BMW at this dealership stands for: Bad Maintenance Work. I’ve been coming to Fresno BMW for several years to have my leased vehicle(s) serviced for routine maintenance. If there were other options available in Fresno, believe me, I would take my vehicle elsewhere. The service here is usually lackluster. I would usually laugh to myself when the service advisors would say “Please rate us nothing less than a five star…”. I had never taken the time to rate them before. But, if I had, they would never rate above a 3 star (those would actually be “good” service days for them). The reason for low rating is the culmination of the years of mediocre service + the recent service I had a few days ago. No communication and slow service. What good is an advisor if the client has to ask for updates? And, what good is an appointment if they’re going to keep your vehicle all day? It shouldn’t take 6 hours to do an oil change and basic inspection. Also, don’t think I didn’t notice that you did not wash my vehicle when walking me over to my car and handing me they keys. That pathetic attempt to distract didn’t work. Such a poor ending to an already poor service.

Don't trust the service center! I took my car in for previously recommended service, service engine soon light for brake fluid, and a parking lamp malfunction. This was all told on phone when scheduling appointment but after drop off I was called and asked why I was bringing it in so I repeated the above and asked if notes were in computer regarding the previous recommended service. Call back stated the previously recommended service was not needed and he didn't know why that was placed but they would take care of other stuff. No communication during the day. I finally called back to ensure it would be ready later in day. When I showed up the service tech runs my papers to me at the payment area says everything was fixed and stated there was an oil leak which is recommended I get fixed for next visit, gives me his business card to call/text him directly, and sends me on my way. I notice two days later the service engine soon light and all problems still exist. I text the same guy and no response. So then I call and tells me those are different and need a diagnostic check and that they didn't do that last time??? Seriously, that is what I took it in for! So now I am wondering if they did anything that day on my car. I will not be returning for service at Fresno BMW. I just took my car to a local foreign car mechanic and he laughed at how much the dealer charged for service listed on my bill and I received way more personal service with explanation of services with him. It is a shame what customer service has become with big corporations and it was just an expensive reminder how valuable old mom and pop businesses really are.

Having an older model BMW (1994) most people do not take their cars to the dealer for oil changes. However I felt the cost including a 24 point inspection was worth the price. During this inspection they found a oil leak, which had been going on for years, covering the underside of the car preventing further inspection. I authorized them to clean the oil from the valve cover area and the underside as well. The inspection was completed and 2 more problems were discovered. A couple of my concerns were taken care of gratis, which I appreciated. When the car was returned to us it was running rough, not smooth like when it was brought in. Turned out some of the cleaner used to clean the valve cover seeped to the coils under the valve cover. Matthew Giraldes, the Bmw technician, promptly diagnosed and fixed the problem and the car runs smooth again. Our service adviser David Le did very well keeping us informed all the way through the repairs.

First, I'm not a review writer, in general; second, I have never really had a positive experience at any car dealership. Hailey Fryer, Sean Wilson and Jeff Kearcher could not have made me feel any more comfortable. I'm new to the Fresno area and recently took my BMW 328i to BMW Fresno for routine maintenance and to have them look at small issue I was having with my navigation system. I was really impressed with how thorough my service advisor was when explaining what was wrong with my navigation. The whole process from when I scheduled the appointment to when I picked it up went very smoothly. My service advisor even took time to show me how to use some of the features on my car that I was not yet familiar with. I'm glad to know that there is a dealership here that is trustworthy and that really cares about their customers. Highly recommended!!!

I dropped by BMW Fresno 2 weeks ago around 2:30 pm - my back passenger door would not release/open and the door handle was displaced and would not go into its placement, it was unlocked. I had to make an appointment - 5 business days later at 9:30 am -- at 3:45 pm I was called and told the door handle was broken and NO parts were available. Parts could be ordered, but to be safe and to know the parts had arrived, i should consider a 3 day wait. I make yet another appointment 3 business days later. I was told I had to pay a 'diagnostic fee' - Really the door handle was out of place on the door - it would not open - the lock and unlock button worked ---- most disappointing that a 'top brand' car dealership would try to charge a 'diagnostic fee' for such an obvious repair and NOT have parts knowing that I had an appointment.

When I take my vehicle in for service, I always feel welcome from the moment I drive up to the moment I leave with my vehicle. Vince listens to any concerns I have beyond the regular service and lets me know what they find. Once it was making a noise that couldn't be replicated at the dealership and he told me to come by anytime when it is making the noise, finally that moment happened, then the noise was heard and the service department was able to find and take care of the problem.

I think I will always drive a BMW (I am currently on my second from BMW Fresno).Not only do I love my car, but I love the service. Vince is my go-to guy. He works with my schedule and my need for transportation. He doesn't make fun of me when I think my AC is malfunctioning because I didn't remember the slide wheel from red to blue for summer!! He keeps my car running as it should, after all it is an incredible driving machine, and looking top notch!!!

Our Service Advisor was right on target for the repairs needed and also the total amount we would owe. Our car was promised to be ready on the following Monday and we received a call the Friday before that our car was ready. We appreciated his professionalism and the manner in which we were advised on the care of our car. I told Sergio I wanted to keep my care at least another year and it was to touching and refreshing when he told me my BMW was still in good condition (for the years I had it) and assured me I could still keep it for at least another year for better. When I asked when was a good time to purchase a new automobile, he did say the end of the year is always the best time, but there was no sales push (I liked that). We really did like this gentleman and also, he was quite neat in his appearance, that really shows respect for a client.

I paid for something that I believe was not given fair amount of time to assess the concern I had with my car. After having possession of my car for a day and a half because BMW overbooked, service was not able to detect the issue and requested more time and additional 600 to take the engine apart to locate the issue....not fix but to just find the problem, whereas I took it to CarMax services and within 2 hours of my appointment a diagnosis was determine WITHOUT taking car apart! Minded BMW needs a crash course in customer service as I never once got a courtesy update call on my car to say "hey we haven't forgotten about you and thank you for your patience" I was the one who called everything time, never got a status call as promised. Very unhappy with the service. It is my first and last time taking it there. Ladies, be careful, this was one way I felt they think they can dig into my pocket books.

My family is on our annual vacation and while in Fresno we stopped at BMW of Fresno and met some really professional people who helped us out with the purchase of a new BMW. Our sales person, Deo Parilla, was outstanding in his politeness and he listened to everything we wanted. He is a very nice young man. While we were out looking at different cars, we met the General Manager, Tom Diefendorf. Tom asked out and introduced himself and offered more help than Deo was already providing. We had been to many dealerships and this was the first time EVER that we met the General Manager, as well as him supporting his sales person and U.S. Personally. Tom Diefendorf obviously leads by example, and it shows in everyone we met. To make a long story short, we traded in our Lexus and drive away in a new BMW. My family loves the new car as well as the team at BMW of Fresno. Thank you Deo Parilla & Tom Diefendorf!!

My family is on a summer vacation traveling through Fresno. We were looking at upgrading our Lexus with. a BMW so we visited BMW Fresno. We were greeted by a very nice young man by the name of Deo Parilla. He was very knowledgeable and vey helpful. While walking through their new cars we were fortunate to meet the General Manager, Tom Diefendorf, who was also very nice. This was the first time at any dealership where we actually met the General Manager. Obviously they have a great team, because they all work well together. Between Deo and Tom Difendorf, we were able to find the right BMW which we are very, very happy with. I would recommend this dealership and these people to anyone.

Salesman named Que was personable and helpful in showing me the car I was interested in, but was just looking at the moment. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing the 2008 Lexus E 350 advertised on the internet and showed to me by Que. No pressure or games played as far as I could see. Thanks Que!

Took my car in for a oil change. Dropped it off at 7:00 am. Got a call at 4:15. Was told I needed a new radiator 1,200. I was aware there was a leak somewhere but didn't expect to be told its unsafe to drive. Asked if the oil had been changed, they said no. So they had my car for 91\2 hours and still no oil change. I told him don't do anything, I want a second opinion, I'm coming to get it. A friend recommended Bailey European on Blackstone and spruce. Found out there was nothing wrong with my radiator, it was a leak from a small hose!!!!!! And they told me I didn't need an oil change for another 7,000 miles!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmmmmm...... wonder if BMW takes advantage of all women???? Really left a bad taste in my mouth!

At first my experiece was pretty good when it came to being greeted and showing me the new cars. Salesperson was knowledgeable and test drive went well. Once I decided BMW was what I wanted it came down to price. They were very firm with price and hardly wanted to discount. The discount they offered was like a slap in the face. I later called Visalia BMW and a few in LA and they immediately gave me a much better price. I took my business elsewhere Once negotiations started at Fresno they seemed rude. I recommened everyone to shop around for a better price which you will get.

EFFICIENT AND HONEST, that's how I'd describe the treatment I received at Fresno BMW. I live in the Orange County area and I drove 221 miles to buy the car I wanted, a 2014 Z4. As soon as I got to the dealer floor I was greeted by Hovsep, whom Was the Client Advisor I had been in contact with via email and phone. I had a trade in vehicle that I described as working perfectly. However, the day of the purchase the moonroof didn't work, I thought that detail might affect the trade in price we had previously agreed on, IT DIDN'T. Compared to my other experiences purchasing cars from Mercedes Benz and BMW this one was fast and smooth, no gimmies, no hidden or undisclosed charges nor offers to buy extra warranty or anything, thnks Rob from finance department. After the purchase was done and over, Hovsep, in a very diligent way showed me and guide me through all the features in my new Z4. Thanks Hovsep for all your time and help. Top down, loved the ride back home.

This is the best car buying experience I've ever had. It took 45 minutes from the time we entered the dealership until the time I was driving out of the car lot with my new BMW. Scott went out of his way to make the deal happen. I talked to him on the phone before even setting foot in the dealership. I told him want car I was looking for, he told me the inventory he had on the lot; and I told him the price I am willing to pay. After a few days he called me on the phone and said we have a deal and that he convinced his boss to give me the car at my asking price. I have looked everywhere for the price of my car and nobody beats the price that I got from BMW of Fresno. The financing person was also quick and painless. No BS straight business. No selling of options - just straight business and we were out of there driving our new BMW. I will for sure tell my friends about SCOTT and the dealership. I am coming back in 3 years for another BMW and rest assured that I will look for SCOTT!!!

I purchased a used 530i from Weber this last week. The sales process was done 95% over the phone/ text/ and email. I arrived at the dealership, took the car for a test drive, and processed the paperwork. The price was noted as a good deal on another web site and the financing went exactly as negotiated. This was the simplest, most friendly, and comfortable auto transaction that I have ever made. Weber was a great dealer with outstanding customer service. My next car will come from them if I have anything to say about it...

We purchased a used 2010 Audi from WeberBMW. Our original plan was to put down a deposit, fly over and see the car. We live about 700 mi away (Salt Lake) and this didn't work out. We ended up purchasing the car over the internet and having it delivered. We would not have done it this way without trusting the dealer and Weber didn't let us down. The salesman explained the process and everything went smoothly. We had the car in about 1 1/2 weeks and it was exactly as expected. There was a huge amount of trust in purchasing a car sight unseen over the internet and Weber was the type of dealer we did trust.
