I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Caden Madden helped me out. I made a two hour drive to look at the vehicle and Caden didn’t disappoint. This being my first major purchase he helped me out and walked me through everything. He and his team made the process very easy and painless. Accidently locked my keys in the truck a couple of blocks away from the dealership. I have the added roadside assist from ford, so I called the dealership. I was told they would charge me 500 to tow it, regardless of the road side assist I bought there. Salesman told me to "call the city police. They might open it for you". They did, but that's not their job!

Bought a used car at night. Was not informed of any defects. Car had no freon, inside door handle loose, chips of paint hidden by license plate holder front, scratches, no lug lock socket, and dents. Salesman was as sleazy as they come. Several honest dealers within 50 miles. Buyer be ware, this place is a ripoff.

Car listed in paper for sale, mileage was not what was put in paper. Showed up at dealership to look at car - was told it was at body shop for repair. Went to body shop to look at car and then told that someone else had put a deposit on car (but was not told this previously). Needless to say, we ran from this dealership!
