Winnie was fantastic when purchasing the vehicle! I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get all my paperwork done. She took her time to make sure I was properly educated on all the features of my new MKC. Also, made my trade in experience seamless. UPDATE: I am returning the vehicle since my lease is up. The portal to pay monthly was a nightmare. The service department never had openings to take my vehicle to them. When doing so they couldn't even be bothered to wash the vehicle. The loaner concept was never offered to me, i always had to ask for it. They would much rather shuttle you home. The customer service experience upon returning the vehicle was terrible. There was zero communication and a $2,0000 Misc Charge with zero communication. I can't pay it on the portal, and they have had me on hold for the past 30 minutes. Winne was amazing when I bought the car. The rest of my experience when the car left the lot was far from luxury.

My first experience as I called for a first service appointment for a Lincoln i had bought from a different dealer went fantastic. Extremely professional and helpful. I had chose them after my daughter had less than helpful service at a dealer a bit closer to me. I had bought my Lincoln out out of state as no one had my desired vehicle in Western Pa.

Nice people, nice looking place. Had my car for over a month, every time to pick it up there was another issue. Dealers need to take time to fix and CLEAN up after themselves before they try to give you your vehicle back. Double check their work, make sure there aren't any problems before hand. I chose this place to service my Lincoln because I thought they would be the best at fixing a Lincoln, I never thought I'd have to go back 4 times to get my vehicle right after a collision. I was looking for a service home, I guess I'm still searching. But very nice people, just bad technicians. And sorry to say that management must not be checking over their techs work, so the customers suffer. And believe me, bad word of mouth very much effects business!

This is an awesome dealership. Bought a truck on line everyone Lori Z and Chrissy that I talked on the phone, text, and email were wonderful and answered my questions honest and promptly. Walked in and they rolled out the red carpet and Alyssa welcomed my wife and I in. She knew that 2017 Navigator from the inside out! If she did not know an answer she was not afraid to ask. She is going to become a great sales person! Keep up the great work. I would take the 5 hour round trip in a heart beat to purchase a car from Biondi again.
