BMW of Charlottesville is an all around great dealership. The staff is always cordial, the location, (bathrooms included) is always clean. Jake, Peter, and Cory are superb. If you have any questions about your vehicle, or issues with your vehicle, these guys go out of their way to help. I recommend that you visit them for all of your BMW needs.

I will give them a 3/5 because after me giving them feedback, they have offered compensation for my complaints. I have posted here before and the problems have continued. I truly hope that this time, they will take my feedback and make some positive changes to their service department. Primarily I would like to see more professionalism and courtesy as part of their overall mission. Basically, I would like to feel valued as a customer. After 2 years of having my vehicle, I have continued to be extremely disappointed but I am hopeful that they use my experience and feedback to improve in these areas. I hope to be able to post a much more positive review in the near future! I had some warranty work done last week and they were extremely efficient and did an excellent job with my detail! Bravo for stepping it up. I was very pleased!

I recently had 4 recalls that needed to get done on my 2011 BMW X5. I dropped it off in the am at the BMW of Charlottesville location. Cory was my point of contact. It was completed the end of day 2, which was understandable due to the amount of labor involved. I have to share that I absolutely LOVED your text messaging capabilities. To be able to shoot Cory a text throughout the process for updates saved me so much time. The group was very accommodating and easy to work with. Thank you.

Really happy with the experience as a whole. Enjoy every time I have to jump in the vehicle to go anywhere. Malik, who came recommended by a friend was great and really worked at getting us a good deal on our purchase and trade in! If it’s on their lot or they can get it, I strongly recommend you purchase from BMW of Charlottesville!!

Great customer service. They held the car I was looking to purchase until I could get there from out of state. Everyone at the dealership was very hands on and made the car buying process very smooth. They were all knowledgeable and will work to make sure you are comfortable with deal. I will for certain refer anyone to this location if looking for vehicle. They will be sure to get you in YOUR right vehicle not there's like most places.
