This was my first time at BMW Atlantic City for anything as I recently moved here. It was a very easy, pleasant service. They were ready for me at my appointment time with no wait at all. My Service Advisor Jennifer was very good and really nice. My loaner car was ready and waiting and the service was done in 2 hours exactly as expected. When I arrived to pick my car up, it was already waiting for me right in the service garage area, all clean and ready to go. The one and only thing that could be improved upon was that my loaner car only had 50 miles to empty so I had to get gas. I told Jennifer and she apologized and said she would look to see who had the car before me so they can look into it which I appreciated. All in all, great service experience and great Service Advisor! Thank you!!

I was told 3 Diferent prices on a car. . We came to an agreement on price when I got there they they raised the price . The. They told me they couldn't come down on the price but online it was 1000. Less. They tried to take advantage of me becouse I'm a women . I definitely won't. Recumend them of buy from them very shady .

I talked to the salesman and stated I was 3 HOURS away so I told him what my price budget was and then I put an offer on a CPO BMW 4 series vehicle. The salesman said YES come over we would make that happen. So and my wife and I made the 3 hour drive down there. I got there and the price was completely different to what we agreed upon. They had even raised it because They found out it needs 2 new rims. They knew I was driving for 3 hours and the DISRESPECTFULY LIED TO US.FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!. NEVER AGAIN!

We went in yesterday to "shop" only, as our lease was expiring in a few months. Vince Menniti and Ron Solt did such a great job that we drove home in our new car. No pressure at all. Just very professional in how things were handled. It was a pleasure dealing with them Deal we made was great for us and they made it fit to what we wanted. We started our journey looking for a small SUV, maybe an X3 - we weren't even sure of the automaker or the exact car we wanted. As we wandered in to BMW of Atlantic City we were greeted by Jack who is a big booming man with an quick smile that instantly makes you feel at ease. Jack took the time to explain each model to us that we were able to make the perfect decision for us. Once we settled on the X5, Jack was able to show us the perfect vehicle that checked the boxes on our wish list without breaking the bank. I leased a 2016 BMW 535Xi from BMW of Atlantic City. I found their salesperson Ben Kaplan, to be very knowledgeable, and of high integrity. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I am very happy with the purchase, and the overall leasing experience. Their General Manager Vincent Menniti, was involved with the transaction from start to finish, and took a personal interest in not only making sure the deal got done, but more importantly, in making certain we were happy with our decision. I have leased and / or purchased many BMW's in the past, i.e. three 7 series, three 5 series, three 3 series, one 3 series convertible and one X3, for myself, my wife, and my children. He seemed to really care about my needs and what I wanted for the car. He helped me prioritize what my vehicle needed to have done right now, and what could possibly, since I did not have all the money available for what needed to be done. I went in as a joke, thinking they would laugh in my face with my credit but Brad Ritenour and Ron Solt made what would be impossible at any other BMW dealer, POSSIBLE, and I ended up walking out of there with a brand new 4series!!! I will start by saying that my job is client facing so I hold individuals to a very high standard of customer service and also sincerely appreciate great customer service. Nick at BMW of Atlantic City provided such a high level of service to me that I returned to this dealership multiple times from over an hour away even though there was other BMWs in my area with a comparable car. From the first point of contact to the last handshake, BMW of Atlantic City was nothing short of wonderful to me. Prior to entering the store, (after I inquired about the car on the website) I got an email from a sales manager who immediately offered his help and copied the client advisor that I would be working with. Within minutes of receiving my contact info, Nick (my client advisor) responded to the email and proceeded to call me. I then scheduled an appointment for later in the week to see the car. I will add that I am a 23-year old female, and prior to working with BMW of AC, I received a tremendous amount of disrespect and neglect from another dealer in my area. They made the possibility of buying a car agonizing and put me under a lot of stress. The above mentioned seems standard, but it isn't. One of the client advisors at another BMW dealership even went as far to asking my father if he would be purchasing the car because of my age. Nick (my client advisor), Brad (sales manager), and every other person I came into contact with at BMW of Atlantic City was the COMPLETE opposite. I was treated with the upmost respect, all of my questions were answered, and important note - they did NOT try to hide ANYTHING from me during the entire process. Because this was my first time buying a car, I went in armed and ready with my research complete and they appreciated my knowledge instead of trying to trick me in any way. They were also responsive, I got PERSONALIZED emails, a hand written card, and phone call follow ups. It is very evident that they go above and beyond to make the experience personal, (which it is, hello! its a huge purchase) instead of other dealerships that might send an automated email... During the negotiation process they were very upfront- I was never told my expectations were unreasonable and instead was just simply told the truth. The bad rap that a lot of car dealers have (and that I have experienced) does not apply to these guys. They tried to work within my budget, were accommodating and agreed to repair some cosmetic repairs that were needed (bought a CPO), and shared in my joy of the car buying experience. I would recommend BMW of Atlantic City to even my closest friends and family. If you want genuine respect and trust, Nick, Brad, and the guys at BMW of AC are the people to see- it was truly worth the drive!

Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable and there is never any pressure to make your purchase. I worked directly with Art McGuigan for the sale, Tom Tadley for questions after the sale and Sean McDole for the financial portion. The first priority for all three gentlemen was to make sure that I was very happy with my vehicle. I had a very positive customer experience and feel that I was dealt with both fairly and honestly. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and recently brought it in for service. An issue arose where I was under the impression my pre-vehicle had new tires on it when I purchased it in June/July 2015, and only 2/4 were new. I dealt with Leonard in the service department and he was professional, reasonable, and upfront about service recommendations. When the tire issue arose, Vinnie resolved the matter reasonably and to my satisfaction. Incredibly impressed the with customer service I have received thus far.

Let's start with: FANTASTIC....AWESOME....TERRIFIC.....GREAT DEALERSHIP....10 STARS!!!! FOR THE RECORD.... I have ALREADY owned 3 LEXUS RX350 AND 3 TOYOTA HIGHLANDERS....(all fully loaded). It was time for a new car so I waited for the new Lexus RX to hit the showrooms this December....I was disappointed in their new color combinations and wasn't thrilled with the redesign. My WIFE told me to go to BMW but knowing they generally cost more than Lexus I was loath do so. As fate would have it I was going to Home Depot and on a whim I decided to pull in and take a look. Chris, one of the salespeople came out to greet me. I was already in "STICKER SHOCK" mode and I also told him I was a savvy car buyer. Normally, I contact four or five dealerships in three different states and PUT everyone through the wringer before I purchase. He told me to give him a chance and allow him to work with me. So, since I decided I really had nothing to lose I decided to give it a shot. I told him I always purchase a fully loaded Lexus so the first thing he did was help me select a fully loaded X5 and we took it for a test drive. I have to say...the car really sells ITSELF! Chris CROWE was great with his explanations and I was actually having fun with him (instead of being stressed out)!!! Once, we were back at the dealership he worked hard at the pricing (FOR REAL) I know the drill! The sales manager, Sean McDole, then got involved. Normally, I view the sales manager as the enemy because their job is to GET THE MOST OUT OF YOU THEY CAN. However, this time that wasn't the case. Sean, also did his best to work on the pricing with me. That night I went home and tossed and turned all night. In the morning, I went back to the Lexus dealership for another test ride and told them I was also considering to purchase a BMW. Well, this really got them going since they know me. I've been at their dealership for over the last 15 years and SO they started negotiating in earnest! During, the negotiating Chris sent me a text telling me the general manager, Vincent Menniti was at the dealership and had informed him of my situation and to give them another chance before I purchased the Lexus. So, once again, I decided I had nothing to lose, so after "FIGHTING MY WAY OUT" of the Lexus dealership I went back to BMW. I have to say, VINCENT is simply "THE BEST"!!! He was not adversarial at all or condescending but from his body language and attitude I knew he was going to do his best for me. He told me to give him a little time and he would see if he could get me into the car. Vincent immediately contacted a Lexus dealership in South Carolina who was interested in my car and was able to get more for my trade. After working "SOME MAGIC" with the numbers I purchased the car right then and drove it home that same day! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER DONE THIS! I DIDN'T EVEN CONTACT ANOTHER BMW DEALERSHIP NOR DID I HAVE TO THINK IT OVER. VINCENT MADE THE PURCHASE HAPPEN!!! Lastly, I have to say I love my new X5 and to say it "BLOWS THE NEW LEXUS RX350 OUT OF THE WATER IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! SO, I kinda feel like I just went through a DIVORCE...SHAKEY TO MAKE THE DECISION TO LEAVE...BUT I GOT TO TELL YOU...MY NEW "LADY" IS "FANTASTIC...AWESOME...TERRIFIC...AND EVERY THING I HOPED FOR!!!!! I was in the market for a BMW and didn't know much about the vehicles. The general atmosphere of dealerships isn't for me. I don't enjoy the whole process. CHRIS changed this for me. He was very helpful and even though it took a few months to get me in a car, he was persistent and did get me into exactly what I had been looking for, at the price I wanted. I'm writing this review for CHRIS in sales. Usually I get overlooked when I go look at some higher end cars and I'm just walkin the lot but this guy came up to me right away and didn't even ask any questions about if I was buying or anything like that. He just came up and started talking about my car which is no Maybach and how nice BMW's are in general. He was real chill and we hung out for a bit before I let him know I was lookin to do something. He didn't ask for a credit app before I drove anything like other dealers do to me, we were on the road quick and he let me drive any car I was thinking about. Real low pressure and seriously this dude really knows what he's talking about with cars and BMW's for sure. He got right to my number where I wanted to be and that was even with some coverage on my BMW too. CHRIS is a good guy to know if you're looking for a car, I'll definitely be going to him or sending people to him when I need a car.

5 stars aren't enough to rate these guys. This dealership is top notch! I had the privilege to work with Jack and Vinny. Being a first time BMW buyer, these guys walked me through the entire process. Their knowledge and no pressure approach made my experience enjoyable and was a great way to start the next chapter of my driving career. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. Without a doubt one of the best experiences while buying a car. My husband and myself were super hesitant to even walk in the door fearing we would be hounded or perhaps even feel like we were a waste of time - but to our surprise, it was the complete opposite. Everyone was so pleasant. Jack and Nick were amazing. Took their time to explain things to us in detail. Nick even took the time to show us how to function all the neat little gadgets in our 325xi. Brad in finance made us feel very comfortable. We have purchased a few vehicles over the past few years and I can honestly say, hands down - BMW of Atlantic City was the best dealership to work with. The lease to my other car is up next year, I will absolutely be back and will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

From start to finish the staff at BMW of Atlantic City were superb. Had two cars I was deciding on, and the staff were very patient. Took both cars on test drives over a couple of days, and the staff answered all of my questions. Chris was my salesman, and he was extremely knowledgeable, and made my choice a lot easier. Had a follow up with Tom after I had the car for a couple of weeks. He taught me how to work everything on my new car, and even told me to call anytime if I had a question on any of the features. Last week I had the privilege of being a guest at BMW Atlantic City. Although I live in Philadelphia and it is some distance away, I have had multiple referrals to this dealership and decided to a chance and this place did not disappoint. The dealership itself is beautiful and it was very easy to find. When I walked in I was greeted by Pete my salesman, this being my first BMW he was very knowledgeable and really helped during my decision making process since I was looking at different models. After dealing with Pete and Vinnie I will not be going anywhere else but here. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. The price was right and they made a sometimes very stressful experience a pleasure. It wasn't a typical car buying experience, no pressure or haggling over numbers back and forth...They were professional and their customer service is remarkable. Although I've dealt with this dealership for service on my 2008 BMW convertible (and always been satisfied), I had not had a sales experience until last week. Having dealt with other BMW dealerships in the past, I have to say that this buying experience was the best I've encountered. I felt no pressure, manipulation or game playing. My wife and I took our X1 in today for an emergency tire repair after it was damaged on our drive down to NJ last night. The service staff quickly took our car and started work on it. While we waited, I wanted to check out the M235i as a possible new car for me. Even though I wasn't local and was really just trying to find out more about the car, Ron Solt and Tom treated me like I was one of their best customers. Even though we are from CT, I will seriously consider buying the car from BMW of AC when I am ready. Everyone here made my wife and I feel like we were regulars and took care of us extremely well. I live in Virginia and couldn't find the car I was looking for anywhere. I knew it was a long shot but I called BMW of Atlantic City because they're the only ones who had it and they directed me to Chris Crowe. I didn't want to drive all the way from Virginia and then get killed on my trade and waste all that time and money on the trip for nothing so i wanted to do everything over the phone. No one would do this but Chris made it happen. When I got there I hit traffic and arrived when they were closing. He stayed two hours late to get the deal done. The car was perfect, no surprises, and everything went as planned. It was a great experience and these guys do what it takes to make you happy when you leave. I am only 20 and had little credit and a decent score though. I wanted a BMW for my first car and the dealership in AC had one for around 15k that I could afford. I was introduced by Chris and told him I didn't want to waste his time because I didn't have credit and probably couldn't get approved but he still let me drive the BMW and was really cool anyway. He was able to get me approved and my payment is really low. Everyone there was great and my parents will buy their next car there now because they saw the respect these guys have for customers and how well they do things. Laurel meow that he's been gettin whips from for over 10 years and told me he had the hookup so I went in on a lease for 36 months and they wanted like meow 900 benjamins a month. I got this rental in Margate so I swung by the BMW there near AC and this dude Chris was real chill, told me all about the 3 series and why it was the whip for me. He ended up gettin me in it for $250 less a month than the meow other dealership "with the hookup" and that was with this thing they got called Resistall added in too which is the sh** get it when you get your whip. When was the last time you had fun buying a car? I know. Never, right! I had contacted BMW last week, met Peter over the phone, explained my situation and made an appointment. When I arrived I certainly received a warm welcome. My 2010 328i was appraised as I looked at 2015 3 series models. I selected one and Peter and I went on a 20 minute demo. I was delighted because I really got to drive the car and I loved the feel. More power than I had before, great handling, the electronics were amazing and the interior was beautiful. Paperwork was a breeze and I felt I got a good deal. Painless and fun thanks to Peter. Ask for him. He will make your experience a personal one.

I've dealt with service managers for years that have done all the right things, handled the service need well, and got the job done. However, the manager who assisted me this time, Eric Mahan, went far beyond the call of duty. He was accommodating, efficient, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take the extra time necessary to make sure the problem brought to his attention was adequately addressed. The service he provided kept our best interests front and center in every way, and he did so in a very personable and competent manner. It is clear that Eric significantly exceeds expectations for a service manager, and we're all very fortunate he is there to assist us with our service needs.

this is the second time I'm writing a bad review about this place!!! First they sold me a defective used car after they lied and said it was certified. Now I'm finding out that they used my information and my social to send out an application for a BMW Credit Card!!!! That I do NOT want. I'm so disgusted with this dealership that a month ago I actually sold the car I purchased from them just to pay off the loan and hAve NO ties to them what so ever. Shady shady dealership do not spend your money here.

CHRIS made the whole car buying experience a breeze. I had been looking for a 428 convertible for awhile and BMW of Atlantic City had the exact one I was looking for. I came in with my family, including my young daughter, and we were treated respectfully from the start. They offered us beverages and a coloring book for my daughter and even had her come on the test drive. We were there hours after they closed one night and they didn't mind at all, we even hung out and watched the Kentucky Derby with them before we left. They gave me a great price for my car and a great price on their car. They really do go out of their way to make sure the process is as easy as possible. Chris was great at returning calls and teaching my wife and the ins and outs of the BMW. He's a great guy to do business with, the whole staff was. We look forward to getting all of our cars from BMW of Atlantic City and working with these guys again. Thanks again guys

I recently purchased a 2006 325i from BMW of AC to send to my daughter, who lives in Florida. The salesman, Chris Crowe, was very pleasant and extremely helpful, as were Jim, the Business Manager, and Brad, the Finance Manager. The transaction was more complicated than an ordinary sale, since I needed to title the car in my daughter's name. That required sending Florida registration documents to her to be signed and notarized in Florida, as well as significant coordination of insurance coverages, etc. Chris and the BMW staff were exceptionally experienced and helpful. They made the whole process as easy as possible, and also gave me a very good deal. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

My wife was uncomfortable purchasing a new car; it has been our experience, especially in the city, that dealers take advantage of our ignorance of the industry. I sent my wife to BMW of Atlantic City after reading the reviews on cars.com and exhausting other options locally. She was greeted by Chris immediately after entering the showroom and he was superb from start to finish. She needed to drive close to 10 vehicles before finding the one for her. He was never pushy and seemed to care more about getting her in the right car than making the sale. After we got a figure, I came down to do the paperwork and meet him for myself. We just purchased our first BMW, 2016 x3 at BMW of Atlantic City, and the entire experience was top shelf. First, the dealership is immaculate, we knew immediately this was the place to purchase from and return to for maintenance. Actual inventory assisted tremendously when making the many choices while ordering. Secondly, the support team could not have been better. Jack was the absolute best throughout the entire process, very knowledgeable about the vehicles, accessible, accommodating, and so personable. He spent time with us, answered every question, and made sure we were completely comfortable, we could not have asked for better. Fantastic buying experience! I had been searching around for a CPO 2012 328i and came across one that I liked on BMW of Atlantic Citys web sight. They responded back to my inquiry quickly and we arranged an appointment to look at the car. Nick Cipriano was my sales person and he was fantastic. We worked out a deal quickly and he did everything he could to make my experience favorable. While we were waiting for the car and paper work to be prepared we actually has a nice chat. Once we completed all the paperwork, Nick completely reviewed the cars features with me and gave me some tips on how to use all the new features.

What a great experience. I had been in the market for a car for a while. I had looked around the Philly area but I just could not seem to find the right car. This dealership was right off the AC Expressway on our way to Ocean City NJ. We stopped in where we met Jack Schofield. He was terrific. He walked us through the buying process which included helping me get to the right car for my needs. He was a pleasure to deal with. Second step was to negotiate the price. I alway hate that part. I give a number to the sales guy, he talks to the manager, they come back to me, etc etc. What a potential waste of time. Not at this dealer. Vinnie, the GM, just came out of his office, came over and sat down with us. No back and forth. He wanted to make a deal and so did we. So simple!! I think we came to a very fair price for both the new car - 335xi and my trade in 2007 - 335i. FYI - I am a creature of habit - I traded in a gray 335i to buy a new gray 335xi. I just loved my old car and I expect I will love this new car as well. Overall, great experience. I got a good financing rate, they detailed the car and we were ready to go. My last concern was buying a car in NJ when I live in PA. Not an issue. Jack and team have taken car of everything. If you are in the market in the local area or even on you way down to the shore, you should really stop in just to check it out.

I drove 130 miles - I think there are something like 40+ BMW dealers closer to me - and I'd do it again in a minute. I called close to 20 dealers while shopping. i had a great experience buying my car from Jack and Sean at BMW of Atlantic City. They gave me what I think was a fair price for my trade in along with a great price on the new car that I bought. They got the car detailed and prepped quickly so that I could take it home that day. Jack stayed well past when the dealership closed to go through each feature of the car and at no point tried to quickly finish up so that he could go home. We had a very pleasant experience at the BMW of Atlantic City with the intent of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. We knew which car we were looking for through the dealer's website. Sure enough upon arrival the car was there and matched what was billed online. Our sales rep Jack Schofield was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was upfront about the minor blemishes a pre owned vehicle would entail, and how the pricing was fair, and actually priced very competitively. The test drive was great, and at no time did I feel like I was given a run-around about the features and the car itself. Nor was I forcibly being sold the car as I have dealt with before at other dealerships. We settled on the sale and took delivery within hours of signing. The paperwork did take a little while between my insurance company and the financiers, but Jack was personable and kindly reminded us about the amenities available in the facility. Overall it was a great experience, and I will gladly drop the word this is the place to go shopping for a car. Ask for Jack!

Friends and family have done business at different dealerships, however this was closer to my office, so I figured it would be easy to check out. Staff was very friendly and informative. I was torn between getting an SUV and a sedan and they were patient while I decided. They were able to answer all my questions and my nerves of getting a luxury car was soon diminished. I was looking to get into a new M3 for euro delivery and no dealer in my area was willing to use their M3 allocation for a Euro Delivery. I finally got a hold of Pete at BMW Atlantic City and the level of care, service and expertise was like none other. Everything went flawlessly from order to redelivery of the car to me in Chicago (4 month process for Euro Delivery). Pete made sure to keep me informed throughout the process and took care of all my needs. The process was easy and everything was clear even when everything was done remotely through email and phone. I'd refer my friends and family to Pete for any of their BMW needs.

Before we fully got out the car, Jack was there to greet us which was a good sign. Jack is friendly, professional and very personable. He took us inside where he told us about different models and offered a test drive on several cars. He wasn't pushy and took time to listen to what I wanted in my car. The overall time spent at the dealership was more than enough time (several hours), but Jack made it a painless experience. The finance department (Brad) was also professional and friendly and explained the different additions available. At no time did I feel forced to buy anything. I titled my review "my first BMW" because when I'm ready for another one, I will be back gladly. Thank you Jack for everything and the "boy toy" says hello. :)

No car buying process is ever quick, but this process went smoothly and as quick as it could. When I came in to finalize the paperwork, everything was prepared and ready for me to sign. I applaud the management team for having a great team of employees from the sales person to the financial person. Great job BMW of Atlantic City.

The purchase of my certified preowned BMW came with paperwork that I had to sign when I bought the car. I didn't have to be told anything , it was written in the paperwork. My car was a pleasure to purchase here. Ron was very informative and had the answers to all my questions. Great experience from start to....I would say finish but it's not over yet for me and I plan on buying me next car here as well.

It broke down the other day and now I need $1500 to replace the thermostat and I found out that the car was NEVER certified. This dealership told me I was buying a certified used BMW. Three months later, I need $1,500 in repaired parts. Turns out, the car was never actually certified. The salesman, Jack Schofield, took advantage of the fact that I was a young girl making a big decision and pressured me into buying this faulty X5. I came to this dealer looking for a 3 series, and I had never driven one before. The representative Pete was incredibly knowledgable and patient with me. I ended up driving all three models of the 3 series across almost two hours. I never felt rushed and I got a chance to really drive and find what model I liked best. Pete knew the answer to every question I had about the cars. Legitimate answers not some made up on the spot bull. All in all I've been to my fair share of dealerships of all kinds of cars. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a car dealership, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a bmw. Simply put outstanding service.

I had the best experience at BMW of Atlantic City. This is my 1st BMW and my salesman, Jack, really guided me through the whole process. Buying a car can be a long and tough process, but these guys made it easy. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and never pressured. Buying a new car for some people is a tough ordeal. Buying a BMW could be an even tougher ordeal. At BMW of Atlantic City it was simple. The GM Vincent and my salesman Nic were complete gentlemen and very professional. At NOT one point did they ever try to pressure me into making a decision on a deal. They were able to get me out of my lease (honda accord) 11 months early and into a 2014 528i x-drive. I had my daughter with me the whole time I was there. She and NIc became friends and she even left with some goodies (that she still plays with). If you are considering buy a BMW look no further. I bought my first BMW a few years back. BMW of Atlantic City exceeded my expectations so much so I brought my mom in when she was looking for a new vehicle. Its wasn't just because I could trust the manufacturing of the car for my mom, but it was the service that was always provided, the worry free feeling and the respect and reliability BMW of Atlantic City provides. My mom bought a BMW that day and low and behold my brother ended buying one too! OK Ill brag, I traded mine in as well because the car of my dreams was there and I could not resist! So yes, three cars in one day- because they are that good!! First of all, Pete was great! Knew everything about each vehicle I was interested in - no pressure, just facts and information so I could decide what I needed and what I wanted. Pete Ballias is a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. He knew every answer to any question I had for that car. He takes his time to know you a little bit and suggests what car would be best. My brother bought a 2012 328i from him and I just purchased my 2011 535i a couple of weeks ago after I traded in my other beamer. The process was quick and hassle free. I will definitely be coming back to Pete next time I'm looking for another BMW. As for the dealership, it is clean, offer plenty of vehicle choices, and many helpful and friendly workers from sales to service. Being a customer of this dealership for over 10 years, I am still amazed at the efforts they go to for customer satisfaction and retention. Whether it's a service appointment or just stopping by to see what's new, they treat you as if you are their most important customer. My most recent experience was with Pete Ballias. Pete's understanding of the car and the customers needs enabled him to find the perfect car for our family. He listened to what we wanted and steered us in the right direction. There was no rush and he wanted to make sure we test drove a couple of different models so that our decision was the right one. He took time to explain the features of each car and explained all the current deals and programs. Once the decision was made then it was off to "crunch" the numbers. Meeting with Jim and Sean they made absolutely sure there would be a deal in place that I was going to be happy with. Took delivery of the car yesterday and Brad made the paperwork go smoothly. Then Pete took over again. This was my wife's car. Pete took the time to make sure she understood all the features of the car, so she would get all the pleasure of ownership that BMW intended. I live in California and dealers here have been giving me nothing but headaches, dealers would not call me back or they would try to charge me US MSRP for my ED purchase... The whole car buying process was really starting to stress me out until I was referred to Pete Ballias at BMW of Atlantic City. He was willing to order my car via Euro Delivery process and gave me one of his first allocation, Pete also let me contact him on his cell phone and he has always been prompt at replying to my texts/emails/phone calls. Plus, him and his manager Shawn McDole sent me a keychain in the mail before I even signed the purchase order and they told me they will be sending out more gifts until I take off for Europe(!!!). They also agreed to get the car delivered to California after ED and will pay for the courtesy delivery fees which other dealers out of state were unwilling to do.

I bought my 2015 BMW M3 and had it delivered in Europe and this was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a car! My sales associate Pete and Sales Manager Shawn are great to work with and they smoothed out the bumpy process buying a car and having it delivered in Europe. Since I'm buying the new generation of M3, it was a hard car to find a dealership that would let me buy it AND to sell it to an out of state customer. Pete and Shawn treated me like I've been buying cars from them for years. That goes a long way with me and I won't forget it! I will DEFINITELY buy another car from this dealer. The other thing that makes this an above and beyond experience is that I traded in a car (and don't forget I'm out-of-state) which is a process in itself. EASY! I like the fact that they respond to emails/phone calls quickly. He knows everything thing there is to know about BMWs and he is made the process for the Euro Delivery an experience to remember! My 2006 525i needed transmission reprograming. I was given a new 320i as a loaner vehicle. My auto was kept overnight and delivered with a nice shifting transmission. Rob explained what service had been preformed and could not have ben nicer to me. I highly recommend this service department.

I engaged this dealer regarding a preowned BMW on their lot. I dealt with no less than three different salesmen who, I found in the end, were each promising me different things for the price they were offering, including whether or not they would repair a significant scrape on the front bumper. After driving two hours they obviously knew they had me in a corner because they wouldn't do anything to even remotely appease my concerns. After picking up the car in the dark and driving it home I noticed a tire had a bulge in the sidewall. I contacted the dealer who made it clear it wasn't their problem because it went though the certification process and could have happened on the way home. Knowing I didn't hit any potholes, I looked closer at the preowned listing photos which very clearly showed the bulge if you knew what you were looking for. With this info the dealer was still less than helpful getting the issue fixed, telling me it wasn't a problem and I shouldn't worry about it. After calling BMW corporate and complaining, and seemingly endless conversations with the general manager, they reluctantly agreed to replace the two matching tires and have a local dealer perform the work. If all this weren't enough, the dealer hadn't disclosed to me that the car was previously used as a manager demo and had an additional 5,000 miles on the warranty; both facts would have been extremely nice to know. Between all this, the obvious lying on the certification report,and the salesman's incompetence and refusal to fix even my phone number they mistyped when registering my car, I would highly recommend avoiding this dealer at all costs for everything.

Having had many pleasant experiences with this dealership for service on our 2010 ~ 750XI vehicle, we felt certain that we would be happy purchasing a new vehicle from them. This time around we decided that we wanted a 2014 ~ 640XI, which was a totally different look than the one we were trading in. The dealership had to locate the color we wanted with the options we chose and were able to actually find one at another of their stores for us. Since this was the start of the 2014 run, we felt fortunate that there was no long wait.Our salesman, Brian Cronin, was extremely familiar with the features of this vehicle and was very patient in going over each and every feature on the car with us. Since this vehicle does about everything except brew our coffee for us, you can imagine, he put in quite a bit of time showing us how it works from front to back.Thank you, BMW of Atlantic City for helping us find our new car and making this a nice shopping experience!

The sales rep and the lease manager were acting like they were doing us a favor with leasing the car. When we asked a question, it seemed like an effort to answer. The lease manager was extremely rude. We called ahead and told the sales rep that we could not get to the dealership until after 7:00. Could he have all of the paperwork drawn up with the numbers we agreed on, so all we needed to do was sign, pay the down payment and taxes and take delivery of the car. The paperwork was not ready and when I asked if he received my message, the attitude came out. He pretty much was telling me that I was late and he wanted to go home. My husband and I have leased and purchased many cars and have NEVER been treated with such disregard. I would never refer anyone to this dealership.

On February 28, 2013, I purchased a 2011 BMW 550i X-Drive from this dealer - nothing but a superior car shopping experience. I live in Pittsburgh, PA. I was surfing on Autotrader.com which lead me to BMW of Atlantic City (after I was unable to close a deal with two other dealers). The business finance manager, Brad Ritenour, is from the Pittsburgh area originally. Brad actually drove the BMW to me in Pittsburgh and drove my trade back to Atlantic City, NJ. Im sure that they cannot offer this service all of the time; however, it was greatly appreciated. Brad was a true professional for sure and was extremely knowledgeable about the BMW product. We actually did the F & I paperwork in my kitchen. Brad saved me valuable time as the dealership is a 6 hour trip one way from Pittsburgh. I was a little leery of buying a car that I did not view. Frankly, I was concerned about buying a car out of NJ due to the hurricane and flooding. I worked with Art McGuigan over the phone. I am a pain to deal with because I am not only a driving enthusiast, but I am also a perfectionist I dont like door dents, scuffed wheels, tires not matching, etc. The websites description about the car was spot-on. Art knowledgably answered all of my questions we talked frequently on the phone. Art had patience with me. Once the BMW showed up at my residence, the car was as pristine as advertised. My plates arrived via Fed Ex yesterday. When my wife is in the market for a new vehicle (whenever she decides to part ways with her aging Escalade), our car search will start with BMW of Atlantic City. Wanting to be loyal customers, my husband and I drove 6.5 hours to purchase a car from this dealership. After arriving, we were told that the car we wanted had been sold the evening before. Arthur then insisted we test drive 3 cars we were completely not interested. After wasting both his time and ours, we drove a car similar to the one we had made the trip for. We did purchase this car. (I was ready to leave, I loved our other BMW. ) it has now been 2 months and we have still not received our license plates or registration. We have called the dealership several times and get attitude each time we call. This experience has been so horrible that I have considered never buying another BMW. I had a better car shopping experience when I had $5000 to spend on my first car.

I went to BMW of Atlantic city after going to over 8 dealers in two states and they by far were the most professional, friendliest and honest people to work with. They answered all of questions and addressed any concerns we had. I bought a 2009 X5 for a great price and the car is in immaculate condition. I couldn't be happier with my decision and will be back in a few years to buy my husband his 5 series.

So here it is:The Guys in Parts / Service are Top Notch at Atlantic City BMW: Dave Rosenthal (Parts) is on top of any accessories I was looking for and never hesitated to hunt down the goodies. Omar Cruz (Technician / Mechanic) is a young guy with a wealth of knowledge and a great attitude. I see him as being a Service Manager someday with his integrity and willingness to assure customer satisfaction. Plainly stated: "The kid is a good wrench". Service Manager: Tony Martins has an open door policy and made time for any of my needs without any hassle whatsoever. He's always on the go and if you can catch him on the lot or in Service - he's happy to help. A very high energy kind of guy.The New Service Dept. is top notch and with a young, knowledgeable, high energy staff... I believe your car is in good hands.

I would not recommend this place to anyone anymore as this place is going to the pits. 2011 Jan/Feb the car is with the dealership 3+ times every time towed in. Last fix is a new starter which fails in 6 months back to dealer in Aug only to find out they put a cheap off market starter instead of a genuine BMW starter. They could not fix my tyre wobble problem first reported when the car was under warranty, guess they were waiting for the warranty to expire before hitting with a charge to fix the problem. I think they are at best good for an oil change but please get your own oil for knowing them they might be recycling the oil from one car to another.

I purchased a Certified 2008 535xi in late July of 2011. The car fax indicated the car had hit a curb and was repaired prior to certification.Experienced engine failure a few weeks after purchase which was repaired by dealer. Service did not have the time (it was a Saturday) to address issues that included a vibration over 60mph and my sat radio. I took the vehicle to my local dealer in PA and they identified a bent rim as the source fo the vibration. It appears a wheel was damaged and simply moved from the front to the rear (the prior owner leased it). This should have been picked up during the certification process. Calls to my sales representative were not returned.

I decided to purchase from this dealer since they were local and I did not previously hear anything bad about them. Even the reviews, for the most part, on this site do not make the dealership look bad at all. After this purchase I will never return to the dealer for anything except for maintenance when called for since their service department I did have a good experience with.The vehicle I purchased was a 2008 328xi. Overall, the car was in decent condition, interior was immaculate and on the outside there were a few scratches and a bad ding on the front passenger windshield pillar. I almost walked away from the purchase after noticing these things but my salesman Pete said they would repaint\repair all scratches and pull out the ding with no charge to me. The car had all of the options I wanted including color both inside and out and the price was right with CPO warranty and free scheduled maintenance. So I agreed on the sale and we got started on the paperwork. A few weeks after the purchase I decide to return to the dealer to discuss getting the scratches painted. I set up an appointment for the paint work and it ended up raining on the scheduled day; this happened again for another 1 or 2 scheduled appointments later. The paint guys told me on my initial visit to call ahead to make an appointment because they are very busy and I typically cant just show up. After multiple unanswered calls and leaving voicemail after voicemail for Pete to setup an appointment for this work and getting no response, he finally calls me back on one random Friday and says to stop by tomorrow (Saturday) to get the paint work taken care of. I ask if he checked with the paint guys to see if they can fit me in, he says yes he did and to come by early Saturday. So I get down there and it turns out he never called or checked with them and they cant squeeze me in. I even asked the paint people "Didn't Pete call and ask about me stopping by?" "No, nobody called us". So I ended up wasting part of my Saturday driving to the dealer for nothing. So while I was there I got the cell phone #'s of the paint guys and ended up setting up an appointment directly with them and the work finally was completed. I wish I could have been told to do this from the start instead of making countless unanswered calls\voicemails to Pete. Next I needed to get the ding pulled. I played the same game with Pete, multiple calls\voicemails with no response. I finally gave up on Pete and called Eric Mahan to see what the story is. He says Pete mentioned it but someone must have dropped the ball so nobody ever called me back. He directed me to the body shop manager Andy Hallowell and we setup the appointment and they provided an Enterprise rental car at no charge to me. He was very nice and said this work should only take 2-3 days. After a week passes and not hearing anything I became a little concerned. I decide to call on day 7 and check to see if the car is done. I call the dealer and some younger sounding guy answers and I explained I am having body work done and I want to know if the car is ready. He says and I'm quoting "Uh the body shop will deal with that, ok bye..." I interrupted him and asked to speak with Eric, he then says "oh thats who I was going to say I'll transfer you to". The vibe I got was there was no potential sale so he did not care. They should really train all employees, even salesman, to be customer-oriented even if a commission isn't on the line. I ended up getting Erics voicemail which I didn't bother leaving a message on, I decided to just call back tomorrow since at this point it was about 8pm. I call the following afternoon and a secretary says the car is done and can be picked up. I found it strange that I didn't get a call the day before or even the day of about my car being ready. Would I have been called at all? Pretty unusual since they are paying for me to drive a rental car every day, too. In my opinion, the dealership fails at delivering the BMW level of service, which I've only heard about being one of the perks of owning a BMW. They did own up to what was promised but it was like pulling teeth to get anywhere between many many unanswered phone calls and voicemails in addition to trips to the dealership for nothing. On top of that, it took about 4 months to arrange and complete about 2-3 days with of work. I'm sure the dealership can successfully handle signing one up for a lease or new vehicle purchase, for that I would not hesitate, but I would be VERY VERY cautious about buying a used car if any type of work is needed as a condition of the sale, like in my situation. I would not commit to buy or sign any paperwork unless the car is sitting on the lot in pristine condition.Overall, I don't think this dealership prides itself on service and they seem very unorganized. If I could do it over again I would go to one of the high volume dealers with better reviews, they seem to have their things in order.

Great sales experience in March, 2010....the, service. What service? They let me down twice, specifically in May, 2010, when I had a "do not drive " condition. Called, the best they could do was 3 weeks. Went to another BMW dealer, took me right in nd their service staff could not have been nicer. Then, on January 01, 2011, car broke down. Called BMW "Hotline". They told mde to get it to the dealer right away, as it was a safety issue. The next work day, called BMW of Atlantic City. Again, a 2 week wait. Called the other BMA dealer, took me right in. BMW of AC's Service Manager was apologetic, but was at a loss as to why service schedulers did what they did.Finaly analysis BMW of Atlantic City should export the care and quality customer service of their Sales force to their Service people.

PRICE may close one sale, SERVICE turns one sale into repeat sales. In 2003 I purchased an X5 from Ron Solt and Eric Mehan. My obsessive compulsive personality causes me to research any prospective vehicle as well as the dealership where the vehicle will be serviced. Ron and Eric were a pleasure to deal with and extremely patient. The only bump in the road occurred when the special ordered X5 arrived with dark wood trim instead of light wood trim. Discussion ensued with the initial reaction of denying that the light wood was ordered...when I produced the written fax order, Eric Mehan immediately stood by the order and re-ordered the X5 in accordance with my initial written special order. Dave Masserini, service advisor at BMW of Atlantic City, is the best advertising for BMW of Atlantic City. Dave is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Recently, prior to a 800m trip, I stopped by the dealership, to confirm that the oil level was ok. Dave checked the oil level, topped off the oil, and checked the X5's service status with the key diagnosis feature...all with a smile, curteous and direct action. Service is the reason I return to an auto dealership to purchase a vehicle. BMW of Atlantic City has the team of knowledgeable professionals to fit the Best Handling Vehicle on the Road!

Icredible experience. Bfore making the decision to purchase from BMW of Atlantic City we had test driven three BMW's, a new Lexus, Acura and Mercedes. Our search was both local and regional, within 300 miles of Virginia Beach.BMW of Atlantic City was by far the most responsive and forthright in answering our questions. Admittedly, we were a bit leery at first purchasing a car sight unseen over the Internet. However, Sean McDole was very professional and answered every question and/or concern. He contacted us on several occasions over the past three weeks. When we arrived at the showroom yesterday we were greeted by name at the front door. I can't tell you how much that meant to both of us, especially having just driven five hours from Virginia Beach. Ron Solt immediately showed us the car, offered us a test drive and started the paperwork.While Ron worked on paperwork, had the car detailed and had our trade in appraised we were offered fresh baked cookies, muffins and drinks. Everything was as promised from the financing rate to the condition of the car. Trading in our old car was a breeze and we were offered 20% more than we were offered in Virginia Beach. One thing that really impressed me was the "no pressure" atmosphere. When Jim Pitetti went over the financing with us he also presented several additional services and packages. My first thought was here we go with the high pressure sales pitch to purchase something we really didn't want or need. Although Jim reviewed the packages and options with us in detail , there was no pressure to buy anything. What a nice surprise. He simply presented the facts. As a result of his professionalism and no-pressure attitude we ended up purchasing the BMW maintenance plan, the tire and wheel policy and the Pass Key service. Regarding the car itself, it looked great when we left the lot. Perfect condition! Before we drove away Ron went over every feature on the car and took the time to answer our questions. We've driven the car about 400 miles the past 2-days and it is an absolute blast to drive. There really is something very different about the way a BMW drives. The bottom line is the purchase far exceeded our expectations. Our next planned purchase is a used Z4 and I'm sure when the time comes we'll be in touch.

Unfortunately we did not purchase our new 750I from this dealership as they did not at that time have availability to the vehicle we had chosen, but our experience with them overall is very impressive.We have taken our car in for service under warranty and each time they have provided us with a loaner vehicle.They are courteous and accomodating and have taken care of our concerns with the car.They have made available to us a sales rep to familiarize us with the workings of the car, which unfortunately was not done by the dealership selling us the car. They offer monthly customer appreciation seminars accompanied by dinner and prizes and allow people to ask questions about their cars and tour the service facilities. You actually speak with the mechanics and the folks who know about tires and service on your vehicle.Customer satisfaction seems to be a priority with this dealership.

Let me start by saying I am a loyal person so when looking to buy a pre-owned/certified vehicle I was going to give the business to my local dealership and salesman where I purchased a brand new BMW 525i in 2006. I searched the inventory online and found a car that I was ready to purchase sight unseen. I reached out to my salesperson and he mentioned that the car needed to go through detail but it was available. I had a few questions that needed some follow-up on but the sales person did not get back to me, I had to get back in touch with him for these answers. When I noticed the car was no longer on the website I reached out to the sales person via email and he assured me the car was still available. When I spoke to the saleperson later that day he decided to mention that they had another party interested in the car. I was ready to drop everything and come over an purchase the car but it was STILL IN DETAIL and not available for me. Long and short they sold the vehicle to the other buyer and wasted my time and energy. I thought this dealership was ethical, however they are just like any other bottom of the barrell car salespeople. I gave them the oppurtunity to treat me like the other buyer who purchased the car I was ready to buy but I am not getting the return calls or attention like the other buyer. Below is my email to the dealership and there response. BE CAREFUL OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!My email to the GM:Mr. Cevoli, I am in utter disgust at the experience I had with your dealership this week, ending this evening. In 2006 I purchased a BMW 525i at your dealership. My salesperson in that transaction was Brian Cronin. I am currently in the market for an SUV for my wife and children and after an internet search of your pre-owned inventory, I saw a white 2006 BMW X5 that I was immediately interested in. As real estate agents, my wife and I are fully aware of commission based sales and what return clients mean to our business. It was natural that we would contact Brian Cronin to assist us with this purchase. I contacted Mr. Cronin on Monday August 16th sometime before 10 A.M. to inquire about this car. Mr. Cronin was enthusiastic about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions in a somewhat acceptable time frame. He told me in that same conversation that the car was due to be detailed. I asked him if the car was going to be a "certified" car and he told me he would get back to me. Tuesday the 17th came and went with no word from Mr. Cronin. This morning I emailed Mr. Cronin to see if the car was still available due to it no longer being on the BMW of Atlantic City website and he emailed me back stating it was and he noticed that numerous cars have been pulled from the website and he would find out what the issue was. Around 11 A.M. I called Mr. Cronin about the car and he assured me the car would be "certified" and I told him I wanted to purchase the car. At this point Mr. Cronin disclosed to me that he had another buyer interested in this vehicle. Someone he had been working with since February of this year and that he "felt bad" about this and they had a tight budget. When my wife or I are selling a home and have multiple buyers for a particular property we don't "feel bad" and push off one buyer for another. We conduct business in a professional and ethical manner and this is where BMW of Atlantic City FAILED miserably. We informed Mr. Cronin at 5 PM this evening that we were on our way to purchase this vehicle. Mr. Cronin was unavailable to us when we arrived at the dealership and his pocket buyer was "waiting in the wings". The other buyers followed through and purchased the vehicle. Sour grapes? No. Are we angry? Yes. We feel that we were totally "pushed off" the past few days and would have closed this purchase on Monday if it was made a possibility to us. Why was this other buyer given such priority over us? What happened and how it happened was truly wrong. Surely you have some sort of ethical practice in place for these sort of situations. If so, it was not executed in this instance. Sean McDole was acting as a manager on duty this evening and he expressed to us that this vehicle was "being held" for this buyer. Really? Then why all the waste of my time and energy? Why post the car on your site for sale and also on craigslist.com and not for hold for one customer? My question to Sean McDole tonight was, is there a salesperson in your outfit that is going to pocket the next great deal for us? "Hold" a car for my wife and I? I feel that if I would have not decided to give Mr. Cronin the repeat business and spoke with another salesperson they would have put up some sort of fight for us to be able to purchase the car from them and not the "pocket buyer". I would like for someone to show me the loyalty that I was trying to give to BMW of Atlantic City and Mr. Cronin. This was a terrible experience for us and we sincerely hope you are going to have a reasonable explanation for the way good returning customers were treated by your staff. The email from the sales manager to me: I just wanted to let you know that I forwarded your email to John Cevoli, you had the wrong email address in there. Also I wanted to let you know that while this may have been viewed as a poorly handled situation by Brian, I will be sure to talk him about it. The reason the vehicle was held for the other customer was because I had told the customer myself that they had first right of refusal for the vehicle, as Brian told you we have been working with them since February to find the right vehicle for them and when we traded this vehicle in I called them and went over the vehicle with them and told them that they can come in when the car was ready and let us know, last night when the vehicle was finally ready they came right up and from what I understand they have purchased the vehicle. In your email you asked if any one of us would treat you the same way and the answer is yes we would, and if you like we will. And if it was another salesperson involved they may have asked but the answer would have been the same. I would hope that if the situation was reversed you would expect me to stick by my word if I gave it to you. My understanding of the short fall of this whole situation would have been Brian telling you the vehicle is being held for someone, and like I said I will speak to him regarding that so it does not happen again. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you, understand that my intention being here for you is to do my best to fill your needs and to give you the best service I can, if you would like me to look around for another car for that is similar to that one, or call you should something happen to that deal, I will be happy to. Again, I do want to convey my sincerest apologies for this situation and please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Friendly and extremely knowledgeable - this is how the car buying experience should be! Brad and the staff at BMW Atlantic City are very personable to work with and exceeded my expectations throughout the car buying process. They have a very non-salesy approach, and worked hard to find the best vehicle that fit my needs, not by trying to push me into something that only increased their bottom line. I am happy to say that BMW Atlantic City will be my dealership of choice for the future!

Probably the best car buying experience in over 45 years of buying new and used cars! No pressure, no hype, just a honest deal put together by Brad Ritenour & Sean McDole. I would give these guys a rating of "10" on a scale of 1 to 5, that's how good they are.They did what they said they would do and then some, treated us with courtesy and, suprise, really let us know that they APPRECIATED our business!You can't go wrong here......I give them my highest recommendations!

I have just leased my first BMW after driving Volvos since 1980. I had been car shopping for the last few weeks and made my decision to lease my BMW in 40 minutes after going to Boardwalk BMW. Brian Cronan was my sales associate and he was knowledgeable and listened and worked with me on exactly what I wanted. Once I decided on the car, Brian and Sean McDole made it happen in a short matter of time. I have never had an experience at a car dealer quite like that..The next day when I went to pick up the car and go over the final numbers and sign the papers, Sean explained everything in easy to understand words, no questions were left unanswered. He took time to make sure we thoroughly understood all terms of the lease. When we got done with the paperwork, we had a thorough lesson with Brian on all the features of the car. Brian set up the bluetooth, Sirius radio, and demonstrated all the car's features. He spent alot of time showing us the functions in the car. I have never had a dealer spend this much time after a sale explaining how the car works..Both Sean and Brian were wonderful to work with and I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a BMW...I am thrilled with my new car....Barbara K.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership in the last 9 years (1 Honda 3 Acuras and 1 pre-owned BMW) I can truly say that they are the best dealership I have encountered in 40 years of buying cars. James Pitetti is a professional and experienced salesperson, and John Cevoli (GM) is willing to go to extreme lengths to keep his customers satisfied. The service department is also excellent, but service can be pricey. (good work usually is). Go to this dealership, and you will not be disappointed. They are truly good people

Brad was extremely helpful, and made my car buying experience a complete joy. No pressure, and explained all options. He was always available to answer all my questions. Even after I purchased my 528i I called with several questions, and showed up at the dealership unexpected and Brad took care of my every need. This was my first car from Brad, but it won't be my last.

My wife and I visited BMW of Atlantic City on March 14, 2009. Jean Simeon greeted us and allowed us to explain our needs. He gave us various options and figures, and had us test-drive a BMW 528i. I told him I would be comparison shopping, and would get back to him. We spoke a week later, and arrived at a lease price that was better than the competition. Jean was helpful, yet applied no pressure. I picked up the 528i on March 27th. Jean was patient in demonstrating all of the options available in the car, and made the pick-up experience pleasant. I have called Jean on a number of occasions since March 27th. He is readily available, continues to be patient, and has thoroughly addressed my questions. Because of Jean Simeon, I recommend BMW of Atlantic City to my friends and colleagues, and will return for future automobiles.

Brad- was extremely friendly and competent. He made the entire experience an enjoyable one. I was not actually looking for a car, just bringing my BMW in for service. While I was walking the show room I saw a convertible that I was interested in. Brad also showed me some other options. He was very patient as it took me days to decide. This is the 4th car I purchased at their dealership and would highly recommend it as well as Brad.

I stopped into the showroom on 2/16/09 to discuss the possible purchase of a new 3-series. I had already had an offer from a competing dealership for the same vehicle and wanted to see if they could beat it. Beat it was not the word, they destroyed it - Boardwalk's price was several thousand dollars better. Due to personal reasons (not financial), I decided not to purchase the vehicle at this time. In hindsight, I should have had them draw up the contract - but I wanted to get home to my invalid mother.I would like to say that I have purchased no less than 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past 19 years and have found them quite easy to deal with - no aggravation, no haggling. Their service department does a nice job, also. And have only had one or two minor issues in that time - that were always resolved to my satisfaction.I can recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new/used vehicle or just wants their car serviced.James, the salesman wants to put his clients in a vehicle that they will enjoy. Eric, the Sales Manager makes the negotiation process painless. And John Cevoli, the General Manager ensures that his staff performs the highest level of customer service. Well done, gentlemen.

The staff at BMW Atlantic City were both knowledgeable and courteous. My experience there was one (if not the) best car buying experiences I've ever had. Brad (my salesman) and Eric (manager) made buying my BMW a VERY pleasant and easy. Their finance guy (I don't recall his name) was also very professional. David Martin and Eric Mahan have been extremely helpful and patient with me while I have contemplated a lease decision over the past year. They were both extremly informative, and always explained even the smallest detail directly to me, and treated all my questions with importance and respect. David Martin did his best to understand my unique circumstance and help me weigh options that fit my needs. He and Eric Mahan evaluated my trade in, gave me a fair price, and didn't say 'they told me so' about making the trade earlier (and they really could have!). David Martin particularly has been wonderful, customer service plus, someone I really connected with and made the experience FUN and EXCITING for a committment of this scale and duration. He really focused on how I used the car, what I planned to do in the future (start a family), and made sure I got the "best" car for my needs and budget. David and Eric have gone through the same scenarios with me on the same cars so many times, and have been courteous and professional each and every time. When I finally made the decision to lease a 2008 328i at the very end of the business day on Friday night, the whole team worked together efficiently and with a level of service that is atypical and refreshing from a car dealership, in order for me to drive home my new 'baby' that night. I am so excited about the choice in both car, people, and dealership--it couldn't have been smoother or better. I only wish the rating scale above had an opportunity for 5 plus or 6's, because that is truly the experience I received. Thank you!
