They sold my average car (Ford Edge) and it was hassle free! Took a little longer than I expected, but my car had higher mileage than most of a comparable year and model. I dropped it off and about 90 days later, I picked up my check. I didn't have to deal with a single phone call or test drive, which is priceless. Craig and his team are very personable and knowledgeable. My car ended up selling for the price he projected and I put some money in the bank.

Keith was an OK guy, but he cared more about making money to fuel his hobbies than being an honest salesman. I understand that he is a businessman and he has the right to do that, but that doesn't stop me from warning you. I checked a vehicle out that would potentially need work in the next year worth approximately $5,000 and the most he came down was $500. It's his right to tell me that he had 16 other people call on that vehicle, but it's also mine to say that he is not the kind of fella I want to do business with.

Sent two emails without any reply over a week. Decided to send an offer of 27k (don't need finance) to see if I could get some contact. They were asking 29,995. I should add, it's been posted since 4/27 and price lowered 2 times. All I get is a text that says, offer will not be accept, take care. No effort to work with me or help find a car. Moving on.

This dealership does not sell junk. Purchased a vehicle from out of state and was a bit nervous, but nothing was hidden, everything was up front and there is no hassle in the purchase process. Excellent communication and responses were always prompt. Craig and Keith are hospitable and willing to make sure you are completely satisfied. I will keep them in mind when looking for a vehicle again.
