I went to this dealership for a free recall. I also requested a full transmission service since my truck was at 107k miles. I was never given an exact cost just $130 labor plus fluid and filters. The mechanic had my truck for 3 hours. The recall was for approx. 40 mins. The remainder of the time was for the trans. service. I got the bill for $445 ($200 labor). I asked if there was a mistake and the service dept. said there was none. I left and advised I would never return to this dealership. I contacted two other dealerships (one a Dodge dealer) and was quoted the prices of $200 and $239 for the exact same service. As part of my job, one responsibility I had was to schedule maintenance for a fleet of 25 vehicles. I NEVER was charged anything close to $445 for this service.Don't trust this dealership and take your business elsewhere. I did complain to Dodge Customer Service who provided me with 4 free oil changes but did nothing to correct this dealers excessive fees.

We were looking for a more "basic" Jeep Patriot, no so many bells and whistles. Cody Wilson found our vehicle on their lot, in our preferred color, even. The team worked very hard to find financing that best fit our situation, and we left in our new Jeep.

Steve piper answered our emails promptly and followed up with a phone call to get a deal started. We drove almost 2 hours to get there ( our second purchase here and with steve) made a deal and bought our truck. Pleasant atmosphere and great experience.

Our experience with Blaise Alexander was excellent! This is actually our 3rd purchase from this dealer and we will continue to go there for years to come! We have always worked with Steve Piper. Very stress free, friendly, not pushy at all. With each purchase, we do a good bit of research before making a decision. Spent the last two weeks going to other dealers, driving other vehicles, and we always find that that the customer service, prices, and everything at Blaise is hard to match! We would recommend this dealership to anyone. You will feel very welcome the minute you walk through the door.

tim will use every trick in the book to rip you off.he will sell you a flood damaged or wrecked vehicle with a smile on his face. buyer beware . save yourself alot of money and hassel go to any orther dealership!

Late July 2013, we started looking for a SUV or minivan. We used many internet sites and decided on a minivan. We picked one and the review said to also consider x, y, and Dodge Grand Caravan.Reviews suggested that the Caravan TCC Rating was a go Safety was 9 out of 10 and Features were 10 out of 10. Safety is a big driver for my family and the review said It's not quite the safest minivan in the segment, but the Dodge Grand Caravan earns excellent scores from both reporting crash-test agencies. There was only one with a better safety rating and the Base MSRP was significantly higher.We stopped at the dealership on a Monday evening and were greeted by Bonnie Folmar who asked if she could help us. She showed us a Caravan SXT and gave us a good price. We went home and did some more research. We called the next day and said we would stop by for a test drive that evening.That evening we found out that the vehicle had been sold a few hours earlier. Bonnie had left a message on our home phone but we had not been home. Bonnie and the dealership manager work with us and asked for some time to find a similar SXT for the same price. Based on our research, it was a great price so we could wait a short time. The next day we received a call that they had found a SXT but it was not 100% match but the price would be the same (we traded window shade for SIRIUS).We took it for a drive, only 44 miles on it, and bought on Friday. The salesperson and dealership did a great job for us. We did not ask them to look for another vehicle; they asked us if they could have some time to find another vehicle. That is customer service.

My husband I had a great experience at this place! The customer service was excellent and everyone that we spoke to or came across was friendly and professional. It took us a few weeks to purchase the car but we were not rushed and they were patient with us. Our sales representative told us everything we wanted to know since the day we came to the dealership. We even wanted another car from another dealer and they brought that car to this dealer for us to see. We would buy another car from this dealership!

i was interested in buying a jeep ,new or used . i was directed to a specific vehicle . it looked nice and clean inside and out.upon looking under the vehicle i was shocked .the whole underside of the vehicle was solid rust.i'm not talking about the normal amount rust a 4 year old vehicle would have.it looked like something you would see at junkyard after sitting for 100 years.it was obvious the vehicle was flood damaged.if your considering buying a car or truck from blaise alexander, take the vehicle to your mechanic first.you will save yourself thousands of dollars, and untold heartbreak.Don't make the biggest mistake of your life.go anywere else to purchase a vehicle!!!!
