Calvin was so great to work with. He seemed to genuinely care about his customer and made the process fun with his playful approach to work. Joel went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. I needed my window repaired before my vacation in a couple days. Joel managed to order my part, and have it installed the day before I left. I have no idea how he managed to get it all done! He was kind, understanding, and made sure that I left happy. 11/10 would recommend to anyone that needs servicing done on their BMW's.

I had the best car delivery experience I have ever had. The paper work went great. Roger went over all the features so completely. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and seemed genuinely glad I had purchased my new X5. Great customer experience.

I’m on my 2nd lease with this dealer and I can’t deny I’m having a blast with my new 2022 X3. Calvin was very knowledgeable and professional. Him and the staff made sure I was happy. I’m immune compromised and they did their best to get me out of the dealer as quick as possible. Can’t ask for more, great people and a great dealership!
