This dealership was a great experience! My salesman Wayne was a pleasure to deal with. 100% honesty and a good man. Communication with Wayne before I even went to the dealership was impeccable. I traveled an hour and a half from Pennsylvania and every mile I traveled was well worth it. Thank you Wayne and BMW of Roxbury!

Leasing a 540i with BMW of Roxbury. The leasing process, follow up services and any associated problems have been handled in an excellent manner. Very professional and will definitely be doing more business with them after my current lease is done.

So, I recently bought a car from BMW of Roxbury, this made my 3rd purchase from the dealership and while I have some reservation about somethings, I have to say the sale person Danielle was a pleasure to deal with. I am giving her 5 stars for her professionalism and courtesy. she was knowledgeable about the cars and communicated well with her clients. She might be the only thing bringing me back in the future. I recommend asking for her, if you are ever in the market for a BMW.

I purchased my 2021 X3 last week and my car advisor, Jerry Solomon, was such a pleasure to work with. He did not push me, he was accomodating and transparent. I am a woman, who went on my own, and never once did I feel that Jerry was treating me differently than if I were a man going in on my own. I went to Morristown BMW prior to this and I honestly cannot say the same there. Big difference in service. Roxbury won my business hands-down. Thank you, Jerry!
