Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Kerry took care of me all the way through the process and made sure I had all the knowledge I needed to choose my new vehicle! I would highly recommend Blue Ridge to anyone, but really Kerry was the star of it all. I bought my car in the middle of a monsoon (almost literally) and he couldn’t wash it like he normally would have before I pulled off the lot and he had me bring it back and he hand washed it himself. Top notch company with great employees! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place has had my van for around a month give or take and still have not figured out what's wrong and fixed it. First it was one thing then it was another and another and now yet another. They want to charge me over 2000$ for them to guess and replace things and not fix it. I think they need better trained mechanic's. I will never go here for anything again

Ordered a truck last year and it came in damaged but I still took delivery. This was completely out of the dealerships hands but they took care of me every step of the way. It took over two months to get the parts but they did a great job fixing everything to my satisfaction. Service after the sale is one of the most important things and this dealership did that

The entire experience could not have been better. From the initial call to set the appointment, drop off/check in, pickup and communication in-between, each team member was more than courteous. Every person was caring and made me feel heard and looked after. Would definitely recommend this new dealership and service center and rate 5/5.
