Have not owned a Ford before but our family has been sold on them for years. I love my new Escape but the sound of the 4 cylinder bothers me alot as it is so loud and vibrates the car when standing still at lights. Service Dept told us thats just the way it is. The salesman Eric & Phillip & Paul were outstanding to work with us.

Years ago I bought a Ford Ranger, and it was such a good truck and my experience with Bird-Kultgen was so positive that I had no reason not to come back when I decided I wanted a 2012 or 2013 Explorer Limited. I started by checking the BK inventory online. Vanessa Bounds, Internet Director, answered my questions completely, and offered additional choices. Vanessa alone is worth Five Stars -- she's polite, not pushy, knowledgable and seemed to genuinely care that we found what we wanted. When we came in we met Kirk Lewis, and he was excellent too. If this Explorer turns out to be as good as my old Ranger, I'll be back in a few years for another. Finally, because Ford acted so responsibly during the country's financial meltdown, I figured that was reason enough to buy American and to buy Ford.

My sales consultant, Ernesto Ramirez was very helpful. He helped me find the vehicle that was what I wanted. After purchasing the Escape I was unable to pick it up for a day and he was helpful with that and was there to show me how the Escape works. he has offered to help if I have any questions. Working with the dealership was easy and comfortable. I did not feel that I was preasured at any point during the process.

I have bought a few cars from BK Ford over the years. I almost hate to count how many. Once again I just bought two more. What an awesome experience it is to walk in knowing you are going to receive a fair deal. The experience is always a pleasant one. From Linda the receptionist to Bill Bullman who is incredibly helpful and patient to Tim Pietsch who has helped me for years and all the support people in the dealership. These have been some good years and it is nice not to have to search from one dealership to the next trying to determine whether you got the right auto at the right price. I have developed my trust in al the folks at Bird Kultgen Ford. Thanks again.

This is the fifth car my family has purchased from this dealership. I would have to say this was my best experience overall. Salesman Ernie, was professional, friendly, and didnt miss any points on my purchase. As well as after, he sat with me and showed me how to work every button on there. He is very thorough and easy to get along with.

In late 2007 I was looking for a new truck, Your dealership would not Deal with me at all, I went to Ennis ford and received good service, just to far to drive. Your service dept has done the majority of my service and while we at times butted heads they were always respectful (especially leslie) as well as the service manager. last Year I met Claire (thourgh EAA chapter 59) and AOPA She has become a great friend and told me when I got ready for another truck to come see her and she would make sure I was satisfied, SHE WAS RIGHT. THis time around , I was treated with the upmost respect and was not pressured and above all I found the truck I wanted and At a price I was satsified with. Anthony George is not just a salesman He is A people person, He made me feel like he had known me for some time. I HAVE NOW COME BACK TO BIRD KULTGEN Thank you Pat Baucom

Friday, August was my first time to have oil changed, tires rotated, etc. since my purchase in May. I was very pleased with the speed with which the service was done, and the fact that my first visit was free was icing on the cake. Look forward to great visits in the future.
