lovely, clean and bright dealership! went in for routine service and was not disappointed. comfortable wait spaces. courteous and informative staff met me every step through the visit. even had a yummy little BLT from the complimentary cafe while I waited (it was lunchtime)! car came back washed and I was back on the road quicker than expected. :)

I would give zero stars if I could. Women, do not go. They tried to hold an inspection over my head to get me to buy 2 front tires that I did not need. Quoted price around $900. I knew that I did not need new tires based on the age and mileage of my vehicle. I could also look at my tires and know that the tread was fine, and I'm no car expert. When I refused to buy the tires, they failed my inspection. I took my car to a reputable establishment and, unsurprisingly, passed with no issues. Honesty and integrity matter to me. If they are values that matter to you, take your car elsewhere.

Had a great experience buying a car at BMW of Asheville. Super nice sales rep, Joel, helped us. They made us a deal we couldn't pass up. And even though we were buying a used car, they treated us like we were buying a top of the line new one. Thia place was well above the other dealerships we have visited recently. I highly recommend them.

Great experience as always. Patrick is on his game. Very smooth process, low key, no stress. The facility is top notch. Love the fact that I can always count on breakfast on my visits being I always schedule my appointments in the morning. What a perk! Thanks for a job well done!

David was a phenomenal help. Good communication from him in the service department. He was honest and did not over promise. The part to make my 2021 convertible top work again came in earlier than expected. Today it goes down and goes up just as it should be. Today when I took it in, David was on a well deserved vacation and Norm took the helm. Everything was done hours before I expected. Thank you David and Norm
