Contacted the dealership Monday morning regarding a truck they had in stock. I filled out the preapproval credit application, advised the salesman Logan that I was interested in financing for 5-6 years and could put down whatever is needed to get me a good rate. Called the dealership to speak to Logan Tuesday afternoon as I had not heard back from him. The receptionist took a message and said I would get a call back. Now today, Wednesday, I called and they sold the truck to someone else yesterday. Would not recommend.

I had a very good experience with the sales dept. The vehicle I wanted to look at ready and waiting for me when I arrived. My salesman Logan was helpful and fun to work with, and James the sales manager was great. Everyone was super friendly and ready to help in any way. They were not pushy or trying to sell you something you didn't want or need.

Got my fiancé an new vehicle. She was so happy and the team was easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a vehicle. Very polite and professional made you feel like a valued customer and not just a sale.

Made an appointment to see an advertised car, that wasn’t even drivable!! Didn’t just drop in, actually made an appointment to drive a car that was advertised by Blaze as a “hot car”…Drove nearly 3 hours to test drive and it was no where close to being in working condition?!? Was told that the person who made appointment wouldn’t know that information. Ok I get that, but why advertise and why didn’t someone at the dealership figure that out? No doubt it’s a seller’s market! I understand that if one customer is less than satisfied there are 3 more behind that customer so the loss doesn’t have as big of an impact. But advertising a car that doesn’t run is a head scratcher! This review does not reflect the sales person who was so freaking awesome and actually tried to make our trip worth while by finding out more of our needs to see if he had something close.
