As soon as I walked in the door it was high pressure sales and they did not listen to a thing I was telling them. Wanted to give me a laughably bad offer on my trade. And even after I told them I was not going to finance from them they still kept talking monthly payments. I don't care about a payment just the purchase price. Absolutely horrible experience would not recommend.

Very happy with vehicle choices and KNOWLEDGE of salesman, Dain Kovash. He bent over backwards to make our buying experience fast and easy but also LISTENED to what we wanted. He was very accommodating and honest. The vehicle is a well-put together package and was reasonably priced. And we got even a better deal with Dain in which we're very pleased about.

Brought my car in to be diagnosed and repaired. It needed a valve for the catalyst system because it had no power. I picked it up 3 days later, drove out of the lot and had to turn around and go right back. They kept it another week and than put on a new converter. Had they diagnosed it right the first time I would not had had to pay double what they charged the first time. When I got it back the A/C was on, the radio was blasting, and all the car settings were messed up. Oh and when I asked what was fixed on it the shop guy wouldn't make eye contact and mumbled like he didn't think he had to explain to me anything they had done. I should have drove back to Minnesota and took it to Walser!

Very shady for how large this dealer ship is. SO many problems its hard to even list them all. First off the transponder key they gave me with the car looks like I got it at a garage sale, lock button missing. Spare key they included doesn't even work, if you unlock the door it sets off the alarm, if you try to start with the spare the anti-theft system shuts the engine off making it worthless. The car (2005 Dodge Magnum R/T) needed an alignment job when I test drove it. The salesman was nice enough to take the $200 off that the alignment would cost. When my mechanic was doing the alignment however they noticed that the cradle that the front end sits in was removed and put back in crooked, causing the car to go out of alignment very easily. When I approached them about it the salesman got defensive and said that it could have easily been missed. Upon getting a report of all the work they did to it after it was traded in, it showed they did an alignment, no notes about the cradle being out of whack. Which leads me to believe their inspection/alignment process is a joke, or the mechanic they had working on it did this. After bringing it back in to have their "head" mechanic look at it, they assured me that it was fine after he did yet another alignment on the front end(a record for a precious alignment job brings the total to 4 alignments done on the front end in less than 6 months). Other issues would be the fact that there was still dog hair from the previous owner in the rear area after they had cleaned it 3 separate times. The "MP3/CD" player wont play MP3 cds. The tachometer doesn't work. Between my test drive and buying it, a chip appeared in the windshield and a ding above the driver's door handle. I had to ask 3 times for the print out of the work they performed on the vehicle. And finally, because they shop around for financing, I started receiving financing rejection letters. Not something you expect to get after driving the car off the lot. In the end, I am very happy with my car, but very displeased with the customer service after the sale and would not recommend anyone buy from them. I know I certainly won't buy from them again.

These are good people. There is no pressure and everyone is super helpful. The knowledge base here is just fantastic. Fantastic buying process.

The whole process was simple and worth driving to Bozeman, MT from Helena...the drive is beautiful and it's not far at all. I've told ALL of my friends to purchase from Billion make sure you ask for James!
