Neal Parod was amazing to work with. He went above and beyond when selling us our Toyota Highlander. He is not a pushy salesman, just so helpful, answering any questions we had. Very knowledgeable about these cars. We had the best experience ever. We will always go back to Neal for any car needs. Tony (the sales manager), was really great to work with as well. My wife and I went to BMW of Peoria looking to test drive a 328i xDrive and ended up driving the car home that night. Blake and the entire team there worked diligently to make our car purchase happen, staying past closing time to finalize the deal. Blake was very kind and helpful without being pushy or making us feel like we were a bother. All in all this experience with Blake and the team at BMW of Peoria was by far the best car purchasing experience we have ever had, not to mention the fact that we are very pleased with the vehicle as well. We recommend Blake and BMW of Peoria to those interested in purchasing a great car and we will also be back when we are in the market for another vehicle in the future.

Excellent car buying experience! I was buying from out of state and Blake and Clinton made the process as easy as possible. Blake was responsive while working on this virtually and had the car in great condition when I arrived. Great communication and extremely fair throughout the process. Wish they were my hometown dealer so I could continue to work with them, but they will still be my first call when I am in the market again.

Neal is down to earth and very accommodating. I wasn't sure when I visited the BMW dealership what I wanted since I had owned a Volvo before, but in no time I was convinced that the BMW 3X was the car for me. Neal is very knowledgeable about the product he sells. I did not feel pressured because I felt confident that Neal's objective was to sell me a car that was right for me.

Ken and Jim were great to work with and made our trade-in process easy, as did the other staff members at BMW of Peoria, like Skip in the finance office. The contract signing was easy with no pressure for up-selling products. We live in the St Louis area and choose to buy our cars from dealers in North Central Illinois because of the buying experience.
