UPDATE: I purchased a second car from BMW of Catonsville this past weekend. Working with Luis went beyond my already high expectation of world-class customer service. From the moment I stepped in the showroom and met up with Luis, he demonstrated his attentiveness to my needs as a customer, provided options I had not considered, and had an answer for every question I had…even when I was indecisive on my final selection. My entire experience felt like car shopping was zero pressure, which kept me at ease and allowed me to find the perfect vehicle. Luis’s patience is far beyond any sales advisor I’ve ever worked with, and I truly appreciated the full attention I was given until I pulled off the lot in my new ride. Russel BMW has a true gem on their Sales Advisor Team. I would happily return and bring other to work him. Thanks, Luis! ***2015*** I had a really great experience! Lonnie is one the best salesman I have worked with. He is fast, efficient, and friendly. He excellent customer service skills made this car buying process very easy. Though I was purchasing a CPO vehicle, everyone in the dealership treated me as though I was buying new. First class - Five stars!!!

I recently picked up a new (to me) 911 and I am astounded by the professionalism and service from this team. Ron was an absolute delight to work with. He understood my concerns and directly addressed them. Never was pushy and made the entire transaction seem natural. Mark assisted me with financing/warranty and took the time to explain everything step-by-step and never left a question unanswered. I recommend BMW of Catonsville with zero reservation.

This is my second car from BMW Catonsville, but this time I chose to work with Korey. I was slightly browsing in September and Korey approached my mom and me and we had a very casual conversation about various things. My mom recently mentioned how nice and personable he was. Korey made the car buying process easy, he was not pushy at all, and took my best interest to heart. A-1 customer service skills, he remembered me and my mom from September, and it was like we picked up that conversation right where we left off. I’d love to work with him again. I love my new BMW and I think I may actually be hooked.

Benn Edwards is an excellent sales adviser at BMW Catonsville. From the moment I walked in to the time I drove away in my new X1, he was attentive, knowledgeable, kind and friendly. It was always easy to reach Benn and he responded to all my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. His friendly personality and excellent knowledge made the sales process a true joy. Because of Benn, I'll be back to BMW Catonsville for future purchases in the years ahead.

I can't speak highly enough of Benn & BMW of Catonsville! I just bought an X1 and it was honestly the most pleasant car buying experience ever! Benn was professional, knowledgeable, and exceeded my expectation in every interaction. No sales pitch, pressure, awkward conversations (not even about price) or games. He let us move at our own pace and answered every question we had. Before driving my new (beautiful!) BMW off the lot, he even took the time to orient us to the car! Again, I could not be happier about our experience with Benn & BMW of Catonsville!
