with. First of all, it was a question of how much money I was limited to spend per month on the vehicle and the cost of what I had to put down was ill afforded. However, we both negotiated heavily for what we wanted and it (the deal) was too good to turn down. I was approved for a reasonable down payment, 8% interest rate, they were PAYING THE BALANCE on my vehicle and gave me an additional discount on the Nissan Altima for the amount of money I was willing to spend on a monthly basis!!! This deeal could not be passed up and I found it within my financial power to come up with the required deposit.Well, the car is a deeal come true and I am immensly happy with it. I am also happy for the realationship I have built with the staff and organization. These are a great group of individuals who work hard for their sales and do not pull any punches. I would purchase another Nissan automobile from this dealership and I would recommend anyone who want to buy a car to come see these guys first.THANK YOU.

Employee Ken Bridwell persuaded me to "rent" a car from Enterprise while my truck was in the service shop. I drove the car 27 miles, put gas in it and returned it to Ken at the Bill Ray Nissan dealership. He checked out the vehicle and said it was fine. I gave him the keys, paid for the repairs to my truck and left.24 hours later I received a rude phone call from Enterprise manager Jon Danko accusing me of damaging the vehicle. Impossible; it was unharmed when I returned it.I asked John Snoke, director of service dept at Bill Ray to help me out. He shrugged and said it was not his problem even though his employee suggested the rental, his employee said I could return it to the dealership and his employee checked the car out upon return.Enterprise's peoole were unprofessional and just plain mean. They are going to try to cheat me out of nearly $400 to repair a dent in a car that didn't exist when I returned it. Eveyone says it is my responsibility to pay for this.I hate the way Bill Ray Nissan and Enterprise sneer at single women...and it is nothing new to me. I get cheated often and I can't seem to do much about it baecause I need to have work done on my truck.

The location was convienient to get to. The dealership atmosphere was clean and the employees were professional. I was cheerfully greeted by Freddie (sales person). He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I showed interest in. He was also very patient when showing me the vehicles I wanted to see and answering the numerous questions I asked. I would recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone.

Everything from our arrival at Bill Ray Nissan, to driving away in our brand new 2011 Pathfinder was a pleasurable experience. Everyone was courteous and professional. We didn't feel any pressure to buy, and were given all the time we wanted to consider each Pathfinder available. All of our questions were answered promptly, and the negotiation process handled in a professional manner. We went to Bill Ray Nissan since we had bought our 2002 Pathfinder there almost 10 years ago. Our experience then is what prompted us to return. The deal was closed, all of the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by John, and the car was being detailed at the same time.We left feeling very good about the car and the relationship developed with each and every person we came in contact with at Bill Ray Nissan.I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.

I have been to Bill Ray Nissan on many occassions for sales, service and the body shop. I just recently took my car back for repairs and on every occassion I have never had anything but FANTASTIC service. They continue to exceed my expectations with there willingness to make sure I am completely satisfied. They are the most efficient and courteous dealer I have ever dealt with. The quality of the repairs were awesome!! It takes a lot to talk about the good things and most of the times as a consumer we only complain but when you have GREAT service time and time again they deserve a shout out for always going above and beyond to make it a great experience. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy, service or fix a car to go to BILL RAY NISSAN!!!

I used the USAA search engine to find the best deal for mu new 2011 Altima SL. I found three deals that were similar in St. Augustine, Orlando, and Sarasota. Those were really good deals; about 3700 to 3810 below invoice. However, Felix Espinal of Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood, Fl emailed me an internet special offer that was greater than 4000 below invoice. He had the car with our desired color and options in stock and ready for delivery. I have to tell you I am an experienced car buyer and and I am very hard to please. I let Felix know I would purchase the car if there was no haggling and the process was quick without stress. When I arrived the entire staff named here was at my disposal and quickly began readying the paperwork, allowing me to test drive the vehicle (Joey, very polite and knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle, demonstrated all the specifics of the vehicle), and running a credit check. I will not say the deal was without some haggling as the car had $974.00 of dealer installed options added including pinstripe, door edge gaurds, and window etching which initially was added to our "special inbternet price." I explained to Felix that I would not pay for these options and they were removed from the price. The finance manager Nick was honest and up front in every way, a departure from what I am used to at other dealers. He even found me a 2.49% APR for my loan when I already had a sweet deal of 2.99% from USAA. My wife was meeting me in Longwood on her way home to Tampa from Boca Raton. He ETA was later than I anticipated. The staff at Bill Ray made me very comfortable offering food and drink, internet access, and cable TV (even found the sports event I wanted to watch!) While there I met many staff memebers passing through who each took time to stop and talk, especially a gentleman with relatives who attended USF (I am sorry I did not get your name). My wife arrived, she was treated like royalty. The car was a gift to her for our 30th anniversary. No stress, no haggling, just smooth sailing. An out of the door price we all agreed upon before her arrival was not tarnished. No pressure sales of extended warranties or gap[ insurance. I got a sweet extended warranty from Assurant through USAA, $761.oo for 72 mo/100,000 miles which I paid for myself aftermarket on this car.So, all in all, this was a sucessful purchase. The folks at Bill Ray were extraordinarily polite and accomadating. Thanks for making this experience a very good one so that my wife can always remember driving away in her new car without leaving behind the heartache of a stressful buying experience. Please read my review of Gettel Nissan in Sarasota where I will relate a truthful, factual showroom nightmare that left me astonished and my wife in tears. Thanks to Bill Ray Nissan and their excellent customer representatives, Felix, Nick, Joey, and Frederick, for providing exceptional service!

Working in an industry where my company receives reviews on the internet quite frequently, I wanted to the same after a recent trip in for service at Bill Ray. WOW! After I read these reviews I was astonished. I have been buying cars form Bill Ray for 12 years (4 cars). I have never had any unpleasant experiences there. The sales team is knowledgeable and friendly. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my requests at each sale. Their service department just bent over backwards for me when my battery died. I was in and out of there in under 40 minutes. You can't always make every customer happy and to be quite honest, if the reviews said that everyone was, I'd think they were rigged. Just wanted to send some kudos Bill Ray's way for provided superior service to me and many others over the years!

The entire experience of shopping for a car for my son at Bill Ray Nissan was pleasant! We were greeted in about a minute upon entering the office area and not immediately pounced upon at arrival at the parking lot. Wether it was the many, many times on the phone, or face to face, our sales person, Angel Fegeley, was very patient, honest and friendly with us all the way to the grinding end. When he was not sure (only about two times) about our question he asked his co-workers for assistance. We visited twice before we completed the same purchase and on our 2nd visit he even shared his personal stash of Chai tea with us :) He understood our needs and our situation and made us feel comfortable without pressure (unlike some of the other dealerships we visited). We purchased our vehicle at Bill Ray Nissan on March 30th and we are still quite pleased with the purchase. Yes, we would be happy to do business at Bill Ray Nissan again!

Dealership has no customer service skill tells you one price out the door then says THEY cant do it once you dont finance from them! I work in customer service and would never let a customer leave as unhappy as they do. Went in looking for a vehicle and once pricing was done with the FINANCE manager he told me the parts they had ordered for it and agreed to where then gonna be extra. And after all that then they tell me they have to add another $2000 on top off out the door price.

This is a complaint about the second guy (did not get name)... The first guy, Rick, was alright to start with BUT fudged when we asked him if a certain figure in HUGE BLUE MARKER numbering at the bottom was 'out the door and all inclusive of taxes, and everything'..he said YES it is (2 times) and then when I asked what the + + + was... he said "OH, that is taxes, $699 !!! processing fee, etc. The bottom figure was just the price of the truck itself"... THEN, after we rejected the first 'number', Rick disappeared and some other totally clueless and very unfriendly guy came around and basically said 'ok - just leave then' after we said we just wanted to move it along (instead of sitting there playing games all day). REALLY sucky customer service - would not recommend to anyone. We went in ready to buy today-immediately- but because of that horrible experience, will stay away from this place.

(Please excuse the repeated words of Bill Ray Nissan. Its for SEO purposes)My horrible experience with Bill Ray Nissan started on July 3, 2010 talking to Erald. We test drove two cars on the lot. The first car was a 2009 Altima Coupe with leather seats, and at roughly 8,000 miles, it was priced at $18,993. The test drive went well, except he insisted I test drive a white Altima four door sedan with cloth seats. After the test drive in the white Nissan ended, I told Erald that I wanted to negotiate on the Bill Rays 2009 Altima Coupe with leather seats. Fast-forward 3 hours later of exhausting back and forth deliberations on the overall price of the car, the final deal offered was $2,000 down, Tax (roughly $1,200 dollars), a $700 nonsense fee for Bill Ray Nissan, and a Mazda3 2004 (my trade-in) valued at $7,000 that had a pay off of $5,500. The deal would give me $1,500 thousand from my trade-in to put toward the new car. They said that the price of the car would be a total of $17,000 out the door, and with tags transfer, a total of $17,210. I wanted $16,000 out the door with everything included, and they would not budge. Erald claimed he was giving me the best deal, although it was very easy to see what they were doing throughout the negotiations was not changing the over all price, but just manipulating numbers here and there by changing one cost and adding it in another area. These tactics were used to trick me into accepting the deal, and enviably overpaying for the new vehicle. I gave up and left. Just 20 minutes after leaving Bill Ray Nissan, a Hispanic male called me and said, I cant believe you didnt talk to me; we Hispanics should stick together. After that opening statement, he continued to racially profile me by speaking in Spanish (as I answered in English) throughout the conversation. Although I am proud of my Hispanic background (unfortunately for him), I loathe people who racially profile me and try to take advantage of the We are both Hispanic card. This is a lazy and offensive way to gain someones confidence. His on my side technique was just an attempt to play the lets switch numbers around game that the previous salesman had tried. One hour later, he rested on the same deal as the first salesman: $17000 out the door. Three days of nonstop calls pass. In total, I talked to four different Bill Ray Nissan employees, including both sales managers and finance managers as they tried to negotiate over the 1,000 dollars difference between what I wanted and the deal they gave me. I was resound in my negotiations; No matter what, I said my final offer still stood at $17,000. On the third day, July 7, 2010, I finally gave in and started the process of purchasing the car around 8:30 p.m. The dealership pulled my credit, I paid for a deposit on the new insurance for the car, looked over two hours of paper work, and even had to dispute other random charges that they tried to sneak in the sales papers without informing me of the changes. Finally, it was complete. FINALLY! I was a proud owner of Bill Ray Nissans 2009 Altima 2-door coupe with leather seats, the very same car I test drove four days prior. After every painstaking step was completed, I walked outside with a Bill Ray Nissan employee named Frederick who took me to my new car. I opened the door to find that the car did not have leather seats. I stood for a minute confused and thought it was a mistake. I asked the employee about the leather seats, and he said, You thought we were selling you the 2009 Altima 2-door coupe that was fully loaded? This is the car we sold you.I didnt know what to think, being a consumer with little knowledge about how liable I was as I had just finished signing for the wrong car. I panicked and felt like I was a victim of what is called a Bait and switch. But I tried to keep my composure, hoping this would be solved.Frederick and I walked back inside to talk with the finance manager, Phillip, and I demanded to fix this huge error, not only on the car package but price. To my shock, they said, I am sorry Miguel but this is not the car weve been negotiating with you since you walked into this office. We have you tracked in our system, and it says you wanted the Nissan Altima 2-door coupe with cloth seats. We would have never sold you a fully-loaded car at that price. We started to go back on all of the events that took place throughout the deal. I explained to them that Erold and I started negotiations on the 2-door Altima Coupe with leather seats, the same one I test drove. They continued to argue with me and said that I was wrong. Things started to get out of hand, and the office manager heard the commotion and walked over. Now I am sitting in a room with two men talking to me as if I have lost my mind. The finance manager was clearly trying to help the situation by fixing the issue by offering alternative solutions, while the manager sat there antagonizing me by saying Miguel, please chose a better way to express yourself. And You will not be making a fool of us in our own office Miguel. And when I tried to explain, Our computers dont lie, you are wrong. This relentless, frustrating antagonism went on for quite some time as I tried to remain calm. Two hours passed, and we finally came to a conclusion: the deal was not going to work and started to void every document I have signed. My old car was returned, and I drove back home, which was approximately an hour away. When I arrived at home, I immediately checked the Bill Ray Nissan site and Cars.com, which is how I was lead to that dealership in the first place. The same fully-loaded Altima Coupe that I originally test drove had the same VIN number and stock number that I just purchased and then canceled. Instantly, I took screen shots of their site, my iPhone app of Cars.com with their listing, and the original post on Cars.com with the same fully-loaded Nissan Altima.Bill Ray Nissan either took me for a fool by switching the car on me at the last minute, or they entered their information incorrectly on their local system and completely messed up on Cars.com listing and their own website listing, falsely advertising the same car (fully-loaded) for both the cloth seat coupe and fully-loaded coupe. This whole experience with Bill Ray Nissan was horrible, and I got nothing out of it. As a matter of fact, I lost not only a lot of time, but the cost my total credit score to go down in points. I am currently still waiting on the $4,000 deposit to be transferred back to my account, and I now have to cancel the insurance that I paid to get this car off the lot. And to make things even more unbelievable, the list price on the incorrect car that they sold me was $18,993 (2-door coupe with cloth seats), and the one I was test-drove was $19,993. They still wouldnt even give me the car at the price we negotiated for the wrong car, when it was clearly their fault. To sum up how my experience was at Bill Ray Nissan, it was a disorganized mess, full of racial profiling, fraudulent lures schemes and simple math equation games meant to confuse you into thinking youve got the best rate possible. I guarantee you will spend hours trying to work the system, and all you will end up with is loss of time and possibly your sanity. Go somewhere else. I personally would not recommend Bill Ray Nissan to anyone.

After several days of going back and forth in e-mail with one of the internet sales guys I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to do the deal. The whole way through we were working on a $0 down, $0 out of pocket, sign and drive lease. Then we get ready to do the paperwork and he informs me that I have to make the first payment plus additional fees. I ended up getting the deal that I wanted at another dealerhip in Central Florida. Don't waste your time driving out there because of the ads on their website or BS they give in e-mail. Go elsewhere!

My wife and I bought a new 2009 Nissan Altima from Bill Ray in November 2009. At the time we were never offered GAP insurance by our finance manager (Phil Copeland). I had called my auto insurance provider to see if we could purchase GAP insurance for our new car. Geico does not offer GAP insurance and informed me to call the dealership that we purchased the car from because they should be able to sell us GAP insurance. I originally spoke to Hector, who informed me that he was pretty sure that I had to have purchased it at the time of the sale but that he would have a finance manager call me back. He then offered to sell me an extended warranty, which was not what I had called about and I never even mentioned a warranty. I gave him my name and number and waited for a finance manager to return my call. No one ever called my back so I called the next day and spoke to Phil Copeland, who just happened to be the finance manager we dealt with at the time of purchase. He told me that we were never offered GAP insurance because we put too much money down for the down payment. He also confirmed that we were never offered it at the time of purchase, however he claims that we signed something that said we declined it along with the extended warranty. Now I clearly remember him offering us the extended warranty, but at no time did he ever offer us GAP insurance. He also asked me if we had been in a car accident with the vehicle, which is totally irrelevant to the conversation. The only reason that I can think why he would ask me this is that he thought we were trying to commit insurance fraud and do something illegal. Thanks for the insult Phil, I appreciate it very much! To make a long story short, we are not eligible to buy GAP insurance now since we already bought the car and they were not willing to do anything for us besides give us a very poor apology in my book. I felt that the customer service I had received was unacceptable, so I called back later that day and spoke to the general manager, Michael Frank. Right from the beginning, Michael had an attitude and became very defensive as if I was completely 100% in the wrong. He did not even offer an apology on behalf of his staff and how I was treated. Instead it was "well let me research this and I'll get back to you shortly." Well surprise he never called me back and I was the one who actually had to call him the next day to see if he found out anything for me. He said that there is nothing they can do for us and that I should go Google GAP insurance and find a provider that way. That's some great customer service right there. He also said he spoke to Phil who told him that I did not know anything about the purchase of our car and that I had asked him what our interest rate on our loan was. That is another blatant lie, and I am very insulted that they treat their customers as if they are stupid and do not know what they are talking about. I informed Michael Frank that he should Google "Bill Ray Nissan" because there are plenty of negative reviews and upset customers out there who have plenty of complaints regarding the overall service they have received from Bill Ray. His response was that you can't please everyone. So if you want to be treated like crap by an unprofessional company that lies, then by all means feel free to go to Bill Ray. They definitely do not believe in the old saying that "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!" I for one will be taking my business elsewhere even though I bought my car from them (which I am currently regretting, not that I'm not happy with the car but the fact that I gave Bill Ray my money).

Oh where to start. I Have a nissan 350Z and have taken my car to bill ray for some time now to get my regular scheduled oil changes without any problems. Well recently I began to hear some odd noises come from my breaks when I come to a slow stop at traffic lights. I take my car in and they said it was just normal wear and tear and it was time for a new brake job. I was fine with that the car hasn't had a brake job yet so it was time. they quoted the job costing $500 and change for redoing entire front brakes. I got the job done. As I literally drove the car off the lot I arrived at the first traffic light and that horrible loud squeaking sound was still there. I went back the next day and explained that the brakes didn't seem any better at all. They then told me that they need to do the rear brake job costing another $300. They proceeded to do that job as well. I got my car back and long behold the squeaking was still there. I took my car back for the THIRD time and asked don't you guys check for the noise before you give it back to me. Their response was that it didn't do that for them. I spoke to the manager and he said they would fix it at no cost. I got my car back only to notice that the only thing they did was but this gel like lubricant on my brakes to prevent them from squeaking only temporarily. within 2 weeks the noise was back I was livid at this point. I again spoke to the manger took my car back and all the techs were looking at my car. One of them came up to me and asked where I had bought my brakes from? I asked what do you mean? He said that whoever install your brakes put the wrong kind. I said YOU GUYS DID. He didn't believe me and I told him to look up my file. Long and behold WHAM there it was on my file saying that they did a full brake job. He put his foot in his mouth and walked away. Again the manager said he would take care of it at no cost. FINALLY after $800, 2 months, and countless visits to the dealership later the problem was solved. YAY! Only to find out that the problem was the front brakes the entire time meaning that the rear brake job I got was for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! WASTE OF MONEY!! Also later on I had asked them to replace my headlight bulbs with bulbs that I had already purchased. They then told me that the bulbs I purchased weren't for my car and I need an HID kit and connections. I then said that my car comes STOCK WITH HID COMPONENTS. They have no idea what they are talking about!

I bought a car for my son, a 2003 Nissan Sentra SER Spec V, and we got the extended warranty and we always take it for service there because it is close to my house in Lake Mary. The car is almost paid for and my son is looking to buy another car, and he believes that Nissan are good cars, but the service that he has gotten in Bill Ray Nissan has not been good. I will say that at least five time he has taken the car for service and he has had to take it back, because of something loose or damage my them. And all the time is not their fault, or so they say. The latest was the oil pan, that they say it was damage, and even though they are the only one that work with this car, they try to say that it was somebody else. You can check the records of the car, owner Harold Baerga and you will see that that is the only place we take the car.

Took Maxima to reprogram ecm computer. Technicians apparently fried the ecm to the point they could not start engine. They were able to restore partial functionality. No A/C and car does not run well. I will now require new ecm and Nissan or the dealer are not willing to take responsibility.

As a sales manager for Bill Ray Nissan Fred Farrington is extremely misleading when quoting vehicle pricing. Fred continually changes his pricing & when asked to provide his best price Fred gives you a price & than changes the price soon after.VERY DECEPTIVE SALES PROCESS AT BILL RAY NISSANI WOULD AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !

They were terrible. We had already been there and we called our salesperson and made an offer. We explainined that we lived 30-40 minutes away and to not ask us to come in unless they would accept our offer. He called us back and said the offer was acceptable and to come in.We cancelled our plkans, drove there and were taken in to an office by the manager John who told us that the monthly payments would be $55 a month HIGHER than the pffer that we had made and they had agreed to.I told the other customers in the showroom not to buy there as we were leaving the general manager followed us outside and created a confrontation calling me an old man that couldn't afford the car.I was never the one buying the car it was my son who I was there with and my finances were NEVER involved in the deal. They are tricky and unprofessional and instead of just letting us leave they created a confrontation. The general manager wlked up to me,got in my face insulted me then insulted my son's girlfriend telling her that women always want to carry breifcases until the going gets tough.WOW! what a horrible place!

I purchased a used car from out of state. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing a car from Bill Ray's internet department. The negotiation was easy and they held the car for me for two days since I had to drive 5 hours to get to the dealership. There wasn't any pressure when I arrived, as the negotiation had already been completed. However, watch for a few things once you agree to purchase the car. I did not get the full tank of gas promised by the sales rep (in fact, it was on 'E' as I drove off the lot), nor did they vacuum the car when they said theyd clean it up. Also, when meeting with the finance department, they sold me a service warranty for $1100. After all the papers were signed, they realized that the service warranty was really $1600, but since it was their mistake, they would take $500 off the price of the car. My fault for assuming they actually did this, because they didn't. I called to ask about it three times and my phone calls were not returned (but it's okay---I've already cancelled the warranty). They also sold me gap coverage, which I originally said No to. But when I said Yes to the service warranty, they slipped the gap coverage into the paperwork. Again, this was also cancelled. I had to call four times to make sure they received my cancellation (because again, no one called back), which they claimed they didn't, but the woman who helped me at that point was quick and helpful. The base price of the car was excellent. But beware of the $699 dealer fee, which they claimed covered things like legal paper work and registration. Since I live out of state, I had to do all of my own paper work and registration, so it was basically an addition to the price of the car. This fee is only about $300 in my home state, where dealers DO complete the registration and titling for you. On a positive note, though, the Title Clerk at Bill Ray was very helpful in making sure I received the Title in a timely manner. In the end, I am happy with my purchase and with the internet negotiation. Just be sure to read everything you sign and make sure you understand the fine print.

I went through the entire process of buying a used car at Bill Ray Nissan...(driving, negotiating, etc...) and spent 5 hours at the dealership. I was told that the car was in perfect condition and had never been in any accidents. I traded in my car, paid for my beautiful new-to-me car and was about to leave the dealership a happy camper. My husband ran inside to pick up the new insurance card and I browsed the car manual. I was SHOCKED to find tucked into the manual paperwork for when my supposedly accident free vehicle had been in a major accident and had sustained over $10,000 in damages. The entire car had been repainted and redone!!!! Yikes! Thankfully, I did not drive it off the lot!! I was there for 5 hours and no one bothered to tell me about the damage, even though they knew. I was lucky to get away easily, but I know that the next person will not be so lucky. I'm sure that bill/estimate has been shredded and the car is back on the lot for the next victim. This is the reason that car dealers have such a bad name.

customer service was good..they returned calls and passed messages..also when there was an issue brian ray always was never inconvenienced to calmly address your concerns..we were impressed by this "family" dealership.qulaity of work was fair as they didnt prep the car properly for delivery but when this was pointed out they gave us an "we owe you" are complete detail..we will cash it when the car is really dirty!!friendliness was ever present..no aggressive, hostile attitudes..very tolerant and humble..this was wonderful and took away the "fear of the haggling and the salesman" issues..price was BEST of all..we shopped all the central florida and tampa dealers and brian ray was the very best deal by at least $200. other dealers said bill ray cant sell for the price they do and they were wrong! (in fact they called us back begging us to come back and buy for the price bill ray nissan gave us! too late!)overall the experience was excellenet..why? see above..enough said!
