Had a great experience with BMW of Newport. No hassle from salesmen just good service. Jeff, my salesman was great. He helped us out when we had questions and let us go on our own test drive. When we decided to buy the finance dept. made easy to get the paperwork done quickly. Overall an excellent experience.

From the receptionist to the General Manager this is the best experience that I have ever had in a dealership. The attention to detail from start to finish made me feel as if I was the most important person in the room and every one in the room felt the same way. I would like to personally thank Mr. St. Angelo for making my certified pre owed purchase something that I will never forget!!. I've purchased a 3-series from this dealership years ago you know previous customer. I'd shopped for a 5-series last year and was able to get a way better deal from south shore BMW vs this local dealership. So a few days ago the notification came on to get the brake pads replaced that's it! So today I brought my 5-series in for scheduled service. Rear brake pads replaced "$155" + labor, probably charged me to have it sit outside but anyways. I dropped the car off at 1:00PM came back at 2:20PM and they said they just took the car inside to start working on it, I don't know why they even do appointments clearly they don't care about customers time + on the USMC birthday rah right? Whatever so I went home and came back and received the car at 4:15PM the bill came out to $998!... My brake rotors were perfectly fine, just needed the pads replaced however leave it to them to do both without asking me. To keep it PG, never again BMW of Newport. #whatadisappointment

I called for a light on in my 2012 535 & got an appointment on the day& time I chose! I met with Jeff & they took my car in right away told me the issues & the cost for my repair & I was shocked on low the price was🥰 Jeff gave me a loner car right away & I was on my way👍 I drove the car home & put it in my garage! I drive my sports car for the few days my car was in for service, Jeff called me to let me know my car was ready!! I called Jeff this morning the day after to let him know I can’t find the farb😳 He said don’t worry we will give you a week for you to find it👍👍 I have always had a GREAT experience with BMW Newport where I have purchased 5 new cars from their showroom!! Love this place!!! Amazing service!!! Thank you Jeff😎
