I am out of state and needed more attention during the purchasing process than local customers typically would require. My salesperson, CJ, was great. He took pictures of the vehicle for me from every angle and made sure it was everything I thought I would be getting. They provided transportation from the airport and when I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was everything I expected and more! I received a fair price and great customer service. It’s definitely worth making the trip to this dealership if you are out of state!

Valerie worked really hard to help me get this car home in time for a graduation surprise, and we did it! It took a little extra effort , but it happened and I'm thankful for being able to get a quality vehicle to my daughter as she's on her way to Mississippi to start life after high school as a ballerina there. It has the look she wanted and it runs great! We couldn't be happier.

Satisfied beyond words. Ed McGehee, our Sales Rep, to care of us from the moment we walked in the showroom until the moment we drove away in the new car, a 430i Convertible. He is still taking care of us with questions and comments. Emily, the auto technology specialist, spent a good deal of time showing us how to use all the settings in car. We are continually pleased with the 430i and its capabilities.

Customer Service is EXCELLENT when it comes to the people that work their. You get greeted before you can walk in the building good. Everyone their were at your beck & call.. Karreem Battles was my go to guy and he did not fail. Went the miles needed to get the sale. He KNOWS the car better than anyone I know. Would definitely go to them again when looking to purchase another BMW..
