Had no intention of buying a car but have been on the lookout for one for my wife. We drove in here just to look and see. No pressure sales at all. Very helpful and laid back. We ended up purchasing a 2018 Chevy Traverse and are very satisfied with the experience. One of the best buying experiences we have had EVER!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Drove from Idaho to look at a vehicle, took the car on a test drive and told the salesman I was interested and I was going to call my business partner about purchasing the vehicle. Said give me an hour and I would get back with them. Just to call back and find out they were selling it to someone else while I was getting money wired to another bank. They said I’m not there so you do not get first choice to buy. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS! ( I was not told prior that I needed to put a deposit down or be on the lot to have first choice) You are right. The additional facts are. I was going to talk to my business partner and I ask the salesman if I could wire money over and he stated that or getting a check. So I went to do so. I called back like I said I would, to talk pricing and get your doc fee. For you to tell me sorry someone else is driving it and has first choice cause you walked off the lot. Well of course I did, I had to go get money! Oh guess what I already drove it, and I also wanted to purchase it. should have read the reviews first and not wasted my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will definitely be back! It was a very pleasant experience and no High Pressure sales tactics. We had been shopping online and looked at several cars in town. The one here was by far in the best shape and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend our salesperson TJ to anyone. He was very patient throughout the whole process.

I bought a truck from Tyson at bluff street auto and the process was one of the most smoothest positive experience I had in buying a vehicle they had a great price on the truck and Tj got me an awesome interest rate there and the best part was, I was in and out in under an hour I would recommend Tyson and Tj to anyone, there great guys and really care about you and your time. I would definitely go back there for my next vehicle.

My experience with Bluff Street Auto Brokers was fantastic. The Sales Representative, Tyson Koford was courteous and very knowledgeable. Although I didn't purchase the first, second, or even third vehicle Tyson called me about, he stayed in touch. On May 31, 2014, Tyson found the perfect vehicle: a 2005 Ford F-150 Supercrew FX4 4WD, and I drove out a very happy camper. If you want great service and a person who stays in touch, Tyson's your man. I would highly recommend him and Bluff Street Auto Brokers.

Our salesman was not very friendly. While I took a test drive, my wife and two little kids did not feel welcome inside and preferred to sit outside on the curb until I returned. I wanted to buy the vehicle but thought the price was too high and I wanted to negotiate it. The salesman was very rude when I asked if he would negotiate. I actually don't care if they won't lower the price but he could have at least been nice and explained why. Instead, he was condescending. The best part was after we left we called back to make sure we remembered the salesmans name and he wouldn't give it to us. (It's T.J.) Very poor customer service. I will never go back.

Our experience with Bluff Street Auto Brokers was a great one! We drove by the lot and noticed the perfect SUV. We weren't too serious about buying but wanted to dream and take a look anyway. We pulled in and immediately were met by Tyson, one of the sales representatives. He greeted us and made us feel welcome. He let us look inside and showed us all the features. He was honest and looked out for our best interest by even showing us cars that could better suit our price range. We took it for a test drive and were sold instantly. We left the lot and all we could think about was the car! Unfortunately, it was Memorial Day weekend and we had to be patient until the banks opened again on Tuesday. We probably came back to the lot 10 times and peeked inside. We came back Tuesday and they took us right in and gave us a quote, ran our credit, found us a rate that was even lower than we had crunched into our own calculations at home and even signed us up with our favorite bank. Tyson was so helpful and we were so pleased with our experience. We have family members who buy from Bluff Street Auto and we too will be loyal customers. If you are feeling skeptical about going through a car dealership, DON'T.. Here at Bluff Street Auto Brokers, they can still get your loan from your favorite bank, or a bank here in town that might have a better rate than you even had heard about. They were so fast and easy and we drove away with the car in the same day! They even traded our old car in for higher than we had been quoted on Blue Book, and around town! Thank you Tyson and Bluff Street Auto Brokers!
