My salesperson, Gary Band, was the best! I walked in needing a replacement vehicle (and on fairly short notice) after mine was totaled after being hit. Gary listened to me, found me a 3-series that had practically everything I wanted, and made me a great deal to boot! Moreover, he made the buying process simple and streamlined. Other car dealers could learn a great deal from Mt. Laurel BMW in how to take care of your customers and keep them happy! Keep up the great work!

Wendy Morgan was amazing! From start to finish she had my best interest and was thorough, professional, personable and so caring through the whole process. It was my first time working with this dealership and I definitely would recommend them and asking for Wendy. Car shopping has never been considered fun for me, but she certainly made it a pleasure! Also want to commend Joe who worked on my financing aspect. Very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process.

I can’t say enough about my experience at this dealership! Ryan was amazing in EVERY way! From the moment he greeted us his energy was awesome! He took the time to show us every single car we were interested in with enthusiasm and patience, test driving multiple cars with us. He was beyond thorough and knows his cars inside and out! This week, I had the pleasure of working with Wendy and Joe. Wendy was phenomenal and really understands the cars that she is selling. She has high energy. She made the experience quick and easy. She sent me forms to complete before I even showed up lessening the amount of time I had to spend at the dealership filling out information. She also called ahead to inquire which vehicles I was willing to see and had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. No time waiting for someone to look for the car on the lot. When we ran into a snag, she worked diligently to resolve it and everything was great. I would highly recommend. The finance guy, Joe, works miracle. I won’t give much details about my credit but it is in peril. He was able to get me a loan and interest rate that is very favorable in terms that I have not seen offered at other places. Even after getting that rate; he went back to the bank and knocked off another point making the car of my dreams more affordable. I used to have service done here that was great in the past and that experience surely carries over to the no hassle shopping experience. And I must add that Wendy took some awesome gorgeous photos of me and my new car!

Everyone was super accommodating and extremely nice! I couldn’t get over how seamless the entire process was, from start to finish!! They made it as easy as possible, they fixed my car in a more than timely manner and I even had to bother them to get something out of my car while being fixed and no one skipped a beat and everyone was really friendly. It was truly a breathe of fresh air. I am very appreciative and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much!!!
