The entire team at BMW of Barrington were super friendly and helpful. Sean and Mike are the best. The entire process was extremely smooth. I was also impressed that a different sales person walked up to me to see if I needed anything to drink. They really try to take care of you and make sure that you are comfortable, understanding of the buying process, and in and out in the appropriate amount of time. Plus, there was never any pressure. Awesome job people!

I was very pleased with Yesenia and how smooth everything went. In and out in less than an hour. I feel I was treated warmly and never pressured. Of course I choose the worst snow day of the season so far to buy a new car but the 430xi drove like a dream in the bad weather. It’s only been a few hours and I have to say I love my car and will send everyone I know to BMW of Barrington.

Excellent experience. Worked out a fantastic deal and trade-in on a 2021 X3. All done via email and over the phone. Placed order and took delivery 3 weeks later. Smooth delivery process. All terms were as agreed with no hassles or surprises. I worked with Yesenia and Sales Manager Mike. Highly recommend.

From the minute I walked in the door until the minute I drove away in my new car, my experience was great. Branden was extremely knowledgeable about the different models I was interested in and took a lot of time to work with me to find everything I wanted in a car. I never felt pressured or rushed and working with one person through the entire process is game changing when buying a car. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!
