Elie Jamal is a rock star! He took care of us from start to finish!! He had all the financing and paperwork drawn up. All I had to do was walk in and sign the paperwork and get the keys. Worked with Mercedes as the sales rep to buy a i3 sight unseen from New Mexico. Vehicle was sent very quickly and exceeded my expectations. Tires exterior and interior was very clean and could tell it was well maintained for a leased vehicle. Would give 5 stars however the paperwork to get the title took over 2 months to receive. Everything else about the buying experience was good. Test drove a 2017 i3 and loved the aggressive regen braking but didn't want to shell out 58k. I've owned and leased electric vehicles since 2015 and am happy to have 2 electric cars in the garage now. They make a great second car.

I absolutely love this dealership. I’ve purchased several BMW’s at this place and I am always satisfied with the customer service from sales, finance and management. I also have my vehicles serviced at this location. I live in LA County and have my vehicles delivered. There is much competition in my area, however excellent customer service is rare. This is one of the largest BMW dealerships around. Great selection great service department. Now Sean is one fantastic salesman. I just received my 2021 M3 and I love it. He stayed on it and kept me updated on its arrival . Thank you Sean the people are helpful friendly and the best. I will keep coming back.

Amanda is amazing! My transmission started slipping my drive down from SF and thank God I decided to stop by here! Amanda took me in right away and made everything a breeze. She always updated me about the vehicle. She was very helpful and couldn't recommend this area more. The other staffs were very kind and helpful as well. Thank you Amanda!
