I would never reccomend this dealershit to any of my friends or family because they are dishonest and shady and the level of customer service is terrible to none. I recently went in with my son to test drive a cpo bmw specifically asking to look at 6 cyl. cars or above as my current vehicle was a lexus is350 and was told that I would have to look at 5 series or above because the 3 series which I originally was interested in were only 4cyl. so not knowing a whole lot about cars and motor sizes other than how fast the gas pedal makes it go, I put my trust in what the salesman Ross was telling me at bmw of riverside....he ends up selling me a cpo 2014 528i all while using the turbo boost as he named it, as the selling point of the car. I get my own financing through my credit union and while picking up a check to take to bmw I was informed that terms had changed and 1800.00 was added on to the price of the car for 20000 extended warranty in which I declined days earlier when the finance manager jen tried to sell it to me over the phone after I left the dealership with specific price and terms already agreed upon with my salesman Ross. The car to my surprise ended up being a 4 cyl. after someone insisted they were certain it was not a 6 cyl, I had it looked at and to my surprise it was indeed a 4 cyl. The day after I got my car I recieved a call from customer service to ask me about my experience and I told the lady I was very disappointed and felt lied to and cheated and she immediately cut the call short and said she would have management call me right back and not surprising never recieved any call from anyone to this day. I have sent Ross several messages and had several conversations with him regarding documents I never got copies of like my warranty and service contract etc. and each time he promises to email them to me and still nothing except one random email titled insurance cards with contents that were useless and contained no information let alone what I have been asking for. My family is native american from Pechanga and luckily my aunt from the reservation canceled her appointment to buy 2 cars from Ross for my twin cousins birthdays or I would have felt personally responsible had she been treated the way I am. I wont be referring any family to this dealership at this point and will buy my future cars through audi of riverside where a lot of my friends and family have had a good experience with excellent customer service.

FANTASTIC lease experience...BEST EVER...actually enjoyable from start to finish! Haoie Luc understood my need to get rolling and made the deal happen quickly and efficiently!! After searching for two days, test driving the BMW i3 (pure electric) and i3 Rex (81 miles electric is used 1st, then 1.9 gallons of gas for another 70 miles, if needed) I made the decision to go with the Rex. I visited with several BMW dealerships, test drove the car, and tried to deal on the phone; all wanted $4100 down, and at least $275/mth. and up to $340/mth. due to the additional options the cars had. One June 30th, I had all but given up on finding a black 2016 i3 Rex, and was tired of talking on the phone. On a last ditch effort, I texted Haoie Luc Internet Manager at Riverside BMW. He understood my desire to just write up the deal and responded accordingly. He did ask if I wanted to come in and test drive the car, which I declined since I already had. Most importantly, Haoie listened when I said "No, I am just ready to lease the i3, just need to find the right deal, car, and person to do the paperwork." Haoie responded to my text at 1:57 pm, had my financing pre-approved by 3:27 pm, and found me the exact car I wanted in black by 4:03 pm. I was happy to be in an Uber ride to pick up my vehicle by 4:30 pm. I hardly could believe I found someone to make the deal entirely via text, and am so happy Haoie grasped the concept and followed up accordingly. Deyse met me upon arriving and she was a pleasure to work with as well. She delivered my car after a very short visit with the lease finance manager. Best part? No surprise! $325/mth. for 30 mths., and only $741 out of pocket for registraton, etc.Thankful for the excellent customer service, Haoie!! You've earned a lifetime customer here!

We purchase a car from BMW of Riverside and my wife got the maintenance package with it when my wife went to cancel the package within the time frame she was told that she could not. She did not look into it until she wanted to get rid of the car. And she contacted Riverside again they said there was nothing that they could do. My wife contacted BMW corporate office and was told to write a letter asking to cancel the contract and to give it to a Chris Rupert. My wife spoke to Chris and also to a Jim Johnston and they refused to take the letter. Johnson also accuse my wife of mine and not talking to the corporate office. Beware of poor business practices from BMW of Riverside

Beware of shady business practices. They are not about customer service. Be aware of every document that you sign and make sure that they give you everything that you should be given there are much better dealerships to go buy a BMW if you want that type of vehicle

Be safe , be aware they will try to take your money any way they can if not from your car from the loaner they will take it any possible way ...When you call to talk to a service advisor Fabian or Travis the manager never get call back ...you have to walk in the dealership to beable to hear any information in regards to your vehicle......safe your time and money go to different BMW dealer ...not riverside

We have been working on a deal for a convertible 435, have a number in writing TWICE, multiple verbal discussions with Edwin regarding my friend was leery and wanted to make sure there were no hidden fees, he assured me there were not he had been doing this for 10 years sent me another e-mail confirming that! His numbers were great and every other dealership could not approach their price and told us something was wrong....I guess I am too trusting, because I could not imagine a business of this level lying to me or being that dumb.I was mistaken, go to do the deal and oops turns out they gave us the wrong price and so sorry oh and there is no one around that is capable of making a decision to make it right! They are either exceptionally dishonest or exceptionally stupid, either way stay away from this dealership! I am in shock.I am going to try to contact BMW USA and the BBB and report this schister dealership! Bad business practices on this level should not be allowed! This is a lot of money on the line and I would assume they are regulated to not allow the consumer to be taken advantage of.

I made my appointment to return my lease car and get next bmw lease here and confirmed it twice before I go in. even on the day I return it, double checked the time I go in there. When I went there, no one answered exactly where to go and what to do. I waited and waited finally, I met a sales manager, Doug Small and his answer was this. They do not have my appointment showing on the system and the person who is in charge for lease return is with another client. ( so what, don't even try to meet the right person??? )Plus, If I want to return it that day, they would take it to auction to get estimated value of the car so I asked, that is how people usually do when they return the lease car. he answered, no usually they do inspection at the dealer and only 20% would do this way. ( maybe not even 20%)so I had to take the car with me and left the dealer with corp. office contact number. ANYWAYS I MADE A APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO ANOTHER DEALER NEXT DAY. (DONE SAME DAY)they took my lease return VERY NICELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. TOOK ONLY 15. FOR INSPECTION AND PAPERWORK. I NEVER HAD SUCH EXPERIENCE WITH RANGE ROVER BUT BMW RIVERSIDE REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME. NO MORE BMW PERIOD.

I did not receive good service at BMW of Riverside. The oil level indicator on my X3 was defective and kept giving an "Add 1-quart of oil" warning. This happened 4 times between March-December 2015. BMW of Riverside Service Manager (John Horgan) dismissed my concerns with a shrug of the shoulders saying, "BMWs burn oil". It turns out that BMW of Riverside kept topping off my oil each time I asked for help until I put my foot down and demanded they do a more thorough check. it was then discovered that the gauge was faulty. I am angry that all of this time, BMW of Riverside took the lazy way out by brushing off my concerns and simply topping off (overfilling as it turned out) my car's oil instead of doing the necessary service check they're supposed to do. I've been driving with too much oil. I'm dismayed because surplus oil can lead to engine damage which was done by BMW of Riverside. I received: - Poor customer service directly to me. Service reps and manager were patronizing and did not take the initiate or responsibility to get to the bottom of the problem until now. - Bad servicing on my car that might have/has caused serious damage to the engineI do not have confidence in BMW of Riverside to give me a straight answer nor to do a proper evaluation of a defective product and prevent major damage to the engine.

I am a repeat client of BMW of Riverside. This was my 6th vehicle purchased at BMW of Riverside since 2005. My lease was close to being up but I was over on the miles. Larry Winkler has been my "go to" sales person for years becasue he is the most honest, strait forward, no nonsense person I have ever dealt with. There are no games with him. We found the car that had EVERYTHING I wanted.He took me into see Ty, when I explained that I needed help with my last 5 payments and did not want to roll them into the new loan, Ty worked an amazing scenario out for me. What made it work so well was that I told them what I needed and they made it happen.I also need to give a mad shout out to Jennifer in Finance who explained everything to me. She did not pressure me and was beyond helpful to me.I will be buying another car from them in the next 120 days for my wife.Finally, I have read the last 50 reviews on this site and I noticed that the majority of them are 5 stars and there are a few that are one star. People who are espousing words like thief, liar, and dishonest. One review was mad because he had bad credit, the other was mad because he came back later and the car was sold, that the payment was not what one thought it would be etc. These are all "situational items" and NOT integrity issues. I have never had anyone at this dealership lie or omit to me in several dealings in the last decade. I know that buying a car is an emotional and sometimes a "draining" experience, but if anyone in any department ever tried to "game me" I would not be back. That is just not my experience. Shuck and Jive is not what I have ever found or heard first hand from others about this dealership.

Two weeks ago pass to visit BMW of RIVERSIDE. to check if you really had a car for sale I saw an ad on the Internet.It is a pre-owned car, but the car had always dreamed of and that was within my budget.Indeed they had the car and the sales team SUJAN and MARK. A friendly manner and professionalAnd without pressure they helped me realizer my dream.Unfortunately, as can happen with a car and some miles. On September 14, 2015 I called bmw of riverside and spoke to Justin the dealer. After some negotiations we reached a price which was agreed upon. I told Justin that I would be in the next day around noon. As agreed I did show up with a check for the promised amount on a pre paid lease which was $19,800. When I got there after the test drive, we proceeded to signing papers as well as a credit inquiry. I asked if we could raise the milaege allowance when Justin went to check, he came back with the manager Ammar Haque. Ammar proceeded in a very rude and arrogant way to tell me there is "problem" which he proceeded to blame an "older employee" who probably has trouble seeing named "Ty". Ammar said that the price has now gone up to $25,800. As I was trying to resolve the issue Ammar continued with a grin repeating "there's nothing I can do" several times. I try'd resolving the issue myself as the "manager" had zero problem solving skills nor customer service. I told him to discount the price of the lease which he raised $6,000 to $25,000 total, meet me between the original promised price and the new price he came up with, give me anything in order to resolve the issue but Ammar Haque continued repeating with an arrogant grin "there's nothing I can do" I explained to him that I drove two hours to get to him, took a day off of work, that they ran my credit, that I had a check written, sold my car, however no mater what I told Ammar Haque he continued to repeat "there's nothing I can do". I asked to speak to someone else he said there's no one else here and it was 2 P.M on a Tuesday. I continued to explain my situation again and that I drove two hours, took an expensive business day off, had my credit ran, signed the papers, etc, however Ammar responded with a grin "there's nothing I can do". He said nothing other than that the entire conversation. Ammar Haque and non existent managers did not handle the situation and their mistake in a professional and respectable manner at all. This is one of the most terrible customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. I will not be returning to BMW of Riverside again as they do not treat their customers professionally or respectfully. Managers are not available to help and the dealers don't care to resolve the situation. I would not recommend these scammers to anyone. Truly unacceptable service.

My name is Vic and I am a self confessed car maven. Yesterday : 5-21-15 I went to BMW Riverside and had the absolutely BEST car buying experience I ever had. Emil was so very helpful in getting me my DREAM F-82. Emil worked diligently to honor the promises we had worked out on an earlier visit. I was not only able to order my special dream car....but also got some custom carbon fiber parts as well that is like icing on the cake. Riverside BMW is full of courteous professionals with a no pressure helpful attitude. I did a TON of research and shopped every BMW dealership in so cal. I chose Riverside because Emil and his staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed as well as attending to all the small nuances that a maven like myself has. I could not give Emil and the is dealership a higher recommendation. If you want the best BMW experience ever.....Riverside is the place.

I saw this car on cars.com and talked with one of their salesmen, Gil. He was great to work with. I put a down payment over the phone and flew in the next day from out of state to pick up the vehicle. Gil was kind enough to pick me up at the Ontario airport and take me to the dealership. The used vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. The service was great. I felt like I was the only one buying a car-being treated with great respect and patience. It only took about 45 minutes to do all the paperwork and I was off to drive my vehicle home. I would highly recommend buying through BMW of Riverside.

I have been in the market for a bmw convertible...specifically a 435i. However, my 'not so great' credit would always have dealers back down. I almost gave up looking for a vehicle when i found this great 2013 640i convertible at bmw of riverside. I contacted them. Ammar at bmw of riverside contacted me back and did not shy down after i told him about my credit situation. He told me the hard truth that it will be difficult to get me approved. But, even if i did get approved, i would be approved at a relatively higher rate. And he delivered on that. I did get approved...but, at a higher rate [which was expected]. But, i will be getting my car refinanced after 6 months. Great buying experience...especially when you are buying something like a 6 series. You are anxious and not so sure...but, Ammar and his good friends at BMW of Riverside helped me through this experience. Very friendly...very hard working...I highly recommend them to anybody looking for a BMW. Their 92% rating speaks for itself. Give them a shot and you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend working with Ammar.

Let me start out by saying I have bought from this dealership before and actually had a wonderful experience. What inspired me to write this review was over this past week my wife and I decided to look at a pre owned X5. We found one that we liked and we're ready to make a deal. When we went inside to crunch some numbers I have never been given more of a run around. Our salesman was Nick Valenzuela and he was definetly new and unexperienced. We were given an extremely inflated APR despite our credit scores being in the high 7's. When I asked why this was it was because they have "locked in rates" on some models of cars. They refused to do anything about the APR and would not budge on the price because it was already "priced to go". Well we had already been looking at an Audi Q7 for a similar price as the X5 but with a rate that was half what BMW offered so we tried kindly to excuse ourselves to talk about the cars over lunch Nick found out we had been looking at an Audi and his tune completely changed. All of a sudden the rates were not locked in and there was some room in the price. This is what I can not stand at dealerships. I want straight forward answers and no run around. I wasted two hours of my life and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not the kind of service I expected from BMW and certainly did not live up to the last buying experience I had there.

BMW of Riverside was phenomenal! Salesman Mike Shelhart, salesman was great! Mike was patient and worked hours on this deal for my fiance and I. He knew how important this was and was very determined to please us. Mike worked hours and days with us. The customer service overall was excellent from the moment you walk the lot, into the dealership...the BMW of Riverside staff is extremely professional. Along with Mike, Sales manager Amele and finance manager CC was amazing! I have to also thank I have to say I've bought several cars and it isn't always a pleasant experience. This was the first time I experienced car buying at a BMW dealership. We did originally seek BMW of Ontario because we were in the area. We walked the entire lot with not one salesman approaching us. We then walked into the dealership to ask for a salesmen to showcase a vehicle. The receptionist was unprofessional, no sense of urgency and let us walk out back on the lot to continue to look for a salesman. Thank you again BMW of Riverside!

We had a great experience with BMW of Riverside when I purchased my BMW X4. Deysy Hernandez was our sales person who assisted us. She was very professional. My husband and I had gone to a BMW dealer closer to home but were very disappointed in their sales staff and ended up not buying a car. However we went to BMW of Riverside the next day and Deysy was exceptional. One of the first things that my husband noticed was that once he said that I was the one getting the car, Deysy directed all her questions to me. Unlike the wives of our friends that have gone to buy cars and found that the sales person always directed themselves towards the husband...not the wife buying the car. Deysy was very informative and assisted us in test driving the car. There was no hardline sales pitch which I appreciated and I was given more than enough time to discuss it with my husband. After buying the car from them, I scheduled an appointment with Charyl Freeman, BMW Product Genius. She was very patient with me as she taught me how to use the car with all of its' many features. It was a lot of information that she shared with me but I was told that I was free to contact her at any time if I had any questions or I could even come back to get a refresher course. I loved the fact that I could call or come back at any time. It wasn't just a one-time thing. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market to buy a BMW and be sure to ask for Deysy Hernandez!

I am extremely satisfied with my purchase from the folks at BMW Riverside. I had the pleasure of working with Ammar Haque. We searched for a while for the perfect car to suit my personality and my need. Ammar never pressured me into choosing, he gave me all the information and tools needed in order to make an informed decision. He did not lose patience with me whatsoever; during the entire process. I must've changed my mind about a dozen times between different body styles, sedan versus coupe, interior and exterior colors. When I did finally make a decision and picked up my new vehicle, Ammar went over every single feature and button on the car. As we all know, time is money so I was very grateful for his time. This was my first BMW and I will never forget how satisfied and special I felt walking out in my very first luxury car. Thank you, Ammar! I definitely will be back to BMW Riverside for my next car.

I found the preowned XKR Jaguar that I had been searching for over 1500 miles from my home. My first thought was to forget about it and look for my new chariot closer to home. After several phone conversations with Ammar Haque and receiving numerous photos of the car, I was convinced that I was dealing with an honest person. After some negotiating, I "pulled the trigger" and bought my Jag without leaving Des Moines, Iowa. The car would soon be placed on a transport and delivered to my home. I'd be less than forthright if I didn't say that I was a little nervous, but that feeling went away upon receiving the car and finding it to be exactly as described. The car was immaculate, there wasn't a single scratch or door ding, it was in perfect condition. AND it had a full tank of gas. I'm very comfortable endorsing Ammar Haque at BMW of Riverside.

I took my 2009 280i in for a scheduled oil change and the experience is always a pleasant one. Travis is my usual consultant and was not there this visit. The person replacing him (Don King) was very friendly and helpful. The previous visit was for a change of brake fluid with Travis as my consultant. For some reason I showed up on time but a day early and he didn't mention me being early and processed me right away. I really do appreciate the way I am treated at Riverside BMW every time I go in. We had a great buying experience with BMW of Riverside. While the specific vehicle we were looking for was not immediately available, they worked to find us what we were looking for, and ultimately delivered it sooner than promised, at the price we had agreed upon beforehand (no surprises). Our questions and concerns through the entire process were addressed quickly and with respect. Riverside is a bit of a drive for most people living in Los Angeles, but if you are looking for a BMW, this place is worth the extra trip to check out.

This was my first BMW purchase, recommended by a good friend of mine. I met Larry, who helped me with my purchase and went above and beyond anything I expected! I ordered my 2015 X5 diesel so I could get all of the features I wanted, and I had waited weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. Larry kept in touch with me every time the status of my X5 changed. The day that it arrived, Larry made it possible for me to pick it up the same day. However, I was stuck in traffic, since I commute to work, and was not going to make it to the dealer by the time they closed. I was then thinking that I would have to wait a few days since I have irregular work hours. Still stuck on the freeway, Larry called me and asked if I wanted him to drive my X5 to my house, which is about 30 minutes away from the dealership. I was beyond surprised with BMW of Riverside's service and their willingness to accommodate my work schedule so I could have my new car ASAP. I will recommend Larry and the BMW of Riverside to anyone interested in BMW.

Went in for a bubble and air leak on my tire. Don was very helpful and very professional for this entire visit. It was a Friday and my tire had to be ordered and won't be available until Monday. He told me that he is not certain on the integrity of my current tire so instead of sending me home and have me come back on Monday for a tire replacement, he thought of my safety and offered me a service car to be used for the weekend. We worked hand in hand to get my claim approved. He was also very kind to make sure that my front plate is installed as I have requested. It was indeed a great service, overall! Thanks again Don!

I have purchase several vehicles from BMW of Riverside, over the last 10 years. I have serviced them all as well over there. I have never questioned their honesty and fairness in doing business with me and my family members. It is rare with an automotive dealership, as the reputation of that industry is typically subpar. I have had cars with issues, one with some chronic since almost the beginning, yet I was always treated as VIP and care above and beyond expectations. The service department takes pride in their ethics and customer service excellence. Now, I have not worked with a lot of service advisors out there, mostly with Fabian Hernandez and on occasion with his partner Jose. Fabian treats me as pretty much a friend, whom he wants to ensure is fully satisfied every time the assistance is needed. BMW USA is perhaps not the easiest one to work with, those service advisors along with their manager have to go through some serious hurdles at times to defend their customers.I have worked with two other BMW dealerships over time and with no hesitation I vote BMW of Riverside my trusted partner.

Nick Cappellano has made all the difference in my opinion of Riverside BMW. Nick provides highly professional, yet individual attention, that takes what would normally be a frightful (it is a BMW after all) experience and turns it into something positive. I have dealt with many BMW service advisors over the years and I can honestly say Nick is simply the best! He knows the vehicle, he takes a hands on approach, doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and just generally makes the experience positive when servicing my BMW. Kudos to Nick.

The dealership facility is very synoptic of the top quality clients that are Ultimate Vehicle owners because nothing else will satisfy our eclectic appetite. I have always received loaners when needed and /or requested with choices. The special events hosted at the dealership have all been fun and a great learning experience. This was my second visit to the service center. I purchased my car about 2 months ago (CPO) and on the first visit it required some minor cosmetic work. (cup holder and floor mats.) Reception was great and work was completed in a timely manner. Jose Meza was the service advisor. On my second visit I brought my car for scheduled maintenance. From the time they received my car to the time I picked it up the staff was excellent. Don King, (not the boxing promoter..lol) was my service advisor. Don made sure that my car did not leave until everything was tip top. They provided me with a 2014 loan car (BMW of course) until my car was complete. Thanks BMW of Riverside, you guys are the best. We had been working with four internet sales people from different dealerships all week but could not quite find a car we wanted to buy. One of the four, Vince from BMW of Riverside, stood out with his straightforward responses and great quotes, not to mention his hard work searching all over SoCal for the various options, colors and features we requested. We also visited several dealers close to work and home but were not overly impressed by the sales people or managers we encountered. So, we decided to drive out to Riverside because of Vince. John met us and helped us locate a 328xd that had just arrived (it was still wrapped up) and took us out for a test drive. He was just as friendly, helpful and accommodating as Vince, answering all our questions honestly. The car was a dream and we let John know that we wanted the best price possible. He accurately conveyed our wishes to the sales manger who just came over and asked what we wanted to pay. He took our number, came back with a great deal and we drove off very satisfied. Fabian Hernandez is the service consultant I always ask for. He greets me at my car on time for my appointment. Reviews the items needed during this visit and does not try to pad the bill. I have confidence in the service department to complete their work well and time. Fabian arranged for their driver Jose to drive me home since I did not need a loaner for the day. Jose also picked me up when the service was completed. When I arrived to get my car, Fabian made sure to thank my for using BMW of Riverside. The waiting area is in the show room so you know it is clean and appealing and has complementary coffee and other beverages. When I received my car it was completely clean inside and out.

Went in to get a performance exhaust installed in my 335i. Travis was the service advisor. He was very friendly and polite. I knew the process was going to take several hours and I would be waiting. Travis kept me updated in a timely manner as to the status of my car. The staff here is always very friendly and polite. They always have a great attitude. The facility is kept very clean. I really enjoy coming in for service because I get a genuine sense that they care about their customers. No really bad experiences so far. Would highly recommend.

I recently worked with BMW Riverside on lease of 2014 X5.Throughout the entire process, my sales rep Vince was fantastic to work with. Not only was he extremely professional, he was incredibly responsive and detail-oriented from start to finish. After test driving at my local dealer and deciding on the exact configuration I wanted, I shopped around very hard (communicating with local dealers here in San Diego and those in OC / Inland Empire). From my first communication with Vince, it was apparent we would be able to find a deal that worked for both parties. I'm a bottom line guy and let Vince know what it would take to earn my business- within our first fee hours of email/phone calls, we had the framework of a deal. His great work did not stop there. We ordered my build as no dealers had what I was looking for. A day after I signed off on hype order, I realized I really wanted to upgrade to the 20" wheels. Although it was foo late to edit my order, Vince came through for me and got a new order into the system with my exact requirements. Today I picked up the car and couldn't be happier. Vince made the experience well worth the 2 hour drive each way...and I will be seeing them again in 3 years when my lease expires. Highly recommended!!

I had to wait a short while for a loaner vehicle to become available so I can get back to work. The lady that helped me in the service department (sorry I forgot your name)was very apologetic that she did not have a fueled vehicle and that i had to fill it on my own, because there was no available gas cards to fuel the car. There was a little less than 1 notch left on the gas tank, but she comped me for free gas on my next service appointment. I didn't really care because the loaner car they gave me was a brand new 2014 535d diesel fuel twin turbo engine, so i was excited to drive it. Nick Cappellano was my service advisor and was very helpful, and always is every time I come in. He told me that my extended warranty was going to expire in just 6 months, so he went ahead and gave me an annual oil change just because he was worried that I wouldn't be able to get one later if my warranty expired. He also offered to help me look for third party warranty companies that will extend the warranty once it expires. When my car was ready for pickup, i came in to swap cars, and as I was walking out to my car, Nick caught up to me to tell me that he filled up my gas tank. I was super happy and wasn't even expecting it. They turned a small little gas issue into a remarkable experience overall. This really is a one of a kind service department and they bend backwards to make sure you leave happy. If any of my family or friends want to buy a BMW someday I'm going to make sure they come to this dealership, and no where else. I'm very lucky to have bought my car from here because they really take good care of me...and my car.

Alex has very good customer service skills and clearly understands the importance of word of mouth advertising. BMW of Riverside came highly recommended from a friend of mine. They mentioned the no hassle and very personable sales reps at this location, so I took my chances and drove to Riverside, almost a 45 minute drive from my home. When I arrived I was greeted my a nice gentleman, right away I was impressed by his hospitality and willingness to help me in the process of finding my first BMW. After a few test drives I found the car I wanted and was sat down to go over numbers and figures. Although my salesman was a gentlemen throughout my stay, Anthony Caruso ruined my experience. To make a long story short, Anthony Caruso ruined the deal and I left without purchasing the BMW I wanted because of his attitude. Anthony was very unpleasant and acted as though losing my business was no big deal because someone else will come in and buy the car. Sure I could of walked away with the car but I don't do business with people who are as rude as he is. I actually purchased my BMW at BMW of Ontario a few days later for the price I was negotiating with Anthony. Not only did you lose my business but I will now be referring my family and friends to Ontario BMW.

First off, I want to say BMW does strive to make their customers happy. I do not have one bad thing ever to say about customer service personnel and Don King was great an 4/1/14. I waited almost an hour for the Enterprise to pick me up for a car rental and they (BMW) offered to pay for my car rental, which was great relief and came at a time where money is in short supply. With that being said, my only gripe is the cost of repairs for BMW. From the time we bought our car till now, we have spent over $15000 in repairs for my 2006 330i. New transmission, new transmission computer, numerous run flat tires that never last more than a year before getting flat, and well you can't repair a run flat tire, total repalcement at $400 a tire. Headlight repalcement, window lock repalcement, A/C fan replacement, leaks in the head lights seals, Halo light repalcement. Water pump replacement, Valve cover gasket replacement this time around and now I am need a drivebelt tensioenr replacement and oil pan gasket replacement. Another $2000 just for that. So the list goes on and on with this car. I wish we never bought the car. The people are great at Riverside BMW, but just get ready to fork over tens of thousands of dollars in repairs. Oil change alone is over $160, DIY for less than $55. The bottom line is this. Repairs are ridiculous on a BMW that should in theory run better than your average Toyota Camry, but reliabiltiy is certainly not BMW's greatest strength. If you want the best customer service, then BMW of Riverside is the way to go. Just don't one for reliability.

We were buying a pre-owned car and Earl, our salesman, explained the vehicle, answered our questions, and made us feel at home. While did not pressure us, he did encourage us to drive and experience the vehicle, which we did. I've purchased a number of autos in my life time of various makes and models. After I purchased, I've always had doubts. Not this time. "Ty" the manager was a delight as well. Everyone we met was pleasant and professional. I also appreciated the amenities of the dealership (sodas and coffee bar). All in all it was a great experience.

After going to 3 dealerships in SoCal Riverside has been by far the most outstanding. They are quick and professional and extremely communicative and helpful. Had an appointment couple weeks ago with a person named Doug to show me the 550i. Went there and got greeted by this salesman, who informed me that Doug was a Manager and too busy to deal with me. So he took over and started showing me the car. Took me to a test car (that part I had to say he did well, cause he took me to a nice curvy road..) and when we returned to the lot, I wanted to check out other models like the 535i, but he insisted that we walk into his desk and start the purchasing process. I tried to negotiate, but he rudely said no, and the price on the window is what it is. So we got annoyed and walked out... One of the worst experience I've had dealing with salesmen.... and surely do not recommend this place to anyone. They lost my business, as I just bought my 550i from Pacific BMW in Glendale! Look for Greg Poland if you need a car at Pacific! Excellent and very professional salesman to deal with!

The service that Travis provided was exceptional. He listened to our concerns and ensured that our vehicle would be running the way it is suppose to. I first called the office in Riverside to find out how costly it would be to have my husband's car serviced after not having it serviced for the past two years. I spoke with Fabian and he was most helpful and very pleasant, to which I made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I entered the facility I was directed to Mr. Nicholas Cappellano, who evaluated my car and made every effort to make sure I was well cared for and happy with the service. That day I had a complete review of my car and an oil change; I then found out that the car needed quite a bit of servicing. Mr. Cappellano broke down the fees for me and began the process for setting me up with various appointments, beginning and friendly with the most necessary services first. Again, the next service (a tune up-spark plugs), was to be completed the following Saturday. Mr. Cappellano, as promised not only broke down the services line by line, but he included the prices and took special care to make sure that I understood all that it entailed. Because of his dillengent and friendly service I decided that regardless of the pricing, I would continue to bring my car back. On my visit the team also took the initive to wash and vaccum my car. I was most satisified with the service.

We bought a 2011 Honda CRV and are very happy with our purchase. Our salesman Larry Olson, an elderly gentleman, was a delight to work with. He was extremely accommodating, helpful and considerate. He spent a lot of time with us, explaining all the features of the car, all possible options in financing and was very honest in his answers. we did not feel like being pushed to buy the car. After buying the car, we had some questions regarding service records etc and he was very helpful in answering them. he also got in touch with us after a week and asked us if we were happy with our purchase. all in all, we had a great experience.

I purchased a modestly used 5 series. I am very delighted with the car, its my first BMW and it is a fantastic car. My salesman was tops in every category making my first interaction with this brand a real pleasure. The car itself is beyond what I expected. The negative is that the used-car manager held me hostage for 4 hours. Yes its true. I was taken to finance at 9pm-ish and was out of there in 10 minutes. The same manager did not want to sell me the car at the internet price and when signing the contract he failed to give me the full reduced price. I gave 3 stars for the buying process above. If not for the broken-management-issues I would have given 5 stars. SO, BEWARE OF THIS BEFORE YOU GO INTO BUY A USED CAR. Always check the dealership website for the lowest posted price before you arrive. I saved $6000 on the posted window sticker price. To be fair, the finance manager corrected the issue and reduced my down-payment and I received a new set of floor mats as well. It only takes one bad apple.

After making a detour from going to MB because the sales rep at BMW gave me some solid numbers on an X3, I spent over 2 hours at BMW Riverside. We reached a deal and they said they would need to have car delivered from a different dealership but if not they would find a comparable vehicle. Also asked if I would put a deposit but I said I'd wait until car secured. I was shown a signed paper by the salesperson from his manager that the deal was solid. Left waiting for a call the next morning.Nobody calls. I called multiple times and finally was told they were still trying to work the trade. All day same game, hang in there , we're working on it. Finally that evening, I was told that the deal was off and they can't get that car or anything similar. The deal was a loser and they can't lose that kind of money? My thought, Why make the deal then? They said they were trying to move cars for Nov and month over, to which I responded that it was the last day of the month so I'd give my credit card to lock in for Nov. No luck. They also said they can't get car, so I offered to place a deposit and order the vehicle with same specifications as the one we dealt on. No luck.Very disappointing that dealership wasted my night on Friday and all day Saturday; but even worse the lack of integrity to honor a deal. I'm posting this because they have a testimonail on their website from this site. Hoping someone reads this and reconsiders, as any dealership who cares about reputation would want to make customers happy. Even more reason, I think when an agent of your organization communicates to a client, you need to honor that. Will be reaching out to GM and BMW NA for further resolution.

I entered into a purchase agreement with this dealer at a price they offered me to purchase their BMW X5. We prepared all of the paperwork, gave them my Visa card number to hold the vehicle. I withdrew my down payment from my bank, made an appointment to be at the dealership the next morning to complete the transaction. Received a call from the sales manager prior to leaving my house and was told the vehicle was sold at 8:00 pm the night before. He claimed the car was gone, driven off the lot. This dealer is not reputable or honest in their commitment to me as a customer. I sensed from the demeanor of the conversation, this action probably was a lie. They probably offered me a sales price, which I accepted, and then they changed their mind. I can not recommend this dealer. BAIT & SWITCH. Vary disappointed with this. Now they have tainted any other possible dealings with another BMW dealer. I have in the past felt that BMW corporation probably held their dealers to a higher standard.

I honestly expected that I would test drive the BMW that I was interested in and fall in love, only to find out that it was too expensive for me. So, I was very pleasantly surprised when my Client Adviser Mark Decker brought me a preliminary deal with a very fair offer on my trade-in, a reasonable price for the new car, as well as a couple of extras that I had mentioned were important to me in a new car purchase.As good as the deal was, I wasn't ready to buy that day. I wasn't given the usual line of, "If you walk out the door today, I can't guarantee that you'll get the same offer when you come back." I have experienced that tactic at other car dealers, and found it to be very intimidating. I returned the next day with my car all cleaned out and my pink slip in hand. Not only was the same deal still good, but they were willing to continue to negotiate with me and I ended up with an even better deal than the day before. In the end I felt like it was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased over a dozen cars in the last 30 years. I would recommend BMW of Riverside to anyone interested in buying "The Ultimate Driving Machine".

Called to get a quote they were very friendly and tried their best to work with me even though I was younger than the average BMW owner. They were very professional they gave me a very extended and very informing test drive which made me fall more in love with my purchase. After the test drive they gave me a bottom line price without having to haggle with them so I purchased and took the car home same day. The warranty and and price is unsurpassed to any other brand and I'm glad I made my decision. Went from a Benz c350 to a 335i.

I have a 2009 750li that I purchased at Beverly Hills BMW, but I do all my services at Riverside BMW. When I purchased my car in dec of 2011 I also purchased an extended warranty. What I didnt know is that since my car wasn't a certified used BMW i didn't have a factory extended warranty. Recently my car started consuming oil and making noise when I turned and also shaking when it was first started up. I took it two riverside BMW and they looked at it and gave me a list of things that ere wrong with it. Bad power steering pump leaky injectors, leaky vacuum oil pump, bad steering proportioning valve block, bad electrical seat massagers, totaling more than 7k. They contacted my extended warranty provider easy care, and they didn't cover anything. I don't recommend them. Darko my service guy contacted corporate explained my situation and BMW took care of all he cost. My car drives like new. I'm a customer for life. Thanks riverside BMW.

I live in Scottsdale AZ and found a car on BMWUSA.com at Riverside BMW and couldn't believe how good a deal it was. I called to confirm the deal and found it to be for real. I drove my car out from Scottsdale and traded it for the car there. They were great in executing the deal, answering my questions, and following up after the sale. Don't be afraid to check out the deals on the BMW site...it paid off for me.

This was the first time we leased a BMW. Based on our experience with other dealers on the Adams Street, we gave BMW Reverside the first visit. We didn't expect that we would lease a car at the first visit. However, we ended leasing a car without visiting the other BMW dealers. First of all, this is a BMW dealer so the facility is great. I don't need to get into the detail. Mr. Jamil Razzak was the Client Advisor who took care of our test drive and sale process. He did a great job. He was like a BMW professional test river. He not only gave us very good introduction during test drive but also gave us good suggestion when we were choosing between 3 series and 5 series based on our need. We ended up choosing a 528i. Now the most important part, price. Of course, like all dealers, Jamil started with a list price which is way higher that what we expected. We gave Jamil the price we expected to pay according to our market research. Surprisingly, only one negotiation we got deal which is very close to what we wanted to offer. Finally, we are enjoying the BMW528i and we love it.

Nick handled the initial assessment and write up well despite dealing with an prickly interruption from another "client", and Jessica made the check for the rental car a breeze. I have been dealing with this for OVER 25 years for a reason-from parts w/Pete, Danny, Chris or Alex to service-to sales (between my wife and myself we are on BMW #8!) they just make you feel good about the brand, your car, and where you do business!

This is the third BMW we've owned and it is the second one we've purchased from BMW of Riverside. The internet sales team made the transaction smooth. Once the price was agreed upon, we came in, filled out some paperwork, and drove the new car home. It really couldn't have been any easier. Wonder when other dealerships will take the hint? Great service in both service and parts department. Staff make areal effort to answer you questions and be helpful. An example is I had a small missing interior trim part and the parts person determined what the part was and while they did not have the part in stock, he located one in another car and gave it to me no charge. While the part was a minor plastic item, costing no more than a dollar, the fact that the parts person took the time to leave the parts dept. find the part, remove it, and gave to me is exceptional.

I had a good experience with the client advisor Elnaz (Joe) I worked with who stayed in touch with me and helped me work out a very favorable deal. Jennifer in finance was also super to deal with; I know getting me the finance deal I wanted wasn't nearly as easy as she made it look. The whole experience went as smooth and I could have hoped for. I needed to get a new car, and always having wanted a BMW, I went to Irvine BMW (since I live in Orange County) where I was told that even though I had good credit, it was too limited, so there was no way Id get approved for a car. They werent even willing to consider.I then went to BMW of Riverside where I was treated much differently from the beginning. They wanted to help me and were confident they could get me the car I wanted. They did! The sales person, Tim Burgess, even insisted I test drive the car when I already knew what I wanted. I ended up leasing a beautiful 3-series. The sales manager I worked with, Ty Gilbert, was exceptionally helpful, genuinely interested and caring, and was able to make me a great deal! They all stayed late to make sure I could get the car that same day. Another sales rep, Jamil, also helped and even stayed until past midnight in order to explain everything in the car before I drove it off the lot. I was very impressed!The only reason Im giving 4 stars for quality of work is because a couple of times Tim didnt know how to use their computer system which caused some delays.Overall, the service was exceptional. This was one the first time I purchased a new car from a dealership, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. BMW of Riverside made it happen for me! Ill be happy to come back.

Working with Mike Brenner was a pleasure. He quoted us the best deal. And he was very thorough in the pricing and payment options. However, we had to deal with another associate in the interim because he originally took our call and he was very sloppy. He didn't get the facts listed correctly and ended up confusing the listing for the buyer. Futhermore, this person never returned my calls, eventhough we've already visited the dealership and paid a deposit. We were just wanting to get information on the actual car build.Luckily, Mike took over our sale after some feedback given to the dealership. Mike was very forthcoming with information and periodic updates. He gave us all the details of the car build, it's arrival and when we came to pick it up, including all the neat features of the car. He really took time with us to acquaint ourselves with our newest family addition. He even set up both mine and my husband's bluetooth! We are very happy with our new car and our association with Mike.Unfortunately, the legacy with the previous associate continued for several months. The payment plan and associated mailings were sent to the wrong individual. Along with the license plates. It took me several weeks to retrieve them as I don't visit the erroneous address very often.

Everyone at BMW of Riverside was wonderful, from the sales person to the finance department. I've purchased numerous cars, and I have never received such excellent service. I had the best sales person ever!! He was so friendly and professional, and his knowledge of the vehicles was outstanding! They made it such a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone. I will NEVER buy a car from another dealership!

We just left with our brand new 528i with the M package! Pablo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to understand our needs and budget before bringing us an offer. He and the sales manager were very professional, fair in their pricing, and patient. It was the most positive experience we have had in a car dealership. Luxury cars with A-class service! We are going back in a few weeks to upgrade our 3 series. Go in and ask for Pablo!

Where do I begin... I just purchased my 3rd BMW and this is the dealer to go to! What keeps me coming back is the service, friendliness, and knowledgeable staff. They are never phony or try to pressure you in to buying something you don't want. I will continue to go to BMW of Riverside as long as possible... Love them!!

Starting with the purchase, I was shopping around and visited their location few times and have met many educated people. After the purchase, service is awesome, I feel like visiting this dealer just to greet the people who have helped me. In the service department Nick and Josh are always welcoming and helpful even when I visit without an appointment, they have always welcomed and serviced it ontime. The place is extremely well maintained and clean that my kids can't wait for the next visit. WiFi, coffee, background music and a work desk :) . Whenever the service cannot be done on time for some reason a loaner was always offered to me, thank you BMW of Riverside .

Best "car buying" experience I've ever had. I have purchased several cars over the years, and the BMW of Riverside was the best all around (hands down) dealer! Pablo was very knowledgeable. We (my wife and I) told him what we were looking for and he delivered. Jim Hutton (manager) was very professional and pleasant to work with as well. Jim pushed his team along and help expedite the sale. We were in and out within 3 hours and managed to get an amazing deal on an X5 as well. Then there was a gal named "C.C." (not sure how she spells it) in the finance department....she was a sweetheart! My wife and I could have gotten out of there about 30 minutes earlier, but we were actually pretty entertained by C.C. This is now my 3rd BMW from this dealership and they make you feel so special - Pablo was amazing and so much fun to work with and Dolan gave me options that I wasnt looking at in order to find the best car for me for the price I was paying, which I think is wonderful! I got an email from these guys about their 'Insane Pricing' deals thru March (they had the 328i on lease $189!!) Went in y'day to trade my X5 in for a newer car in any BMW model - My heart was still set on the x5 cuz I'm used to the space, but then hubby & I liked the 335i too, so we went in to survey the 'insane' pricing on the 335. Pablo listened to us carefully, clearly understood what we wanted, gave us some straight facts & ran us through our reasonable & practical options - NEAT Salesman indeed! He blew us away with the super-fuel-efficicent 335D (Diesel)- This would give us the power of an X5/X6 with the fuel economy & drive of (or better than) any Japanese sedan - and you'd pay far less than the X5/X6 - AMAZING!! The adrenaline was pumping hard & fast (not the car's, but ours!!), but again, I wanted more room, so we went on to see the X5s and from what Pablo correctly explained to us, these were off our budget (monthly payment of about $400-450max), unless we went for a CPO (certified pre-owned) X5 & that's when the magic started! He showed us a 2009 X5, Black-on-black just like we love, Fully loaded, Sports & Technology packaged, 34K miles, in mint condition & (Just when we thought it couldn't get any better) 3rd row seats! SWEET!!! He guided us through the whole process of getting our old car evaluated for the trade-in, got the new one detailed & sparkling-new, answered all our questions as we went through all the documentation & Voila - in just a few hours, we drove out in a gorgeous, smooth, shiny-new, posh-n-sporty CAR OF OUR DREAMS, without burning a hole in our pockets. I recently picked up a built to order X6 M from Roland Clark out at BMW Riverside, 44 miles from home. My local BMW dealership is less than a mile from where I work, but they simply didn't have Roland's customer service abilities nor his product kowledge.Roland was outstanding and covered the deal from start to finish over the phone. He constantly kept me informed with vehicle build status and shipping, and responded to my constant questions same day. He also went out of his way to find other ways to reduce the lease payment even after we already had a deal in writing. When it came to signing contracts, there were no finance people, no pushing products I didn't need, just Roland. A second BMW is now on order through Roland; that should speak for itself.

I had come to know about about Riverside BMW from a mutual friend who just bought a new 535I from Riverside BMW. This personal Friend spent about 3 to 4 wks calling around to different dealerships in the area for the best possible deal he could find and the guys at BMW riverside were the most aggressive and agreeable to deal with after his findings. These guys were down to earth guys.. Not trying to " sell me " so to speak. Sure they're in business to make a profit like all dealers of course but these guys were the best to deal with from all the dealerships I tried as well. I'm from San Diego and there are 7 dealerships locally. All of them in the end were honestly trying to rip me off. Only BMW riverside were the honest ones.. Jim Hutton and Pablo Hojberg were simply excellent to deal with. They gave me a very fair agressive deal that beat all the dealers my friend and I did try. I bought a 650I from their shop in the end. The dealership was wonderful to me. A nice gentleman name Larry (lawrence) Olson assisted me. He was not pushy; yet he was friendly. I ended up driving away with a great 2009 128i convertible in which I never thought I could. He gave we a great deal and worked with me trading in my old BMW. The car was certified pre-owned and has warranty until 2014. Although it is used, you would never know it. It was a great early birthday gift. The best part was after a few days, I noticed a loose thread on the convertible cover, and a bee in my third tail light, I took the car in and when I picked up the car, they gave me a brand newCover that I didn't expect. Their quality of work is by far magnificent. On top of all that, they gave me a 2011 335d to drive until its fix. I wannaAlso mention that Jose meza was the service guy that helped me. He kept me updated on my car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. No lemon cars here and great services. I drive an hour there and it was worth it . I originally went to dealerships in my area but ended up driving an hour to BMW Riverside because Pablo not only matched my other offers, he beat all of them, and with a smile. We had an excellent experience. We got the car we wanted, and I believe a very fair deal. When we picked up the car, he helped us get all the special features set and explained and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. So,I called when I had trouble fueling the car. It turns out that if the gas station has a nozzle that is bent from being dropped etc. it won't go in. I called and he had the answer for me,turn/rotate the nozzle slightly and it slips right in! Saved me! Thank you!

THIS REVIEW IS LONG, BUT READ IT. YOU WONT REGRET ITWe just purchased a new Space-grey, BMW X535d (sport, tech, and premium upgrades) from the BMW of Riverside dealership in December. I have never rated or posted a review on a single product or service in my life. That all changed the minute I stepped into this dealership. Prior to this, my dad had never considered BMW and we have never owned a BMW. As we pulled up in the parking lot, Mike approached us very graciously and humbly and our first-class treatment started before we could even set foot onto the floor room. Right away, we kicked it off and told him exactly what we were looking for and he brought us keys to the X5 and we went for a test drive. Let me just say that it was not only the best test drive experience I have ever had, but also the best costumer service I ever had. Something that was very refreshing after going to a Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, and Range Rover dealership, Mike was the most animated, most dedicated, and most humble car salesperson I have ever seen (and I have been to A LOT of dealerships). Unlike all the usual talk about wanting to get you a good deal, Mike seemed the most willing and the most knowledgable as to HOW to get a good deal. We had the honor and privilege of working with the Fleet Manager at the dealership (with the help of Mike) in order to get the best deal possible. Once again, I have never seen such amazing costumer service. After having to leave that day, the fleet manager, Rolland was in constant phone communication with me AND my dad in trying to get us the car we wanted. Right away, he was able to locate the car that was inbound to the dealership, brand new from the factory, and he started working on the numbers over the phone. Let me just say that Rolland and Mike worked extremely hard to get us the BEST deal I have ever seen for a car of this beauty. And it's not like they didn't have any other costumers. I visited the dealership 3 times in this process and saw at least a dozen people buying cars each time. I was just blown away by the service we got at the dealership. Rolland even drove up to our home three hours away to get the contract signed. Most of the other dealerships we went to never even called us back to follow-up with us, even when they said they would. Let me visit specifically some points as to why this is the dealership to go to if you haven't already been convinced. 1) Customer Service: Keep in mind that we had gone to Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, and Range Rover before coming to BMW (best for last I say). No where did we get such amazing service as we did at BMW of Riverside. Every dealer is trained to bring or offer you water and coffee and in order to make you feel "at home". What made our visit to BMW special is the unparalleled attention we received (I think I was asked if I wanted water at least 3 or 4 times by different people), and the humble and customer-oriented service. It appalls me how companies (and dealerships) preach that their customer service is the best, where in actuality that is the NOMRAL service a customer should get. The service we got at BMW of riverside was unparalleled. For once, we actually felt like we were at home, not there just for a business deal. That may sound corny to some of you, but trust me, when you experience it, that will be the dealership you will go to for the rest of your life. 2) Quality of Work: Undoubtedly five out of five stars. I would give six if I could. Mike and Rolland worked so hard and meticulously to earn our business with such refined business skills. Our paperwork was done with the utmost diligence and scrutiny (may I also add that I have never been out of a dealership faster with a new car and paperwork signed). When it was time to detail our car, it was done with the best serve I have ever seen. From the minute we stepped foot into the dealership until the time we left, every one conducted themselves with professionalism and courtesy. When Rolland had to come up to our place (three hours away) to get the contract signed, he came in a suit, just to get three signatures. Other dealers have also come to get contracts signed, never with so much professionalism. 3) Friendliness: You would think that you would have seen the best of the best already, having been to a lot of luxury car dealers. Nope. The friendliness of the staff (not just Mike and Rolland) was extremely vibrant. Everyone had a smile on their face and it was clear what their number one goal was: to make the customer happy. Every time I called or when we came to the dealership, we were greeted with warm welcomes; not the usual BS welcomes that you get that have a "lets make a deal" undertone to them. 4) Overall experience: Lets just say this. My dad, who never considered BMW before this (who I had to convince to try) is now BMW customer for life. Guaranteed. 5) Price and Product: Every one has different experiences, but the kind of efforts that were made to get us a good deal were amazing. Keep in mind we are talking about BMW, a very reputable company. They could have easily skipped over us and sold the car to the other dozen people there. That is the difference between this dealership and the others. Humility. From the beginning there goal was to make us happy and to earn our business. And they did. Let's just say we got a pretty NICE deal (sticker was 70k). My friends dad bought a Mercedes C350 (which was about 40-45k sticker) for the same financing period (72 months; and he put money down) and we are paying one hundred dollars LESS than them per month. You do the math. And we are talking about a fully-loaded X5 with the sports activity package upgrade, technology package upgrade, and premium package upgrade. To be honest with you though, this vehicle out did all its competitors (Mercedes ML and GL450,550 & Audi Q7 & Porsche Cayenne and the Range Rover) for us in the overall weight of luxury, performance, durability, handling, quality, size, and price. OVERALL: If you are looking for a BMW, or looking for a new car and are unsure of what to get, BMW of Riverside is beyond worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. They earned by business and that of my family for life. Mike, our salesperson was AMAZING and Rolland, the fleet manager who we worked the deal with, was UNPARALLELED. Every one has different experiences and tastes, but this dealership satisfied and exceeded every check point of our evaluation; I am sure it will do the same to yours. I traded in my 2008 BMW X5 for a new 2012 X5 at Riverside BMW. Although I lost quite a bit on my trade in value, I am very pleased with the newer model. Our salesperson, Joe Garcia, was very helpful during the process. It was late in the evening, but I did not feel rushed or pressured. He took his time and explained everything, and even found us boxes to transfer the junk from our older model to the newer one.As usual, the showroom was in excellent shape, extremely clean and immaculate. The beverage service and cookies in the waiting area were fully stocked, even for that late in the evening. The overall experience was great. I recommended my neighbor who is in the market for a new car.

In our recent purchase of our X5, we contacted several BMW dealers. What eventually brought us to Riverside which is 50 miles away from our home is their excellent service and their friendless to customers' concerns and questions. We were offered a free pickup service since we live so far away and don't have to drive two cars on the way back. After Roland demoed carefully on the keyfeatures of our new X5, he even gave us his cell phone and encourage us to call him back if we have questions later. In all, we are very satisfied with this dealer. If we ever decide to have next car purchase a BMW, we most likely will come to Riverside again.

Recent travels brought me to Riverside, CA for a week or so. Knowing a BMW 3 Series was an upcoming purchase, I stopped by the local dealership, just to look - at first. I took a test drive and was given a thorough presentation of the vehicle by the most knowledgeable sales consultants (Pablo) I have ever encountered. Having shopped a few BMW Dealers local to my home in Atlanta, I decided to purchase my 328i from BMW Riverside. The service was top notch, staff was knowledgeable beyond expectations, and they were able to work me a deal I couldn't find anywhere else. Their follow-up has also exceeded my expectations. BMW Riverside called to see if I had any questions and to make sure the car is meeting my expectations. Overall - I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience.

I shopped multiple BMW dealerships before choosing BMW Riverside. In essence, BMW's are BMW's. Sure the prices and options differ slightly, but its people that made the biggest difference in my mind. I worked with Roland Clark throughout the shopping and sales process. He was highly responsive, up front and honest to the letter, and just a joy to work with. Probably most impressive was the fact that he did a walk around my new car and found a flaw that I didn't even see. He called it to my attention and said they'd pick up the car and fix it. Very impressive. I also met with Tye Gilbert (sales manager) who was a class act as well. I couldn't recommend BMW Riverside any higher.

I actually had purchased my X5 from BMW of Riverside in August of '09, but that sales experience was excellent. Larry Winkler worked with me to special order a car that had the options that I wanted, rather than just trying to stuff me into something that they had in stock. They didn't even require a deposit from me, and the price they gave me was extremely competitive.Fast forward 2 years later (now): I came in to the dealership to see about obtaining an accessory that should have been in the car when I bought it, but had been omitted somehow; a Smart Phone Integration cable. I spoke to Jim Hutton and explained the situation to him, and Jim directed me to Efrain Ruiz in the parts department. Based on the information I provided and a bit of research Efrain discovered that the part should indeed have been included with the car 2 years ago. With Jim Hutton's approval they ordered the part for me free of charge, and gave my husband a free T-shirt! Now this is really bending over backwards for a customer, I think. I didn't go in demanding anything, and to be honest I really didn't think I was going to get this cable 2 years later for free, even though it should have been there. But they didn't hesitate to take the steps to keep me a happy customer. Excellent experience with BMW of Riverside!

This is my fifth new BMW purchase from BMW of Riverside. They have always been courteous, helpful, and not pushy with the sale. They go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and to find you the perfect car, whether they have it or have to bring it in from 100 miles away. Whenever I've had a problem with my cars they have always made every effort to fix the problem as fast as possible and provide a loaner car until they get it right.Pablo is the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. I called him to tell him that I might be interested in purchasing a new car, and by the time I got to the dealership that evening he had found the perfect 535i and had it waiting for a test drive. He makes it a pleasure to buy a car every time and knows the answer to any question about the car that you can think of off the top of his head.Based on my experience buying and servicing BMWs in two other states before I moved to California I can tell you that not every BMW dealership is the same. BMW of Riverside is a step above the rest.

I recently purchased a limited availability BMW (1M Coupe ~ 800 total for the US) through BMW of Riverside. I called many dealers in March 2011 when this car was released for sale and many treated me very poorly, only wanting to take my deposit money and would not commit to a price until a later date. Some even would not let anyone put a deposit down, and instead said the cars would go to the highest bidder once they arrived. When I called Joe Garcia, he was very up front with me about the allocation process, his availabilty for my needs, and we settled on a configuration and a fair price on the first call. Over the next few months, everything Joe and I agreed upon came true and he even hooked me up with European Delivery (which I understand many dealers would not entertain on this car...due to the extra work). It is now October and I just came back from Europe where I picked up my new 1M Coupe -- configured exactly how I wanted it, delivered when I wanted it, and at a price that was one of the fairest I have heard of for this limited car.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership, and in particular Joe Garcia, for anyone who is looking for a new BMW.

I bought my first BMW which turned out to be a total nightmare running one problem into another and costly repairs 4 months later. The dealership offered to buy this vehicle back and to get me another one and so we did. So far so good. I think i got a great car and i am 100% happy. I am very pleased with the way they handled my complaint and the attention they showed to detail. When other dealerships treat their clients bad and without respect, BMW of Riverside is by far the friendliest and highest in customer satisfaction that is hard to find. They will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% happy before you leave their door. Their employees are very friendly, positive, professional and always acknowledge your presence. From the general management to sales/service managers or sales/finance personel, they all do a great job. Special thanks to Chuck, Tye and Mr Naso for taking care of my situation. I am very satisfied and i will continue being a loyal customer of BMW of Riverside. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to co-workers, friends and family members

Took my vehicle to BMW Riverside for service. Was informed that my vehicle needed a fuel filter replacement and fuel injection cleaning! Paid for two diagnosis to figure this out! Before paying the $760 for the work, I asked "How sure are you this will fix the problem? I dont want to pay almost $800 and not have a working vehicle." I was told by Tim Burgess, "I am 100% sure this will fix the problem." Paid the money took vehicle home and that same day had the same exact problem! Had to get it towed back to BMW RIVERSIDE, and next day was told the vehicle had bad gasoline! They flushed the tank, and returned it to me a day later! A few hours after picking it up went to fill up my tank and noticed gasoline pouring "not dripping" out from under the vehicle! Drove it back and was told there was a seal not placed properly on the fuel pump that they checked in the second diagnosis! Was called back next day told that all the problems are fixed and my vehicle was again ready. Picked it up and what do you know! Check engine light comes on just a few hours after they had it! This time they keep the car for 4 days! And call me telling me to pay them $2600 to fix the problem! This main problem was not recognized in the original two diagnosis! BMW of Riverside has put me through absolute hell! Ive missed work, school, money, and time! I can honestly say they have no idea what they are doing, and they are crazy to think I would hand them over $2600 and fill confident that they would fix the issue! Like Tim and Mike said, they are 100% sure they fixed the problem. Now what!

We had previously visit another dealer and we were ready to sign the contract. We seen a newer car within our price range at BMW of Riverside. From the time I called and spoke to Pablo we felt the excellent service. Pablo went beyond his scope of work to help us get our vehicle. His knowledge and superb customer service was the reason we purchase our vehicle. Even after the contract was signed he still took time to explain a few things on the vehicle that would be important to us. CC in Finance was also excellent in helping us deal with our credit union. We would are very great full and would refer the BMW of Riverside to all our friends and family.

We purchased a new 20008 135i from this dealer and the sales and service experience was great. We just purchased a 2012 X5 35i. We had to order it since we were perticular on the options. It came in on schedule and the delivery process went without a hitch. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and glad to help.

Did not purchase my 328i at this particular dealership but used the dealership for my car servicing need. One would think as a BMW owner that the best and most consistent service would be offered at most of the dealerships. NOT SO, The customer service experience is poor. The service representatives at this particular dealership are a horrible representation of what BMW promises to give their customers. I find the service representatives to be stuck up and rude. They talk down to their clients and do not treat you with hospitality. One representative that I frequently dealt with was Reed Chapman. He has a prideful, haughty and unreassuring attitude. He's a know it all for the most part and does not treat the customer with kindness. I would go else where and avoid this particular representative.

I had a very good buying experience with BMW of Riverside. I first went in there to get an idea of what I wanted and Chris was the first sales associate who helped me out. Even though I told him that I wasn't ready to buy that day, he still took his time with me to help me understand my options. My next visit was 2 weeks later. Because Chris was busy with another client, John took care of me. He was very helpful as well. He helped me make the best decision in choosing the right car for my me and my needs. Jim (sales manager) gave me a price that I couldn't refuse. I called in other locations to compare prices and they were not even able match the deal. Overall I got a great deal along with great customer service. You cannot go wrong with BMW of Riverside. They have a great staff, and they have my business for life. I would recommend this BMW dealership to anybody.

The employees are so friendly and always acknowledge your presence. They go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied before you exit their doors. We live an hour & 15 min. ***UPDATE: Upon posting this review, Mr. Hughes (service director) got in contact with me and and offered to do whatever he has to to try to resolve my issues. He assured me that they made changes to the way they run things internally, part of which includes implementation of better quality control. I decided to give them another chance. So far, I am very satisfied with the results. I am withholding giving them a 5 star rating for now because I want to wait and see if whatever changes they implemented will result in sustained quality control. As I said before, they are very polite and courteous people and it pained me to write a negative review. Hopefully the changes they implemented will allow me to redact my review in its entirety and write a positive 5-start one.***I am only commenting on the service division of the dealership. I have no experience with sales, so I will not comment on it.To their credit, their customer service is good. The staff is very polite and courteous. But, that only masks a VERY SERIOUS problem. The work they did on my car is an abomination. They show no attention to details. I've had to return to the dealership multiple times to get simple issues resolved. I wish I could say this was a one time mishap... but I can't. I constantly have some sort of issues with their service and had to take it back/call them to get it rectified. Here are a few examples of their utter carelessness. -Around a year ago, my check engine light came on. Upon diagnosis, they determined it to be related to the vanos solenoids. They replaced them and billed me ~$800. I had CPO warranty and they flat out told me that this wasn't covered, despite visiting them a couple of times asking them to double check. In fact, they told me to take it up with BMW NA. When I called them, they said they stand behind whatever their dealerships say, but I was welcome to get a second opinion. I then took the car to Crevier BMW, where the service adviser offered to check Riverside's work and look into the warranty issue as a courtesy. After some confusion, they concluded that this should've been covered. Finally, my plight reached the higher ups at Riverside BMW and Charles Hughes, the service director at riverside contacted me and resolved this issue by refunding what they owed me. I've had a few minor problems in the past with them, but this was a major one, and despite having wasted my time and gas running around trying to get this resolved, due to Mr. Hughes' courtesy, I decided to give Riverside the benefit of the doubt and decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. - Another issue arose a few months ago when I had them replace my windshield, fix a service bulletin issue with the transmission, and replace the blower assembly (for which, they had to take the entire dash and center console apart). These (except for the windshield) were again covered by the CPO warranty. NONE of these were done properly. There was glue on the sides that wasn't cleaned properly. Loose screws left on the dash, the e-brake assembly not put back properly, the power socket trim for the passengers not secured properly, and the transmission was still shifting roughly. The e-brake problem posed a very serious safety problem. Of course, after a few more visits, SOME of these issues were resolved more or less.The final nail on the coffin came last week. This was when I took it in because the iDrive system told me that my engine oil level was low. while I was at it, I asked them to replace the seatbealt buckle stopper button for the driver's seat belt, and look into the shifting issue and the windshield glue again. When i went to pick up the car, they ONLY adjusted the transmission and put on the button (which they charged me $50 for, something Crevier offered to do it for free). Despite me asking them if the oil had been topped off, they didn't even look at it. I found another long loose screw on my center console AGAIN.Another trip went by again, where they addressed the engine oil issue and the windshield glue issue, sort of. There is still some glue on the edges and it bugs me. Again, to be fair, after shooting out an email to Mr. Hughes, he responded, and we talked, but couldn't reach.. an agreement I guess. He offered to have one of his staff pick up the car, give me a loaner and fix the issues. While that will save me time, gas being ~$5/gallon, it isn't going to save me any money.I've Given BMW of Riverside plenty of chances and have been disillusioned by my experience there.It would be my most sincere advice to stay away from them unless you are a steadfast fan of the cookies the put out in the waiting lounge.

I have done lots of online research on the model, price and etc.This is the only place which can meet all my requirements. The price is awesome and all the people in the dealer are really polite and ease going.I bought this car in 1 day and really a great deal. Great guys, professional, and they make buying so easy and hassle free. No long arguments, no pushing and switching sales staff, straigh to the point with best deal. After sales no hurry to get you in the car and going. They explained everythign and then made sure we understood it all. Took our calls 3 days later and went through more detail, then called back again to see how we enjoyed our new BMW.100% satisfied.

I brought my car for service in Nov. 2009. The battery would not keep a charge. I was sold another battery. In Nov. 2010, I went back for the same problem. car was kept for 3 days. I was told nothing was wrong with car or battery. As soon as I got it home, the same thing happened. I am still having the problem to this day. No help from dealer.

To Whom It May Concern:This letter is to provide feed back on how the auto service at BMW of Riverside treats their customers:On December 14, 2010 I brought my new 2010 BMW 528i into the auto service to fix the front bumper after it sustained damage from colliding with the parking lot bumper. After set up an appointment two week prior, and talking to the advisor two days prior, the Advisor Darin at BWM at Riverside told me that I will get a car loan for one week (with 200 miles a day maximum). But when I came in, Darin told me that I can only loan the care for one day instead of the one week that was promised to me. When I asked him why you did not tell me this two days ago when I called in to confirm, he said that the BMW rule has changed THIS MORNING because the rate at Enterprice has increased to $79 a day. Next week I rent a car for my wife at the Enterprice Rent a Car for a Calldilac for $ 30 da day. I feel that I should have been notified in advanced so that I would not have to change my plans. I expected that I would receive a courtesy rental for one week, but ended up only getting a courtesy rental for only one day. While I do understand that policies may change, I am not happy about the way in which I was treated. I felt that the service Advisor Darin did not care about me as a customer. When I wanted to cancel the repair, Darin insisted that the bumper was already ordered and painted and that I would be billed for $900.When I talked to the Service Manager at BMW of Riverside and tried to explain my disappointment with the service, he basically told me the following: You have two choices: One, leave the car here and bring back tomorrow or Two, bring the car back some other time. (Basically, Take it or go home). He did not take the time to listen to what I had to say, and did not care about my frustrations regarding the situation. As my family and I have owned BMWs previously, we are use to a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Therefore, I was truly disappointed by how I was treated. My wife takes her Mercedes to Walters Mercedes and receives phenomenal customer service. When I purchased my new BMW, I expected a similar level of service. I was planning on purchasing another 3 series SUV from BMW of Riverside, however, I may have to rethink my decision considering the service that was provided to me. I should tell my friends, my co-workers, Mercedes Walters at Riverside, Business Service Beaureau about how the Service Department at BMW Riverside treat the customer and ignored the feed back. Updated:11-19-10 After getting a response for BMW of Riverside about my concerns and issues I decided to give them a call and set up a time to talk to a Chuck Hughes and wow what a difference one person can make. He was able to listen to my concernes and problems and without the typical "sorry nothing we can do for you" which you get at just about every other dealership, and help me in takeing care of the issues at hand. If I only would have got a hold of him right of the bat I feel everything would have been better. I have a completely different view of BMW of Riverside and will definitly be bringing all my future business to them and I also recomend you do the same thing if you are in the hunt for a BMW. Just talk to Chuck and I can gurantee he will not only have an answer for you but will be able to help you out in any way possible. Even though things went down the way they did you cant let one or two people ruin the way you feel about a product or business which is kind of what happened to me at first but i have since seen the light and now all I can say is definitly give BMW of Riverside a chance. I bought a new 2010 M3 and everything was fine untill they got my money. Once I had to come in for my first service everything went down hill. First I drive 50 miles to not only purchase the vehicle but also have it serviced and I drop it off first thing and sit there all day till at least 2 or 3 PM for something as simple as a oil change, crazy! Second I am in such a rush to get out of there and figuring BMW would take care of my car I left without doing my usuall walk around the car as I always do before entering my car anywhere I go, and wouldnt you know once I get home I notice a chip and scratch along the front driver wheelwell on the body. Of course when I contact them about its not there problem and they dont want to hear anything. Third I barely drive the car and within the frist 2500 miles 2 of my tires get leaks, thinking BMW would take of me I have the car towed out there. Not only would they not help me out in any way they didnt even have any tires in stock so I had to leave the car overnight especially since the car doesnt even come with a spare, and wouldnt you know they give me a loaner car thats a Ford Focus WOW!!! I leave them a $85,000 car and they loan me a Ford Focus which I had to pay for gas in, when I could have just bought the tires at my local tire shop, which I ended up paying $500 a piece for tires I drove 2500 miles on. I spoke with some so called manager but he thought I shouldnt have a problem and thats all acceptable, well not in my book.

I had the pleasure of buying from Riverside BMW. From the start they were all friendly and helpful,and I got an AWESOME deal on a dream vehicle 2010 X6 M. They went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure my visit and experience was a happy one and they succeeded!! I highly recommend a trip to see them...Oh did I forget to mention I drove 70 miles for this car and they made it well worth the trip!!

Riverside BMW is simple the most customer focused dealer there is. Everyone one from the sales representatives to the service advisor is friendly and helpful. I have owned several German cars and never come across a dealer that stood behind their product like Riverside BMW. I look forward to buying from them again in the future.

Melissa, who is the assistant to the GM was extremely professional and nice. I still do not know if I will lease my 3rd car through BMW of Riverside yet, but the fact that Melissa was so nice gives them a glimmer of hope.

What a positive experience working with Riverside BMW! Everyone I came into contact with at this dealership was informed, polite and respectful. I received prompt service over the internet. Roland Clark really worked with me to give me the car I wanted at a fair price. He was easily available by phone and internet. He had my car ready for me within 24 hours and Candice Hagen assisted me in getting from the train station to the dealership! Much appreciated. The dealership held to the price they quoted me online - no surprises. The car was ready for me when I arrived. The dealership is lovely and a pleasure to spend time at. The finance manager, CC Lasrades was courteous and helpful. Roland Clark took the time to explain all the features on the car so I was knowledgeable before I left the lot. I drove home to San Diego feeling satisfied with the buying experience for a wonderful car. I received a follow-up call from Roland Clark the next day to make sure I had gotten home safely, see how the car was working and to answer any questions. An excellent experience from start to finish at Riverside BMW!

People aren't stupid Bmw of Riverside. Buyers know eventually if they got a good deal or not since there are over one million bmw drivers out there just on the 3 series. Maybe BMW Riverside should try to stop ripping people off and try the honest approach once in their life so you won't end up with ratings like the ones I am giving you.It is sad to know that I have bought 4 bmws in three years and my fifth bmw had to be from BMW of Riverside with payments that does not even make sense whether you have good credit or not. I have over 720 credit score and I also have a porsche and a maserati .. purchased and not leased. I have bought one or two cars every year for the last five years and I have to say that BMW of Riverside has the worst prices and the worst and dishonest business practices.Person to person service is just okay, but good luck trying to make a deal which will eventually take over five hours just to buy a car from them. They ask you for the prices you want on the car, so you give it to them, and when they come back after they speak with their 'manager,' they come back with ridiculous prices that came out of space. It was no where near the prices I had quoted or they had quoted over the phone before I got to the dealer.

UPDATE 2/18/2010: Since posting this review, BMW of Riverside DID contact me to resolve the issue. Melissa Marini, Assistant to Tom Naso, contacted me via phone and email. They agreed to replace my tire free of charge, deliver the vehicle to me, and included a gift card. It's unfortunate that I had to use the internet as a means of getting justice, but clearly persistence pays off. As a consumer - do what you have to do so that you are not strong-armed! I appreciate that BMW of Riverside finally agreed to resolve the MANY issues I encountered with them, but am still disappointed that I had to go to such great measures to get results.I advise you to heed warning, and closely read the reviews of the others. Today was again another unfortunate experience. It started in '08 when I bought my 328i. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door - at 5pm. I called beforehand, (I buy a lot of cars, I know the drill) asked if any of the models equivalent to the model offered in the leasing special were available, and was advised they had "several". An appointment was set for 5pm.We arrived on time. We were greeted by some woman from the marketing department. She went through some sales pitch, and 30 minutes later we were still waiting for a salesman. I was ready to leave when he finally arrived.Paulo was professional, curteous, and to the point. He's the only reason I stayed. I told him what I was looking for, and naturally I was led to the 500's, a larger engine, etc. Ended up it was because they didn't have the car I wanted. SHOCKER! We spent an hour driving around Riverside to their "overflow" lots, and they didn't have a single one. (Come to think of it, wouldn't they have just been capable of looking at a list of inventory instead of making us drive around all night?)After a good hour, I was advised they had a car with 600 miles on it they could sell at the price-point I was looking for, and that it qualified for their lease special. Wa-hoo! So the back/forth began with pricing. Seeing as my husband had 10+ years experience as a car salesman, we knew what to look for. (Their lease specials forget to advise that there is close to $4,000 in tax, title and license fees you have to cough-up, albeit I was prepared. Look for the fine print!)So round and round we went. After putting $4,500 down on my base 328i, my payment was $550/month. Were they nuts? I BOUGHT a Hummer for $41,000, paying less than that a month, with $800 down vs. $4,500 down, and this was a lease? Insanity! So I got up to leave - I didn't want to play the games. Then came the, "So what price were you looking to pay?" After 30 more minutes, my payment magically reduced to $430/month. What a joke! Come to find out my payment should have been about $60 less a month because of the large down-payment I made.So I'm ready to sign on the dotted line. I'm ready to walk out the door with my new car. You know how it is... The feeling of instant gratification. You part with 4K+, you want your baby NOW! Then WHOOAAA... Here it comes! So after I sign on the dotted line, it ends up the car I want to lease can't be leased. Apparently it has too many miles. Huh?So magically, (and I mean MAGICALLY) it ends up they have a car just like it being delivered the next day. Isn't it ironic no one knew this HOURS ago, when I was told repeatedly they didn't have the car I was looking for and should just buy a more expensive one? I'm told they will deliver it and everything. So I buy. It's now after 9pm.My car gets delivered the next day. Lo and behold, it doesn't have the options I purchased. No bluetooth - being my biggest concern. I have to hire an attorney to get the car I paid for, and threatened non-payment for breach of contract. Only THEN, (3 days later) did they agree to send someone out to install a seperate unit, because doing it factor would "cost too much", and they'd "lose money on the car". That's my problem HOW? These people were violent and VILE! And ironically, the finance manager played stupid, alleging this was never an option on the car, however I had a 30 minute conversation with him that night about his wife, her car, and how that was her favorite feature.It never ends. Today I got a flat, and Rebecca from service said it was covered under 50K miles, NO FEE, only to get it towed there and find out it's $213.84. I called to advise what had transpired, and Ted, the Service Manager, insisted the conversation didn't occur. After repeating in verbatum, (seeing as this woman had this SAME conversation with my husband and his assistanct) he finally apologized profusely, being "embarassed". He promised to make it up to me, begging for another opportunity to rectify things. So I hung-up to realize my car was 14 miles across town with a flat, and asked that they return it. But of course the kind words turned into verbal abuse, and now it's "MY PROBLEM".I even called BMW North America to file a complaint. A rep called their dealership personally from corporate to ask that they return the car and they refused. Moral? Their mistakes = YOUR problem!Stay away if you're smart! This will be a never-ending nightmare for you.

I have for the last 15+ years purchase cars from Porsche, Mercedes and Infiniti. The experience I had with my first BMW purchase is nothing short of outstanding. I felt that Tye, Chris and Roland (sales) were only concerned about my needs and wants... not about making a quick sell. They were knowledgeable, helpful to the extreme and willing to spend as much time as I cared to abuse. At the end of the day, I ended up with the new BMW I wanted, new friends, and more important...a great and pleasant experience. As the icing on the cake, the price for the car was great and fair.I will buy again from Riverside BMW and highly recomment them.

Having the worst luck with car dealers. Even in this severe recession they are greedy and trying to screw you when you would think they would want to make an honest, ethical deal and gain a customer for life. I made a visit to Riverside BMW just yesterday. The salesman was very nice and took all the time in the world to help me and answer my questions. That part was great! When I sat down to talk lease payments is when the experience went south quick. ok, a 2010 BMW m6 with a sticker price of $114,000 they came up with $5,000.00 down payment and my trade in which I am upside down on according to them is $2,797.00 PER MONTH for 36 months on a LEASE!!! And I have perfect credit! That comes out to $105,692.00 to basically rent this car for 3 years, a $114,000.00 car. OUTRAGEOUS!!!! You can go to leasetrader.com and the BMW m6 varies from $1,100.00 per month up to $1,500.00 and there is only 1 for $1,800.00 per month. The whole point of a lease is to pay down the depreciation plus interest.. Perhaps they think I was looking to lease a Bentley? AMAZING, PAGE 1 of this site is all 5 star reviews, page 2 is mostly 1 star reviews of similar experiences. Im guessing the 5 star reviews aren't genuineGO ELSEWHERE

I have now purchased my 6th car from the sales team BMW of Riverside. For Christmas I traded in my wifes 325ci for a 2010 528I, she had no idea she was getting it until she opened her presents Christmas day, with the car delivered to the driveway that morning. This dealership is one of a kind, from walking in the front door to driving away, the customer service is awesome. Pablo gives a demonstration like no other of the features and driving capabilities of the vehicles. The sales team makes the experience effortless and stress free without the high pressure sales tactics, as your typical car dealership does. Cici in finance made the paperwork a breeze while thoroughly explaining the terms of the contract. Thanks to the Pete and Danny, I was able to get a set of wheels, that catch your eye, without breaking the bank. Including some additional features I wanted. Chuck runs a great service department that had the car in and out with the new wheels and extra options, without any delay. Along, with Jana Malone who schedules appointments in a cheerful and efficient manner. I enjoy stopping in and referring all my friends and family to this dealership. I have been in Customer Service for over 30 years and I have owned 2 Mercedes,1 Nissan and 1 Pontiac however my last two cars have been BMW 7 series and the ride and comfort is outstanding. The service department is very easy to work with and always exceeds my expectations.After having a routine brake service our car had a few small dents on the roof between the sunroof and windshield. I worked with the service rep without questions they accepted responsibility and had the dents fixed. This is total ownership and certainly exceeded my expectations. You can not find this kind of customer CARE at just any dealership. IT IS EVIDENT ON ANY SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.They provide what I call Principles for Excellence: Service Commitment Ownership Teamwork and Ethical Behavior.

I had my 2006 330 serviced for a fluid leak which turned out to be a sealing sleeve for the transmission. I was just outside my warranty but John Horgan, my service adviser, honored the warranty anyway. He also set me up with a loaner at no charge and finished the job while I was at work. After the technician replaced the sleeve and test drove the vehicle he found out the transmission pan was leaking and replaced that as well. After work I picked up my vehicle which they had washed inside and out and drove it home. I was very impressed and plan on being a loyal customer because of the quality of service they provide. I have been a customer of BMW of Riverside for my entire driving career, over 23 years and have owned 7 BMW's, all from BMW of Riverside. Additionally I have always serviced my vehicles with BMW of Riverside. I have found the entire staff of this dealership 100% committed at all times to my complete satisfaction and can honestly say that I have in all cases been more than pleased with the level of professionalism and high quality of service I've received. There are a lot of exciting makes of automobiles, BMW of course being one of them, but frankly I could not imagine buying any other as I couldn't imagine a better sales and service experience being available anywhere else as I have experieinced at BMW of Riverside.Sincerely,Brad S. The service I have recieved at BMW of Riverside has been excellent. My first expierience was buying a 530i (2006). The sales person was informative and helpful. I now have an M5 (2006) which has been exclusivly serviced at BMW of Riverside. Tim Burgess has been a standout in every way. Tim is knowledgable and has always provided the highest level of service for all of my needs. I recently was hit in the rear end. Tim was there for me, helping me connect with BMW of Riverside's repair shop. Tim took ownership of my problem to the point that I thought that BMW of Riverside was going to be doing the repair. I didn't realize until later that Tim has connected me with the body shop that does BMW of Riverside's repair work. Tim has taken the time to get to know me and my family. I had been searching for the perfect 328 Series for several weeks and had been to every BMW dealership from Palm Springs, to Thousand Oaks, to Mission Viejo. After test driving numerous BMW's and experiencing numerous salesman who were not knowledgeable or appeared not to care, I was lucky enough to have finally met Steven Auerswald. Steven was attentive and knowledgeable and listened more than he talked. He found exactly what I was looking for and I have been extraordinarily pleased with all his follow up to ensure every step of the transaction was met to my satisfaction.I had been a loyal Long Beach BMW customer having purchased 4 new or certified BMW's over the past 12 years. I bought my 2008 328i at a great price. In fact when I called other dealerships to see if they could match the price, they couldn't. Best of all I negotiated the price with Chris right over the phone. Everyone was really great to work with. I had a problem when I brought my car home. I noticed there were some scratches on the bumper. I spoke with the GM and he said 'Don't worry, we'll fix it' and they did. I would definitely recommend this dealer for their great prices and good customer service.

I was in the market for pre-owned 5-series (an upgrade from my 2000 328I). I researched, called and visted several BMW dealrships from San Diego to LA. After concluding my research and visits of BMW dealerships, my wife and I stopped by BMW of Riverside. Sal, my sales associate was very knowledgable, professional and answered all of our questions. Sal stayed with us from start to finish, personally taking us through financing, etc. also ensuring our "new" car was clean with new floor mats. Cece, the finance guru explained everything in detail. Very friendly and professional staff. There was one minor problem with our front seats, but before we drove off the lot, an appointment was made to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. I have also dealt with the service department and I have say....Rebecca is wonderful!! She is so patience, polite and a knowledgable professional. Amy, my service advisor is excellent. She called to inform me that my part had been received and an to ask when would be a convienent time for my service appointment. Before we decided to vist BMW of Riverside, I read all reviews on this and other sites. Unfortunately they don not paint a pretty picture, but my wife and I went in with an open mind, and we are very glad we did. Overall my experience was, and continues to be excellent with BMW of Riverside. I would reccommend this dealership to a family member or friend.

I live in the metro-Detroit area. Since the beginning of 2009, BMW has been running a very aggressive lease program on the 2008 BMW M3 to clear out its inventory before the 2010 refresh hits. I was about the pull the trigger on a FULLY loaded e93 M3 (M3 convertible with MSRP of $79K), but it lacked an automatic transmission. Because I wanted to avoid compromising on this, I started searching for vehicles on autotrader.com. It is Sunday so the only dealerships that are open are in California (I am unaware of the reason for this). I shoot an email over to Tanya Tague over at BMW of Riverside about a $74K automatic e93 M3 explaining that I already have an amazing deal and I'm willing to pay something similar for a less loaded car because it supposedly has the auto transmission. About 3 hours later she emails me that "Our sales manager AJ Huxhold has been trying to contact you about the deal. Please call him as soon as possible."So naturally I think this guy wants to make a deal. I am already approved by BMW Financial Services and so ready to make a deal right then, that second. Just respect me enough to give me a somewhat reasonable deal and you're got my deposit, I think to myself. Right when I start talking to AJ I realize they guy has a few screws missing. 2 minutes in, out of nowhere, he asks me if I want to export the LEASE out of the country. And he asks if I am involved in some kind of devious M3 export ring. What the heck is this guy talking about? Oh I get it... I have a Middle Eastern name, although I have no accent (born in the US), this guy automatically assumes I'm sending this LEASE (which has to be returned in 3 years mind you) to Afgahnistan or something. Well, who needs the Department of Homeland Security watching the border when you're got car dealer extraordinaire AJ Huxhold making sure I don't export BMW M technology to the Germans. On a more serious note - I happen to know that people purchase cars and have them shipped to other states in the Union very, very regularly (it usually has to do with a cheaper price or an available option). I also told him the exact reason I was calling Cali - because only California dealerships are open on Sunday and I want to try to get an automatic as I am about to send my deposit and close on the other deal on Monday. I'm aware there is a non-export contract that people sometimes sign (all people, not just Arab-Americans) when buying cars, but why bring this up in the middle of our discussion about the car's options? The most ironic thing is that AJ himself has an accent. Moving on...Next the guy refuses to send me any of the options, MSRP, or other details about the car we're discussing. This is after 3 phone calls asking him to immediately send this info for my review please. Each time he says he will do it "immediately".In the meantime, during our multiple phone discussions over about 3 hours, he tries to claim that the money factor on my particular lease is .00015 higher because I'm not a returning BMW leasee. I know this is an outright lie (source: leasecompare.com) so I politely ask that he email a copy of the memo from BMW Financial Services claiming that. He claims that his dealership does not have a scanner and he is unable to comply with my request. He then backtracks and corrects himself a bit although he still raises the MF by 0.00007. I ignore this because I really want that supposedly automatic transmission. I'll let this guy have the $500 bucks off that sneaky move I say to myself.Next, after AJ goes incommunicado for about 1 hour (during which time I am still waiting for all the car's options so I can calculate the car's invoice price), I call his number very miffed. Why did this guy have his agent send me that email if he didn't think he could deal? I had sent all the info and options about my deal in the original email. If the guy didn't want to match the price or even reasonably approach it ( on his vehicle that is 5K cheaper), then don't send an email stating that "he's trying to contact [you] about the deal"So eventually this guy realizes I know how to compute the price of a lease (using MSRP, cap rate, money factor and residual) and gives up the charade about having some semblance of honesty or ethics. He tells me that California isn't feeling the recession (false: California has the second highest unemployment rate in the US) and that he can sell his seven 2008 M3s for much more than I am willing to pay. Interesting...if that is true, why are they sitting on your showroom floor costing you thousands of dollars a month in flooring costs? We are currently halfway to the 2010 model year which will likely refresh the car and destroy the value of his beautiful, unsold M3s. Finally, he tells me the M3 I'm interested in isn't even an automatic (likely a lie). He does the whole, "oh let me check", but really just cups his hand over the receiver and counts to 30. He then confirms that the M3 is "unfortunately"

Do your self a favor and stray clear of this dealership, they are crooks. I bought a certified pre owned 5 series and it has been in the shop more in the 5 weeks I have owned it, than on the road. The latest incident has a $6,000 bill attached to it and the are telling me that it is not there problem, and I need to report it to my insurance. They can not tell me what has caused all the damage, only that they are not responsible for the damage. I am sick to my stomach with BMW, I met with the GM about the car, sent emails to corporate, which they replied that since the dealership is privately owned they cannot get involved (though had it been a new BWM I purchased, they would be happy to investigate things.)I have filed a greevance with the Bureau of Automotive repair, and the Better Business Bureau and am awaiting they're response. The salesman who sold it to me assured me that they would stand behind their product, but I have yet to see anything of the sort. He did tell me that business is slow, and since money is tight, the dealership would do anything to keep from taking a loss on the vehicle. At this point I am going to take their advice and report it to my insurance company, and ask only that another dealership does the work on the vehicle, at which point I will file legal action against the dealership for the damages. I have spoke with another dealerships service mgr and he says this is typical practice from BMW of Riverside, and that they have been in trouble before for selling lemons and then not making good on them. If you have any questions or are even thinking of possibly purchasing a vehicle from them DON'T, the bitter taste of bad service will last much longer than the notion of a good price..... This dealer is located over 100 miles from my home, but we consistently return here to purchase our vehicles and for major service to our vehicles, despite the fact we live within 5 miles of Valencia BMW. We have purchased or leased 9 vehicles from this dealer and continue to refer them to friends and family.

Don't go here! they are scam artists! make sure you read the contract at the end because they sucker you in, and then try to make more money at the end by adding "things you need" like protection kit, etc... They should really understand that they could have potential to be on higher grounds, but they are really the lowest of the low.When we tried to refuse the extra add ins on the end, the financial lady started to get very condascending, and rude and very pushy. they make you feel like you don't have a choice. In the beginning pretending you are family, only to find out that they turn the tables on you when it comes to stripping you out of your money.DON"T TRUST THEM! BUYER BEWARE!

this is true story! this is a place of con-artists! They tried to con us, and con the people even before us. It was unbelievable experience. They really try to trick you. You must make sure you look at the contract at the end, because that is when they try to change it up on you. Don't fall for it! They pretend to offer you the best deal. They even have 4 people playing good cop bad cop. Gamg up on you, pressure you & even get mad and angry if you don't want to spend more money!. Truley the worst place ever. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER RECOMMEND BMW TO ANYONE> AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.

i took my 3 series in for inspection II. The cost was 600$ which i agreed to as i thought this included sparkplug service. It turns out that inspection II for a 2001 330 consists of an oil change and 1 filter replacement. Not to mention that the supervisor said he would get back to me with information and did not.Now, not 3 weeks later my check engine light is on as is my oil change indicatore peridocily.I need to find a BMW mech in riverside california.If you have a 3 series DO NOT pay for Inspection II. Get an oil change and filter replacement instead.

I went to BMW of Riverside to check out and possibly purchase a BMW 328i coupe. ON first arrival I could not get a salesperson to approach me, so I had to walk inside and go to the reception desk to request a sales associate. I would have been better off leaving the lot and going somewhere else than having to deal with the sales associate I received. After the test drive in a model similar to the one I would want to purchase (They had very little selection of the car I wanted and couldn't find an exact match on the vehicle configuration I wanted in all of SoCal.) We proceeded to find something similar to what I wanted, but at a higher cost than I had planned to spend because of added options I did not want. Long story short, they would not deal with me, tried to lowball me on my trade in and would not budge, which may be the case at all dealers, but the way in which they handled it rubbed me the wrong way. The smug pompous laughing and eye rolling from my sales associate when requests were made by me such as giving me fair market value for my car as given to me by KBB among other things sealed the deal that I would NOT be buying a car from this man even if he gave me the deal I wanted on this "very in demand car that is marked up most other places and we are doing you a favor by not applying the market adjustment since it wasn't marked up on the lot for whatever reason."

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. We've been customers of BMW's for over 10 years and have multiple vehicles, we switched to this dealership as it was local to family and based on the dealerships history it seemed like a great place and what a nightmare. This place top down is plain horrible. How do I know? I took the vehicle into another dealership because I didn't trust the work they did, as problems never went away. Turns out they did practically nothing to the vehicle which made even the service manager at the other dealership we went to apologize for the problems and mis-diagnostics done to the car. This place is down right horrible and if you complain to management, they don't care, such a horrible experience. It's family owned and run as such, a very bad one. What a shame to destroy the family legacy that it was built on, David Franklin you should be ashamed. You will get better service from a local mechanic. We're under BMW ultimate maintenance also, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. The treatment you will get is BAD. It's night and day if you go to any other BMW dealer, drive the extra miles to get treated right. Riverside BMW is horrible and from what I find out from talking to the neighbors that place is a joke.

I can't speak for those who have had experience with Riverside's service department, but I would never return to this dealer's sales department. I dropped in - ready to buy a replacement for my Audi - on Memorial Day weekend to see and drive the new E90 (3-series), but was told that there was only one on the lot and that it was out on a test drive.<br><br>OK - it's a new and popular car. I was told that I'd have to wait, but that if I was a "serious customer", I would definitely be next to drive the E90 after it came back to the lot. I walked around for 10 minutes and returned, only to be told that "these people slipped in front of you" and I now would have to wait longer while they went for their test drive. Meanwhile, no one made an attempt to get me any information or make me feel welcome.<br><br>So I looked around for someone who would be able to show me some respect or get me some information while I was waiting, but found that the entire sales staff was about 25 years old, arrogant, and more interested in chatting among themselves than helping me ("It would be better if you came back on Tuesday.")<br><br>As I was leaving, someone came running after me, but it was too late.

My mom bought a new X3 from Riverside BMW last year. We dealt with Steve in sales. He is friendly, and a pretty good salesman, but some of the other sales staff acted a bit arrogant, but you can probably find this at just about any German car dealership, excluding VW. In the end, the overall experience met my standards, and nobody got screwed. The whole process didn't take very long, and at my parents' request, there wasn't a lot of sitting around time (unlike most cases at dealerships), and they got us out of there with the car pretty quick. The dealership itself is very nice, too.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and the car was sent to the dealer for mechanical and electrical repairs. My first experience with this dealer wasnt very good. However, my second experience was much better. <br><br>I again dealt with the service manager, John. He was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and he provided excellent customer service and kept me informed as to what was being done to my car.<br><br>Based on this experience, I would recommend this service facility. <br>

This is one dealership that should be referred to the Bureau of Automotive Affairs in California, the Better Business Bureau and BMW and North America. The arrogance of service manager Huges (and his minion George) is exceeded only by his ignorance of technical matters and ineptitude in customer relations. My car was kept in their shop for a week, and the repair was not done properly even after that. I could not pick up my car on Saturday after I was told to come by and pick it up. The operation does not seem to have much leadership, and it is obvious that the owners do not care much about their customers. <br><br>My suggestions is that we do not have to put up with substandard service and abusive treatment Let's use available resources to hold these so-called dealership accountable. I am taking my case to small claims, but I will also be filing complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and of course, I will do what I can to keep my friends from doing business with thse unethical and inept dealerships. I urge you all to take similar action against such dealerships where ever you may be. We don't have to take this crap!

BEAUTIFUL dealership, and large showroom. Dealt with Mike while looking at a Z4. Offered a test drive, and it lasted a good 15 minutes. Unfortunately, he didn't know a key item about the car, which was disappointing. Otherwise, good experience. I wasn't ready to buy yet (still in my current lease), so no numbers were discussed.
