The folks at the dealership are very professional. Had a great experience getting my new X5 starting from putting in the order, getting the financing, and the delivery of the car. Petr was outstanding. So was Jaffar in arranging for the financing. I have been going there for servicing my old X5 and their professionalism convinced me to go there for getting my new car and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

They complete service in a timely fashion, communicating every step of the way. Every person involved is friendly, efficient and professional. No long waits to get through to a human and, it's clear, every effort is made to give you information in a way you can understand, accommodate your time while taking expert care of your car. There are no surprises, unless you consider the ease and pleasure of the process a surprise.

Alex the sales consultant was great to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He worked hard to help me get into a new BMW and I am loving it! The sales manager was friendly and personable. They didn’t use the typical sales tactics that can turn some people away. Overall I had a great experience working with everyone at BMW Fairfax.

A great experience. Alex was very helpful spent time with me showing me all the features. He also did a follow up call to see how things were going. He gave me his cell phone to call if I had questions. I called, He responded immediately and answered my questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 10.
