Truck has been in the shop since February after needing a new motor and basically everything else Truck was stated to “slightly” smoke I have the sales ad as well that was stated. You were notified within 15 minutes after leaving the lot that the truck wasn’t what you said it was to be. Also I have your emails stating you’d be willing to help as it did NOT roll down the road like you stated. Needed a whole new front end, brakes, suspension. I stand by my review as you did not disclose of anything it needed you in fact stated you had no idea. You’re a shady dealership and you don’t look over your vehicles

If I could put less than the one star I would. This is the worst used car lot I have ever done business with. They lie about problems with vehicle and after multiple trips back to their " mechanic " issues still not resolved they try to bully you into paying for the repairs. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM OR BETTER YET STEER CLEAR.

Good vehicles at a reasonable price. I looked at 3 trucks they had and bought a tundra. I love my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Very happy with my purchase!!

They don't care about the safety of the public. I was told that the 16,000 pound truck that I purchased was inspected and perfectly fine by their own mechanic.i am required to get vehicle inspected in massachusetts and it was red flagged for severely loose outer tie rod ends and wheel bearing. $1 500 repair they sent me a check for$500. They apparently don't think the safety of the motoring public is worth $1500. There mechanic must be on their payroll

My husband and I bought a truck at Bladecki's a little over a year ago. I've purchased many vehicles and I love the buying process. I researched the two vehicles we were interested in. I printed the estimated value, car fax report, vehicle maintenance records (based on the VIN number) and anything else that I found. To my pleasant surprise, their reports were almost identical to mine. We had no pressure salesman. Polite, straight forward conversation. Financing with their lender was a little cheaper than ours. We signed. Shook hands, and left. The next time we are ready to buy we will go there first. I didn't waste a whole day talking about price. Our vehicle is wonderful. We do regular, expected maintenance, and have had no problems. Great place to buy.

I was interested in two vehicles at this dealership so today we went to check them out. The salesperson didn't seem interested that we were interested. He was watching TV in the office and simply handed me the keys and said to start the cars, let them run and check them out. Neither car would start. We also saw many vehicles sitting in the lot with flat tires. I brought the keys back to the office and said neither vehicle would start. Salesperson commented it was the cold weather but made no offers to see why they wouldn't start or to get them started. So I left the keys on the desk so he could get back to watching TV. I drove a mile down the road to another dealer and saw the same kind of vehicle I was interested - with less mileage. And it started.

I have bought four cars from Bladecki Auto the first when they were located in gilford. I have always been treated well and fairly and will always check what they have to sell first before going anywhere else. If you value the small low pressure local dealership experience as I do then this is the place to go.

My wife and I drove by and saw a vehicle we were interested in, Took it for a test drive, Haggle on pricing upon return. I noticed a SALVAGE tag located on the driver door jamb, Not once did Joe mention that this was in fact a Salvage vehicle, We walked away, and I suggest you all do the same.

I dealt with both brothers, Joe and Jordan. They made the experience fun and easy. I bought a 2008 X5 in March and haven't had an issue with it yet. The car solid as a rock. I get there and instantly they start joking around so I knew it would be an easy laid back process. Throughout the process they were helpful and knowledgeable, yet funny and kept me entertained. It was quick, easy, fun and the car is serving me very well. Thanks again boys!

So unlike most used car dealers when I purchased from Bladeckis the first thing I noticed walking in was the attention to detail and nice showroom. Having said that it was par for the course with all of their vehicles. I needed a second car and wanted to pay cash. They showed me a Lincoln LS with low miles and every option in it. I LOVED IT! I drove the vehicle and wasn't hassled with signing any crazy forms just to test ride. Once I got back I like the vehicle and wanted to make an offer. They declined my offer but we're professional enough to explain to me why and not make me feel like I had to take it. I asked them to give me a moment and made a couple calls and did some online homework...only to find out what they are selling the car for is absolutely a great deal. I ended up buying the car and the paperwork was quick and easy...also came with a 20 day plate! Since then I have sent a few people to them and they have taken care of them the way I would have hoped for. If your looking for a nice car and a good deal I would recommend shopping Bladeckis!

Just purchased a vehicle at Bladecki Auto in Belmont last week. Been happy with the vehicle since and cant find anything to complain about! dealt with two salesman there and they were friendly, laid back, and easy going. Price was great so really no need to fight with price with them...(which is my least favorite part of buying) financing was really easy paperwork was an easy process and quick. and the sitting area was super comfortable feels like sitting at home! Not sure what everyone else has complained about here but I can tell you I had no issues simple fun and exactly what they advertised! would recommend to anyone to at least give them a shot!

I came to look at a used car they had listed on a multitude of websites. The price seemed decent and I met with a salesman by the name of Eric. Eric was great and extremely low pressure. I took the car for a drive and noticed a "rough idle" issue. I spoke to Eric about the car and stated that I should call the owner direct to negotiate. I spoke to the owner who stated he was not willing to fix the issue, and he felt it would go away if the car was driven. I offered $1000 less than list for the way it sits, and he came back with $500 off. We really were not to far apart. He asked me to take it for another drive and see if it went away. I told him from my experience it could be from sitting or it could be from a multitude of other potential problems that I would not know until I took it home and started to diagnose it. I agreed and took it for another test drive. The issue seemed to get slightly better but was still present. While on the drive I thought it over and was considering paying $500 more than I had offered and taking a gamble with the issue. At this point my experience was positive but to my surprise it rapidly changed when i returned. As I pulled back in the parking lot I was greeted by the "owners son" who was wearing a hooded sweatshirt with no affiliation of the dealership. His first words to me me were something along the lines of "whats the problem". I introduced myself and informed him that I had spoken to his father and there was a "rough idle issue". He replied along the lines of "i already talked to him" and proceeded to tell me that the car was fine and the issue was from the car sitting. I told him it very well could be the issue but It could be a multitude of other things as well and I was not willing to take a gamble. He then stated "fine give me the keys" which I happily handed over. He then started to tell me that if there was an issue the check engine light was on and he did not appreciate my "know it all attitude". I have purchased a variety of used vehicles including one of the same make and model I was looking at. I further work on cars as my hobby and know the basics of how they work and signs and symptoms of issues. I explained to him the various parts that could need replacing to fix the issue and explained it could me a minor $10 dollar fix or as much as a few hundred depending what the issue is. He then became angry and stated that if the check engine light is not on, the car is fine. I explained that I was not looking for an argument and told him that he had my phone number if he wanted to call and accept my offer. He continued to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about and continued to be abrasive. He then told me "don't wait for a call, the car will sell". I truly wish the owners son never showed up since Eric was polite and easy to deal with. I was likely to purchase the car with the issue, and the owners son drove me away and gave me the idea to create my first online review.

The amount of negative reviews made me think twice before going to this dealership but now that I've purchased a great deal I am glad I did it. I purchased a GMC truck about a week ago and was thoroughly impressed on how easy it was and how respectable the salesman was. I have bought many cars and usually go through the ringer. Their salesmen were very attentive and were the first salesmen to give me an accurate monthly payment before having to get approved. After getting approved we figured the numbers and the amount he gave me before getting approved was spot on. They got me a low interest rate and the car even came with a free 30 day warranty. Most dealerships I have been to will shoot low and then the amount will be 50 plus dollars above that figure. They got me in and out within an hour and treated me very well. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a great deal and prompt and courteous service.

We spoke to them over the phone when we found a truck on their website. Asked multiple questions about the shape the truck was in..since we lived over 3hrs away we wanted to know everything about it first. We were told it was in great shape..no rust..nothing wrong with it. We told him that we had a ride for the next day and he said great! We called at 8:30am when we were leaving and we were told that the truck hadn't even been in the shop to be looked over so we could drive down and put a deposit on it. (First red flag how do u know it's in great shape and nothing is wrong with it if you haven't even looked it over? It states on the website that the truck was certified NH Safety Inspected and READY TO GO!) We refused and said never mind. He called us back told us to give him an hour. So we waited...called back and he said everything was a go. So off we went 3 hrs away (after taking a day off from work). We get there at 1pm..No truck. Tells us to go shopping and it will be there soon. Come back again...no truck. Huge run around...it was a few hours before we were able to even see the truck (3pm-ish). Finally we see the truck. RUST and a dent! Said he didn't see the rust before. We tried to get him to go down 500$ because of the rust spot that we would have to fix. Nope. Horrible customer service. We brought cash to pay for the truck and he kept trying to sell us a different one that was $5000 more. We drove for 3 hrs. for THIS truck with the exact amount of money..not like we have 5K extra sitting in our pocket!

The negative reviews made me a little wary, however, I was treated well and would have written a very positive report. With only 450 miles on the limited warranty the ABS and cruise control malfunctioned. The issue is yet to be addressed by the Bladecki Auto. Update to follow.

Could not buy the car outright, I could only imagine how tough it would be with a trade in. Joe senior and Joe junior acted as if there were no other cars to be purchased in the area. I agree with the previous comment, they were both rude and condescending. Eric worked hard to sell me the car, I had the money in certified funds and Eric was willing to deliver the car because my car was already sold, but was told not to deliver a car for near full purchase price. You lost the sale and future customer.

The man who I talked to on the phone about my possible trade-in was unbearably condescending and rude. After a low offer on my car, he continued to insult me stating that I, "need to do my homework and go get an education before talking numbers with me...I know my numbers based on auction value." I do not appreciate a male telling me, a female, to get an education and to do my homework, simply regarding a possible trade-in value. There is absolutely no need to talk to potential customers this way, and it is shameful, that is absolutely no way to run a business. I feel that if I were a male calling about the same offer, he would not have dared to talk to me in such a condescending manner. He should be embarrassed. I do not recommend them nor would I ever buy from such a business that treats customers this way.

Bladecki is a family owned, friendly and professional operation. The sales approach is straight up without any pressure or games. I test drove the car by myself and they were quick to answer questions and be helpful. Moreover they sold me a great car in mint condition at a great price.
