Amazing customer service!! I had gone to a few big dealerships to test drive some cars and at almost every single one of them I felt like I wasn't given the customer care I deserved. But from the moment I walked in the door at B & J, I was taken care of. Bob was so great!! I had made an appointment to test drive a car and he had it pulled out front ready to go and turned on so it would be cooled off (since it's been so hot out!). There were some small things that needed to be fixed before selling and Bob kept me in the loop the entire time, texting me with updates. I was so happy to support a local -family owned business. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you Bob for providing such a great car buying experience!

There are many used car lots, but true customer service is hard to come by. B & J wholesale made my car buying experience easy & painless. No BS here! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family

TL:DR: honest and straightforward guys who deserve your car-buying business. So I had been searching for the better part of a month for a nice and clean Subaru Outback and had been put off by numerous other dealers deceptive photos and lack of honesty with the vehicles mechanical condition, then I went to B&J Wholesale. They had a great, clean 2008 Subaru Outback with extremely low miles (less than 60,000). I had already been pre-approved for a loan and the process would have been a headache in order to rally just an additional $700 just to hit their asking price (a very fair one, to be honest). I took the car out for a spin and loved it and Bob was extremely warm and friendly and told me everything there was to know about it. Once all was said and done, I leveled with them and told them the amount I could offer them without reapplying for an additional loan and they discussed and said we had a deal. In addition to that, they had already ordered parts to fix a small bit of body damage. They actually included replacing the parts and spraying to match with the discounted price! I can’t recommend these guys enough and they seem like very straightforward and honest guys who want to work with you. If any of my friends are ever in need of a square deal and NO HASSLE / NO STRESS car buying, this is where I’m sending them. Thanks Bob!

Found a 2000 Ford Expedition with 121,637 miles on it, thought it was a solid car because the previous owner had the maintenance done at a dealer,car only driven an average of 6Kper year, said I wanted my mechanic to look at it, no problem with my request, took it to a well respected local mechanic in my neighborhood, after checking the car out he simply said don't buy it, owner said car was inspected, mechanic said there was $5500 in things wrong with the car that would keep it from being passed for inspection. Manifold leaks, broken bolts, pump seal on transmission leaking, muffler has hole in it, EGR tube on manifold leaking, trans cooler lines leaking, needs all 4 ball joints, ac compressor leaking, both front brake hoses leaking and several more things leaking. My mechanic who has done all my family's cars literally told me that if I gave him $5500 to fix it he'd have me put on a 72 hour hold at the crazy house on Arsenal. Very disappointed but glad at the same time, a rattlesnake will let you know he's there if you're listening
