BMW of Wichita offers quality vehicles as well as quality service. My first positive experience here was due to a free oil change they offered me, as well as an adjustment for my vehicles recall, if I recollect correctly. My most recent experience was equally satisfying. My key battery was nearly depleted, so I made a quick call to their parts department. (Which was quick to answer) I told them I was just getting off work, and needed a battery. The gentleman took my vehicles information, and had the battery ready for me. Not only did I have a minimal disruption in my busy schedule, I wasn't charged for the replacement battery either. I am very happy with BMW of Wichita. I would recommend this for your parts and maintenance needs. I can only assume the sales atmosphere is of equal quality.

Michelle Anderson was amazing in the car buying process. She was helpful, attentive, and really made me feel like a person and not just like another customer. I am glad I chose Walser and was able to have Michelle as my sales advisor. I highly suggest asking for her when you make your next trip into BMW of Wichita!

This was a perfect buying experience. I had a three plus hour drive if I wanted to evaluate this vehicle. Michael Ulrich from Wichita BMW was super helpful, always transparent, and always courteous. Because of this we were able to make a deal. I would highly recommend Wichita BMW and the team there. The entire team seemed to be on point and got me back on the road in a new vehicle quickly. I don’t often post reviews and I much prefer to post positive ones, but my experience with the BMW of Wichita SERVICE (not sales) team has been extremely disappointing. They don’t return phone calls. They promised a delivery of my vehicle, and not only didn’t deliver it but never called to inform me. That evening I called to complain about this, and the sales manager sent an email to the service manager. The next morning by 10 am he still hadn’t called me so I had to call him! He did finally make things right but it was only after I complained. I would not recommend this dealership because of the lack of customer support and service in their service department specifically. It’s a wonderful car but not worth the headaches on the other end. Will not be leasing from them again.
