I was sold a Ford Explorer in December 2020 that gave me trouble the same day I pulled off the yard with it. On top of this I was born in Blakely but don’t reside there anymore. Close to 4hrs away. Long story shorter I had to bring the Ford Explorer back to Blakely 3x because of it being misdiagnosed. With the company still not able to pinpoint and fix the vehicle properly I took it a Ford Dealership closer to me and was told the issue is a cracked head. With purchase I was given a warranty that after “x” amount of days any majors problems with the Explorer they would pay for it. The dealership literally wanted and did wait until the warranty kicked in to make any farther actions on getting this situation resolved. They did give me replacement truck 2x of me coming down but that was just two vehicles I had to gas up and also missing time at work to return and pick up my unfixed truck. After some heated conversation between Joel (salesmen) and the Owner (can’t remember his name) And myself I was told they now don’t have a vehicle that I can drive home while the issue is repaired. I didn’t get my truck back (FIXED) no thanks to Blakely Chevy Dealership until February on 2021. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Angel and Joel are AMAZING! I needed to trust them more than most because my daughter needed a car while she is at school 1,100 miles away from home! They made me feel comfortable and helped with out of state issues. I would highly recommend Blakely Chevrolet Buick GMC!

Angel & Joel were so wonderful to deal with that I drove all the way from Valdosta to purchase my new GMC from Blakely! They were both upfront, informative & friendly from the get-go. I walked into Blakely Chevrolet and and left in a very nice car within 25 minutes thanks to Ms. Angel. Her customer service skills are out of this roof and she kept me laughing my whole time here. I highly recommend anyone back to this dealership.
