First time to this BMW dealership (or any BMW dealership in San Diego) since relocating from Orange County (my dealer of choice in Orange County is Crevier BMW). Read Google and Yelp reviews and was also referred to by my mechanic who services my vehicle (oil changes, etc.) since the free maintenance from BMW had expired. My 328i is still under CPO.Check engine light came on and it was diagnosed as two oxygen sensors that needed to be replaced. This was covered under California Emissions warranty so their was no deductible. Setting up an appointment was very easy on their website and I was even contacted to see if I required a loaner vehicle. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and all the paper work for both service and loaner were processed very efficiently. While processing, I decided to have some other maintenance items to be performed to maximize my time (since my vehicle was at the dealer) - so I had an oil change and the air filter replaced (these items were due for service in 2,000 miles). I was updated several times by Mike and they also informed me that the oil filter housing was leaking and would be covered under CPO ($50 deductible). A multipoint inspection was also performed and no other issues were found. The service, loaner vehicle and overall experience exceeded my expectations. If I should require any further warranty work, BMW El Cajon is the place to go. Their oil change services are also pretty competitive ($79.95).

I purchased my BMW 328i station wagon in December 2015 at BMW of El Cajon and I'm more than happy for all the great service and customer experience I have had so far. I mainly dealt with Terry at service. He was very helpful and he asked right away if I was in the Armed forces, when I told him I was, he was quick to thank me for my service and mentioned they would take good care of me as much as possible to show appreciation of my service even though my car was just out of the warranty coverage. Terry set me up with a loaner for two days while they took care of the dicrepancies at a minimum charge, all while having a great attitude and friendly demeanor. He even gave my son a toy car. Strongly recommend this dealer and their service. When I buy my next BMW, I will be buying from BMW El Cajon!

OH how difficult it was to chose between the blue 328i and the black 328i! I actually changed my decision after my good and understanding salesman, YUL, started the paper work on the blue. Yes I had to go for the black. Not a problem.Yul was on it in a flash.

My salesman, Yul, was all about what I knew I wanted. He knew where to find the perfect car on the lot that has hundreds of fabulous BMW's. My choice came down to just two within 20 minutes after starting to look. The the hard part was the choice had to be made. I changed my mind after Yul had stared the paper work on a blue 328i. I changed my mind and wanted the black 328i. Not a problem. Yul was won it in a flash.

Everything from when I pulled up to when I drove out another owner was great every person had a smile on their face every Vibe was good and I had a special coupon for BMW of El Cajon always has some kind of deal or special going on if you asked them or receive coupons from their mailing list my service advisor followed up with me and told me all the specifics very Timely and also was a very polite gentleman. Also they have water in a fridge with their own dealerships name in printed as the paper logo wrapped around the bottle which I think is kind of unique and you can either wait for your car if it's a quick fix they have shuttles for your ride if the car is only going to take a few hours to fix or less than one business day if you look close or if you live far away or it's going to take more than a day or two they will give you a loaner buy option all you have to have the full coverage insurance a credit card that is valid and a driver's license

Brought my BMW i3 for its 2 yr service as the computer message in the car annunciated this event. Garrett was friendly and extremely helpful in thoroughly checking on my i3. He explained that the service and re-call items would be addressed and rectified; and that the fixes would be done expeditiously. He communicated and recommended additional service (tire alignment) which was badly needed as I was totally unaware of the uneven tire wear occurring. In the end I was presented with a nice flower arrangement which was a nice touch. I really appreciated the caring attitude Garrett had with me and the service of my car. I highly recommend his services which I believe is a reflection of the overall care and attitude of the BMW of El Cajon team. Thanks!

I've had nothing but great service from this dealership. I bought my 2007 335i coupe from them (Albi P was my sales guy) and have had it serviced there (Brent M. is my service writer) for as long as I've owned it. I live in Clairemont and could easily take my vehicle to another BMW dealer within a few miles of my house but Brent has won my car heart with excellent service each time I come. Correspondence, either over the phone or through email is always prompt (within 24hrs and usually much less) and the service department has always fixed things right the first time. If they think my vehicle might be in for an extended period of time, I'm always offered a loaner. There's something be said for building a rapport with the people who take care of you and that's what I've done with the team at El Cajon BMW. Side note about the dealership...it was recently renovated and the showroom is immaculate. I've always been greeted with offers of some sort of cold beverage. If you purchase your car there, you get free unlimited car washes. Looking forward to my next visit!! Thanks El Cajon BMW!

I was there for a schedule free oil change for my BMW.Everyone was very courteous and polite and helpful, the service was done defore the given time and waiting for my car was enjoyable, waiting room had a flat TV, a small fridge with cold water and of course a very high tech coffee maker that can prepare you anything you need by a touch of a finger. Another impressive detail is that they have a basket filled with fresh beautiful flowers for customers, given to them when they leave. Because of this and more I've been with BMW for several years and will probably continue there for many more.

Shopped at different dealerships where the employee either didn't care so much to show us vehicles or where they just didn't care to show us options or work with us to get a car that suited our needs. A few never returned calls or emails even with the interest we had in purchasing our vehicles. But once we made contact with Chuck at BMW El Cajon, not only was he attentive to our needs, but was more than willing to meet with us, talk with us and spend the time trying to get us a car that we were happy with.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot at BMW of El Cajon I have had the best experience. As a new BMW buyer and 25 year old women I was worried I would get pressured into a car that I couldn't afford or want. This was not the case. Randy helped me to find the right car for me. When we did find it, it was a little higher priced than I was looking for. He was able to work with the Sales Manager to get it to a price that worked for me. I was so impressed by the quality of customer service and attention to detail that Randy had. In the future I will always return here.

DON'T BUT A BMW FROM Any OTHER DEALERSHIP!! I just bought mt second BMW from them and I can't say enough GREAT ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP! From the General Manager Ron, to my sales rep Chuck (he is top notch and wonderful to work with!), to he service department, the BMW genius's on hand, the parts dept., the car valets, the car wash staff, the loaner dept, and the quality of the cars they've sold me. I initially went to another BMW dealership in town and had a horrible experience. I was hesitant to drive to El Cajon because it was a little far for me. But I'm so glad I did!!!! It is a beautiful new building, they have a great coffee machine that provides lattes, mochas, espresso, etc. And the staff in all departments treated my like a king!! Plus you can tell they are all genuine people. Other dealership didn't and don't give me the warm feeling I get from the staff at El Cajon. Plus they wash your car for free!!! I stop by about every 10 days to grab a espresso, water, and have my car washed. The people are so incredibly nice there it's become a fun social visit for me. They have become like family. When you meet Ron the GM you'll see what a good, genuine man he is, which explains to me why he has such a wonderful staff!! He's hired other people that are just like him!! The service manager's staff is also a group of top notch wonderful people. So even if El Cajon is a little far for you, and you may think its not the greatest area, do yourself a huge favor and make the trip, you will be REALLY happy you did!!!

In 2011 I bought a BMW 328i from this dealership. They worked with me to get the most options I could afford. It was less than painful. In fact, it was fun. The salesman and I worked together. There was more concerning to make me happy then making a profit. All the services and maintenance was done here. Each visit has been a great experience. Even after the warranty ran out. One of the ignition coils started failing. I went in to see how much it would cost to replace. The service writer asked me to wait a minute while he looked into something. He came back and said that because my car was a SULEV they could replace all 6 ignition coils under special warranty. I was so happy they took the extra step to try and cover the repair.

I brought my 2013 328i in for servicing because the hood release stopped working. While the car was in I also wanted an oil change since the last one occurred a year prior. Brent Mattraw was my service advisor. Brent checked the service advisories and found a recall for a thermostat so this was added to the work order. I was called later in the day and advised to replace the two front tires that were run flats. I authorized the additional work. I was called the next morning and the car was completed and had been washed and vacuumed. Overall I was very satisfied with both Brent and the car service. Tom of Spring Valley.

I leased an X1 35 for my wife and the experience was extremely smooth. Client adviser Shawn Deyzel and Manager Gino Centofanti were extremely easy to work with, and were very professional. They gave me their best price up front on a demo car (and it was a great deal, over 25% off MSRP) and calculated the lease payment correctly the first time. I was very impressed with their honesty and transparency. Gino shared the full lease calculation details (money factor, residual % and the demo car residual mileage adjustment) and the contract I signed was exactly what we agreed to over email. Another important aspect of the deal was that Gino pulled ahead my current lease with no hassles or snags. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the deal and the entire process.This is my second vehicle I leased from Gino and it won't be the last. David Ponce came to my house to North County last week to answer some questions I had about my 435i convertible and he was an absolute pleasure. Not only was he very knowledgeable but was super fun and friendly. He enjoys what he does and it definitely shows. After he programmed my garage door opener, we took my car for a spin and he showed me cool features which will enhance my driving experience. He answered all my questions and took his time explaining everything to me. The service didnt stop there as he told me to call him any time if I had any other questions. Everyone at BMW of El Cajon has been professional and competent. Unfortunately, not so common in the auto industry. I highly recommend David and am glad that he is my BMW Genius!

I'm a first time BMW customer and was fortunate enough to purchase a 6 month old certified 328 xi sport wagon and I love it!From the moment my wife and I set foot on the parking lot we were very impressed with the professional and customer focused way we were approached by Eddie. I had done some research online prior to our visit at BMW El Cajon which helped me to narrow down on what I'm looking for. After a few test drives I'm glad to say that I'm very happy with the new purchase we made at BMW at El Cajon and the entire sales, documentation and finance process was very smooth! No pressure and I really like how Jose and Ken walked us through the whole process in all detail with no surprises.After that the fun didn't stop and Eddie and David demonstrated their deep product knowledge and spend a great amount of time and patience on walking me through all the great features the car has to offer. It helped me quit a bit to get faster familiar with the specifics and on how to operate the nice car efficiently! I bought a new 335i from Randy Grams today. I went to BMW of El Cajon because the internet told me they had the best inventory. I spent 40 minutes with Randy looking at and discussing various 3 series cars and driving one. He was very helpful. I went back to my office and worked until 4. My son dropped me off at the dealer at 5:30 . We agreed on a price right away and I was out the door with my new car at 7:30. It was my easiest new car purchase ever. Jim G

I have owned cars from Mercedes, Porsche, Audi and Infiniti. The best dealership experience I have had by far was my recent purchase at BMW of El Cajon. After driving my new 428i convertible for a week, I met with BMW Genius David, who explained how to use all of the features of my beautiful new car. As I am admittedly a bit of a technology dinosaur, David had his work cut out for him, but he was patient and good natured and taught me everything I needed to know. I left the dealership confident with my newfound knowledge, and was able to go home and program my new car to my liking. Overall, the customer service at BMW of El Cajon has been tremendous. I am a very satisfied customer.

The service center left me feeling angry and mistreated.Recently I took my car in for repairs that required the exhaust to be removed. Once everything was "fixed" I got a call to pick up my car and I was told everything is working great and it was being washed as we speak. I arrive and pick up the car it is filthy and has a terrible exhaust noise I never heard before. It took me 3 different occasions to get my car in order and no sort of true apology from my service managers (no reimbursement for gas or car wash). I was treated like a child and I was told I didn't know what I was talking about. On the 3rd visit they found the exhaust leak and fixed it. I never felt welcome nor treated fair at this dealership, perhaps I must buy a new car to be treated with respect? I'm very dissatisfied with the type of service I was given even after giving them over $5,000 of work. Never again will I visit this dealership for anything.

Purchased my car at a different dealership in Los Angeles County due to car availability. Called BMW El Cajon Genius desk for assistance in getting familiar with some of the features of my new 550i. David from the genius bar came to my house and was very helpful. He configured my garage door opener and helped me schedule a service visit for the same week with a BMW loaner car as there were some software glitches in my car's operating system which required servicing. The Genius desk at BMW El Cajon is great; I highly recommend David at the Genius desk!

Even though we left the lot with something other than BMW (2012 Hyundai Santa Fe, who would've thought) my wife and I were treated as if we were buying a BMW. After visiting 5 car lots all weekend, I was done with pushy and rude car salesmen and had my wife do the talking, but Tamara was different, she was polite, very funny and made us feel very comfortable as if we had known her for years and very thorough and to top all that off, it was nice to just sit and talk with her. To all those car salesmen out there, you could learn a lesson or two from Tamara in customer service. I'd be amiss if I didn't mention Britney Dollard, Finance Manger. She too made us feel the same way TT did, awesome personality, explained in detail everything we were signing and nice to talk with. In closing I'd like to say this. Our experience at BMW of El Cajon was nothing short of outstanding. Tamara and Britney and everyone at BMW of El Cajon gave my wife and I an experience we'll never forget and if I ever decide to get a BMW (bucket list) I know exactly where I'm going to get one. OBTW. If you decide to visit BMW of El Cajon, you have to try their coffee machine. I called it the "the BMW of all coffee machines". I'll put this way, Starbucks can only wish they had this machine in their stores. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

We recently purchased a 2015 BMW 328d Sport Wagon from BMW of El Cajon after looking for a good buy throughout the San Diego area. This dealership has a little more of a "family" feel and I was very impressed with our salesman, Randy Grams, his honesty and attention to detail. I have purchased a lot of new and used cars throughou my life and have not typically been able to report a pleasant experience. There was no pressure, half truths or excuses. I knew what I thought would be a fair transaction and Randy and his sales manager, Gino (the bad news guy, who I typically never like), worked out a deal I felt good about and we drove away in our new BMW feeling good about the whole thing.

The way I see it if a dealer posts an ad for a car and isn't interested in posting pictures and a detailed description of the options on the car is this the kind of dealer I want to be associated with?? I think not. I want my dealer to be a detail oriented dealer, with enough customer service to do the things the customer expects. Perhaps this dealer only wants people who call and don't inquire. Well I don't call if I don't have a reason to call. If I liked what the car looked like and it had the options I wanted I would send - note the word...send - an inquiry, if there was a form to do so. There was not.

As we all know, buying a car is never fun. It is not something that we look forward to and for that it should be made as simple as possible. That is what Peter (the GM) and David (the Genius) did for me. The deal was not an easy one from the get go and we almost walked away from it more than once. That is where Peter came in. He came in as the closer on the deal and treated me with such amazing delicacy and respect that I felt like royalty. Being a full time nurse, graduate student and mother, Peter, understood my time constraints to take delivery of the vehicle. He arranged for David to meet me at my home and go over every nook and cranny of the car. Did I mention that it was David's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAVID!!! Thank you for sharing part of your big day with me and my new car. You two were amazing and really gave me the VIP treatment, I would expect from a luxury/performance line like BMW. My interaction with David Ponce was truly significant. I was lucky enough to have BMW send me David Ponceto my residence. Genius is "just" what he is!What makes a genius a genius? I think the answer to that is that even if he can't solve the problem at hand, he won't be totally satisfied and may not give up on the first time at bat! That is exactly what happened with our problem.After trying to resolve our issue, David returned to us another time and this time figured out how to get our situation resolved!!!This was unbelievable. I was truly happy he had tried for 2 hours on his first visit!David is delightful, respectful, diligent..and if that means GENIUS...than that is the true definition of a genius at BMW.Thank you to everyone, especially Daniel Luker who always takes care of me! This time he sent David Ponce to the rescue....

In 2001, I purchased my first BMW, an X5, and in 2008, a BMW 1 Series 128i convertible from Cunningham BMW (now BMW of El Cajon). I've owned 5 Mercedes but now I'm sold on BMW's. Awesome machines. BMW of El Cajon Service Dept is superior to any service department I've experienced. I trust them! That says a lot. Recently I contacted their BMW Pre-Owned Car Dept to find me an X5 with low mileage that would qualify for an extended warranty. Deanna was the first agent who at my request emailed me several options to fit my needs. She was terrific but left for a scheduled vacation the next day. Randy stepped in and found me the perfect X5 literally in one day. There's nothing I dread more than the process of buying a new car, except buying a used car. Randy is an excellent communicator, extremely automobile savvy, easy going, no pressure, and a quick cell and text responder. He got me everything I needed in my 2008 X5 and more! I've bought 3 cars from BMW of El Cajon in the last 3 years and every single time it has been a pleasure. Everyone here seems to be genuine car enthusiast and loves BMWs as much as I do.I worked with Josh Keyton on my last two purchases and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy for a sales guy. We sat down and worked the numbers and I walked out a happy camper both times. He is easy to work with and I would highly recommend working with him if you're in the market for a new BMW.Special mention must also go out to Brandon Watson. I went to BMW of ElCajon due to proximity to my home. This was a good decision. This is my fourth BMW and all were purchased in the San Diego area. I was treated well in the other dealerships but this experience was by far the best.The salesman was pleasantly engaging and worked paitently with me over a four day span. I was confused as to which of these great cars to buy. Some dealerships want to nail you down and get the deal done before you leave. This was not the case, I drove many cars before landing on the 428i Grand Coupe. The sales manager was pleasant and helpful in getting the sale completed to my satisfaction. The BMW Genius David Ponce was very helpful in explaining the many features of the vehicle. I feel that through his expertise I will be able to get more utility, safety and fun driving this car. The all about me title to this review says it all, they all made me feel special. I would not hesitatle to send potential buyers to BMW of ElCajon. The rating buttons are not working for me, I will rate them as a five star dealership in all categories.

I had an issue with my initial purchase and every person involved from the Sales manager to the Tech Specialist was amazing! I dealt with several employees, initially Rick and then Shawn, who was so patient and understanding. I have purchased MANY vehicles over the years but have never received such great service. They don't list the managers on here but the sales managers at this dealership are not slimy and willing to sit down with you and talk about your purchase. I am loving my 3 series M SPORT!!! - Aaron

We purchased our first BMW in 2003 and in 2013 were looking to purchase an additional BMW. We visited the BMW of San Diego showroom and had a less than pleasant experience. Due to that experience we purchased a Jaguar instead. While having our older BMW serviced at BMW of El Cajon in March, we met a salesman by the name of Josh Keyton. Having a poor experience in the past we were hesitant at first but Josh was amazing! He was patient with us as we test drove several of the vehicles. He truly went out of his way to ensure our experience was as pleasant as possible. Josh helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family and we now have two BMW's in our driveway. Josh has singlehandedly restored our faith in BMW!

Best car shopping experience to date. Follow up assurances were comforting and informative. BMW wasn't our first choice going into buying a new car. However, after viewing the quality of care we would receive was a positive tick mark in our minds. Ended up with a good deal, and it was ultimately a super nice experience buying a new car. (They aren't always so pleasant!) When I'm ready for another new BMW, I'll be asking for Josh. He made this experience a really good one! Also dealt with Brandon to help set up all the gadgets. Very informative, helpful and pleasant to deal with. And Brittany Dollard did the paperwork - took us all of 15 minutes to fly thru it and get out the door in my new car. Josh just happens to be one of the best Car Salesmen alive. He was professional and super friendly. Shawn was there the previous day when my husband first went looking around. The car I wanted was not on the lot. Shawn took notes from my husband on what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. The next day Shawn texted me a picture of exactly what I wanted but unfortunately he was not able to be there when I wanted to come and purchase the car. BUT, he called his buddy Josh and the car buying experience I had was unparalleled.

He made my whole experience great! If you have purchased a car before you know it takes hours. However, Josh made the time pass nicely, he was a really nice guy, and super knowledgeable about all the cars. He answered all the questions i could think up. You can tell that he genuinely wanted me to get the car I was happy with and didn't try to push more expensive cars on me. He was honest, and made the negotiations on the price straight forward. Even the next day after I bought the car, when I had a few more questions, I texted him and received quick responses. Most salesmen are done with you once they make the sale, but not him. You could tell he really wanted me to be happy with my purchase. Because of the experience I had with Josh and how amazing the car is I will be a lifelong BMW driver, and when I get my next BMW I will only be getting it from him. Walking into El Cajon BMW for the first time 2 months ago, I was just researching the i3. I met with Josh who after working with him on a possible purchase/lease, could not come up with numbers that worked. Josh was gracious and thanked me for coming in and showing an interest. 2 months later I received a call form Josh, BMW was offering deeper discounts. Josh took the time and commitment with eventually arriving at numbers I was comfortable with. I couldn't be happier, I love my new i3 and without Josh's patience and expertise this could have never have happened. He went above and beyond what I feel most sales people would go. Once I received my car, I was immediately contacted by Brandon Watson who scheduled me for a tutorial on operating my i3. Brandon was very kind, patient and informative. He registered my apps and radio along with hands on instructions, he really put my mind at ease, he took the time to go through and make sure I was well prepared to successfully drive and operate my new vehicle. Driving such an impressive car as the i3, I felt very comfortable behind the wheel after talking with Brandon. I now know I have a friendly supportive resource if and when other questions come up. I appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision and encouraged me to go home while he worked out the numbers with the finance person. It turned out that the numbers weren't what I was hoping for, so I decided to wait until my then current lease (with Toyota) was up, to return to the dealership. In the meantime, Shawn only contacted me once or twice to let me know about some current offers and to touch base. Once I was finally ready to lease a BMW, I did not hesitate to call Shawn. He again walked me through the process, showed me several cars, and helped me work out a lease deal that fit my budget. All the while being cordial and respectful. After I drove my new X1 home, David Ponce contacted me and we scheduled a meeting so he could patiently and expertly walk me through all the features of my new car. Almost exactly 2 months ago, I ordered a brand new M3. It was to be my first new car purchase, and I could barely wait to take delivery of it. A few weeks passed and my car didn't move from the ordering process to into production. Another few weeks go by and still nothing. Then, about 4 days ago, an M3 with similar options came into the lot, without being sold. Nick and Brandon and Chuck moved mountains to get me to be the owner of that car, before anyone else even knew it was there. They took absolutely no time in getting a hold of me, making sure that I had the first chance at the car. Nick, who wasn't even working that day, called me and said "I have your car here." Fast forward a couple of hours, and I left the lot with my brand new M3, perfectly happy. I can't emphasize enough how friendly and hard working the entire staff was to me. And it was because of them that I can say I'm now an M3 owner.

Deanna made my BMW purchase actually happen! We went to the dealership to look at one specific car, but were told another customer was considering it. Deanna took us for a test drive and I fell in love with it. When we returned to the dealership, we were told the other customer was purchasing it. I left broken hearted and Deanna promised to look for another. Deanna called an hour later and advised the car was mine if I still wanted it. Of course I did! We went and picked up my beautiful 435i the next morning. (It turns out the other customer decided on a different color--hooray!). Thank you, Deanna. I have worked with Brandon twice for lessons on my new car. He is very patient and pleasant to work with. His knowledge of BMWs is truly amazing. If I have questions, I can email him. Rick did everything to help me get the exact car I wanted. He was very nice and very efficient. I've had my car a month and have met with Brandon twice to help acquaint myself with all the new technology available in these great cars. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Here's my story. I was on my way to the freeway after an appointment I had just finished at a dealership down the street. I decided to stop by BMW of El Cajon to see what they had on their lot. I was greeted by a very friendly Gary Ehlers. He was interested in learning about what I might be looking for. I told him I wasn't entirely sure I wanted to buy a car or not and that I was just kind of checking out what he had on the lot. A manual transmission could sway my decision. He showed me a 320i with manual transmission, but it was bright red. I wasn't thrilled by the exterior color but the interior was amazing. I looked at a couple of other cars. I didn't see the exact combination I wanted, so I shook hands with Gary, took his card and left. I receive a call from Gary a few days later and we decided that I would come in for a test drive. I showed up for my test drive and Gary was busy with another client, so he introduced me to another great advisor named Brian Houston. I had the option of either waiting for Gary or taking the test drive with Brian. I test drove the 320i. I felt it didn't have enough power for my needs. Brian showed me a blue 420i which was a lot better in power, but I wasn't too thrilled with the color blue and it was more than I wanted to spend. We went inside to work the numbers a little and it wasn't really what I wanted. So I left and went home. Couple days later I get a call from Brian saying he has a black 328i that has a manual transmission. I showed up to my appointment for the test drive and I knew that was the car I wanted. Brian went out of his way to get me the best deal possible. I met with Ron and a few other people in the dealership. Everyone is so friendly and personable. It felt so comfortable being at this dealership. No pressure at all. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and this was the best experience ever through the entire process. That brings me to the point of going upstairs. The finance manager Jorge was also a star player in getting everything expedited. I feel like I'm apart of the family now.

Josh Keyton was extremely knowledgeable about the Z4 and bent over backwards to help me purchase a roadster I have always dreamed of owning. he did not pressure me in any way and was able to quickly get me the information and financing I needed to make the purchase. Even though the car was too old to qualify as a CPO vehicle, the car was thoroughly checked, serviced and detailed so well that I felt like I was purchasing a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership, and Josh in particular, to anyone looking for a fair deal on a BMW.

I had owned my previous car for ten years and the transition into a car with a far more advanced use of technology has been greatly helped by the dealer's support group. Brandon Watson of their Genius Group was terrific in walking me through all of the features and their applications, including a follow up meeting at my home. We stated our position. They stated theirs. And we were able to reach a fair and mutually beneficial deal. For each car they dug deep and got us where we wanted to be. MUCH BETTER than BMW of San Diego...I'm not sure I can say this, but I will. I bought my last BMW at BMW of San Diego and El Cajon is heads and tails about them. I had looked at a number of other cars but this car exceeded all my wants.Brian Houston was my salesperson and I was more than thrilled at how easy and quicklywe found the car I wanted, and came to an agreed purchase price. My husband and I went on a whim to look at cars and ended up leaving with a 328i. Our sales rep was Tamara Taylor. She was exceptional. Very professional, accommodating and friendly. She made us feel comfortable and was not pushy. She also respected our price range and made us feel like she wanted what would best fit our needs. I also like the fact she made the experience personal. This was the best experience we've had buying cars and I will stick with this dealership for my future needs. I recommend her highly!! Morgan the "genius" was great too. She really helped explain all the features of the car. I have been back to the dealership for a weekly car wash (which is an added bonus) and I love it! Today I had the best car dealership experience of my life. My wife and I are just beginning our vehicle search for her new BMW and we needed to look at a couple of different new and used options. I am a BMW enthusiast, so perhaps not the mainstream customer, but a loyal one to the marque. Brandon met us promptly at the entrance and had us and our criteria nailed down very quickly. That being said, he also gave us ample opportunity to try out a variety of cars and he was adept at listening to our inputs, as well as providing relevant and accurate information on the vehicles. So often, the folks working at dealerships seem to totally miss the boat on what the customer is looking for, but Brandon was spot on throughout the process. I've previously had great experiences dealing with the BMW of El Cajon parts department for my other BMWs, but our experience with Brandon was enough to convince us that BMW of El Cajon will be our first choice for our future BMW purchases.

I recently purchased a BMW 328d Xdrive (diesel all wheel drive sport wagon). Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist, the sales woman, the Parts Department and the Service Department treated me like I was a movie star. I did NOT get this kind of treatment at a competing BMW dealership where they thought I wasn't important enough. The sales woman (Deanna) was helpful, courteous and kept in touch throughout the process of ordering the car from Germany and delivering it to me at the dealership. Also, they responded to my Internet submission and did not hesitate to offer me a substantial Internet discount. I'm impressed.

I performed a cold-call with this dealership when i saw a vehicle that interested me on their website. Josh Keyton answered and we agreed to meet. Customer service and friendliness live! My wife and I bought our third vehicle from BMW of EL Cajon. Of course over the years their dealership name has changed however the core of customer service still remains. A kind man initiated the conversation of getting a new car. It has been 2 months in the making. Mr Shawn Deyzel listened to my woe's of my wife's dad's passing and an aching used car X3 which if lucky was getting 17 mpg. Shawn introduced me to the 328d. After listening to his opinion and reading reviews, it was the car we wanted. But I told Shawn we did not want to play the back and forth game. Well, his patience with us, his care and space he gave allowed us to get the car we wanted. And, at a fair price. My wife said, it was the best car experience she had ever had. As soon as I walked onto the lot of BMW El Cajon, my experience from start to finish was so great, I have ALREADY referred my friends and family (one friend, Albert R, already went down and ordered a brand new M4)! The reason I like this dealership is due to their attentiveness and also how approachable/friendly the people are. Several years ago I had bought a BMW from San Diego BMW and they were so not approachable. Also, they were a bit snotty. I had a bad experience with them and will never go there again. Although El Cajon BMW is a bit of a drive I will not even service my car there. BMW of El Cajon is helpful, friendly, and don't charge if you need a loaner. Other dealers do!

My husband and I went to El Cajon BMW just to "look". We were on the lot less than 3 minutes when Joel approached us. (We dreaded being approached by a car salesman but we did have some questions about the vehicles so we didn't run.) We were immediately put at ease and felt no pressure at all. Joel answered all of our questions and was genuinely concerned about what we wanted in a new car and the features we were looking for. He was friendly, personable and very easy to talk to. We are both retired law enforcement and generally size people up when we meet them. Joel presented himself as an honest and straight forward person who is a true professional. We could tell that he believes in the BMW product and the commitment to service that his dealership demonstrates at every level and in every department. We ended up purchasing our pre-owned BMW at a very reasonable price with every feature we could have possibly wanted or dreamed of. I can honestly say we would have probably not bought a new car yesterday except that Joel did an awesome job of selling the product while taking care of us. Happy New Year to US! We were at our lease end and apprehensive as to what we were going to do; walk away without a car and paying $ we were not prepared to pay or drive off the lot in a new vehicle. Well, we did the latter thanks to our sales rep, Joel, and are very happy with our new vehicle and with the deal we were offered. If EXCELLENT were one of the options to describe our experience we would choose that word across the board! The whole experience was very smooth, no pressure and so much FUN! My BMW X3 was near the expiration of CPO warranty and I started having some issues with transmission and 4x4 system. I took it to BMW of El Cajon for repairs. It was easy to make an appointment. They do have free loaners, however, I did not need one so they could schedule me in the next day. The 4x4 issue was fixed on the first visit, however, it took a couple of more visits to fix the shifting issue. The problem was not very defined and intermittent so was not that easy to diagnose. The techs would do certain repairs and I would drive the car to see if shifting improves. Eventually it was reprogrammed and that took care of the problem. I did have to be persistent to convince the techs of the problem, since it was not so evident and would happen under certain driving conditions. They were attentive to my requests and patient. Overall a professional experience.

I had deliberated for quite a while what car I wanted to buy and so when I decided on a BMW, I wanted the process to be as quick and simple as possible. My dad contacted Gino at BMW of El Cajon, who swiftly found a car with the exact specifications I wanted and offered it for a great price. It was about two hours away, so he had one of their employees drive it down for us. Not only that, but he communicated with me and my dad every step of the way, preparing everything so that when we came in to get the car, we'd be in and out. He knew our weekend was busy and was beyond accommodating to our circumstances.Thanks to both Gino and Joel, the whole process took about two hours overall to sign all paperwork, buy the car and get a thorough run down of all its features. We even got a few gifts for the road!Joel was extremely helpful and, knowing I was on a time crunch, gave me a condensed run down of how to operate all the car's features while still being extremely thorough. He even called to check in the next day and make sure I didn't have any outstanding questions.Their salesmanship and customer service is absolutely outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them (although I won't be needing one for a quite a while now!). He was very patient to our choices and we test drove at least 3 different vehicles. He explained every single one's pros and cons very patiently and he knows exactly what he is talking about and very knowledgeable. This was my first car I have ever gone into a dealership to buy. It was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Joel helped me through the whole process and laid out everything as clearly as he could. He fought to get me the best deal (I had been dealing with several BMW dealerships) and he offered top notch service. He is very straightforward and offered ideas that he thought would best suit me. The guy is very down to earth and I would not hesitate to go to him again for any other car purchases in the future.

I worked with Joel in internet sales. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and very directly found candidate vehicles for me to examine. I never felt pressured to drive a car or take less than what I came to find. The test drive was long and varied enough to get in city, highway, and urban driving. The typical "i'll have to ask my manager" was kept to a minimum and a deal was made in minutes with little headache. Joel was very professional and friendly and obviously well-liked around the dealership. I would do business with Joel and BMW of El Cajon again.

The reason why we got this brand new BMW X5, its because of his very good sales talk and hospitality, Me and my husband came for the certified X5 2010 but unfortunately there are some features of the car that we don't like. Me and my husband decided to go another dealer, but he tried to offer a better deal with the brand new X5, I was very attentive with his presentation to this car and he convinced us to take the brand new one instead of getting certified to another dealer, and I guess I was the one who gave him a headache but he is very patient and tried to help us, and we got the deal. He was very accommodating(why? we came very late on a thursday night almost 21:30, me and my husband were just randomly looking around to check some BMW cars. He showed us different cars fast and quick. The store was about to close. He still managed to stayed late for us which already very commendable. We were even locked out on the basement/lower portion on the show area where he showed the car that I have now. I went back the next day to close the deal. ) well-spoken, honest and really well-rounded with all the cars he had shown us and provided us with wide options. While considering a set budget, he helped us to have the car the really suite my needs and somehow cater my style. He never pressured to buy the car immediately. I was stationed in arkansas when I first started looking to buy a BMW. The car I found for sale at the dealership was in my price range and had the miles but I was not to be stationed in San Diego until a few more months. But from day one Joel was awsome! My credit is not the best and I had a trade in with negative equity but he made it work. Between the first emails and then text messages we talked for months. Even to the point that he texted me the day I landed to follow up even after I had given up. He helped me get the car I wanted even after the first one was sold at the payment I wanted at an awesome interest rate. Every little thing to include floor mats even to the maintenance on the car Joel has gone above and beyond I ever expected. If I ever was gonna buy another BMW I would buy from him with my eyes closed.

We searched every BMW dealership in California to find the BMW X1 we wanted. We found four dealerships that had the car we wanted, but El Cajon offered the best price by far--thousands of dollars less, no exaggeration! We settled the price over the phone. Joel was friendly and patient (bad cell phone connection), and we arranged a deposit so they would hold the car for a few days until we arrived. Joel assured us he would do everything he could to ensure a smooth, fast experience.Once we flew in to San Diego, we headed to the dealership. True to his word, Joel had the initial paperwork ready to go, and the car was being washed. He took us down to check it out and went over it with us to ensure it was in good shape. We then walked back to his desk and went over the features of the car, went through the first round of paperwork, warranty details, etc. Throughout, Joel demonstrated a great sense of humor and a great attitude. He then took us out to train us in using iDrive and other features until Finance was ready to see us.We had already obtained financing, but Michael demonstrated how we could actually save money by working with BMW financing. He went over all of the paperwork thoroughly and patiently. We arranged the down payment and Michael put all of the paperwork together for us, then we went out and went over a few last details with Joel, including obtaining our roof racks. We were then on our way, driving back to the Bay Area.Joel and Michael were excellent. I would recommend Joel to anyone who asks--his friendly nature and great sense of humor make him a rare pleasure to work with. Let's face it: buying a car is very stressful. But when you work with professionals like Joel and Michael, the process is smooth and easy, even fun. Joel told us El Cajon has people coming from great distances--Georgia, even Idaho--to buy their BMW's with them. That may be a little extreme, but I can tell you I will happily travel from the Bay Area again in a heartbeat to buy a car from Joel. I know I can get a great deal, and everything will run smooth.

First of all, I want to point out that I am a resident of Georgia, but I found the perfect car at this dealership in CA. Joel treated me with the same respect and professionalism as you would provide to someone sitting in front of you. He was very attentive and catered to my needs. No matter what I asked, he had an answer or went to find out. However, I had a few problems after being approved with my paperwork receiving the proper attention that it deserved in the finance department. Due to my job, I travel a lot and my schedule is very time sensitive so I was highly disappointed. Instead of getting my file processed within a timely manner, I was pushed back for customers that were walk-ins, but once I made my concern known, I was treated like a KING throughout the remainder of the process. Jeff Waters in finance apologized and expedited everything from that point forward. This really changed my perspective of the dealership and doing business away from home. It ended up being easy and painless. Jeff worked his magic and had everything finalized for the car to be shipped in less than a day of receiving my signed documents. I do not think he had a choice because Joel was on their butts and turning over tables to make sure I was treated as any other customer (lol). I understand people make mistakes and would recommend this dealership. They are great people!Through it all, Joel was always on my side and fought for my respect, and I thank him for that. Therefore, I would have to say that his hard work and dedication to making sure I was happy is the reason I did not walk away from the deal. I am so glad that he answered the phone that day I called the dealership because I could not have been paired with a more perfect salesperson.

I do not write reviews unless the business or the individual is worthy of a review and I feel the necessity to do so. Joels excellent customer service and car expertise deserves recognition because he serves at the forefront of this business and part of the success of a business depends on the caliber of their employees. Joel has gone above and beyond with the quality of customer service that he has provided us. We never felt forced to buy a car or on the other hand ignored because we weren't looking to buy a brand new luxury car. We were treated with utmost importance and the business transaction went quick and very smoothly. He was knowledgeable and thorough about the product that he was selling from showing and explaining to us all the specifications of the vehicle to test driving it. Joel has exemplary people skills and is definitely business savvy. The entire time he was very patient and pleasant with us. He knows how to keep his clients happy and gauge their satisfaction. He was able to further negotiate the price of the vehicle at a price we were willing to pay for a CPO BMW. At the end of the business transaction, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne, freebies like a key chain and a complete set of BMW car mats. He also followed up with an e-mail and a phone call two weeks later just to check on how things are going with the car and to remind us of Car Wash Wednesdays. Joel has provided us with a car that we are absolutely satisfied with. I certainly think that Mr. Esguerra is an asset to the BMW organization. Equipped with all the necessary skills to make a business thrive, I have no doubt that Joel would make a productive and effective leader of the BMW team if given the opportunity to do so in future.

I just bought a brand new 2013 BMW X3 at BMW South County and am in love with the car and whole buying experience. Joel Esguerra-Forral was our salesman and I was surprised at how friendly and laid back he was, this is very hard to find at any dealership. Usually they just see dollar signs in your eyes and want to get you in an out as quick as possible, but they really took their time with us, we appreciated that. They accepted my joke worthy trade in, gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate and explained all the bells and whistles of my new spaceship. All the other salesman were also very friendly and some gave me pointers as well on my new car, and what to get used to compared to my old one. I look forward to coming here for my services/ maintenance in the future which is one of the reasons I picked South County and not Kearny Mesa. Their reviews scared me right off their website! yikes. Thanks South County, I am blessed to be counted as one of your family members now.

The service I received at BMW of El Cajon was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. Overall, I was impressed by the cheerful, yet professional tone of every staff member I encountered throughout my visits. Each time I came by this location, I was addressed by name, which added a personal touch. I was even thanked for my military service. This definitely made me feel like a valued customer. I truly enjoyed working with Joel and his team. Not only did he take time to fully understand what I wanted in a vehicle, but he also took the time to explain the benefits of owning and operating a BMW. Early on and prior to my visit, I had let Joel know that I was interested in two specific vehicles (Mercedes Benz and BMW) and my decision was weighing 50/50. Joel, however, was not aware that I was already quite familiar with BMWs luxury compact car reputation, as I had conducted extensive research via the internet and through family members and several colleagues who are owners. During my visit, Joel had actually taken the liberty of presenting me with comparison information for both vehicles (BMW and Mercedes Benz). He presented me with facts for both vehicles. Clearly, I had not expected that information, but, I was not at all surprised that BMWs customer service was exactly what I was told it would be PERSONAL. Chuck was fantastic to work with today. We went to look at cars with no intention of buying. Spoke with Chuck and he answered all of our questions, made us feel very comfortable with no rush. Found a 2013 328 loaner that was perfect. Test drive sold us but thought we'd keep shopping. But we kept talking, made a few comparisons, and quickly arrived at a agreed price. As we were closing the deal, there were a couple of glitches in the deal and BMWEC went well above expectations. If you ever had a dealer feel like you were helping them out, this experience was the opposite. Chuck and the team went the extra 10 miles. I was referred to BMW of El Cajon and specifically to Gino Centofanti. Gino greeted me and instantly made me feel welcome. Gino listened to what I wanted and asked Joel Esguerra to assist me in my search for the right vehicle for me and my son. Together Gino and I found the perfect Silver 2012, 328i that provided fuel economy, low maintenance, and most important room for my 6'6" frame and my 13yr son Michael's 6'4" growing body.I am a police officer and was concerned about certain security features within the technology package of the vehicle. I had a great sales experience. The sales personnel were knowledgeable and very helpful. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on my trade in and were able to tailor the vehicle and price to my needs and wants. The delivery of the car went well. The vehicle was prepared and ready when i arrived. The salesman went over the vehicle thoroughly and i had a good understanding of the majority of the vehicles functions to ensure I would have a safe and comfortable first drive home. Sales personnel contacted me a few days later to ensure I was enjoying my new vehicle, and if i had any questions or concerns with the vehicle. The only negatives I would say are about the prep of the vehicle. I am a very picky person and have an acute attention to detail so most would probably not notice these things but I did. When i got the vehicle home i gave it a really good inspection, I found minor things that i thought a vehicle coming from a company like BMW shouldn't have. I discovered swirl marks and minor detailing marks on a few spots on the vehicle, there is a dent on the right rocker panel, a chipped or missing spot of paint on the rear bumper cover, transport plastic pieces on the BMW hood logo and right side mirror, tags pieces still in place from removed tags, spots on the interior that weren't wiped clean so it looked as white spots on a black interior and a few factory paint blemishes on the vehicle. I find all this to be minor and still love the vehicle, and have no regrets of the purchase but for quality assurance purposes I am letting you know. I know some of the things may have happened anywhere from the factory, to the shipper, to the dealer and to my house so i don't wish to make any kind of issue out of it. Overall i had a great experience from sales, to delivery to driving. I would and probably will purchase another BMW in the future and from the same dealership. Thank you for all the help and I love my 335i.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the recent purchase of our new X1. We stopped by BMW South County because they appeared to have a large inventory of new and used vehicles. Upon our arrival at the dealership it was our good fortune to meet Kailash Joshi. Kailash was courteous and professional. He patiently and actively listened as we explained to him what type of vehicle we were interesed in purchasing. He led us to the X1 and displayed a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. After a test drive we able to negotiate a deal that involved a trade-in of my 2005, BMW 325i, that I had taken to, BMW of San Diego, for repairs. Kailash arranged for my 325i to be transported to BMW South County and then facilated all the paper work. This is the third BMW that we have purchased, our first two from BMW of San Digeo. Up till now I thought that the service at BMW of San Diego was top notch; however after dealing with Kailash and the rest of the team at BMW South County, you can be sure that I will take all of my future business to BMW South County, this includes any new purchases and service for my new X1 and my wife's 328i.

Kailash is unlike many of the average salesmen, in which he cares more about taking care of the customer instead of getting a deal done that would best suit him. So I went in to this dealership in October and talked to Albi. He showed me several models and was very patient with me didn't push me. He showed me the entire inventory of cars and even allowed me to test drive a few different models as this was my first BMW and I wasn't sure what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable and although the model I was looking for wasn't available at the time he promised to call me as soon as the right one came along at the right time. Sure enough I received a phone call a little less then a month later. Walked in found the model I wanted in the color I wanted as well as interior and got out of my SUV. I had an amzing experience with Samantha and Jeff in the finance department and when I went back in to handle some peperwork they welcomed me and knew my name. I didn't feel like they only wanted to talk to me the day I signed but that I'm am a new member of the BMW family. I'm in love with my car and when it's time to get a new one I will definitely give Albi a call and go back to BMW of South County. Thanks again!!!!

I leased a 2012 335i coupe (M-sport) from this dealer on May 2012. The sales rep was Chuck Thomas. He was very friendly and helped me through out the whole process (test drive, paperwork,etc..) Although the price was not the best, it was fair. Chuck sent me a follow up email to check if everything was alright with the vehicle. I would lease again from this dealer if the price matches my expectations.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 BMW 535i for European Delivery from BMW South County. Our sales representative was Kailash Joshi. Mr. Joshi and the rest of the team at South County did a great job in walking us through the process of purchasing the car through BMW's European Delivery program. We just returned from Munich after picking up our new car at BMW Welt and driving it through the Alps into Northern Italy and dropping it back off at the Munich airport. The pick up and drop off process in Munich was easy and handled flawlessly by BMW. I cant think of a better way to buy a new BMW. Great experience! Hope to do it again in a few years. My great friend Kailash!!! Over the last year I have been in and out a dozen times looking and chewing on what we wanted as a family. As a Fighter Pilot my best memory between Kailash and I was driving a new 5 series up 125 as he was holding on for dear life and never lets me forget it. That was a fun car. He provided excellet customer service and was only profesionally push a bit...Just the right amount to ease me into what I really wanted. Maintenance is really good and the service is excellent especially Michal in the Service Department!!! The prices have came down over the last 10 years, or I have just made more money and the price is now acceptable...LOL I would still like to see my front floor mats and get my passenger leather seat fixed as I did not know about this until I after the negotiation on the way over to sign the papers with finance. They promised to fix it and make it right though. Great Job for the entire BMW South County Team.

I went to return my lease of my 2009 328i. I was interested in getting a 2012 328i and Kailash was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. I didn't feel pressured and had a pleasant experience with the buying process. After we agreed on a good price, I was kind of in a hurry because I had to pick up my kids at school. They expidited the paper work and got the car ready in good time. Kailash was very thorough on explaining all the new features of the 2012's and made sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle. I recommend this dealership to anybody looking to get a BMW.

I was not really planning on replacing my bimmer just yet but Ricardo made it all happen. Making me understand the current situation and status of my car which has over 100,000 miles. Hesitant at first but I figured I can probably spare a few minutes and listen to what they have to offer. Right from the start I felt that Ricardo was just not after making a quick sale but actually concerned on what I had to say about the things I want and don't want in trading my car in. Gave me a lot of useful information and worked with me on stuff like my budget and getting the right car (with warranty) for me. He also was great with adjusting to my schedule since I'm in the military and I had to cancel a couple of our appointments due to changes in my work schedule. We started our search for a new BMW in April 2012 at the dealership in Encinitas, CA. After seeing a model that we liked (happened to be the service car), we routinely were pushed to a different model as the dealer didn't have any on the lot. We requested that the salesman search for "our" car and contact us with the information. We never heard from the Encinitas dealer again. Our friend recommended BMW South County and made the introduction to the manager, Ron Mangseth. South County tried to find the car that we wanted, but to no avail. Ron thought we should have exactly what we wanted, so he suggested that we wait for the new 2013 model and have it custom built to our specifications. He didn't try to push us into a car that didn't meet our needs to close the sale immediately. Since we didn't mind waiting a few months, Ron indicated that the dealership would follow up with us in a month or so when the 2013 models were available to be built. As promised, we heard from Kailash Joshi and he helped us build our car exactly as we wanted. He helped us understand the various options and answered all of our questions. Ron gave us a fair price and given that we were having the car custom built, we weren't expecting much of a discount, but we were pleasantly surprised. Throughout the building process, we received updates from Kailash. When the car arrived, we made an appointment to sign the paperwork and go over all of the car's features. As an added surprise, Kailash noticed that our insurance company was having a promotion with BMW, saving us an additional $4000. This is our first BMW and this was by far our best dealership experience. Thank you BMW South County!

I shopped at the competition before going to South County BMW. I was unable to purches a BMW at a price point I wascomfortable with so the sales person sent me on my way as fast as they could. Upon arriving at South County BMW I was approached by Charels . I shared the details of my experiance in dealing with the competition to Charels and the issues I would have to over come to be able to purches a BMW. Charels took an extensive amount of time showing me the vehicles on the lot and went over every detail you could think of. Once I selected a vehicle the sales manager and the finance team did the impossible and offered me the price point I wanted. I can easily rate Kailash as "Great " in all above categories. His customer service was exceptional, and though he clearly has many clients, I always felt as though Kailash was making me a priority. I have incredibly high expectations and demand a lot of people in general. Kailash exceeded my expectations on several levels. When my family and I walked in, we were immediately asked "how can i help you." Then, once we were seated Yvonne offered us refreshments, displaying great customer service. Yvonne had asked for what I was looking for in my purchase and quickly found a car that fulfilled all my requests and even found a few more options for me to choose from. Even after purchasing my car, she called often to see if everything was alright with the new car and if there were any questions i had. After answering all my present questions she also told me that if i have any questions to feel free to call her back. She is really friendly and always has a smile on!

These guys are fantastic! Long story short, I ordered a car. When the car came in, the color was totally different than I thought. Kailash knew right away that I was not happy with the color. Even though I ordered this car, they knew that a happy clients was much better than an unhappy client. They allowed me to order a brand new car and kept the other car on their lot for sale to another customer.My last 7 cars were all new BMW's. Kailash Joshi is friendly, courteous, and professional. Not pushy at all. He was very patient, as it was months from our first visit until our actual purchase. He made us feel very comfortable in purchasing our vehicle. We are confident that his offer to assist us with anything (even after the papers were signed) is sincere and honest. We have purchased cars at BMW South County in the past, and were familiar with the level of service they provide, yet it was still a big decision to purchase a car. Although there were other cars on my "want list", I quickly dismissed them after test-driving the BMW, and reflecting on how anxiety-free my wife and I have been when driving BMWs (no worries about servicing them, no concerns with quality, and no reservations about the character of the salespeople that work there). I have owned many cars in my life, and I feel what BMW offers (quality of vehicle and service) are beyond reproach. At this point in my life, I frankly would not drive anything else, and would not bother even going to any dealer besides BMW South County. All of the people there were friendly, but I would particularly recommend Mr. Kailash Joshi as a person to see if considering purchasing a vehicle at BMW South County.

I have come to this dealership for a couple of years now and have always had a great experience with BMW South County, whether its their sales or service department. Recently, I had my car towed in. To get straight to the point, I had to leave my car for a couple of days, so I was need of a loaner car, which are free courtesy cars provided by BMW South County, a huge plus. The young man that helped me that, Joseph, was very polite and helpful. He helped me carry and transfer stuff from my car into the loaner, which he did it with a genuine smile. I say genuine because he kept it for the whole time. WHOLE TIME! He helped with the paperwork, pointed out a few scratches on the car I would have never NEVER saw, and hooked it up with a 335D. Also after I returned the vehicle, I had left a check in the loaner which I called Joseph, (he picked up the phone) and a gave a sigh of relief knowing he had found it in the glovebox while checking it in and he said he actually was about a second away from giving me a call that he found it!! Just a shout-out to Joseph!!

I purchased my fifth BMW from this dealer and took delivery yesterday. I have found not only the two named employees mentioned above, but all of the staff and employees of this dealership, to be extremely friendly and helpful with my motoring needs. This is perhaps the biggest reason I by BMW's, but I wouldn't be honest if I didn't say the product sells itself. Having a wonderful support base is always comforting and reassuring, particularly recognizing that anything mechanical will sooner or later require maintenance. So everything from the buying, financing and service with this dealer has been above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy this particular product.

There was no push to make a purchase right away and a test drive was encouraged. I knew I wanted a BMW but I was not sure of the model. The guidance as to which model would suit me best was fantastic and the car is the perfect fit for me!even once the purchase agreement was made I dod not feel that I was brushed to one side so that another sale could be made. Instead the post sale actually took longer! I bought a used car from this dealership and regret it. The car has had numerous problems and I have had it for only a few weeks. One of the problems is a coolant leak that certainly could not have developed in one month's time. It appears that the dealership actively concealed the problem by tiping off the coolant levels. After driving it for a few days the cooant level warning light came on.Of course the hoses are not covered by the warrrany. I was also told that the break pads will need to be replaced shortly. In short, it appears that I bought a car that has numerous problems and will probably need lots of repairs.I would stay away from this place and not buy a used car from these people.

Yvonne went the extra mile to get me in the car I wanted. Originally looked at 335i but it was too pricey for my blood. I wanted a manual 135 to start with, but they only had a manual 335 on the lot. After a great test drive when the numbers came back they pretty much drove the 335 to rock bottom prices. Still not cheap enough for me. They found a 135i in my area and ran the numbers and they were exactly what I wanted to pay for a well optioned 6spd 135i. There were a couple more issues there regarding a deposit, but they worked everything out to my satisfaction and were polite and understand all the way. If you need to buy a BMW in SoCal, look no further.

I am a US Navy veteran and these guys took care of me!! I was originally in there for service but it was a lost hope for my car is was getting to that age and mileage that it needed to be replaced. This is my first BMW. I have to say, I am very impressed. I knew the vehicle would be flawless, but I expected the car buying experience to be the standard back and forth, "us vs. the dealership" event. It wasn't like that at all. Kailash was very friendly (one of the nicest car dealers I've ever met), taking time to answer all of our questions, while not being pushy or in a hurry to make the sale. While the financing portion was going on, Kailash introduced me to many of the people who worked at the dealership, including service personnel (who I would be seeing in the future for schedulued maintenance). This made me feel very welcome, and made me feel as though I'm joining the BMW "family". Overall, although this was the most money I've ever spent on a car, it was well worth the price. This was handsdown the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I look forward to shopping here again when it's time to replace my wife's old car.

Mike Vasquez made a difficult situation pleasant. We knew we needed a vehicle for our active lifestyle, but we didn't know what to get. My parent recommended Mike and now I see why. He was wonderful. Plus, this little X3 is a perfect do everything mobile. It is the perfect surf mobile, romping in the mountains mobile, or a fun night at the ballet. BMW South County is the most welcoming BMW car dealership in San Diego, period! I came to BMW South County, after having visited both BMW San Diego and BMW Encinitas dealerships, and was welcomed enthusiastically with open arms by the charming salesman, Kailash Joshi. He, unlike the other salesmen, seemed to have a genuine love of BMW's and cars alike, and his personality exemplified this through his knowledge of all the models. That being said, it came to no surprise that the entire staff at BMW South County was awesome! They assisted my family and I in buying our new car, and did so pleasantly and humbly. Not seen in many salesmen today, Kailash Joshi is entirely devoted to his customers and "adopts" them into his family. Just to give one example of his stupendous attitude and devotion to his consumers, he, just last week, was going on a short vacation to Lake Arrowhead with his wife for Thanksgiving when I gave him a call. I had asked him if he cold please return in order to buy my car because I was in a semi time crunch to do so. He was one-hundred miles north of San Diego, so being the selfless man that he is, he pulled over and asked his wife what they should do for they had a reservation at a pleasant resort. She told him to turn around for she felt bad for the "little boy" that had so urgently called him. Needless to say, I plan on repaying Mr. Joshi someday for his unfortunate non-fundable reservation at Lake Arrowhead! I am very grateful to have met such a kind and caring man as Kailash Yoshi. He is undoubtably a "people-person" and truly understands how cars should be sold. I recommend not only BMW South County as the BEST dealership in San Diego due to its unparalleled service, but also full heartedly recommend future buyers to buy their BMW with Kailash Yoshi.

I'm pretty hard to please when it comes to buying a car, with that being said after a few tense moments in the beginning Kailash really impressed me. Kailash took his time explained things and always respected me. I would like to say the used car manager (Tim I think) worked very to get the car I wanted in my price range so thanks for that! I love the fact that the service adviser I was introduced to actually owns the exact same vehicle I purchased! Mad props to the management for having service guys that actually own the cars you service!

From beginning to end, my experience with BMW South County in El Cajon has been exemplary. The sales process was pleasant and I feel I was treated with respect by people with integrity. Certainly not what I encountered at dealerships closer to my home in Riverside, CA. I was given a fair price for my trade-in, and a very competitive price on my new BMW. I purchared the Cilajet treatment (I highly recommend it). When I came back to South County to have it applied, I was treated like royalty. I highly recommend Aaron Vrhovnik (sales) and Michael Harrity (Finance Manager).

Jim and I were first introduced to BMWs in 1988. We have owned one every since. On this particular visit we needed service to our M3. (The service dept. is awesome. Kudos to Matt and Scott) The X3 caught our attention; that's when we meet Mike. We are normally hesitant with sales associates, however, we liked him right off. The long and the short of our dealings with Mike is that he went over and beyond our expectations while purchasing this new little dream. I wanted a red car, he located one in Colorado. Mike even drove out to our home to program the car to our gated community and to our garage door. His customer service is a AAA status in our book. We also appreciate Jim Wolleson and his dad. Jim needed to part with a Ford mustang and these men gave him a sweet deal. Thank you South County BMW. The Christian family.

I got some traction control and brake malfunctions pop up on my M3's iDrive screen, so I gave Natasha (Sales Advisor) a call around noon the same day. I let her know that I had an Autocross event the next day, and if she could just run the codes to see if I should cancel or go ahead with my event. Without prior notice, and even though she was busy, she allowed me to bring my car in right away and handed it to the technician (Marco) for him to take a look. They quickly found the problem as being a faulty steering angle sensor and replaced it. They both went out of their way to make sure I had my car fixed and ready for my autocross tomorrow. All in all, from the time I called Natasha to the time I left the dealership with my car fixed, It took no more than 2 hours and I was on my way. Now I can enjoy the Autocross, which coincidentally BMW South County are sponsoring! Great dealership, and even better service.

It was the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. My experience at this dealership was great. I am a young buyer, and this was my first time purchasing a car for myself. The level of stress with regards to the whole car shopping experience was very high, to say the least. I had questions I didn't know to ask and the person who would ask them was somewhere else. That being said, I really had nothing to worry about at all. The moment I stepped into this dealership, Mr. Kailash was there and showed great interest in helping me. I test drove a BMW and fell in love with it, Mr. Kailash stayed with me after I drove the car and showed all the wonderful features and benefits of owning a BMW. Along the way, I meet many employees at the dealership: from the receptionists to the Manager, even the employees who will be taking care of my car for maintenance. Again, Mr. Kailash was there through it all and he helped to tie everything together. I was treated with respect and courtesy, even though I was a new buyer and more than likely appeared naive most of the time. My fiancee and I came down from Vegas to buy this car. We were trading in two cars, our earlier BMW 750 and a Lexus GX 470. Our transaction with Kailash was exceptional, to say the least. Though we went thru prolonged negotiations, Kailash stayed in touch with us patiently and never gave up. One does not see this kind of intense follow up from any car Salesperson these days. I and my family have purchased several luxury automobiles in the past, but our experience with Kailash and BMW South County was by far the best we have ever had. Though we got this beautiful BMW 750Li in June, we are still over the moon with our experience and hence this review. My wife and I purchased two cars in rapid succession from San Diego-area BMW dealerships. Her car came from another dealership; however, when we returned bo look at a car for me (BMW X3), the experience was less than favorable. We then came to BMW South County and began working with Chuck (and later Kailash) to identify a suitable BMW X3. Because I had a high-end trade-in (a recent Porsche Carrera S), the trade-in was problematic, but BMW South County didn't give up and managed to find a nearby Porsche dealer who wanted the Carrera. Chuck and Kailash never gave up, remaining friendly and determined as we worked to find deal that worked for us and for BMW South County. Then, to make a good experience even better, we began to work with the Finance Manager, Francisco. It turns out that Francisco also served in the Marine Corps and we struck up a fast friendship that only has only served to improve my attitude and relationship with BMW South County.

I give my highest recommendation to Michael McCabe and BMW South County. I had such a positive experience from start to finish with him and his dealership. I recently purchased a new BMW from him for my wife. We were shopping around a while online and contacted all of the Internet managers at the other BMW dealerships in the area. I can say without a doubt that he was the most responsive and friendly out of all the dealerships I had dealt with.It was his quick response and "can do" attitude that convinced me to buy from him and his dealership even though his dealership wasn't the closest to my home. It was worth the drive to his dealership as he offered the best price but also the most responsive service which is important.From the start, he assured me that he would get the BEST price bar none. He absolutely delivered on that promise. Plus, he offered free weekly car washes as well. Something that no other dealership offered.The model BMW my wife wanted wasn't in stock but Mike ordered it from another dealership and kept us informed throughout the month on the status of the delivery. When we went to go pick the car up, he was so refreshingly great to deal with. Many car salesmen get a bad reputation but it was so wonderful to deal with someone of his integrity and character. To boot, he is just an all around good guy. For example, he just got back from a volunteer trip helping out the less fortunate in the Dominican Republic. It made us feel great dealing with someone with his character.Everyone at his dealership was very friendly. We have 2 young kids and all the secretaries there were friendly offering them juice, coloring books, crayons, water, etc. Just very pro-family environment which you don't expect at a high end dealership.I would highly recommend Michael and his dealership for anyone out there looking for a new BMW. I don't think anyone out there can match their prices and friendly, professional service.I agree with some that the showroom floor might not be as big or high tech or glamorous as other dealerships out there. To me the most important thing in business is ethical service and someone delivering on their word. The car that I ordered wasn't in stock so they had to get it delivered and it took about a month. Last month he offered a $750 rebate and even though it was no longer available, Mike kept his word and lowered the price of the car $750 to honor his word. That to me spoke volumes of his integrity and that of his dealership.I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a new BMW.

I have to say Ive never had someone go out of their way for great customer service. I was greeted immediately by Rick Cohen and got to the point on a vehicle with no gimmicks. I purchased a X3 it was pointed out to me that a system needed to be worked on and would take a while. I was very happy to be told up front straight to the point than for them to sit there and sugar coat things. Needless to say I was in a time crunch and had only a couple of days. They offered to ship the vehicle to me If I needed to go. I declined and told them I would spend the night there. I was suprised that the mechanic (deserves recognition but dont know his name) came in on his day off just to get this vehicle ready for me. The dealership and their associates go out of there way to make their customers happy even after they already drove away from the lot. I would definatley recommend this dealership to anyone in California.

My experience with BMW South County as a whole was great. I originally purchased a used 2005 X3 which had numerous problems. When deciding to return this car, Ricardo DeLeon and BMW South County went out of their way to make sure I was in a car that I was happy with. I purchased another 2005 X3 and the dealership made any repair issues I had with this car. I think this is rare that a dealership would actually make repairs on a used car. When working with Ricardo DeLeon, I felt like he was more of a friend and on my side than the dealership's. Not only was there great service, but he has provided excellent follow up service, making sure everything is still going well with the car and me personally. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a BMW in San Diego to call Ricardo DeLeon.

I came to BMW South County wanting to compare european sport sedans after visiting several other dealerships. I want to say I have worked in customer service for years and generally my dealership expierences have not been up to my high standards, South County was for many reasons a fantastic expierence. The salesman Kalash greeted me promptly and gave me the most attentive and courteous service I could have ever asked for. I believe that Kalash Is as far away from the typical car salesman steriotype as I have ever met, and he is truely as refined as the product he represents. Kalash was able to show me why a BMW was by far the best investment and even helped guide me towards the best choice with my needs and budget. He was more than patient as I tend to ask too many questions and can take a very long time to make decisions. Due to their huge selection they had exactly the color and options I wanted. The negotiation process with Kalash was short and painless as I tend to dislike this part of the process above any other.The finance manager Jeff Waters made all the paperwork pass by smoothly and even brought some humor to a less than thrilling practice of completing the paperwork. The sales manger Ron took several minutes to really give us a heartfelt welcome to our new BMW ownership and get to know us. He was very appreciative of our business.Since my purchase Kalash has folloewd up with me on a few occaisons this week to enure all of my post-purchase questions about my new car have been answered.Thanks BMW South County!

I felt that Mr. Joshi was being honest and up front with me throughout the sale of my car. He was also quite informative about all the possible options and explained them to me clearly. The final note that made me purchase from this dealership was Mr. Joshi's pleasant and courteous manner in which he treated me. I gave the rating that I did because, let's be honest BMW's are very expensive and it's a lot of money to let go of at one time. My wife and daughter came to look at the cars at BMW of South County expecting not to buy that day but to look at the cars and make decisions later because it was almost 5pm. Even though I was decided to get a car for my daughter, I figure that they will not entertain me at all since it was late Sunday afternoon. I saw few people at the dealership so I approached Kailash. He was not smiling at first so I thought this will not be good at all so I better be quick to tell him that we are just looking.To make the long story short, it was the most pleasant encounter I have ever had with a car salesman and dealership for a long time. They provided me with a no nonsense estimate of the cost of the car and made us feel good about being there that afternoon. This is the third new BMW i've taken ownership from BMW South County. I'm a loyal customer because they ALWAYs provide the best service i've experienced anywhere---Unlike the sales advisors/Managers at BMW of San Diego, CA, who did to me as follows: 1. Ignored me when i was at their dealership.2. Act as though i was bothering them when i had questions to ask.3. When i asked them a question they answer it, then walked away.4. When i tried to negotiate a sales/lease the manager high balled me during the negotiation process. However, i researched prices from BMW Palm Springs, BMW South County, but BMW of SD literally tried to rip me off with an extremely high lease rate for the same car/price. BEWARE of BMW of SD!!!!!! He was always available when i had questions, and continuously followed up with phone calls/emails with answers. I expressed to him that i do not like being pressured when purchasing a new car so he let me go at my own pace. During the negotiation process, Mr. Joshi beat out BMW of Palm Springs, and by far BMW of San Diego by providing me the best price. Mr. Joshi's customer service is beyond reproach!!!! He always gave me the impression that i was part of the BMW South County family--A feeling that won over my confidence during the buying process. BMW South County will always be my #1 dealership recommended to all my friends, family, co-workers, etc. They will have my business everytime i'm in the market for a new BMW.

Upon arrival to look for a certified pre owned, we were greeted by Rick Cohen. With Rick's patience, guidance, honesty and passion for BMW, we left the dealership in our favorite BMW! We came in as new customers looking for a Z4 ( with a promotional rate on the internet) and were greeted by Mr. Kailash Joshi. We have to say that he is the most respectful and gentle person we have ever encountered while looking to buy a car. Not only was he courteous and filled with knowledge , but he was sensible to our needs and extremely patient. Unparalleled service - from a guy who's as particular about his vehicle as I am, it's the highest compliment I can pay to South County BMW and specifically Natasha Silveira (Service Advisor) and Nick Owen (Technician). Testament to their service level is the fact that they're a 50 mile round trip drive for me - when there are 2 other BMW dealerships much closer. Follow up, follow through, and damnit, give me an accurate time estimate on how long you'll have my car - this is what I appreciate from Natasha and Nick and this is why I'm highly recommending South County BMW's Service Department.

I went in to purchase an extended warrenty (100K +} for my BMW X3. I saw a convertable with low mileage and a reasonabspoke to Kailash to see if we could make a deal. I believe they did everything possiincrease the value of my trade in and add features to make the numbers work for me. Their service department is surperb and the reason I will always go to BMW South County before ever purchasing another car in the future.

South County is such a warm, inviting family environment. Everyone is so happy to be there and so helpful. They know I'm extremely picky and particular with my car and go out of their way to help. The loaners are always clean and shiny as well, so it helps if I need to have a car for business. Other dealerships in SD can be very cold, sterile, and rude. I tried (and never went back to) two others before finding South County. I even drive out of my way from my office in Poway to get there just for the smiles and quality of work!!

Kailash Joshi and the entire team at BMW South County are incredibly helpful, courteous, and offer great prices! Although I have purchased many new cars in the past, I am new to the BMW brand, and new to leasing. Being a single, young, female, I was a bit intimidated of any BMW dealership, and preferred to initially communicate by email. Kailash was very accommodating always answered everything in writing. Needless to say, I had lots and lots questions for Kailash, and I totally admire his tremendous amount of patience to thoroughly and completely answer all of my questions. As a good consumer, I believe in doing my research, and it typically takes me 6-8 months, with countless quotes from multiple dealerships, until I purchase my car. Kailash has never pressured me, and I appreciate his great attitude, and helpfulness. Upon my arrival at the BMW South County, the first person that I saw was a priest sitting in the lobby; I certainly never expected that, but I took it as a great sign and as it turned out, my time at BMW South County was really a very positive experience; I remember, I was actually smiling, when I left the dealership! Anyway, when I met Kailash for the first time, he completely erased all my fears of a pushy BMW salesperson. Instead, Kailash was very respectful, and I learned so much from him, as he super knowledgeable about the individual cars too. We went for a test drive, and when we returned to the dealership, Kailash and I walked around the car, and he pointed out all the individual features which I greatly appreciated. While we were talking, I noticed there were other customers on their lot, and they were inching their way over to us, to hear all of Kailashs descriptions too! The other salesman on the lot noticed, and then, before I knew it, there was a group surrounding us, all listening to Kailash. I couldnt believe it, but the other salesman was asking Kailash about the car too! Kailash had no arrogance about him, rather was just happy to share his knowledge and educate all of us! Being an Accountant, I needed the details of all the numbers in the transaction, prior to me signing anything. Kailash completely understood, and took me to see Jim Wolleson, who painstakingly walked me though all the numbers in the lease. (No other dealership in SD was willing to do this!) Jim was just as friendly as Kailash, and although his phone rang countless times (of course, I apologized for taking up so much of his time); he simply smiled, ignored the phone, and really took his time to explain everything to me. I cant thank both Kailash and Jim enough, for going through this exercise, as they truly understood my hesitations, completely answered my questions, took me seriously, never pressured me, and totally leveled with me too. In todays day and age, we thankfully have tremendous amount of choices, which include choosing who we do business with. I believe in the old saying that, good people are hard to find, and I believe its even harder to find a good car dealership. . .but thankfully I found BOTH good people and a great dealership, at BMW South County. Although, a few other dealerships are geographically closer to me, I would recommend everyone take the drive out to El Cajon they will certainly make it worth your while, and I am sure you will have a very pleasant experience too!

Working with Kailash (sales) and Mike (finance/business) at South County was a good experience. We had to factory order our X5 and right from the beginning were kept well informed on when we would receive ours. We took delivery of our X5 almost a week before promised. Mike in finance was very friendly and easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy any of the add-ons etc that most dealerships try to push towards the end.We do not like haggling with dealerships over price. Using the BMW website, I got quotes for our X5 configuration from atleast 15 southern california dealerships. South County quoted me a very competitive price and they honored the price right thru the end of sale. Highly recommended!!!!!!Note: Recommendation is based purely on new car buying experience. I have never had to deal with their service department till date.

The staff at BMW were all extremely friendly. The salesmen were helpful, and very responsive. They didn't have the car that I wanted as a certified used, but they kept me updated when they got used BMW's in that fit what I wanted. Our dream car eventually came in, they called, and we now have our X3. Thanks guys.

Let me tell you a story. I recently purchased a used BMW 6 series from Carl Burger dealership in La Mesa. BIG MISTAKE they sold me a lemon and had me drive it to BMW South County to get an estimate of the needed repairs. It was here where I met Kailash. He could tell that I was frustrated and he wanted to hear my story about my car and how I was looking to replace my other one immediately. I told him what I was looking for and he took me out to their lot with no pressure. He helped me find the car that I wanted based on my needs of my family. Now my credit isn't the best but he took his time to work me to purchase my very first new BMW.What makes Kailash and his dealership so unique is the fact that they all care as a team. He worked very hard for me to get my car. He took his time to explain to me all the features of the vehicle and I do mean all. He was a professional gentleman who did not pressure me or make me feel uneducated. He was very polite, patience, and most important HONEST. He did not tell me a single lie. Gino is amazing! My family has been buying our cars from him since 2004. In fact, we have followed him from the different dealerships he has been at. My husband and I came in to buy a new 3 series that we requested Gino special order for us. When we got to the dealership, we decided we liked the 5 series better. Even though Gino had spent time trying to find us our perfect 3 series and had it delivered to his dealership especially for us, he didnt blink when we asked to look at the 5's. He was wonderful and helped us for the entire four hours we spent trying to decide which to buy. He never made us feel bad that he had spent his time finding our 3 series, but instead gave us the pros and cons of each car and helped us make a decision that was best for our growing family. With out a doubt we will only buy our future cars from Gino!

From the moment I ordered the car with Ron Mangseth to signing paperwork with Jeff Waters to taking delivery of my new M3, BMW South County took care of me every step of the way. My Salesman Kailash Joshi treated me with the greatest courtesy and service. Kailash arranged for me to pick up my new BMW M3 at the BMW Performance Center in South Carolina. Every step of the way, Kailash kept me informed and ensured that everything was in order and on its way. After taking delivery of the vehicle and driving it back to San Diego from the BMW Performance Center, Kailash routinely checked in with me to make sure my BMW experience was being fulfilled. He made sure the car was driving well and that I was still on my way back home. At delivery, finance manager Francesco offered some standard add-ons (extended warranty, paint protectant, etc), which we declined, and to our surprise and relief, while these items were "suggested" to us as valuable options, there was no hard sell as I have experienced elsewhere.At delivery, Kailash spend close to 2 hours explaining all options and stayed with us from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM until final signatures are done. My overall experience with BMW South County and Kailash Joshi in particular was phenomenal. I did quite a bit of shopping and price comparisons online and ended up contacting this dealership through their internet sales department. The moment I arrived at the dealership Mr. Joshi was ready, he had the car prepared for a test drive (although I ended up buying a different car), had a detailed history of the vehicle ready to share, was able to walk me through every feature on the car and answer every question without having to refer to a manual. Throughout the sale the entire BMW sales team was very friendly, courteous and professional. I was able to negotiate the value of my trade in separate from the sales price of the car, which most dealers try to combine, with no fuss. They had extremely competitive rates and didnt try to sneak in any add-ons during the signing of the loan docs. Mr. Joshi was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and most importantly not a high pressure salesmen. I would recommend him to anyone considering a BMW and will think of him first when considering a new car.

My overall experience was exceptional. The pricing however, compared to other dealers in the same general area (San Diego/Riverside County) with whom I spoke, were offering the same vehicle package at a lesser price. Still though, because San Diego South County BMW was closer to my home and because I bought my first BMW (a 2003 325I) there when it was called Cunningham BMW, I selected them. The agent with whom I worked, Mr. Joshi, was superb to the extent that I will recommend him to others I know who may be in the market for a BMW. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I rate Mr. Joshi a "10" in every aspect of customer service. The BMW Team is fortunate to have him and the BMW Team is also fortunate to have Mr. Hannity (?), the employee with whom we worked the financing piece. Like Mr. Joshi, Mr. Hannity's customer service was exceptional in every regard.

I was nearing the end of my lease when I was contacted by Gino offering his assistance with my turn in or next purchase. Gino was very helpful in presenting my options and the costs associated. He was at all times very straightforward and honest, never pushy or "selling" me that buying another BMW was best. Gino did a great job of understanding our driving needs and finding the best alternative for us. We wound up buying exactly what Gino suggested because it made the most sense for us. The entire buying experience was painless, although we did have to wait a couple hours to get through finance - that's to be expected on a Saturday and there are others buying cars. The entire sales staff is extremely friendly and personable. You difinitely leave there feeling like were you taken care of by friends.This is my third BMW purchased at South County (previously Cunningham BMW) and over 6 years the service has always been top notch. It's because of that total customer service experience that I've returned to buy another BMW, along with the incredible driving experience - of course.

I cannot say enough good things about BMW South County. This is my 2nd lease of a BMW 528I and i will be a forever customer at this dealership. In january when i was starting to worry about my upcoming lease end in June, i received a call from Gino Centofanti out of nowhere asking if i had any questions or concerns regarding my lease and if there was anything he could do to help! I have NEVER had this kind of service before;Gino was a God send!I went to see Gino a couple weeks later to go over my options and he told me he would keep me posted to any new incentives coming up, as promised i received a call first week of March from Gino letting me know the amazing incentives BMW was offering to get out of the old(car) lease into a new one (car). When i showed up ready to do the new lease he had the car, my BMW 528I with ALL of the options I asked for and the color ready and waiting! He was kind, friendly and responsive. He got back to me right away with questions and stayed in contact with me via phone/email every step of the way. Being that I drove from LA to see and purchase this car, it was nice to know that he and his team were working hard on my behalf. Not only was the staff professional and efficient. The transaction was quick and easy with no high pressure sales tactics. They got me through finance in a flash and I got a great deal on the price!Within 24 hours of purchasing the car, Gino called to thank me for my business and make sure I was happy with my purchase. This was by far the best experience Ive had in buying a car. I live in Texas and bought the car over the internet. Gino made the transaction painless and a pleasant experience. He was honest about the condition of the car and went out of the way to answer all my questions. I ve been a loyal BMW owner for years and am a very picky purchaser. The car was exactly as described. I got picked up at the airport on time. Had plenty of time to inspect and drive the car and the transaction was smooth. I give Gino all of the credit.

I was referred to BMW South County through the Costco Auto program. I was immediately contacted by Kailash Joshi and we found him to be courteous, straightforward, and very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and the overall purchasing process. He helped us narrow down our model choice both through detailed discussion and test driving. Once we selected the model, Kailash diligently searched for one with the exact options we wanted and had it trucked down to San Diego from the Bay area straight away. His professional behavior was maintained even after we signed the deal, answering questions and providing updates daily until the car was in our hands. We found Kailash to be very refreshing compared to the typical sleazy car salesmen we have worked with in the past. We would definitely work with him again and will recommend him to friends.

Got in touch with Kailash (the internet sales manager) via the Costco auto buying program. I found him to be very up front and knowledgeable about both the vehicle I was interested in (BMW 535i) and the sales price. This dealership were willing to compete on price with quotes I had received from other dealers also. I was also very impressed with the fact that they were willing to bring in a new vehicle from the San Francisco Bay Area to match the exact specs I was looking for, since there were none in the San Diego Area. Overall a good experience, and I would recommend this dealership - ask for Kailash!

Deceiving information about the car purchased. I got a "certified" vehicle which was involved in an accident and was not aware of it until I purchased it. I found a receipt from a shop non-BMW body shop, that stated some repairs due to a collision.They told me, were not aware of this, but they should have since this was a "certified" vehicle. Their attitude was pretty much " though" there is nothing else we can do, except for the fact of giving me two gift cards from "Donovan's" and two complementary auto details for my next visit.

I have taken my new BMW there repeatedly for minor repairs. They have never had the car ready when promised. On two ocassions they had it all day, only to not even touch it. I think the Service staff try hard to please the customer, but the dealership lacks the resourced to produce good quality work when promised.Would not recommend service at this dealer. So why buy there iF you have to go to another dealer for good service ?

I've bought many cars from dealers and this is by far one of the greatest sales experiences I've ever had. They were very respectful of my time and since I was coming from quite a ways away, they even negotiated the price over the phone! Most dealerships won't do this for obvious reasons.Great dealership and incredible service.

Cunningham is the best BMW dealership in San Diego County, period. All of their staff are very friendly, professional and go the extra mile to make sure you leave 100% satisfied. I've bought a used M Roadster and plenty of parts from them. They are quick to offer a ride home/to work and getting loaner cars is easy. Take a few trips inside each dealer and you'll see for yourself.

Their prices are the Best around. I've had to repair two windshields and they have gone above and beyone for me every time I've brought my car in for service. I've been to several others and they are not as good as what I've experienced here.

I bring in my 328 in for service here all the time. Great service and professional attitude. Highly reccomended. After three hours of negotiating, we agreed on a price for sale of a used car. We were forced to wait an additional two hours for the person who is able to sign the paper work to become available. When we were presented with the papers, the numbers were significantly different than those we had agreed on. When we asked to speak with the person we had negotiated with, or the manager who approved the number we had all agreed on (both verbally and in writing, but with no signatures) two hours before, neither was able to be found. Eventually, they were found. They stuck by their wrong number, and the negotiator started to act extremely unprofessional - yelling and screaming. I tried to see things from their point of view, tried to see how we had misunderstood, but when I added up their numbers (the trade in plus the cash delivered to them today), the total price would have been OVER sticker price!! There is not a chance we all agreed to that two hours before. Additionally, the writing clearly indictated new car price, plus fees etc., minus trade in, equal amount I need to pay today. Someone there was either lying to us, or lying to their decisions maker, or there was a plan to raise the price after our five hours invested. It was beyond ridiculous, and you can imagine the extreme frustration and anger. I would strongly suggest visiting a different dealer when you are shopping for a car.

I had bad experiences with BMW of San Diego in terms of poor service and arrogant sales jerks. Cunningham is only family owned BMW dealer in San Diego. They have been friendly, honest and always took great care of me. When I had to have suspension work done on my 1996 BMW 328is they were honest and put me in a new BMW loaner car for a week until the major work was completed. No other dealer would do this and BMW of San Diego would give you a cheap Toyota crappy loaner car if that. I would say that Cunningham BMW and Harloff have best prices on new and used BMW cars.
