Picked up my new car today. What a wonderful experience. Iris in Sales and Ricardo in Financing were amazing!. True professionalism at its finest. Friendly and courteous. They took care of everything and made the delivery experience so easy. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to ask for them. I am confident they will not disappoint you. I live in Nassau, Long Island but traveled all the way up to Mt Kisco because Ricardo worked hard in making sure I got the vehicle and deal I wanted. Much respect.

This is my 2nd 400 series hardtop convertible in 3 years from BMW of Mt. Kisco. Car is great, salesman was a seasoned pro. The service department has been outstanding in. Any problems that I have are corrected and a loaner car is always given to me while my vehicles being serviced. The service representative, Todd Johnson has been very attentive to my needs and has been very thorough. I’m happy to say that I purchased my car after the three-year lease and BMW of Mount Kisco service department has made sure that my car is running in excellent condition. I will buy an extended warranty when my warranty expires in October

My car had an engine light come on and it needed to be fixed BMW of Mount Kisco were fantastic, my car is running like a dream now!!! If you need Service or a new car go to BMW of Mount Kisco it’s a wonderful place!! 2/10/21 Back at BMW of Mount Kisco for routine service I can’t say better things about this dealership they always do fantastic work! Don’t hesitate to take your car to this dealership for service they will take good care of your car!!

BMW kept my car for 2 extra days. I wasn't called to pick it up. I had to call to find out if it was ready. Service rep slipped in unnecessary charge items, which I had to cancel. Pretty sleazy, for a first class shop. Nice that I was offered a new loaner. Personnel were polite and pleasant. Car returned neat and clean. In my next visit, again, poor communication: A nice new electric loaner, but the simple service I requested took 5 days! The entire service department seems not to know how to use the phone: every call went to message. Finally, persistence paid off. The car was checked. I had to make multiple calls, and 3 extra visits to the dealer. The service rep was courteous, but he explained that the service department was short of staff. That doesn't explain why they don't answer the phone. Yes, the loaner was brand new, but the electric vehicle hadn't been charged!. And the "full" tank of gas was about half full when I got it. The car had an excellent radio. Another very annoying encounter with this dealership. Chalk it up to the new management, badly managing. This time, I won't return. By the way, I've owned 8 BMWs in the past.
