In the market for a slightly used car, basically a few years old. Blaise Alexander has several locations, advertises all over the place, and so you would think they might be a good place to do business. Unfortunately, they have far over book prices on their vehicles, and their salesmen are horrible. I contacted them about a car I was highly interested in not once, but two times. Same salesman gets back to me both times and just sends me a bunch of pre-written, fill in the blanks style emails. I reply and answer them with specifics. Here it is many days later and same salesman just keeps sending me the same garbage. The salesmen are supposed to do their jobs and work with the customer, not against the customer. But in any event, considering I am working with competing dealerships whom are scratching and clawing to get my business whereas the salesmen at Blaise Alexander just like to play games and not respond to a serious buyer......... seriously........... they have lost my business not only now but in the future as well. My money is good anywhere but apparently at Blaise Alexander, "where the customer means nothing to them".

Our salesman Dylan was extremely helpful in navigating us through the process and has called to follow up and offered to help with any questions we may have, since the 2014 has many "extras". My vehicle broke down on the way to work Monday; my son had recently leased a car with Blaise in Williamsport and suggested the Lewisburg location, plus flier came in mail the day before! We went there after work that week and had no vehicle in mind, was nicely greated by salesperson and explained the situation, need for vehicle, mine had broke down unexpectedly, I had no extra money being in between pay weeks. He showed me a handful of cars that would meet my payment expectations, I was able to test drive 3 vehicles and select my new car that same night. Due to the time and some needed information, I went back the next day and was able to get financed with no money down with payments within my budget. They accepted my nonworking vehicle as trade in and made arrangements to pick it up at the mechanics it was towed to. It really made my car buying experience a great one - I had a lot of bad luck that week and didn't think I could get a vehicle without having some extra cash to put down, I really thought I was going to have to wait for 3 weeks to get 2 paychecks in to come up with a down payment. Can't say enough how being able to get a vehicle so easy and so quick helped. I work 30 mins from home and trying to get people to drop me off and pick me up was quite the inconvenience for the days I waited.

I scheduled this appointment about 3 weeks out, since I needed to leave the car over night so that the car was cooled down and the issue it was givinge me was more likely to happen, they told me I could have a loaner car. So the morning I show up for my appt they tell me I will have to come back that they didn't know I needed a loaner. I gave a heavy sigh because what was wrong with the vent system in my car forced me to either always have on the ac or defrost. Always. So they found a loaner car for me, a new vehicle. As I walk out the door he tells me to take care of it, it's news. We'll let me tell you, my car is only 3 years old, I just purchased it 6 months ago, and MY car is cleaner. I do not eat in my car, we don't smoke and have no animals. The interior windshield of the loaner was coated in something that looked like a white haze and made it really hard to drive with the sun out. The back seat had a bunch of dog hair on it. Then when we came to pick up my car, the panel that has the dials for the air and vents wasn't filled clicked back into place. Bill the mechanic was nice enough to come out and after about 10 minutes he was able to get it fully back into the correct position. All in all yes I am satisfied with the service, but not happy that the clerk at the counter insinuated that the loaner was nicer than my vehicle. My 3 year old car is better equipped and cleaner than the loaner. I missed my 3 year old car and was so happy to give back the loaner vehicle.

Extremely unprofessional and they never told me until we had the date chosen. They never followed up or made any effort to work with me. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went there 5 or 6 times, 15-20 hours with 1 salesmen who has no idea what he's doing apparently. Set a appt to see a truck, drive 30 mins there to find out that truck can't be sold. Do it again to find out he can't find it. Finally found a truck in our budget, told him we would be there at 5 with a check for this truck, he would have everything ready. When we arrived nothing was ready, he never called for payoffs, had druck detailed, never even put the deal to his sales manager. We wasted almost 2 hours of that day, never again will I go back. I'm telling everyone I know stay away

I went here in the last month probably 6 different times. salesmen was gonna have trucks ready to show me, then find out they can't sell them trucks. till this day those trucks are still listed online,some of them he never found. so we go back another day to look at another truck, find out that one is listed for the wrong price, or he can't find it. finally after 5 trips in we find a truck we like, call to tell my salesmen well be up at 5pm with a check to buy it, his response is hell have everything ready. when we arrive nothing is ready, deal was never put to sales managers. we sat over an hour this last time to be told it was my job not his to get trade in payoffs. so, we left and went to another Alexander's. in less then a half hour they had payoffs and a deal worked up. i don't know if it was just horrible luck with my salesmen but I will never return, and also the internet listings are messed up. horrible experience will be my last

I have been in sales for many years and really loved helping my customers identify and meet their needs: for a Profit. I have had company cars for many years so, at 63 years old buying a new truck was a first. My wife and I searched for 6 months at multiple dealers. One dealer had us sit for over an hour trying to qualify our credit when I told him I would be paying cash? Agreements were made between us and one sales rep and voided by another. It was very frustrating for me not just the lack of respect but the told unhappiness of the sales representatives. It seemed as though they hate what they are doing. We were very disappointed. Michael Poteski at Blaise Alexander met us in the show room. I had provided a list of features that we were interested. Mike took us out on the lot and quickly identified the vehicles which would meet these needs. He proceeded to put together a deal that satisfied both Blaise Alexanders profit requirements and what we were willing to spend. I hope he feels good because we both do.

I have been a happy customer since 1998 when I moved to PA from MI and bought a 1998 Ford Contour. Since that time ownership of dealership changed. I have always been treated "special" as a woman when I have gone in with a question or need for car service. I bought another car...2008 Ford Fusion in 2010 and was comfortable with Dwayne (my terrific salesman) and got a great deal. Always have had Fords in the family...Dad,brother, son down through the years. I am treated with respect and enjoy the occasional visits I make for oil changes, low tire pressure, yearly inspections. Service department is great and on the ball and I have never had problems with things going wrong after they fixed it. I have even sent a couple friends in at two different times and they bought cars from Dwayne. Kudos to you from me......and maybe some more donuts coming!

I talked with Owen Black about buying a F250, he was very helpful so I drove over to their Lewisburg dealership, 1.5 hour drive. Owen was off when I got there so a young lady showed me around the Truck and we went for a Test drive. I was a little concerned and had some questions so another salesman (chris) brought me for another test drive. When we returned he went inside to work the numbers, while he was at his desk I made a phone call and during the call the lady came over with the price, I immediately went outside to finish my conversation. I returned a few minutes later and asked for the keys of my truck and immediately Chris asked me "do those numbers work for you" I said no, with every intention of negotiating or looking at other Trucks. At that The MANAGER said, out loud, over several people in the salesroom "good day sir, thank you for stopping by" in a completely sarcastic manner. I left, in horror but returned to get an explanation only to be told I shouldn't have been talking on my phone while his staff were trying to talk to me with the price. When I challenged this I was told by the Manager "go buy your Truck somewhere else, we don't want your Business. I had a $18000 Bank check in my pocket as I was so sure I would buy after talking to Owen Black. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am in the hospitality Business and will tell anyone and everyone to stay away from these people

We came across an 05 F250 Blaise Alexander Ford had on cars.com. We talked on the phone about the situation we are in,and the guys at this dealer understood. We have a diesel which requires a huge amount of maintenance,and are looking for a gas truck to replace it. Matt is a super nice/professional person to deal with. After a little haggling over the final details we were able to get to exactly where we needed to be to make the deal. But we decided to keep our truck because of the two trucks were just not matched up close enough. One of the best employee staff at any dealer I have ever been to. Honest,and willing to work with you. If they get another truck in closer to what we want we will make the three hour trip again.

This past summer, I was in the market for a new van. Through the network of Alexander dealers, and to make a long story short, I found one that I was looking for online that was supposed to be at this dealer in Lewisburg. Upon calling and inquiring about this vehicle, we found out that it was, at the time, in Selinsgrove. Being from Selinsgrove I told the salesman that we were going to look at the car (not test drive it or speak to any other salesman in Selinsgrove, because that would mess with who keeps it, etc.). He asked that I didn't go to look at it and to please wait until it was brought to Lewisburg. No problem. Upon arriving at the dealer in Lewisburg, there were two vans that we were able to look at. The van in Selinsgrove was not brought down like we were told it would be. When we looked at the other two vans, one of them had been "keyed" on the driver's side. We were not made aware of this until we physically saw it. In closing, this dealership was a complete waste of time. Not sure if it was the salesman or the dealership as a whole, but the experience with this Alexander dealership was absolutely horrible. Last but not least, when the salesman told us he was going to look for another van with the features we wanted, we expected a call within a few days...that call was never received.
