I love my Ford Escape!!! Thank you so much RJ for helping to find the right vehicle for me and within my budget! Everyone there is so friendly especially RJ who is a very pleasant, helpful and honest person. In addition to the great deal I got.. I was given a fair amount for my trade which was more than I expected. Bought a car here in may of 2020, CARFAX report they provided showed no accidents. However, after reading deeply into a REAL CARFAX report on my vehicle and upgrading it I noticed it has been in an accident, or two… Don’t get me wrong here, I love the car and it performs well. However, this place was quite deceiving. Haven’t had any real issues with the vehicle other than my own faults but it’s better to be honest and upfront with a customer rather than hiding it and perhaps causing issues down the line.

Only had my car for 4 months it was out of the 30-day warranty but they were still willing to help me and I appreciated that until I kept getting the runaround and a different story every time that I spoke to somebody they didn't try to help me they just lied they're nothing but scammers that sell lemons I'm not the first person that's had an issue there plenty of people have bought vehicles from there that I know and had problems however I didn't know this until I started having a problem and my they had asked where I got my car from and then I told them and they all made the same face ooh shouldn't have gone there.

My husband and I found my dream car online... Unfortunately, it was 7 hours away from where we live. We called Ronnie at Black Tie Auto to inquire about the car, and he told us he would be ready and waiting for us when we arrived... Ronnie greeted us outside, when we arrived. He took us right to the car, which he had waiting inside, all cleaned up for us. He allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves (which was MUCH nicer than the dealer we met at Myers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Bellevue, OH, where we test drove an almost identical car, but it was not as nice and overpriced... In comparing the two dealerships, there is no comparison). Ronnie and his co-workers were all very PERSONABLE and friendly. My husband and I felt comfortable working with them and we did not feel pressured to buy. We test drove the car on a Saturday, and then we came back on a Wednesday to buy the car. Ronnie was going to pick us up from a nearby airport to bring us to the dealership, but the weather turned and we had to make an emergency landing. Ronnie, who was already waiting for us at the airport, instead, drove back to the dealership and waited for us to drive another 2 hours in a rental car, arriving a half hour after Black Tie Auto normally closed. Needless to say, Ronnie was VERY accommodating to us. The car was BEAUTIFUL, he threw on a new set of tires, and he also gave us a warranty. With the car already being set at a VERY reasonable price, and having all the extras thrown in, it was a very easy decision to go with Black Tie Auto. With absolutely NO prior knowledge of this place (kind of a scary thought, actually, when driving 7 HOURS one way for a shot in the dark), I can very honestly tell you that I am so glad we took a leap of faith. The car is GREAT! We absolutely LOVE IT, and these guys definitely EARNED our business. Thank you all so much!! :)
