My experience with BMW of Dallas has always been extremely satisfying. I am fully aware that the BMW 'service' group has one of the toughest jobs in any industry, exceeding expectations in all areas of service to a customer base that expects nothing less. I am a proud BMW owner & lifelong enthusiast and to have the support of the BMW of Dallas service team is gold. With each instance, the team has been extremely courteous, responsive, and thorough. My service representative, Jesus Salinas, was simply the best. In my opinion, he exceeded my expectations with his level of commitment to the customer. I work in an industry where the 'customer experience' is vital to the success of our products, so when I encounter an organization that "walks-the-walk," I take note. Big thanks to the BMW of Dallas service team!

Don't get me wrong, this is a top notch place to purchase your BMW or mini. I give 3 stars because their "recommended" maintenance work is about 50% - 90% higher than if you use someone local you trust that can work on foreign cars. I did some MAJOR research and was given a recommended bill from BMW for Approximately $2,900. $828.88 to fix the windshield wiper fluid system. I was told it was time for me to change out the spark plugs, I am close to 60K miles, they wanted to charge me $672! I got online, bought the plugs myself for $100 and am having my new auto guy put them in for $200! That is 1/2 what they wanted to charge me. They said my drive belt was waring down and wanted to charge me $205.39. My guy did it for $85. And my guy replaced the windshield wiper system all for $250!!!! SHOP AROUND YOU LOCAL AUTO MECHANICS! These are people that have worked in the BIG WALMART car businesses before. This isn't rocket science but you are paying rocket science prices!

Craig Mayville was incredible. They gave us a great deal in our trade. There was no ‘back-n-forth’! We actually enjoyed the entire experience. BMW of Dallas made car buying exciting and easy again! Joseph was a great salesman and took the time to go over everything with me about the car. Mostafa was great in finance. He found the right warranty plans that fit my budget and went over each option in detail. I will defiantly be back!

I recently purchased a CPO 540i from BMW of Dallas. I would describe the entire staff, dealership and experience as amazing! My sales associate Alina was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive to my needs during the vetting process online and over the phone. I had many questions re: the vehicle and process (my family had not purchased one in several years), and Alina was patient and considerate "guiding me" through everything. BMW of Dallas has a great CPO selection so it was worth my family making the drive up from Houston to find the exact vehicle that we wanted. When we arrived the dealership was friendly and accommodating to my entire family (including our dog :)). I was able to take care of most of the paperwork before we arrived so close was basically just inspecting the vehicle, test drive and signatures. Auto Nation operates under a "one price" approach so that was already set, but I was given additional warranty options at close with a finance associate. Although I declined these, he was also knowledgeable, patient and helpful (not "pushy" at all) explaining all options. After close, a Genius associate onsite then explained all the vehicle features which was hugely helpful. (the tech is overwhelming :)). Even after close Alina has been responsive to my follow up questions. We love our new vehicle and thanks again BMW of Dallas for a great car buying experience!
