I spoke with Elena about a few vehicles. She was very energetic and engaging. I am a big Explorer fan, but unfortunately I prefer the truck frame models over the newer uni body models. I have been thinking about upgrading to the larger Expedition. I told her I was looking for 2009/2010 Explorers or Mountaineers as well as 2015 Expeditions or newer. She was very gracious and even though she knew the odds weren't in her favor to get a sale she took the time to answer all my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2009 Mountaineer with low miles and all the bells and whistles from another dealer, but my next vehicle will probably be an Expedition. The Ecoboost is an amazing Engine with tons of torque that gets great gas mileage and Elena's low pressure and genuine personality will bring me back to BJ Maurer to make that purchase. Thanks again!

We have purchased at least 6 vehicles from Al at BJ Maurer Ford. We however did purchased a vehicle from a different dealership and it was definitely a mistake. It didn't take long for us to trade it in and come back to BJ Maurer. Al and Gloria always do their best and we are completely comfortable with them. We will always recommend this dealership.

We bought a truck 5 years ago from BJ Maurer and we came up from Florida to get it. We did it again this year. We made our trip up from Florida to purchase a vehicle from them again. Also we have serviced vehicles here several times as well. In fact we had our diesel truck in for service and it was supposed to be a two day fix but they were able to turn the truck around in less than a day. The entire dealership is top notch and we love the overall customer service! They are great!!

I couldn't ask for a better place to buy a car. Everyone who works there is friendly, personable and courteous. I know Chris personally and knew he would find me the perfect car to suit my needs. I'll never buy another car from anyone else. But it didn't stop with Chris. When I bought the car last year, Gloria made me feel special and advised me of all I needed to know about financing the car. She did everything but make the payments for me. The service department is great. They set up appointments and don't keep you waiting. While you wait they invite you to snack on the goodies and refreshments available. The entire place is clean and inviting to shop around at the cars while you wait. Brandy is wonderful, using her own personal experience to advise me with tires and repairs. And Don was very knowledgeable and helpful in the wear and purchase of tires, recommending a Ford card to get a discount and actually listening to my needs. When I paid my bill I noticed that I was charged for the inspection I had done with my oil change and tire rotation. When I mentioned that I thought it was free if I purchased my car there they were quick to remedy the situation.

We have purchased several vehicles from here. Al Miller has always done a fantastic job for us. Gloria explains everything about the finances and makes it so simple. We service our vehicles here also and the service department is excellent. If you have an appointment time the usually hit it right on the nose. Very little wait time and service and repairs are always spot on. Plus they offer a great selection of beverages and snacks and the popcorn is WONDERFUL!

While having repairs made I browsed the showroom and clothing selection. Had to buy some awesome Ford clothing. Service was great, very friendly, answered all questions and were very helpful. We bought our used fusion two months ago from Al, and Al and Gloria could not have been any more helpful and pleasant in helping us purchase our vehicle. Since our purchase, we vacationed in GA and FL and we are very pleased with the car. Today I took the car into the service dept. for an oil change. Branden was helpful and explained my options along with making me feel comfortable while I waited. This is the first time we have purchased a car from this dealership but would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Usually one day in and out service with repairs - no long waits like many small service shops. Courteous service staff and friendly sales people . Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Vehicles are kept clean and the clean-up crew do a super job on detailing cars and trucks ready for delivery. Pats department gets parts in fast and are very efficient . Over all I would give BJ Maurer an A.
