This is my second time leasing a new car there and I must say, they just keep getting better and more efficient. As someone without a lot of free time, it's super important that I am in and out of there as quickly as possible. Christian G did an amazing job making that happen. Everything was lined up and ready to go. I have extremely high standards for sales and service and Christian has met or exceeded those expectations on numerous occasions. I can’t express enough what an outstanding experience I had with BMW of Ft. Lauderdale. Specifically with our salesman Brian Knight. Here’s our story: My wife and I were looking to purchase a 2022 M440i convertible, we walked into the dealership knowing what we wanted and Brian walked us through the process with respect and kindness. Due to the popularity of the car and allocation shortage we weren’t able to get an allocation on the spot, however Brian and team worked diligently to find us one, treating us like long time customers and friends all the way! Unfortunately during the ensuing weeks we decided to go another route (a different car) and had to make the awkward phone call to Brian to thank him for his help but we wouldn’t be completing the deal (even though, yes, he was able to get us the allocation and even quicker than his estimated timeline at the beginning). What happened next, for me, is the true show of character. Brian listened intently, understood our situation and was gracious and professional in accepting the news. Look, I’ll be honest, I understand the difficult situation that can put a salesperson and dealership in, holding an allocation, but to have Brian thank us, make us feel comfortable with our decision and congratulate us on our (other) purchase really put me at ease and sealed the deal that my future business would be through their dealership and specifically with Brian. If you’re ever looking for a BMW, please contact Brian at BMW of Ft. Lauderdale. Maybe even mention this review, I’d love for our non-deal to lead to many happy deals for Brian and BMW of Ft. The service was smooth and straightforward. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. I truly love the top notch friendly and very professional customer service I’ve received from Darrell. I must mention Scott too, even though he was not my Advisor. The general manager, Keith, was great in connecting me with my sales associate, Jimmy, who made the process very easy and he was great to work with. He made the entire experience stress-free and uncomplicated from ordering my vehicle, to keeping me updated on its progress, to taking possession of my new car. The day I picked up the vehicle, I was in and out in a little over an hour including working with the finance representative, Eddie who was equally as accommodating. At the end, I had another rep help go through the features of the vehicle and programming. The entire team was amazing.
