BMW has a pretty good Mechanic/Repair Department. My Service Agent Chris Fox is exceptional though! I like that even though BMW had my car in repair for 2 additional days they pick up and delivered my car and even gave me a loaner. That was awesome customer service. I drove a Mercedes for 15 years before I purchased my 330i and I don't remember that level of customer service. Kudos to you BMW of Henderson!!

I will just say that Christopher Fox in the service department one of the service writers went above and beyond he exemplifies the type of service that I and others expect from BMW thank you Christopher. So this review is 9/4/2020 , was having problems with my Brakes I on my 540i and the dealer was trying to work with BMW to get my brakes replaced and possibly upgrade to M performance. Well I got a call from BMW executive customer care and BMW gave me 1400 dollars thank you BMW, also the dealership, Christopher, the parts department and the rest of the team all worked to get my brakes ordered and installed and at a really great price. So 👍👍👍👍👍to the team at BMW Henderson thank you. Again Christopher Fox and the team did great.

BMW Henderson lacks some customer service when it comes to car maintenance. There are never loaner vehicles when you need one. I actually needed to leave my care over a weekend to wait for a battery replacement on Monday. I wasn't told outright that the dealership would cover a rental vehicle since my car was still under warranty. It caused more stress than needed. All the service rep had to say was "hey, we need to keep your car here for a few days until we can get a battery. We will get you a rental car so no worries". It could have been easier. I think because this dealership must be part of Auto Nation, it's a conglomerate so you don't get really great service. I'm not sure that exists anymore. I'm not the only one who says this about this BMW dealership. One of my co workers went to Audi since BMW service was lacking.

Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No pressure and no gimmicks. Just people who want to help you find a great car. Rafael was wonderful and helped us with all of our questions about our new hybrid.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the service area. The service advisor was prompt and courteous. I was directed to a clean and comfortable waiting area and assured my wait would be brief. A short wait, prompt and courteous attention and a completed service visit. Vacuum and wash was included. I’ll call BMW of Henderson my BMW Service Home
