I recently leased a new MB SL550 thanks, in no small part, to George Liscotti's attentive customer service. On a recent visit to the dealership to have a flat tire repaired, George struck up a conversation with me in the showroom waiting area and the rest, as they say, is history. He took proactive steps to "upsell" me into a 2014 model of the car I was already driving and, after working with management to make the numbers work, I was driving off in the new vehicle within a few weeks of that first, fateful meeting. The dealership, overall, is a friendly place to be and the staff is sharp. The business transaction was easy to deal with and George was well-prepared at the time of delivery to offer assistance in acclimating to the new vehicle. My only concern is that my car has a very off-putting smell to it- almost like grease or a mechanical aroma that betrays the clean "new car" smell that you might expect. My first MB did not smell like this and when you purchase a new car for over $100k the LAST thing you would expect to do is buy an air freshener for it.

The sales experience for my new Mercedes was excellent. My salesperson was Geoff, and we quickly and easily came to terms. He handled all matters conveniently over the phone and with emails. I made only two visits to the dealership, one to introduce myself and meet him and the other to pick up the new car. The entire team at Quality Imports treated me as a special customer and made sure all my concerns were met. The entire process went smoothly with no bumps in the road. I felt confident doing business with them, and I highly recommend Quality Imports to other customers.

The GM lured me into the dealership by calling me and telling me to come in and get into a new MB with a lower monthly payment. It was the old bait and switch. In 2009 I purchased a new 2010 GLK 350 from Quality Imports. When I went to the dealership to meet with the GM: did not offer me a fair trade-in value on my 'super clean' 2010 GLK 350; wanted me to lease not buy; the lease payment was $15 less than my current monthly payment. I was talked down to and was treated disrespectfully. I went to Centennial Imports and purchased a new C250. Here is what Centennial did for me: offered $3,000 more for my trade-in (than Quality); came down significantly off the C250 MSRP; received a 3-year service agreement at no cost; lowered my car payment by $220/mo; everyone from the sales consultant to the owner were super friendly; treated me fairly and with respect. Centennial has a new customer. I will NEVER do business at the Quality Imports dealership again and to anyone looking for a MB, recommend that they go to Centennial Imports.

I received an email from Gary offering me an opportunity to roll my lease into a purchase a few months early. I had been considering what I was going to do when the lease ended, so the timing was just right. I did my homework, and set up an appointment to have the car inspected to qualify it as a Mercedes Pre-Owned vehicle. I went in a bit skeptical but left a very happy customer. Gary and John (sales manager) really went the extra mile and made me a great offer. I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend Gary and the whole team at Quality Imports.

I did not purchase my car from this dealership but recently relocated to FL and the car was due for scheduled maintenance. The car was taken on time and finished when it was promised. The car was returned to me as clean inside and out as the day it was new. A loaner was provided at no charge. Bill explained what work was perfomed and the condition of the car.

Excellent saleman! Nathan has the energy every organization needs, whether it's sales, customer service or even in the medical field. He is into people and worked well with me even when I was a little "difficult." Buying a car takes time but Nathan was very attentive throughout the entire process. Buying a car isn't fun but Nathan took some of the stress out of my purchase. Please thank Mr Fye and in time, I can see him being one of the BEST at Quality Imports.

I had the pleasure of working with Quality Imports in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on two occasions and both times my salesperson was more than willing to help me in any way possible. The Mercedes-Benz sales manager was very thorough and explained everything to me in a very clear fashion, all without being pushy or condescending. It was a very pleasant experience. Most recently, upon the purchase of a 2010 Mercedes-Benz, I was able to handle nearly the entire transaction online with the help of my saleperson and the Mercedes-Benz manager. Upon arrival, my car was washed and detailed and ready to go at the front if the building. They even topped the gas tank off, even though it was nearly full! I was given a full explanation of the different add-on offerings through Mercedes-Benz, which hadn't been done at previous dealers I have dealt with.My Salesperson, George Lisciotti, even remembered my sister, who's also a Mercedes-Benz driver, who'd visited the dealership with me previously and provided her with some small Mercedes-Benz accessories (key chain, hat, etc.) which I thought was very kind. It was a very smooth transaction and even follow-up dealings with the sales/finance staff have been very pleasant. There were some issues that had to be taken care of after the final transaction took place and I was always able to contact the dealer staff and get answers and I was therefore able to remedy my problem quickly. They've even emailed to simply be sure everything with the new car is going well.I definitely recommend this dealer because they have an excellent staff who's willing and able to help at any cost.Also, they provided me with the best price within 200 miles of my area.

I normally purchase 5-6 vehicles per year. I moved to Destin, FL about 7 years ago and had never purchased a Mercedes from Quality Imports Mercedes until recently when I met Mike Wangle, their outstanding sales manager and Nathan Fye, their young superstar salesman. In just the last few months I have purchased 3 Mercedes from Quality and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to see them, immediately. They truly know how to put someone in a vehicle and they are there for you after the sale. Furthermore, their service department is excellent. I now plan to make Quality my one-stop dealership!

Hi I was looking for a 2012 CLS I had shop on Internet talk to other dealer ..but I was very happy working with George.. They didn't have the car I wanted. But the manager Mr Mike Wangle. go on his computer track down me a car. We had to shop he keep me in form about the car.. He had found a white one but I wanted a black one.. So he keep shopping.. He email me found 4 one in ms Tampa va nj.. So he starting to cut the deal.. He email me. Said he got the car it will be ship in.. It's took a week to get here.. But I'm excited about it getting closed to me.. It got to the dealer ship... I went the next day to get it.. Mr John Philpoy in finance work hard to get it approved.. I bought my first mercedes Benz from Gary Alves. He was very friendly and eager to help me find the right car. I went to the dealership three times and had a positive experience each time. Gary took the time to go over all the features of my GLK and always had a smile on his face! I also had a great experience with the finance department. I am glad that I bought my new car from this dealership and am glad that Gary Alves was my salesperson! Gary went all out making my buying experience so great. Gary had the car cleaned and ready for me to see with a GREAT BIG RED BOW on it!!!! He took awesome photographs that day too!!! I appreciate everyones help and am so thrilled to be driving the GLK!

There are many reasons that we love Quality Imports (Mercedes) Fort Walton Beach Florida. It is not only for the quality of the vehicle but also for the top notch customer service. We can't say that enough about George Lisciotti or Joseph Abate or Nelson Graham. A great finance team as well!!! I think that says it all! This is not our first vehicle from them. George is a very good saleman and personifies customer service. There should never be a last minute service plan added at the delivery of the car it could and might have been a deal breaker.
