I recently made a purchase at Bill's Auto Sales. The price was right and Glenn was great to deal with. It is a small independent dealership which I prefer over the big dealers. It is a no pressure, relaxed environment which makes it easy and enjoyable to make a purchase. Glenn has great communication and helps you through the process from start to finish. I highly recommend and most definitely will consider them when I am ready to look for another car!

5-stars- I bought a 2013 Chevy Express from his shop/dealership. I went on vacation for 3 weeks. Then, I came back, and the Lemon-Law already expired. I called for help w an issue. It wouldn't start. This is a true story b.t.w. .. Bill, the owner, drove from Peabody to Malden to assist me. And he fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I can't say how appreciative I am for this. I meant to post this reveiw a month ago. I'd go back to him if I had any issues. Or if I needed a vehicle, I'd go to him. Legally he coul have ignored me altogether. And in this day and age, a lot of people focus on the quick buck. He really impressed me with how fast he came out. And the fact that he came personally really touched my heart altogether. Being in Massachusetts I am used to dealing with a lot of p.o.s.'s. And I'm glad there are good people left around. THANKS Bill. I will never forget that day!

I recently bought my dream car from Bill’s. I was apprehensive going in to buy it because of what I had heard about dealerships, but Glen and all the staff there was incredibly helpful and straightforward. Their motto is “losing money, making friends” and it seems to be pretty accurate- I got a great deal on my car and the overall experience was very positive. I came back about 7 months after buying the car because the tire pressure light kept coming on and I was missing wheel locks. Glen and his team resolved these issues seamlessly and advised me on what to look out for going forward. With their trustworthy and kind staff, I would highly recommend doing business with Bill’s Auto Sales.
