Got my new SUV today! Ashley and Danny were perfect in making this whole process as smooth as possible. This is another shout out to Madison and Daniel at BMW MGM! My Digital Key Access is Phenomenal and Convenient! I arrived at the dealership earlier than my appointment time. My appointment was at 7:30, I waited in my car until 7:55. I was never approached by my service advisor. Marcus Flourney walked all around my vehicle, he even assisted another customer parked behind me. Bryan walked by my car smiled and acknowledged my presence. I am so disappointed today. I would like to blame the fact that I am a woman who was there alone. However I had a scheduled appointment. The dealership is awful!!! My money was not wanted, they don’t care about the customers. I hope no one treats Marcus’ family the way he is treating his customers!!!

I had to have my battery replaced in my BMW & although I purchased my car in Birmingham I used BMW of Montgomery. I received excellent customer service from every angle. I called them at 8:00 a.m. regarding my situation with a dead battery and by 8:30 am I had a very nice young man whose first name was Shamus at my door to jump my car off so I could drive it to BMW montgomery for a battery replacement ! Impressed with the promptness and with Shamus. Although I didn't have an appointment, I walked out of the service center at 11:30 with a new battery, suggested service by Bryan Brasington who suggested but was not pushy. The waiting area was very comfortable and the employees that worked in that area were very hospitable and friendly!They even washed and vacuumed my car for me! Pleasant experience all the way around!!

I purchased my first CPO BMW from BMW of Montgomery and traded in my beloved VW TDI. My wife drove it for a couple of days and informed me that I could have her new Hyundai, she'd always wanted a BMW. Um, yeah...me too! We came in just to look and I felt so comfortable we started talking price. We noticed a couple of minor issues on the car and they fixed them on the spot. Even a small chip in windshield. On the test drive the salesman helped me check gadgets while I concentrated on how it drove. He made me aware of available options I had not considered, showing me how to get the most for my money, how to get the most of my warranty/extended warranty options, etc. I did have to wait a few weeks for him to find my CPO at the price I was comfortable with and I have been thrilled with his selection. Went into dealership for an oil change, when time came to pay, I was missing the multipoint inspection print out. Since dealership will not give me a service history on the car, I look to the multipoint inspection print out for service information. I was told that the color printer was broken, and had been broken for 2 to 3 months. I requested print out in black and white and via email, but was told they only print them in color( sounds like BS to me). How is it that you sale high end pricey cars, but cant repair a color printer???

I recently purchased a used BMW Z4 from BMW of Montgomery. My internet sales advisor was Robert Rego. Robert took his time with me answering all my questions through endless emails and phone calls as I was an out-of-state buyer (from Massachusetts) buying the car sight unseen. Their financial department also did a great job sending me all the paperwork for a very smooth transaction. When it came time for delivery Robert drove the car over 160 miles from Montgomery AL to Atlanta GA so I can shorten my flight time (I hopped on a short direct flight from BDL to ATL) as well as shorten my long drive back to MA (~1000 miles). Great services like this are a rarity nowadays. In the end I got an excellent car at a great price from a wonderful sales advisor. I highly recommend anyone looking for an used (or new) BMW to contact Robert at BMW of Montgomery.

I didn't expect to be treated so well because I was there to purchase a used KIA Sorento they had on their lot and I figured they would be indifferent and short with me because I was not buying a BMW. However, Robert Rego not only helped me but he took his time and was very patient and helpful. At no point did he make me feel undervalued because I was not getting a BMW. He was awesome! Brought my brand-new 2014 BMW in for some simple servicing. They had to replace a part, and by doing so, they messed up several pieces of trim, fabric in my car, and left dirt stains inside my new vehicle. A simple one day servicing turned into a weeks worth of loss of use of my car, inconvenience, and my car being returned to me in less than as new condition. Quite simply, don't buy a car from them, don't have your car serviced there. Next time, I'll drive to Birmingham or Atlanta and hopefully do better!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in a bind needing to purchase a mini van but I lived 70 miles away and was not able to spend too much time away from home because my wife was only days away from giving birth. Mike, Danny and Mick went out of their way to conduct as much business over the phone as possible so I could get in and out quickly. I was concerned about buying a vehicle I hadn't seen in person but these guys did not let me down. The van had all I asked for an more, not to mention it was in perfect condition! My hat is off to everyone at BMW of Montgomery. They are friendly, professional and I wish I could do business with them weekly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase any make, model, new or used vehicle. Kudos to Mike, Danny and Mick for a job well done!

As always, my service experience is outstanding. The site location excells in customer service, whether its sales or service. This location should be the model that your organization can utilize as "best practices" for customer service. The level of "welcomeness" starts with a phone call and the friently and postiveness that just comes through the phone by Ms Rebecca Chumley. This feeling of warmth and wanting to "take care of you" is clearly demonstrated by Luke, service advisor, Adam, service manager, and John, general manager. This one of a few business establishments where I truely feel welcome and want to "do business" with. If this is your customer service model throiughtout your organization, then its no wounder that your company is at the "top of its game." By all means keep up the outstanding service.

I brought my 2012 528i to the service department today to have the iDrive and/or computer checked. The chime on the door locking feature stopped working. I had to bring it in before my appointment time because my husband was dropping me off at my office. Marcus took my key and said he would handle everything so I could go on to work. I spoke with Marcus around 2:30 this afternoon and my car was fixed and ready for pick up. He arranged for Renee to pick me up at my office and she was waiting for me at the front door when I came out of the building! When I got to the dealership I went to the service department and retrieved my key and paperwork. Marcus was with another customer but he had already given me the details of the problem on my car and how they repaired it; however, when I was walking to my car, he came out to speak to me and as I reached the rear of my car, I noticed a scratch on the bumper that I did not believe was there when I dropped it off earlier this morning. Marcus looked at it, said he would take care of it, drove it around to one of the technicians, and was back in less than 10 minutes!! NO scratch! It was magic! I was so thankful. He always does everything he can to make us happy, no matter what the problem is. This is the 3rd BMW we have purchased from this dealership in the past 6 years and would not think of going anywhere else for a BMW!

He expalins what will be done, informs you of estimated cost, keeps you updated if you are waiting on-site and makes sure your vehicle receives the quality work expected with a BMW. As I have waited during some of my service visits, I am always struck by how friendly all the staff are. They take the time to speak to you, ask how you are enjoying your vehicle and in general make you feel welcome at BMW of Montgomery. Would highly recommend this dealership.

My wife and I live in Mobile, Alabama and we were recently in Birmingham to see my wife's eye doctor. We had been looking at several dealerships for a BMW (not 100% sure if we wanted to buy yet, but just wanted to get the feel of them) and decided that we would stop at BMW of Montgomery on our way home to look at a car we had seen online. Being only 25 years old, the dealerships that we had stopped at earlier in the day did not really pay us much attention when we arrived. The sales reps at other dealerships looked down on us due to our age and figured that we were not serious buyers. We were growing more and more frustrated as the day went on until we decided to stop at BMW of Montgomery on our last stop before we headed back to Mobile. When we arrived at BMW of Montgomery, they were obviously very busy (Saturday afternoon), several other customers were talking to sales reps and were looking at other cars. We went over to the pre-owned section and started to look around. Not five minutes had passed and I saw Danny come walking out of the office and across the parking lot to greet us. Danny immediately introduced himself and apologized that all the sales reps were tied up with other customers, but he would be more than happy to answer any questions that we had. Danny is director of pre-owned sales and at most dealerships these managers tend to stay in their office, especially when they see a 25 year old looking at a BMW. But not Danny, he did not know my age and did not know if I had the money to buy the car today or not, but he didn't care. His goal was to treat me like I was a VIP and that is exactly what he did. We immediately started talking about the car I was looking at and his knowledge of BMWs immediately showed. I told Danny that I had one question about the car, "Can I drive it home today", without hesitation he said "absolutely". We grabbed the keys and jumped into the car for a test drive. After our test drive that included interstate driving we made our way into Danny's office. We immediately did not feel pressured but felt like we had known Danny for years. He wanted to know about us, wanted to engage in conversation not just about cars but wanted to get to know my wife and me on a personal level. I think we talked for 30 minutes before we even got down to talking about the car, which we enjoyed. Knowing this was a very big decision for us, he let us step out of his office and talk to each other in private (we did this 3 times). During this whole visit we felt completely comfortable. Every sales rep, employee, and manager, that saw us smiled and said "hey!". No one cared about our age, they just wanted us to feel welcome and make sure we had a true experience while we were at their dealership. I looked Danny in the eyes, with the peace and confidence you can only have when you feel you are purchasing a car from someone you truly trust, and told him I wanted to purchase the car today. We got down to the paper work, but not before Danny printed out the carfax report and all the maintenance records on the vehicle and went over everything with me. I know this is something I should have asked for beforehand but he caught my slip up and made sure that I had everything I truly needed to know about the car. Danny did not just jump into the sale as soon as I told him I wanted it, he continued to sell me on the car by explaining everything to me. Danny educated me on the process that was going to take place so I knew what to expect. As we started the sales process, Aquan walked in and introduced himself. Aquan, just like the rest of the guys had been extremely busy today. He did not let it show on his face that he had not taken a break for hours, and he did not let it show on his face that, I am sure, he was exhausted. He was the first sales rep to become available since we had arrived and immediately came to take over the sale from Danny since Danny, being the director, does not typically make sales and was extremely busy helping the other sales reps. Aquan was a very sharp guy, and very observant. My wife asked Danny if she could get a cup of coffee and immediately Aquan said "let me show you how to work the coffee maker it can be kind of tricky sometimes". He walked her over there and made her fresh cup of coffee. While they stepped out of the office Danny explained that Aquan would finish up our sale if that was alright with me. I had immediately liked Aquan also, so it was a smooth transition. We walked into Aquan's office and he went over everything Danny had already told us, just to make sure we understood. He wanted to make sure everything about our experience was perfect. Aquan did not assume anything, he explained thoroughly everything to us again. By this time it was already about 7:00 pm, Closing time. Not a single light was turned off, not a single door was locked in that dealership because we were still in there. I profusely apologized that we were keeping them so late and they just laughed and apologized that there were so many people ahead of us that the paper work was getting backed up! Aquan did not leave our side as we waited. Everything had been done except the final paperwork (which is finished up by the business manager,Mick Williams). Aquan could easily have said "It's Saturday night, nice to meet you guys. Mick will finish you up", but he didn't. Aquan stayed with us showed us some of the new BMWs they had recently got in. We started talking about cars, because I am big car guy. I enjoyed getting to know Aquan and he, like the rest of the crew there, did not make my wife feel left out either. We made our way into Mick's office around 8:00 pm. This is where we sign everything pay, and have the option for maintenance plans, tire protection, etc etc. Mick was supposed to be leaving to go out of town when he got off work. That did not matter to him, he gave us the same exact care and attention he would give to the first customer of the day. Just like Danny and Aquan, he did not skip over anything. He did not try to speed up the process because it was past closing time. I bought the protection plan....all of them! After we finished up it was 9:00 pm or probably later. I was exhausted, my wife was exhausted, and I am sure every single sales rep and manager that had been helping us was exhausted as well. We were ready to leave, but Aquan jumped into the passenger seat and said "I want to go over some stuff with you about your new car". My car had just come around from being detailed and filled with gas, even though it was spotless when we first got there and test drove it. I told Aquan that I had owned a BMW before and I was sure I could figure everything out. He didn't care, he was going to finish his job with a smile on his face and explain everything to me like he would every customer. He showed me stuff I did not know about on that car, which would have taken me some time to figure out. Every single person that had been helping us was STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP when we pulled out. Not a single person that had worked with us left because it was hours past closing time, or because they were tired. Everyone shook our hands as we walked out and congratulated us on our new BMW.I cannot thank these guys enough for all they did. It was truly a privileged to meet each and every one of them. My wife and I go to Birmingham frequently to visit her eye doctor and I know I will be stopping in Montgomery to visit these guys. Even if it is just to say hey, I feel like I have made new friends. I will without a doubt purchase another car from this dealership. I have complete and total confidence in these guys, I would let them sell a car to my mom and not feel like they were taking advantage of her. If you have read this entire review I sure hope it has been helpful. Let me first tell you guys that I have been in sales for years, and I am currently a Director of Sales for the company I work for. Don't read this and think that I just got played by a friendly salesperson because I can assure you that it is not the case. I am very used to salesmen and saleswomen and I can assure you, these guys were not the slimy car salesmen that you think of, or that you see in movies. These guys are truly genuine and made our car purchasing experience unforgettable! If you want to purchase a car, you can go to any dealership, if you want to purchase a quality car and experience the joy and excitement that can come with it I encourage you to visit BMW of Montgomery, you will not be disappointed. I do not work for, or know anyone that works for this company, and this was my first visit to BMW of Montgomery. Like I said before, I have worked in sales for years. I know that most people do not write reviews unless they are upset. I was so overwhelmed with the excellent customer service that I felt everyone should know. I could write a book about my experiences with this dealership but I won't. For the sake of brevity I think my "Review Title" sums it up pretty well. I wish this site had a "Very Very Poor" rating and the option to leave no stars - for even one star is far to good for this dealership. I made the horrible mistake of buying a car from them and I'm still paying for it. Anything and everything about this dealership is a nightmare. Sadly, there's not one positive thing I can say about them. Fortunately there are many other dealerships out there. Good luck.

BMW lied to me about my tire tread depth at lease termination. Dealer said depth was 3/32 and in fact depth was 5/32.
