Couldn't be more happy with my experience at BMW of Freehold. The entire staff really went above and beyond to give me an excellent car buying experience. I received an excellent deal and my Client Advisor Orville Bynoe truly went the extra mile for me. He stayed late to help finish up my delivery process even though I insisted he could go home, and was very friendly and honest throughout the whole experience. We ran into a small issue with my BMW loyalty discount, and Nowell Herman ( one of the finance managers ) sat with me and helped me figure out a solution. Nowell was very honest and straightforward, which is refreshing when it comes to a car dealership. I was very happy with how he handled my situation and got me into the car I wantedI would highly recommend BMW of Freehold to anyone in tri state area, they will truly take care of you and make your car buying experience simple and friendly

Bought a 2011 dodge darango from BMW freehold it took the day before my temporary tags to expired for them to get in contact with me claiming that penndot needed my insurance card to process my paperwork. Which meant I couldn't drive my vehicle until I did the process myself something I paid them to do . Whoever was in charge of this process didn't find me important enough to take care of this the day I purchase the vehicle Even after talking to my insurance agent and adding the vehicle to my insurance. I feel that the last two times at that dealer was a complete inconvenience to me . Only to find out that they were completely over charging me for the process itself. And in reviewing that I realized they had found away to cost me an extra $ 1100.00 that I haven't figured out how they added it yet but I'm definitely working on that. So with all this being said I would never recommend a dealer that doesn't pay attention or recognized a problem at hand and correct it immediately. For most a dealer that finds away to scam you out of money without you noticing. (Oh !!! I bought a Dodge Durango not a BMW.) my bad.

My boyfriend and stopped in a few days ago looking for "M" sticker. We had been unsuccessful in finding one any where else so we figured we would try one last place. We were greeted and directed to the parts department professionally and kindly. The receptionist at the desk had some one come out from parts immediately and was very pleasant. The parts advisor knew exactly what we needed and was great about making sure it was perfect. Overall this is a perfect example of wonderful professional service no matter what the customer need may be.

The mechanic and service technician misdiagnosed my mechanical issue. My windshield wipers werent working and I was told it would cost $1,000+ for it to be fixed. I went to another mechanic to get a second opinion and it was actually a $30 dollar fix (relays). BMW of Freehold still charged me for the diagnostic since I didnt get a repair done there. They didnt honor a refund for their mistake.

I bought my M4 about two years ago, and I probably should have written this review back then since my experience with Richard (client advisor) and Dori (sales manager) went so smoothly. I'm actually glad I didn't because I feel like I have more perspective on how wonderful the people at this dealership really are.At a time when other dealerships were adding a "market adjustment" (ie... mark up) on the yet-to-be-released M4, Richard and Dori worked with me to get an amazing price on my preordered car, and an even more amazing offer for my trade in. They work pressure free and Richard was beyond helpful with all my questions and requests (I'm really picky). Even the finance guys found me a better rate than any bank or credit union that I spoke with, and the paperwork was finished without any last minute surprises. Over the years I've worked with lots of really good people at Mercedes, BMW, Acura, Lexus, etc... These guys were easily the best out of a pretty good bunch. What surprised me the most about BMW Freehold was how I was and am still being treated a couple of years after the sale. Whenever I drop in to get service done on my car, or just peek in to buy something from the parts dept, Dori and Richard always come up to me to say hello and see if they can do anything for me. They're always making sure everything is taken care of for me and that my time is not wasted. I've been personally invited to fantastic BMW of Freehold sponsored events and I'm always treated like a VIP. Even when I came in without an appointment after hours for a tire problem, Dori happened to see me in the service dept. and made sure I had a loaner car to get home.I can't say enough about how great this place is... amazing people at an amazing car dealership. In buying my wife's new 320xi I contacted quite a number of dealerships and got prices from several. This one clearly showed a readiness to deal through internet pricing that no other BMW shop approximated. It can be tough to communicate with their internet department but once we got to Chris in sales, communication improved. They transported the car we wanted, or at least what we thought we wanted, over for our inspection with nothing more than a refundable deposit. We made two trips to Freehold to complete the deal.We got talked into an over-priced warranty package at delivery. But the real issue ensued after delivery, when it became obvious that BMW surprisingly strips down standard features on a base model like this. Even Chris seemed genuinely perplexed by this. If we had known that something as ordinary as a self-adjusting mirror was optional, we might have looked for a more feature-rich car. It is frustrating to see a non-functional voice command button on the steering wheel. You just don't expect this on a luxury nameplate with an MSRP around $40K.So is my beef with BMW or the dealership? Probably both, because the latter should have known and told us that this car was relatively stripped down.

From the day I walked into the dealership til the day I drove out with my new 2016 BMW 228i my salesperson Orville treated me like my business actually mattered. It was not all about making a sale but all about making me feel comfortable with the car I was about to purchase. All my questions were answered (and trust me..there were a lot) and explained to where I understood everything. Everyone there was very kind and professional and actually remembered me each time i walked in. Some places treat you just as a "potential sale" but not here. My wife and I were out shopping for cars and ended up stopping at this bmw dealer. We were greeted as soon as we came in and someone was there to help us right after, and also this was on a Saturday while the place was packed, so i was very impresses how quick we were helped. I'd have to say the customer service i got from them was what sold us on our BMW M6 as we went to Porsche, Mercedes, and Audi to shop also, and did not feel very welcomed by their people, as if we were not capable of buying their cars. The Sales Manager Danny helped us and honestly was the best sales experience I've ever had. We were so happy with the experience that i felt like a review was needed by me, for them. I found a car I thought I wanted online, and sent the email. They responded the next day with a phone call. After a brief discussion of whether I was going to visit (no, I live 1500 miles away), we started talking about the car. Somehow I missed in the description that the car was a convertible, and I told her that it wasn't for me. She asked me what I was looking for, and has since sent a couple of emails with potentials, but not what I told her. The emails have since dropped off (and not because I auto-forwarded to the trash).

I had been looking for new vehicles for over three months and it was starting to get extremely confusing with how many there are. My daughter and I went to BMW freehold because of the good things we herd about them. Chris Fash was our salesman. He was wonderful. He made us feel he really cared she got the right car that fit her. We never felt rushed or that our questions weren't important. He spent a lot of time with us. Yes, I'm truly stunned! Normally I would prefer to have any extremely painful medical procedure than to go car shopping. Seems harsh, but in the past car buying was just that, painful, expensive and took forever! All day spent waiting on "second opinions" money matters, bad coffee in the uncomfortable waiting area and an frustrated me looking to pull my hair out because this process is taking way to long! Car buying is not like that at BMW of Freehold! I had a cappuccino, the nicest and knowledgeable Sebastian Moon as my salesman and a plethora of beautiful BMWs to choose from. I was given many selections and options to choose from within my budget. Not the usual this is what's available currently and more $ than originally agreed upon that's the normal at most dealerships!?! I have to say that even the negotiations process what painless! Even my husband would agree! Maintenance and loaners cars and wonderful service, I DON'T see myself ever buying anything other than a BMW at Freehold for a long time and because it was so enjoyable! Had an awesome experience at Freehold BMW. It was my first time leasing a brand new car and I did not know what to expect. Purchased my 328xi from BMW freehold last month. All I have to say is WOW! Best car buying experience Ive ever had! I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The salesman, Kyle, was very accomodating, knowledgable and mindful of my time. The numbers I was given were very fair and they got me in and out very quickly. I normally feel very pressured at car dealships and I felt none of that here. Horrible customer service. I went in to buy a car and waited 20 minutes because I spoke to anyone. Once I did speak to someone the numbers that they would give me horrible, way above the true local true car. I asked about a few programs which they denied giving me anything on simply because they wanted me to do what they wanted. I went to another BMW got the program that I wanted, amazing customer service and a better deal than I was hoping for. I will never go back to this dealer, they lost a life long customer.

On one occasion the car starting jerking and rolled down a busy intersection. One of the general managers was very aggressive and honestly could care less about our loss . Hi my name is Karen and if you ever need an experienced and caring adviser Allen Gin is the guy to go to. Not only does he give great customer service, but he is someone that is very understandable and can talk to. He explains everything in detail, and with layman's term so you don't leave confused. He answers your questions fully and is patient when he does. What also made me recommend him fully was that I had an issue with my incompetent warranty (not BMW's' wish I had one though) and after I've explain to him my situation, and he went out of his way and took care of me when I needed it the most. It was very appreciated, and when I need to get my vehicle serviced again, (second visit, but for something different, first one was excellent as well which was why I specifically ask for Allen) I will be going back to BMW Freehold and I will be asking for Allen Gin. Highly recommended.

MAIN ISSUE : Car interior has smoking odor. When I took test ride of the car and delivery, it was giving strong perfume smell, I guess to suppress smoking odor. That time I was told by dealership that car recently went through rigorous BMW certification and cleaning process thats why air freshener and/or perfume smell. Even before taking test ride, I specifically told sales advisor that I do not want smokers car. Dealership just hide the facts and cheated me by applying heavy air fresheners. Within few days of delivery real smoking odor started coming. I told dealership about that and asked them to take car back and return me full amount I spent on it. Dealership refused to take it back, instead wanted to kill time by suggesting fixes which did not help. In last one month they took car 2 times for removing odor but that didn't help.OTHER FEEDBACK : 1. Slow paper work and delivery processWe finalized the deal on Saturday and dealership knew that I am going to take delivery on Monday. I called dealership on Monday before reaching, still it took 2+ hours to complete all formalities. Lot of time I heard that only one printer is working, being month end everyone is busy etc. This was not 1st month end for dealership. Over the years they should have learnt and better prepare themselves2.Poor post sale support- Slow response to emails, calls go to voice mail. Only they are busy in this world, not we the customer- I received my plates after temporary registration expired that too after multiple follow up from my side. They don't have any process to track/check after car delivery is done- Cars all four windows were tinted. As per New Jersey laws front windows should not be tinted. At the time of delivery I had to ask dealership to remove window tin from front windows. I would have been in big trouble had I not asked them to remove. Dealership was selling things which are not Legal in stateatDori Dado,Please do not respond by saying "you are sorry to hear this... ". If dealership really cares about customer than why Not take the car back ? Also in future do not misguide others

we are very disappointed with service provided by BMW of Freehold for my BMW 750 LIX. We did inform BMW of Freehold about problems we were facing with vehicle after immediate few months of purchase but that point BMW of Freehold did not look at problem carefully and did not resolved it that time and because of defective rims provided / suspension provided by BMW of Freehold in the 1st place when it was less than 6k miles driven. I requested them to replace rims at that time but they declined to do it. I guess, They did not fix problem in 1st place because they wanted to rip off money from customer for repair and part service .Within 28000 miles rim I had to replace rim and front tire and they did not consider anything under warranty.I requested them to consider at least 50% of repair and part cost under warranty but they declined that too. We wont not recommend BMW of Freehold to our friends and family /network anymore.MS

I was going there to see a x5 that my fiance was going to pick up from them. While I was there I had the unfortunate experience of stopping at their service department on the way there my blue tooth was not connecting properly it seemed to be a programming issue .The service person I met introduced himself as Tony D when I asked for his last name he said don't worry about it it's too long for you to to write down now it became a challenge to even identify the gentleman who just insulted me 5 minutes prior when I asked him for further help of my car he said this is an old car and it doesn't even have blue tooth than he called over another tech who confirmed it had blue tooth than he processed to say it's going to cost you $140 just for us to look at it and then will give you a bill on how much it would cost for your Bluetooth to work again.I was in shock how unprofessional and unwilling to help me with a simple programing problem.I own a BMW X.3 a staple product for BMW they haven't changed much in this car in the past decade yet he's telling me I have an old car the bottom line is after I left I was insulted embarrassed and after they fiddled with my phone it's now not recognizing the car at all. I left the General manager Mr. Fleishman A call of course when I called he happened to be with a customer you know the old stall technique still no call from Mr. Fleischman I await a resolution !

Bought a 2010 328 from Michael Chang expert salesmanship and follow up . Now a 2014 X3 from Amanda Zamora treated me well again. In '10 Matt Mongiello helped a great deal as I was coming from New York and didn't have a check with me . He got creative and we straightened it out and I headed home with my new Car . Maria Shouldice helped a little with the first vehicle , did a flip on the second but had no impact on my treatment otherwise . If you meet her to talk you might pick up on what she does or doesn't , oh nevermind the place is just great . happy customer here Daniel Mineo , Utica , New York

I've moved couple of years to this area and never was really pleased from the service in this dealership. They never tried to go any extra mile for me, like my previous dealership in Mount Laurel, but it was convenient location for me.The last time was really disgusting. I've brought my 1.5 year BMW for a scheduled service, and mentioned that one of the tiers is loosing a pressure slowly. Mr. Allen Gin called me later that day, and said that it's FRT tire, and BMW doesn't allow to repair it (which is true). When I've asked how much will be the new tire for me, he said $450 + tax (I didn't buy a road hazard warranty and this is the full cost of the new tire). I was a little concerned about this estimate, and started my own research. It quickly appears, that ALL Flat Run Tires today, at least from Pirelli, have manufacture's road hazard warranty.I've called Pirelli customer service, and within 5 minutes got a response that any car dealership, that sells their tires, or sells cars, equipped with their tires, is an official Pirelli dealer and supposed to execute that warranty. Then Ive stopped by Mr-Tire, the closest one to my home. Theyve called Pirelli and replaced my tire under the prorated warranty. Essentially, I had approximately half of the thread left on my tire, so it cost me 50% of the full tire price. In other words, Mr. Allen Gin forgot to mention the manufactures warranty, and was trying to get from me an additional 50% of the expensive tire cost, which is ~$196 + tax.Morever, Ive spent another hour or so, and read carefully the BMW warranty book and the CD-ROM disk material, which comes with the car. Appeared, that all information about Pirelli road hazard warranty is there, and you can even get a claim form from the disc.BMW of Freehold immediately lost any trust and I will never service my car there again. While servicing a luxury reputable car in a certified dealership, I dont want to do any additional research, read the fine print, be afraid of been overcharged, and etcPlease, be aware!

BMW of Freehold moves you through their service process like a machine, but they don't lose touch of the personal touch especially with service advisors like Allen Gin. He is knowledgeable and cares about the Customer Experience - nails it every time.BMW of Freehold will not over sell you on anything, they just try to help you. Seems like an easy concept but I have been to other luxury brand dealerships (not BMW) and observed them trying to shake every last dime out of you - what a disappointment. Absolutely no disappointment at BMW of freehold, just good old fashion business where you are treated like they want you coming back long term and recommending them to others.

Recently brought my car in for routine service and was more than pleased with the service I had received. As soon as I walked in, I was asked by two service advisors if I were being helped. They are respectful attentive and very customer service oriented. My service advisor Allen Gin has been the main reason I've continually returned to BMW of Freehold despite the dealership being farther than others and not having purchased my car there. He has always been respectful, explained the services to be performed in full length and always notified me as soon as my car was ready. I have had my car serviced by other BMW dealerships and I strongly recommend BMW of Freehold for vehicle services as theirs are unparalleled. Thank you again for the wonderful service.

So far I had to call and re schedule twice due to bad weather. I was able to reach again. Mr. Allen Chin in the service dept. who was very consern and understanding that safety came first for the client and It would not be a problem for reschudeling at anytime. When my wife's Acura lease was up we decided we wanted to take it up a notch in terms of the car she was going to drive. We had originally thought we were going to get a Mercedes CLA, or an Audi A4 but we ultimately decided on a BMW 320i X-Drive. We heard from family friends that BMW of Freehold gave a fair price with excellent service.We went the day before the Super Bowl to test drive a 320. We were greeted immediately by Sebastian who set us up with a test drive and began to discuss some initial pricing. We left shortly after without hassle or any last ditch sales pitch.After doing further market research we decided on what we wanted a price we had in mind. Sebastian reviewed all the options and features with us, and honored a price which was fair for us and also fair for the dealership. Sebastian made the process as painless as it could be.After we negotiated a price, we sat with Nowell to settle our financing options. Nowell had gotten us a better rate than BMW financial was promoting and helped us sign our final paperwork. We then began to discuss different products/services BMW. He had stated that Tire Insurance for the run flats as they cannot be repaired and only replaced. He did so in a way that made us felt about value, and did not push it on us, rather engaged us in a rather lengthy discussion about the product. We ultimately decided on the tire insurance but only after careful consideration.After signing the paperwork Nowell helped us with some pictures for our new BMW, and Sebastian gave us a refresher on all the features.Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the sales process and finance process. The dealership was reasonable.

This dealership is all about finding the perfect way to get more money out of the customers. They offered me far less the value of my car for the trade in and tried to raise my down payment. When I asked what APRs they offered through the banks they disregarded my question and just showed me high monthly payments. I was truly disappointed.

I typically hate the car buying procedure, but Monica from BMW of Freehold made my buying experience an absolute delight. This was the ultimate buying experience for my ultimate driving machine. They could not have been more professional. The price was also better than any other dealer around. I started at Circle BMW in Eatontown and was disgusted. The GM Sal was rude and tried to sell me cars I was not interested in because he needed to get them off of his lot. I live closer to Circle BMW but I will always purchase my cars from Monica B from BMW of Freehold.

You will save yourself a lot of time and headache by going here first. I have now bought a second CPO BMW. I have worked with Mark Ongsiako who is a no pressure no nonsense sale person and just wants to get you what you're looking for. The experience was so excellent the first time ended up going back for a second and like the first time left with a trade in deal that was far beyond anything offered by any other dealership. BMW of Freehold is in the business of selling cars no doubt and you never feel as if your pocket was just picked. I have twice bought from this dealer and can say Ill be back for 3 and 4 and highly recommend Mark O. The other staff I have dealt with at this dealership again have been top notch as well. I worked with Maria Shouldice, the Internet Sales Manager. I told her what I was comfortable paying, and she was very honest and fair from the beginning. After a little back and forth via email, we were able to come to an agreement. About a week later, my car finally arrived and I took a trip down to Freehold. My car was waiting for me as was all of the relevant paperwork. I worked with Russ Gayetsky when signing and everything worked out fine. I was in an out in less than in a hour. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards Mr. Allen Gin and Kang for their upmost professionalism and dedication towards cusomer service. Please note, Mr. Gin is the first service advisor that I have encountered that truly tries to validate my concerns about my 530XI. At the advice of Mr. Gin, he had made arrangements for Kang to take a test drive with me so that I can pinpoint my concern of the handling of my vehicle. Due to the test drive and going over my concerns and history of my auto, Kang was able to pinpoint and correct all necessary adjustments to my vehicle so that it would handle the way it should be. Please note, at the beginning when I was contemplating a new vehicle, it was either an Audi or BMW, due to my disappointment in my BMW, I was regretting my purchase and glad that my daughter did not listen to me when it was her time to purchase another new car. Because of Mr. Gin and Kang, they had restored my dedication as a consumer.

There was no pressure only recommendation to allow my husband and I purchasing power. I was appreciative for the add-on recommendation for the tire warranty. A little costly, but when you purchase it seperate from your monthly payments it gives you greater satisfaction of knowing your covered even if you never submit a claim. The client advisor listened and found the best deal a win win deal for me as a customer and him as the salesman. Best car purchase experience. I am very pleased with the pleasant environment and superb salesmanship of the Freehold BMW. I was searching on the internet for a BMW X5 for my wife for the Valentines Day. Most dealers have them listed as in inventory, but I had to pre-order when I called them since the X5s went so fast. It was almost impossible to find one in stock. I checked the website of Freehold and called Russ Gayesky just to try my luck. He came up with two X5s with the options and color of my choice. We did like Russ. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very upset buy Nowell. He made it sound like my car tires were going to blow up or the car was going to be stolen if we didn't buy the extra service package. He was very forceful and used scare tactics to try to make the sale. I was so upset I almost returned the car. He was also very rude, when I would try to ask questions he said I had to be quite and let him finish his speech. I did not like being spoken to this way.

The sales process was outstanding. Because of work and lack of time, I worked with Maria (Internet Sales Manager) over emails to discuss the 4 series coupe I was interested in. She worked diligently to get me the best deal possible and explained things thoroughly. The vehicle I wanted was not on their current inventory; however, they were able to acquire it from another dealer pretty quickly. I was then able to work with Clay (Client Advisor) and he continued the smooth process and I was able to just come in and pick up the vehicle quickly. Clay explained the process further and gave me tons of concise information and had a pleasant personality to boot. He was able to work with my new insurance carrier over the phone in a couple of minutes, so when I got to the dealership - he had all the paperwork ready for me. Denis is the Sales Manager and was able to run through all the tedious paperwork and other options clearly and was very transparent. It was a pleasure to work with this trio in closing my first time auto lease with a brand new 4 series coupe. Great experience overall.

After 10 years of driving Mercedes I decided to give BMW another try. I like to shop local if possible so Freehold BMW was my first choice. The entire process was handled flawlessly. A test drive was immediately arranged and Russ was well versed in the major points of the car. I knew from that point if I decided BMW it would be from Freehold. I explained I just needed some time to check out a couple of alternative makes and I would be back in touch in a few days. I decided the 750iL x drive was for me and easily negotiated an extremely attractive lease deal on the telephone. Russ arranged a specific delivery time for me yesterday and everything was ready including my car wrapped with a bow on it. A nice touch. The paperwork was handled by Mike quickly and efficiently without any high pressure to add on anything, I did decide to purchase tire and rim protection at a very reasonable price. I have been a luxury car buyer for many years and this was the best experience so far. I plan to be a repeat customer here and am looking to trade in my Prosche Cayenne for a 5 series in the spring.

This is my 4th BMW, short story I needed my windshield wiper fluid filled. I stopped by around 5 oclock, pulled into the service area and waited for someone to come out. I told them what I was there for and they sent some young kid (possibly a lot attendant) to fill it up. My car was freshly detailed, he then decided to rest this dirty plastic jug against my passenger fender as he filled up the tank. It didnt ring any bells until I got home and decided to check the fender. I now have very deep scratched in my fender which I have not been able to get out with any grit compounds and cutting pads for my buffing machine. I take pride in every car I have, this kid didnt, and either did the service advisors by sending a kid out to fill up the fluid. A couple of days ago I went with my sister to have her Hyundai serviced, by chance I was in the right place at the right time and got to see the technician fill u her windshield wiper fluid, surprisngling he didnt rest the jug against her fender. Never did I see the day coming where your car was treated better at Hyundai than at BMW.

Very dishonest service dept they like handing out service recommendations for $4800 by only visual Inspections! Brought in my car that was running with no problems just needed an oil change Next day was dead in my driveway & they were nice enough to have found $4800 worth of repairs needed by just looking at it. Some tampering was surely done for free along with my oil change!

With this most recent car, I was going back and forth with Richard for a month as I was flipping and flopping over which car I wanted. I leased my first BMW (an X1) from here (RIP my faithful Honda Civic, haha). My mother and I came in last weekend during a special event they were having, and I found everyone to be very welcoming. Despite it being a busy day, Mark Ongsiako (our client adviser) made sure that we had a great car leasing experience. I came in knowing what I wanted and he made it happen (also added the recent grad student discount, too!). Once we completed our paperwork, he put a sign and bow on my car and took the time to set up the satellite radio and explain vehicle logistics. I should also note that my mom asked if she could also have a complimentary BMW accessory and once she settled on a travel mug, he rushed back and forth to make sure she got the color she wanted (oh, mother). What else? Robert, the manager greeted us warmly and later asked us if he could send someone out to get us something to eat. Overall, attentive manager, professional and friendly sales team, great customer service...we will come back for additional BMW needs. Keep it up!

I walked into Freehold BMW frustrated - I discussed with David all that I wanted in my car and price. I shared with David my disappointment from the last dealership, I was upfront and honest. I also did not have a lot of time however needed a new car. David was great, he worked hard to meet my expectations. I walked away feeling like I got everything I asked for and more! Robert has been the sales rep for myself, my wife and my son. I think the most appropriate thing I can say about him, is that I no longer price cars at other dealerships. He has proven on several locations that he provides reasonable pricing and outstanding customer service. When our cell phone didn't work in our last BMW he allowed us to purchase a new cell phone that did work, at dealership expense. Doesn't get more customer focused than that. We will be getting our next BMW from Rob this summer or fall, depending on when the 2014 convertibles will be available.

I went in to lease a 535Xdrive and ended up with the X5 sorts utility. I went to the Freehold BMW looking to lease a new vehicle. My hopes were not too high as I had been a customer of Edison's Offroad dealership for nearly 10 years (3 leases) and did not expect Freehold to give me a "better" deal on a new car.From the minute we met Monica, our Client Advisor, she let us know that she would make us happy and get us the deal we wanted. She went more than above and beyond to convince myself and my wife (who was also an Offroad customer) to become a Freehold client. I told her flat out that I did not want to lease a car for more than what I was currently paying and she was able to get me (quite quickly I might add) a great deal on a new 328xi and she did not only match the price, she beat it without any "BS". Very attentive service and she ensured that the car was everything I wanted. She even gave my 6 year old a BMW teddy bear! She made the decision VERY easy (my wife playfully complained how we couldn't even haggle) and she was the integral reason we made the choice to move over to Freehold BMW.My wife and I look forward to dealing with her again when our next leases are up. Also, the finance people did not try to push any extra added features on me which was a first at a BMW dealership for me. An overall great experience that made the difference!!!

Maria Shouldice is the person I first encountered online. She was courteous, got back to me very quickly, and beat my best price! I would definitely recommend requesting her if you are purchasing online.I met Mike Wang at the dealership, when I went to pick up my car. He was extremely polite, and even came in on his day off to make it more convenient for my work schedule. Mike was very patient with my questions and even set up my Bluetooth before I left the dealership. He also sent me follow-up emails to make sure I didn't have any other questions.Danny Claro is my favorite. There was a small misunderstanding about the rebates available on my X5, and I was disappointed for a moment. But, Danny made it right. With him, and at this dealership as a whole, it is clear that the customer is always #1. I drove away not only happy with my new X5, but knowing that the 50 minute trip from Staten Island was most definitely worth it. The dealership facility itself is also brand spanking new, spotless, with Fresh brewed Starbucks and goodies, and a comfortable waiting area with flat screen tv. The receptionist is super friendly. When I went again today to pick up my plates, not only did an employee drive my car from the lot to the service bay, and put on the plates, but they washed my car!!!Anyone who lives in the NY/NJ area should buy their BMW from BMW of Freehold. There is no comparision.

I have been in market for a new car for while. It had come down between BMW X5 and Mercedes ML350. After meeting with Mark, my decision was already made up. Not only did he do an amazing job of showing me all of the benefits of an X5 but he pretty much convinced me not to even bother with ML350. There was never any pressure, and he took his time in helping me learn everything on this car. My fear was going to be price of the car, but within 5 minutes we both agreed on price, downpayment and monthly payment and there was no typical "car delaer" attitude to which i am normally used to.The day i picked my car from the dealership, he spend another hour going over every little button and item on that car, as he wanted to make sure that i am comfortable before i drive away.i would highly recomment Mark Ongsiako and BMW of Freehold to anyone.

This was the best and easiest car buying experience that I ever had. I started researching my car search in July and requested a quote for a 328i with my purchase time frame was year end. I quickly heard from Amanda Zamora who gave me the quote immediately. During my research many dealers (BMW, Lexus, Audi, Volvo) did not always provide me with the quote and were urging me to come into the dealership. As I changed options and asked for additional quotes Amanda always responded in a very timely fashion. After I took a test drive and was still not ready to purchase, there was never any pressure from Amanda. When I finally made my decision, Amanda offered a fair price on both my new car and the car that I was trading in. Since I was ordering a car, Amanda provided me with a web site and was available whenever I had any questions. After I made the purchase, she called me with additional discounts BMW was offering and was able to take advantage of. I now have my new 328i which I love. While waiting for my car to be built, my wife got a mailer from Freehold BMW for certified preowned BMWs. She went to the showroom where Amanda sold her a certified preowned 328i which she drove home the same day. I recently took my 2013 M3 coupe in for its break in (1,200) mile service. The Service Advisor Tony S. made sure that all of the proper items were serviced (trans fluid, diff fluid , etc;) and the vehicle was serviced in a decent amount of time. Great to find a dealer so close to home where I can have my car serviced by trustworthy people.

I lost my car (also a BMW) in hurricane sandy and couldn't decide what to do about replacing the car. I went to BMW of Freehold to look around at the newly designed 3 series and was sold as soon as I test drove the car. The new design on the 3 series sedan is much roomier than the old model which I had. I feel like I have gone into a more luxurious car and the ride is very comfy. This car has such a smooth start, you just have to watch yourself on the highway because you hit 80 really easy! Between my salesman Rob and the young man working the lot (Steven) they really know their cars and gave me wonderful service. The gentleman, David from BMW assist was also terrific. Everyone is very helpful to get you started in your new car. I have only had the car for 12 hours but I am already in love with it :)

Overall we had a great experience with Mike at BMW. He was able to work with us and come to a price agreement we were happy with and a car we could not wait to get. We lost our cars in Hurricane Sandy and the dealership was very helpful in giving us whatever assistance they could. We did experience an issue after ordering our car, but Mike made sure that all of that was taken care of before the car was delivered to us. I purchased a certified 335i this past summer and ran into several issues with the car. Much to my surprise Michael Montelone contacted BMW headquarters and assisted in getting back the money I had put down on the vehicle. I was able to apply the credit to a new X1 which I love. I never thought it would be possible for me to get my money back. Michael unfortunately moved to another BMW dealership during my experience, but did make certain I was well taken care of by Mark Ongsiako. I must say I had a bumpy start at this dealership but the staff at Freehold BMW did make sure to correct the issues I had and assured I had complete satisfaction in the end. I went to multiple BMW dealership and was about to finalize a deal with one of them. Just by fluke came to Freehold. I asked them to price match on 328XI, they price matched it with a car with more accesories than I expected. From the day I first met with Monica until the day I picked up the car, her personal touch made this experience very special especially considering the circumstances of Hurricane Sandy that we had to navigate through!!! She texted me daily with updates through the week following the Hurricane, as NJ had no power.The car was ready for pick up and I was scheduled to go in the day that Hurricane Sandy hit -- BMW shut down as well as many other companies. BMW of Freehold (Monica!) took my car, put it in a safe covered garage area, away from windows and covered it with a tarp. This is the second car we leased from BMW of Freehold. Richard was our sales person both times. He accompanied us on several test drives of different models and never tried to pressure us into a decision. He is very knowledgable about every feature of these automobiles and could not be more courteous. When it comes to the numbers, everything is printed out clearly and logically. He goes over each line one by one so there are no misunderstandings BEFORE a sales contract is ever taken out of the drawer. He told us several times that we are spending alot of hard earned money and he wanted us to be comfortable with both the car and the price. We did our research and we were happy with the price we agreed on.Dennis was the finance person for the paperwork. He also went over each page slowly, explained everything we signed, and never pressured us to buy alot of unnecessary extras at the end.The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the length of time it took to drive out of there after we made the deal. We understand that it was a Saturday and the dealership was very busy but 3 1/2 hours was a long time. They did give us lunch and made us as comfortable as possible. Next time I will pick up the new car another day rather than wait around for it to be prepped and finish paperwork.

Throughout the process Danny worked with me to find the car I wanted. When I was going to utilize my credit union to finance the car, BMW was able to meet and exceed my very low rate. I did not feel rushed, but instead was made to feel that he would spend whatever amount of time I required to make up my mind. Long gone are the days of rude, intimidating customer service in sales and especially service. Years ago the svc dept was very rude. I received bad customer service a couple of years ago and reflected that in a survey and was confronted about it by two svc advisors and I was l was verbatim told to not do it again. Needless to say I warned everyone that would listen about the horrid cust. svc at bmw and found I was not alone, a ton of women I asked felt the same way. Jump to today. I wanted a preowned larger vehicle for the winter. I mentioned this to Isaac in passing who offered to set me up with sales. Isaac btw is awesome! I really wish I would have met him alot sooner, every service appt went from my dreading the process to feeling uber comfortable with calling poor Isaac 3 times a day, everytime he was polite and friendly. Such a breath of fresh air. Rob and John in sales, and Dennis in finance went above and beyond to get me a great deal in exactly what I wanted. Even more than I asked for! I had to tell the General Manager Dori (who is also a doll) that I couldn't believe this is the same BMW from 2 years ago. This place is super female friendly. I drove in by myself, on a whim, on the way home from work just to see what was in stock. I did not think I would walk out with a good deal on exactly what I wanted. I am blessed that I did. This was the first time ever I have been car shopping and not felt like I needed a pokerface and a calculator. I am now raving about this place and couldn't be happier. I am a big believer that customer service must be top notch especially in this economy and am happy to say that I finally found a dealer that offers honest, friendly service which can be rare in this industry. Its obviously a business and they have to make a living, but I was not taken for a ride or pressured at all. Isaac, John, Rob and Dennis made this experience as pleasant as possible, and Rob even helped me clean out my toddler ridden trade in and move my belongins over to the new car!! I normally dont write reviews , but the professionalism and product knowledge displayed by John Bell in sales and John McBride in finance has to be brought to other prospective BMW customers attention.This was my 2nd lease of a new BMW X3, I live in Staten Island,NY and I have to pass or am closer to at least 5 or 6 other dealerships than Freehold, but my initial experience has made me a customer for life .The entire process was an absolute pleasure , the new X3 had to be ordered and the delivery times were delayed ,but John McBride helped in extending my current lease ,"took care" of mileage overages and some small damage.I ordered my new car over the phone and via e-mails with John Bell ,who walked me through every step of the way,and when the time came for delivery , the experience was outstanding... went over EVERY aspect and feature of the car , set all the controls and pre-programs ,dedicating more time to my wife and myself than I ever expected . The custom built for__________ sign on the windshield was a nice touch!!I can honestly say there wasnt a glitch,problem,excuse,or issue in the entire process.This coupled with the excellent treatment in the service department when we brought our old car in for service/repairs even to the point of being asked what kind of loaner car would we prefer!!!!For me and anyone who asks ...Freehold is the choice for BMW!!!

I bought an used car from the dealer. Before I bought the car they were very nice until I found out the used car had non working after market sensors. They had turned off when I test drove the car, and turned back on when I picked up the car. The salesperson named Roosie said that he would pick the car himself and drop off a loaner if there was anything wrong with the car before I took the car home, and when I told him about the problems with the car the next day, he turned into a demeaning, argumentative man. Telling me I should never buy a used car because it comes with minor problems and after market parts that might not work. He also said that they don't have to disclose problems when selling an used car and I should accept it as it is. I did not expect this kinda of attitude from a bmw dealer. When questioned regarding returning the car, we were told that it's a done deal and we could not return the car. Not only that, we had an agreement when we bought the car that they would change 1 used tire that was in the car, b/c the car had 3 new tires. When I picked the car, they said that they had ordered the wrong tire. So the following week, when the car was supposed to be ready to be picked up. The old tire was still there. Apparently they changed a new tire to another new tire??? Which I don't buy. They offered %$150 first, then when I said we'll accept the cash and change ourselves. He said that he was only giving $100. Then we had to argue and settled to $120 just b/c we were sick of the place and their lies. Then we made us wait another hour b/c he had to pick up the money from the bank. Then he told us that he had no money and had to mail a check. When we got pissed off , then the manager should up and said to him, just give the cash in your pocket and I'll reimburse u later. And the same tire is actually costing me $160. Please be aware b/f you buy an used car. Put everything in writing, don't go with their false promises.

Danny Claro made the buying process painless and enjoyable. We were on the market for a new BMW X3 and Mr. Claro took a lot of time to explain the features and different engine options available. He was always available to answer our questions and even went the extra mile to give us his cell phone number. I walked into the showroom w/my father b/c he wanted to test drive the 2012 750IL. Mr. Ongsiako was attentive and gave him the test drive, but unlike me, my father has always been a Benz guy. Whichever the case Mark gave us a deal that was actually really reasonable right of the bat. Needless to say, the deal never fall through b/c the old man likes the "softness" ride of a Benz. Seeing how fair and upfront Mark was, I decided to change my current 09 535xi to the 2012 550. And w/o a doubt he was again reasonable w/his pricing. I flex my tiny muscles and he was willing to work w/me. This is my 8th BMW and I've seen many sales guys just make the sales and never really follow up. Mark was a relentless in making sure I know everything about my new 5. Still today he's bitching me via email if he could answer any questions about the car. :) 100% I'll come back here for my 9th BMW.

I am very happy with the service and quality of work at Freehold BMW. This dealership has turned things around in the past 2 years. The new service team is outstanding. I have dealt with a few and they are all good. Currently, Issac is our service adviser. we are very pleased with Isaac, he explains the car issues well and makes good recommendations. He also returns calls promptly (my experience with other dealers was not that good in this area).

Ruslin was a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service, Denis offered me test drives in different cars to help me decide on the purchase that best suited me. I did not get this service in Brooklyn. I had some problems with my credit and Freehold BMW did their best to make sure that I got approved. I would like to take time out to share my recent experience at BMW of Freehold. First of all, I have owned six BMWs in the last 15 years, so I am used to excellent service. Due to the down economy I have to hold on to my current BMWs longer then I normally would. My service contract has expired on one of them. Im at that dreaded milestone, do I continue to bring my car to BMW or go outside to save money. Well, I at least wanted BMW to diagnose the problem since I dont really trust anyone else. Rich De leso, my service advisor did a great job of making me feel I brought it to the right place and keeping me posted on the state of the diagnoses. We soon found out the repair was going to be very expensive. I was going to pick the car up and get it repaired locally. But Rich got Frank Ghusson involved, who Ive known since his days at Open Road BMW. He is an excellent service manager. He made some calls and found a way to get the repair done for a price that was within my budget. When I came to pick the car up it was very clean (including my dogs hair!). The car ran as well as the day I bought it! I mean you can really feel a difference. It was worth every penny. Thanks to Franks and Richs efforts I will continue to bring both my cars to Freehold, even the one I purchased at another dealership. I dont believe I can get this kind of service anywhere else. I came in for service without an appointment and was greeted with kindness and warmth from the entire service staff. My service advisor Tony was especially helpful throughout the entire service experience. Since I came in without an appointment and did not have a loaner car reserved, Tony and Frank Ghusson , the service manager, somehow put something together and provided me a loaner vehicle that was nicer than my car. I really appreciate all their efforts and will keep coming here for service in the future. People like this make your dealership special!!

Called in bmw freehold told them have a malfunction light was told to come in and i will be taken care of same day and all, just to come in and be told the total opposite. After expressing myself professionally about there lack of service and customer relations , I was proven correct by being cursed At with vulgar language and profanity by BMW manager Frank. Was told with a bunch of negative words and curses to get out of here we not going to help etc.... All my experiences with this dealership and manager came with hardship and leave with blood pressure problems. Do not recommend this dealership and service to my worst enemy. Will never Go to this BMW dealership freehold nor buy another BMW again because of this.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Dick Ng. Mr. Ng is a very thoughtful and professional sale person and I enjoyed the experience at BMW of Freehold. I would definitely reccommend Mr. Ng and BMW of Freehold to family and friends. One suggestion, I would have is for a better seating area in the waiting lounge as well as a a little more interaction with the staff when you walk into the dealiership. I had engine work done to my 328xi two times. Shoddy service brought me back to service department multiple times after I had lifter and then ultimately valve replacement. The engine mount was not tightened, computer issues that caused reset issues, car lurching when downshifting. Service claims they can not find problem with the car. Confirmed by Tim Taylor , Service Director, the engine ticking was a known issue by Bmw with the 2.8 liter engines and they chose not to recall but service on a complaint basis. Broken promises, failed callbacks by Tim Taylor to assist with getting me into a different car due to all issues. My car was purchased as a certified BMW through BMW of Freehold. I stopped receiving questionnaires regarding my service with Freehold once I experienced multiple service visits. I do not recommend this dealership.

I contacted 10+ NY metro BMW dealers through their web inquiry pages in June 2011 for my eighth instance of acquiring a BMW. This was a highly complex transaction to lease one and purchase two X3 35i CUVs with specific custom configurations for late September-early October delivery, with one purchase involving a trade-in. Responses ranged from none to ignorant to instant and complete, the latter from Maria Shouldice the Freehold business development manager who set a high performance standard for both others in Freehold and other dealerships to meet. Without the eye-glazing history of three months of continual interaction with multiple dealers with almost no visits required, the summary is that Freehold outperformed all of them in every way. Roosevelt Morency, the assigned CA, was on top of all of the details and fully responsive by telephone and email. Michael Monteleone, the sales manager, was forthcoming, straightforward, accurate, and knowledgeable; when he didn't have answers to only a few of my questions, he said so and proceeded to get them rapidly. John McBride, the finance and insurance manager, was well prepared, thorough, and professional. The factory production schedule forced mid-October deliveries that BMW of Freehold processed expeditiously and meticulously. Reviewing my 55 years of buying and leasing cars, I rank this as one of the best, if not the best, experience.

From the moment my wife, Angela, and I entered BMW of Freehold, we noticed how bright and clean it was. When we met Michael Chang, our salesperson, he was very cordial and polite. He asked the right questions and gave us of his time to respond to our questions, and to determine what we wanted in a leased vehicle, a 2011, 238i, in Alpine White. Mr. Chang went over the equipment in the Three Series and explained cost vs. equipment. We were impressed by Mr. Chang's knowledge and his polite demeanor. We never felt rushed or felt any pressure to make a decision about a car. We were treated like we were a friend and someone special. He gave us a test drive of the car and made sure we felt comfortable with the way it performed. When we sat down to determine the cost of the lease, Mr. Chang was very professional and we were very satisfied in the deal he and his colleagues worked out for us. When we picked up our 2011 BMW, Michael Chang introduced us to Matt Mongiello, the Finance Manager, who was very courteous and explained some of the service options that we should consider (tire insurance, Cilajet, etc.). There was even a banner on the windshield of the car congratulating Angela on the purchase. We left the dealership being very satisfied with out experience and transaction.

Michael Chang took the time with me for a test drive and shows me several selections in the lot, to ensure I got the right combination of options and color I like. Michael was warm, friendly, honest, and forthcoming on the details of the payments involved in the deal! No sales pressure, and the entire tranaction is smooth and pleasant. After the sale, Michael also follow up with a few phone calls. I will come back again to the dealership, and also recommend to others.

I visited the new / renovated service center and was overwhelmed by the level of service and comfort I experienced. I brought my 2010 X5 for a regular scheduled service and thought it would be a good time to visit BMW of Freehold. From the time I made my appointment, to the completion of my service, the experience was awesome. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment and was immediately greeted and quickly processed. The entire staff made sure I had all that I needed and I was provided a detailed overview along with a very accurate schedule. They provided warm coffee but more importantly, had a nice quiet area where I could still make phone calls and respond to e-mail (the wireless signal was very strong). After the 1.5 hr service, my car was returned on-time and cleaner than it arrived. I would recommend BMW of Freehold to the entire Central New Jersey areaGo and enjoy

Since he was no longer at my original dealership, I decided to take my 2004 325ci to BMW of Freehold for service. To my surprise, Allen had recently taken a job with BMW of Freehold. I'm extremely happy I gave BMW of Freehold a chance - the Dealership was immaculate, the people were freindly and my overall experience was better than my original dealership.My car was checked in immediately by the attendant and I received a call from Allen within an hour with a diagnosis. Allen and his manager also worked with me on my invoice to take advantage of any discounts they had to offer - saving me well over $100. Just leased a 328i convertible for my wife yesterday from BMW of Freehold. Thanks to my salesperson, Denis Carey, it was the best experience I have had with a dealer - and I've had many over the years. The first time I visited, the showroom had no power due to the effects of Hurricane Irene. Undaunted, Denis answered all of my questions and even took time to show me - by hand - how a lease payment is calculated. I've never had a salesperson take the time to do that, and I doubt many could. He was upfront with me about inception fees and the value of my trade. Price was negotiated quickly and fairly and he was able to locate a vehicle with all of the options I wanted in short order. My 7 series had a leak under the engine. Took car to BMW of freehold. After reviewing they call me and suggest me to replace several seals/gaskets. I asked him to go ahead. I picked the car after almost a week paid over 3K. next day checked the car there was pool of oil under the car again. Took the car back to dealership after a couple of days picked the car. Guess what! next day i saw pool of oil exactly same place under the car. Third time back again. Steve Abel called me after a few days and broke the news "Because there was a lot of oil so me couldn't figure out was the reason of the leak, your car is leaking thru Timing cover seal and it will cost you another 2,700". The thing which doesn't make any sense to me an authorize dealer doesn't have ability to pin point the problem? Instead of fixing the real problem they fixed the items I didn't even need and not even being responsible!I took car to other repair center they fixed the car for about 900.00 and told me whatever they did it was not even required.JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE NOBODY ELSE SHOULD BE RIPPED OFF LIKE I WAS.

Monica was amazing. I previously had bought a BMW and was not happy with how the service was performed and needed to trade it in (actually think it was a lemon). I went to the dealership and worked with Monica who 'unberstood' the issues I was going through and also worked to get me out of my 535 into my new 550. Everything she promised was delivered whether it be price, trade in value, time it would take to hit port from Germany, etc. If she can do something she will, if she can't she will tell you. I brought my car (700 series) in for service today. I called last week and needed a loaner ( I live 45 minutes away ) so they told me to come in today - told me to come in 9'sh to make sure I could get in and out quickly. I arrived today, was told no loaners are available, I would have to wait or they will try to coordiante with a rental company .. but it would take some time. I came in today ( not last week ) because they told me today was the 1st day a rental would be available, if they had the customer service to call me yesterday and tell me today wasn't going to work I wouldn't have lost the hour plus round trip of my time. That was 5 hours ago And after spending $100k with them on a car not even a call saying what they could do to correct their errors .. beware .. this is the 3rd time I've had service issues with them .. I guess I should know better

I was in need of some warranty work and needed to drop off my vehicle. Linda was exceptional in scheduling a loaner for me, even calling me to inform regarding the avilability. She had my paperwork ready for signature. Dave assisted me twice regarding service. I was originally not too thrilled but was won over by his ability to be empathetic and turned my experience into a positive one. You can tell they are challenged at the dealership with overall volume and current consrtuction, working in a temporary, makeshift environment. When this dealership was owned by the King family the service was outstanding. Now that there are new owners it is a total fiasco. I brought my 2010 7 series in for service and informed them about a problem with the navigation, and they were aware of it and told me there was a fix for that. I assumed the car would be ready later that day, and they never even called me. At 4:30 pm I called them to see when I could pick up the car and was told they needed to keep it another day, which was a Friday, so I was stuck with the loaner car for the entire weekend.I noticed that the navigation problem was not properly fixed as it was reoccuring, so made another appointment directly with the service manager, who told me a loaner would be waiting for me. When I arrived this morning, the appointment had not even been entered into the record, but they claimed that this happens a lot as they are having some computer problems. They also told me that they would again probably need two days. Once I realized that they had no more loaner cars, and I was looking at a 30 minute wait for them to obtain a rental car, I had to take my car and leave as I had an important meeting.This dealership is facing some very serious service problems, and although everyone is very nice, unfortunately they appear to be very incompetent.

My 2007 328xi BMW lease was coming due in two months. My daughter was driving the car and just loved it. I walked into the dealership and asked for a salesman. That is when I met Harvey Altman. I explained to him that my daughter is a new driver and I leased this car for her out of concern for safety. She has become so attached to it that she wants to keep it but I was not sure if that was an econimical option for me. During these diffcult economic times, I was faced with the hardship of keeping my daughter in a safe car for the same price I was currently paying. Harvey spent time with me going thru all the options and he was wonderful. The result was that I was able to lease a 2011 328xi with the same safety features for only $9 more a month.

On three occasions our 2007 BMW335i had to be flat beaded to the dealer. Fuel related problems each time.We only had the car for 9 months. It was purchased as a certified pre owned from the same dealer. We felt it was a BMW problem not a dealership problem. Both Todd and Harvey worked together and put my wife and I into a new 2010 328 X drive for the same payment I was making on the 2007. The new car is beautiful and I am sure we will not have the same problems with out new one. This is our 5th BMW so we do enjoy them. Hopefully our luck will change with this new 2010.

I went in to have my alignment checked and Tim was very professional and courteous, he checked all the records on my car, which I just bought as a CPO from another dealer last month, and found that I was due for an oil change and that it was still covered on the maintenance plan. He also changed the wipers and told me that I have another covered service coming up in 6K miles. Since I bought the car at another dealer I wasn't entitled to a loaner, but it didn't matter, the dealership has free internet and a nice quiet business center, so I could plug in my laptop and work while I waited. They had me in and out in 2 hours.

I retained an auto broker to find a 128ci and ultimately got the car here. My goal: have the broker work out all the unpleasant trade in details, etc and I just go in and sign the papers on the new lease. The experience turned out the way I expected it to at a luxury dealership. I worked exclusively with Deborah, who is great and and is to the point (didn't get too much of that greasy car salesman vibe). Once all the papers were signed, another staff person "introduced" me to the car, talked me through all the features, etc. I have been to several BMW dealerships. Personally, I think this place could use a spruce up on the decor and the customer lounge is kinda sad and depressing. But free WiFi certainly helped to kill the time.

I had been working with a dealership closer to my home and after 2 months of haggling and dealing with absurdity I decided to venture to BMW of Freehold. Maria got me approved for my first car with the lowest finance rate possible and best price quote for a new '09 328i sedan with cold weather and premium package at the shortest wait time. With extra time on hand we went browsing for another BMW. Toying with the idea of getting a sedan since we have a coupe. Not expecting anything, we drove up to BMW of Freehold. There was a salesman helping another couple, he saw us and asked if we were being helped. We told him no, just looking. He went inside and got a salesman to come and assist us. Rick introduced himself to us, and inquired as to what he can show us. My husband told him what he may be interested in, Rick proceeded to show us some cars in the lot. The 328xi seem to fit what we may be interested in. He took us into the showroom to run down some figures. He check on the special programs the company was offering, opened up options we didn't know was available. We toyed with the various programs and told him what we would like to finance monthly. He worked patiently with us for about 2 hours and we made a deal. During this whole time, he was courteous, helpful, and polite. Trust me to tell you we didn't have high hopes of picking up any car in Freehold, even though we live in this town. The other dealers (not BMW) we did visit, made us feel as they were too good for us, especially when we were "just looking". They felt we were not serious car buyers. But to our surprise, Rick made sure that the car was all ready so that when all documents prepared by Deborah were signed we can drive out with our newly purchased BMW 328xi. BMW of Freehold's staff was definitely efficient, courteous and helpful. I know that when the time is right for our third BMW, we will definitely be going back to BMW of Freehold.

Dealing with BMW of Freehold was one of the most stress-free and overall pleasant car buying experiences. I would like to make special note of the professional and friendly experience my wife and I had working with Richard Henriquez. My wife and I initially met Richard Henriquez with the intent of leasing a new 5 Series vehicle for my wife. In addition to BMW, we looked at comparable vehicles from Mercedes, Audi and Volvo. Richard was extremely patient and thorough and made my wife feel extremely comfortable as he described all the features and functions of the car and certainly made the test drives very enjoyable and educational. Unfortunately, the vehicle was not within the budget number we set for ourselves. However, we both felt Richard and the dealership did whatever they could to try to accomodate our needs and because of our positive experience of dealing with Richard, I returned several days later to inquire about purchasing a certified pre-owned 3 Series car for myself. I looked forward to working with Richard and I am now extremely pleased with my pre-owned BMW. Richard was again patient, extremely thorough and went well above what I would have expected or have experienced from other sales reps. With regards to professionalism, I was especially impressed with the fact that Richard and his manager referred to me as either a client or a guest rather than a customer. Although I have not yet had to work with their service dept. I am expecting the same level of professionalism I received from the sales team.I would recommend BMW of Freehold and especially Richard Henriquez to any of my friends or family looking to purhcase a new or pre-owned BMW.

I went to Freehold BMW and found the exact car I wanted. From the test drive to the end of negotiations Harvey was very easy to work with and gave me everything I was looking for at a very good price. Deborah explained all the paperwork in detail to me and there were no unexpected charges after negotiations. When you make a large purchase you don't to feel like a salesman is trying to squeeze every last penny out you. The atmosphere was comfortable and I would recommend Harvey to anyone. I wish every every car dealer was this easy to work with!

When our car came in, the leather on one of the front car seats was damaged and the manager immediately authorized that it be repaired. Dori Dado was very patient with me. I was getting annoyed at myself because I couldnt make up my mind. It almost took me more than a month to decide which one would work for me and my budget. He took the time explaining to me what my options were and was able to get me the best financing ever. LOVE this guy!! Hes the best!Richard Henriquez wasnt one of those typically pushy sales people that I detest so much. He took me out to test drive whatever car I want to better help me decide which one would work for me. When I finally made up my mind, he prepped the car for me to bring home the next day. Upon delivery of the car, he explained very thoroughly how things operate and what the gadgets are for which could be at times very overwhelming.Deborah Aragona was very good at what she does but best of all was a VERY adorable person. She knew from the get go what type of warranty I needed to purchase to protect my purchase. She did not try to oversell me with things I did not need. I signed my paper works for the car and never even realized the time because she was such a pleasant person to talk to. It was time well spent for me.Ive recommended DCH to all my colleagues and families.

I just traded in my old BMW for a new one. I knew that BMW of Freehold had a great service department, as my car was always serviced there. I have to say that Dick, Dori, and John (as well as Deborah in financial) made this transition smooth and easy for me. They were patient, kind, courteous, and professional. They answered my many questions about the car and ultimately wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I never felt "hustled" or pressured through my experience, which was a great departure from other luxury dealers in the area. the salesman gave me a fair price and was not overly pushy. i was in Florida when i first contacted him and he waited untili returned to New Jersey before he contacted me again. i like the Blootooth features and th ability to download CD's into memory. i am not overly happy with the NAV system.

This is the third BMW I've purchased and Harvey Altman was very helpful in making it a very quick and simple process. He provided me all the information I needed when I was considering the new 750LI and was very accomodative when it was time for me to lease the car. I checked the price he gave me with another BMW dealer in monmouth county and he was able to get me a considerably better deal...and also, never employing any pressure or 'hard sell' tacticts. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend Harvey to anyone considering purchasing a BMW.

I've worked with several CAs on multiple BMWs, and none has exhibited the level of professionalism and respect that Rick has shown to me. I was on the fence about getting another BMW this time around, but after many test drives over the course of several months, I was sold on the new Z4. Absolutely the best car buying experience in my 40 years of autos. I always got straight answers, there always was time to run some more numbers and explain them, and I got to test drive anything I wanted. Best of all was the deal itself - trading in 2 cars for one new 328i convertible. My salesman John McBride stayed with me through two months of helping make up my mind on exactly which car was right for me. Once I decided, it was a 4 hour turn around prep of the car and everything was just as it should be, clean and working right.

In September of 07 I was in the market for a new car. After months of research I finally found one that appealed to me and it was t BMW of Freehold. After a number of conversations and some haggling over the phone I was determined to see thae car in person. My wife and I took the long drive from Maryland to Freehold, NJ with the intention to buy if the price was right. What started off a little rocky turned into a pleasant experience. In fact, if it weren't for John Bell taking the time to show us the car and test drive we wouldn't not have made the purchase. He was very professional and accomodating, despite my consistent attempt to haggle. Eight years ago, I walked into BMW of Freehold with a 1 1/2 year old child and my wife. John Bell came right over and asked if he could help. He gave us all his time and attention. He answered all our questions and when it came time to take a test drive, he insisted on taking my child's car seat out of our old car and placing it in the BMW 325xi we were about to test drive. He wanted us to have to complete feeling of what it would be like to have that car.John and the BMW of Freehold staff have always been cordial and completely professional when dealing with me and my family. I now own 2 other BMWs (my wife's X5 and the 335i hardtop convertible - LOVE IT!). Every time I go to BMW of Freehold, John makes sure he drops by to see how things are going both with the car and with my family! I completely recommend dealing with John and BMW of Freehold. I believe in this so much, I had my mother purchase her 545 there as well!

All I have to say is WOW!I was in the service dept. on Sat. looking for a simple part to replace in my car. Giovanni and Kang went far and beyond to help me. They asked me if I needed any questions answered regarding this part. And as a matter of fact I did. He got Kang, a seasoned technician in their service department and had me pull up my vehicle so that they can show me to how to properly install the part to avoid damage to my vehicle. They also pointed out things that I can do to prevent future costly repairs. And they did this 5 minutes prior to closing which made them late for their own obligations. They made sure I was FIRST priority and I surely felt that way. I have been jaded over at Open Road BMW and had lost confidence in BMW's dealerships. I felt that because my car was now out of warranty that all BMW dealerships just wanted my money and didn't care anymore about me as a customer unless I was driving home in a new car. FREEHOLD BMW turned this around in 15 minutes. I also see that Freehold takes the time to read customer testimonials and respond to them. Freehold is ranked among the top 100 BMW dealerships on e46fanatics.com and bimmerfest.com. You deserve it. Thanks again!

BMW of Freehold is a great place to go if you are looking for a good price in the Central NJ/Jersey Shore area. (As anyone who lives around here would understand, most upscale dealers around here are pretty bad when it comes to negotiating down the price) I have now purchased two vehicles from them this year.My suggestion would be to go in with the price you want and the car you want; once an adviser initiates communication with you, you should have an idea of whether or not they will be able to meet your expectations within a few minutes.BMW of Freehold does everything in their power to help you, but I would suggest buyer to get everything right the first time with regards to additional warranties and coverages as these are provided by a third party and modifying them can become troublesome. The dealership has a great atmosphere and it comes through clearly that the customer's happiness is their number one interest.Awesome people: John McBride is a friendly, honest, helpful, and overall great salesman. The people that introduce you to your car are nice as well along with all the salesmen and service/parts guys I have met.Finance Debbie...she is friendly and worked hard to get our refund back from Safeguard on a GAP insurance modification.So in summary, I would say go to BMW of Freehold if you are looking for a good deal on a great car and expect the best possible customer service!(My few negative experience comments have been removed as they have all been resolved. With regards to my father leaving a positive survey for Heather, he gave her the score before the negative incident.)

Dick Ng was super!Because of my lack of available time because of work, I asked my daughter to go to the dealership and ask for information for returning our lease and purchasing a new vehicle. Dick treated her with respect, explained to her several options and they scheduled a meeting with me the following Saturday.I'd like to point out that she visited several different dealerships that day, leaving one in tears...Dick was very patient with us as he explained all of our options with regard to the model type of BMW and purchasing/lease options ....I am happy to say we are now proud owners of a 328XI BMW!I would also like to say that the Manager of the used car unit and Heather in finance were also a pleasure to work with.
