Purchasing a used vehicle here was the most pleasant car shopping experience ever. We drove 3 hours from Palm Bay to get the car we wanted. When we arrived at our appointment time, the car was outside, detailed, fueled up, and ready to test drive. The receptionist and customer relations manager were very pleasant. The amenities were impressive. NayColle was beyond welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond by treating our two-year-old twin daughters like her own nieces during the time we were there. Everyone else was very accommodating considering we had to bring our daughters with us. (Hey guys, during your construction, you should consider a small playroom for kiddos with a TV. Toyota of Melbourne has one and it's very helpful- for parents AND your staff! ) The sales manager was pleasant, and Brian in finance was a riot. The prices on their vehicles cannot be beat. Bought my 1st BMW in April. Definitely the best car I've driven in 50 years. Went to Sarasota BMW on Wednesday to get a small thing checked out and to get acquainted with my new dealership. They are under major renovation, so you expect some minor inconveniences. I called the day before to be sure it would be okay to stop in around 2:00 PM. The lady who answered the phone was just terrific and set me up with an appointment.To be fair, I did arrive 20 minutes early. The young man checking me in could not find any service advisors.....all out to lunch, literally. He showed me to the waiting area, which was like half the show room floor. They offered any thing you could possibility need or want while waiting. Around 2:00 PM a young man, Alex came in to check on everyone and get any concerns they may have with their vehicles. Hours pass and I have to say, I suffer from a bad back and those chairs offer no lumbar support. I walked around outside for some relief and was asked if I needed any help by the nice lady who had originally answered the phone and set up my appoint.Finally I was approached my my service coordinator, Chelsea Merrihew, who was terrific. She was worth the wait. Very nice and super helpful. Answered all my questions and let me know about a recall that was being taken care of. Told it it would be about 20 more minutes. In 20 minutes she found me outside and let me know it was ready. Asked if I would like it washed but I had it cleaned earlier that day.Could not be happier with the service.

We own a 2008 BMW 128ci...soft top around the rear glass failed. This dealer replaced the top for the cost of about $2200 in 09/2014. Had the return the car for repair to the top in 05/2015 due to poor installation. Had to return it again in 05/2016 again for poor installation and re-do what was done the previous year. Completely unacceptable....if the replacement had been done correctly in the first place, would not have had to return twice to have that job repaired....poor workmanship.Unethical recommendations...they suggested a number of things needed to be addressed...total cost almost $2000 if done. We decided to have their suggestions looked into by reputable third parties...nothing needed was wrong or needed to be done. Total cost....$0... this dealership service department was making suggestions for unnecessary work to be performed...if you are not absolutely sure what needs doing....take your car someplace else for verification. On a scale of 1 to 5...this dealer gets a ZERO....trying to cheat the public. Don't go there.

Saw a pre owned Jeep Wrangler for sale on the Internet. Went and saw the Jeep in person. Erik Honaker was my salesman. Erik was very cool, calm, collected, easy going and no pressure salesman. The Jeep was very clean. Took her for a test ride and I knew I wanted her. Erik and the sales manager helped me out on my trade in and made the sale happen. Jesus Castillo in sales helped too! Everyone made the sales experience awesome. Would definitely recommend BMW of Sarasota to others if they were in the market for a BMW or pre owned vehicle.

Tried to negotiate a deal on a new SUV and after a few days reached an agreement. Went to pick up the car and as is standard operating procedure at this BMW dealer, we were told "we have some good news and some bad news". "Your car is all ready but the price is going to be $3000 higher due to expiring promotions", blah, blah, blah. This is the second time this had happened but since there was a new New Car Sales Manager in place I had hoped this practice had changed. Apparently it is a policy of the owners? The client advisor didn't even have the forethought to call us to let us know before we drove to the dealership. Steer clear of BMW of Sarasota. Scammers!

This 3rd service appointment scheduled at7:15 took over 3 hours to fix what wasn't completed at the previous appointment a month ago . That appointment took over 2 hours and as I left the dealership at closing the service engine light was on which is why I returned. The original appointment was to replace a part which needed to be ordered and check over the car. although the check engine light was on at the time I was told they didn't see that and rather than wait I. Chose to return when the part was in. I've never experienced such a level of disregard for time. I will never return nor would I ever recommend this dealership. I have owned l BMW's and in the past have had nothing but prompt, efficient service.

I lost my BMW key in Valdosta Ga and had to rent a car to finish my trip to Manasota Key. I contacted Ben and Travis in parts and they walked me through what I would have do to get a key made. We are going on our 8th BMW auto and the lease is about to expire. We used SRQ BMW for service since our move to the area with good results. Friends told us to buy new from Lakeland BMW since SRQ BMW was difficult to deal with. Using a reference from a neighbor, contacted NayColle Wright and left a message. Got a response 4 days later. She promised to follow up with information on cars available, contact information and options to lease or buy. 5 days later no call back. Another sales person called after my wife received a follow up survey from BMW USA on our experience with NayColle. Talked to another friend who tried to buy from SRQ BMW and has issues. I asked who he talked to and the response was NayColle Wright. We have started to look at Lexus and will be contacting Lakeland BMW for a quote. Don't waste your time with SRQ BMW for a new car, they must have too much business already. Very disappointed!

We had the most pleasant experience with NayColle Wright, clients advisor, she gave us the most unimaginable test drive, her knowledge of the vehicle is exceptional. My husband came to inquire about a particular BMW, after that test drive,if he wasn't going to purchase the car I would have. That's how intrigued I had become, we came all the way from Wesley Chapel the traffic was awful she had a big smile on her face and a wonderful greeting. Brian and Tammy were amazing and helpful in every way possible, they assisted NayColle in providing us with the most outstanding car buying experience of our life. All this was done in about an hour from start to finish. This was phenomenal, BMW of Sarasota gave us the greatest customer service, it doesn't get any better than that, Job well done!

The salesman Richard Liammari was awesome to deal with from start to finish. This was my daughter's first car purchase of her own and Richard was very professional and accommodating. There was no pressure in any way even when the car was slightly over her budget. The dealership worked with us to what was a totally fair purchase for the vehicle. The financial manager was the exact same way and I will look to this dealership when I am in the market for another car.

My boyfriend and I came in last week initially to ask some questions and get a feel for what we wanted. Eddie was most accommodating and really helped me to feel safe and comfortable in our decision. My boyfriend bought from this dealership previously and wanted it to be our first choice and for once I'm glad I listened ;) We made our choice and two days later with Brian, Eddie, and Jesus' help we had made the deal we wanted and felt 100% comfortable with the process. I traded in my old vehicle for a pre-owned vehicle I initially found online. I started the transaction via phone, and was able to get the majority of the details worked out before ever having to travel to the dealer. Once I set up a time to go in person, they had my new car ready to test drive and all staff were friendly and professional. They worked with me on trade value and pricing, and I drove off in a clean pre-owned car. If you need a new vehicle, give Jeffrey Mendez a call.

We went to their website and found a car we were very interested in. A gentleman called us and said he was internet supervisor. He asked us to fill out credit app to get approval before we made a 3+ hour trip to Sarasota. Approval was within minutes so we told him we would take it and head his way. After the phone call that it was sold, the used car manager called and apologized. He told to come on in and he would make it right. Needless to say, no go. He said he would pay for our hotel and meal, but again, nothing! Did however find a better deal and a dealership that did everything they said they would. Vista BMW sold us a certified 2011 with only 26k for less money, not a lot but a few hundred is nice.

Inquired about a used car. No one follows up. After several emails that went unanswered, I emailed the President of the dealership my experience and the email was returned "undeliverable" I then emailed the Pre-owned manager and one other staff member and all three emails came back as undeliverable. It should not be this difficult! I took the email addresses right off of their website. I am redirecting my car search elsewhere.

I just purchased a previously owned car at BMW of Sarasota last week. It was by far the best auto buying experience I have had in years. I spent half the time that I have on my last three or four cars from looking, negotiating and completing the deal. And, I just bought a car for my wife five months ago at another dealer because of the make. There was not a lot of back and forth haggling. I explained my reasoning, they explained theirs and mutually agreed. Most of the time it was more toward my benefit. I worked with John Webb, who is very personable and just a great guy to deal with.

We are not your typical high end car dealership customer but it made no difference to anyone that we have dealt with. These guys are true professionals in a business where soooooooo many are not. We were in a tight situation as i sold my wife's car the day before and the deal i had worked out for her new vehicle fell thru. So now i need to find a good convertible with low miles but at a good price and that is exactly what i found at BMW of SRQ. With the exception of a few minor details, this car was in immaculate condition but i was told that anything that would be found wrong would be corrected immediately. We took the car home but found a somewhat more major issue and brought it back the next day. We received a call and were told that this issue could not just be fixed to their satisfaction so they made the choice to replace the entire set of components (at a cost of several thousand dollars). This took their deal and absolutely killed any of their numbers but that made no difference. When they could have easily done and ok job and just given me the car back and said see ya', they chose to lose money to stand behind their word. One word......Honor. This is the rare experience of Honor and standing behind your word in a world that easily dismisses such things. Would i recommend BMW of Sarasota, ABSOLUTELY !!!! Will i buy my next car from BMW of Sarasota...... Darn right, and the next and the next.

Recently purchased a 2015 428i gran couple for my wife. After getting over the best auto purchase experience ever I decided to trade in my vehicle and lease a 2015 228i convertible. What prompted me to make two deals in 5 weeks were first of all the quality of the vehicles and the deals arranged. Naturally that would not have happened without the expertise of the dealerships representatives. Our salesperson Naycolle was outstanding. Product specialist Jasmine knows more about their products than the service people. Sales managers Emilio and Pete (the position I have found to be predictably offensive historically) were the professionals one would expect from such a dealership. I cannot imagine how anyone could have a negative buying here unless they themselves were the cause.

I bought our car off a lease. I agreed on a price with a salesman, and he added some charges at the last minute, which almost scuttled the deal. The manager stepped in and apologized, and ultimately accepted the earlier agreed price. He changed us to a different salesman, who was great, and really aimed to please. Transaction and vehicle certification went very smoothly, and I would shop there again.

I took my car for diagnostics on 01/21/15. Derrick the service agent did not give me an update or return my call untill 01/26/2015. I called during the weekend and i was put on hold for an hour by a lady at service. She then hung up on me while still on hold. When i called back, service was closed. When Derrick finally returned my calls he was rude and kept telling me over and over that I could not tow the car without paying for it (You can call someone a thief without uttering the word thief.). He repeated this several times when he called me back yesterday and today. I spoke to the service manager Kyle on 01/26/2015 and I complained to him about Derrick's lack of customer service and the fact that I had missed several days of work. I also told him that his agent was rude. Kyle promised to call me the next day with a resolution. 01/27/15 Derrick returns my call and tells me that he has the same position as Kyle and he can make the same decisions. He also tells me that he kept me posted. I asked for Kyle and he told me he was unavailable.

When my wife and I arrived the next day, we were very happy to see that they were very respectful of our time, and did a great job narrowing it down to several vehicles that would be the best fit for us. Because of their research, we found a great vehicle quickly, Richard introduced us to the Business Manager, Brian Wacnik. Brian did everything possible to take the stress out of financing this vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with this purchase. I took my used 325 (purchased from another dealer) in for 40K service. An oil change, brake fluid change and inspection, plus recall work. I never received a call unless I initiated contact, and even then it took multiple calls. Every time I did talk to Derek there was another " repair" recommended that was $400. After the battery replacement and new tire, enough was enough. They had the car for two days.... And the bill was over $1500. Two days, $1500, and not a single phone call I did not initiate. I had asked them to program the car garage door opener since I had been unable to do so. When I got the bill, there was a charge for $150 for this - that Derek said he wrote off because he "wanted to work with me on the price" for all the unexpected work. Good thing - because when I got home it did not work. I too had been thinking of buying a new car and considering a BMW. No way after that experience.

I met w/ John & explained that I owned an i3 up north and was wondering if they'd let me take a car to a Cars & Coffee event down the street at Beckham's on the Trail on S Tamiami. I met w/ Dan Davis, the CA and he let me pick the car & options I wanted in the i3 loaner, he was very accommodating!The guys over at Cars & Coffee were very interested in the i3... don't think I sold anyone on buying one, but I got a few of them thinking about how cool they are!

We drove in to look at this car, from 40 miles away, and it was exactly what we were looking for..... We made the deal and drove off . They gave us a very fair price for the Lexus Hybrid we traded. A couple of items were missing from the purchased car, that should have been there, that the original owner never turned in. We got in touch with Michael Hughes, the pre-owned manager and he was an angel from heaven. He got us all that we needed, quickly, and was going to deliver the items to our house. We chose to drive back to Sarasota from Clearwater, sooner, and he promptly had the items installed, an even topped the tank for our trip. I am going to upgrade my minivan next, and will go back to them, but want Michael Hughes involved in every step. Thank you Michael, for all you did to make it a VERY pleasant experience!

Our salesman, Eddie Cintron, gave us a great description of the accessories available to us with the BMW X3 we wanted. He also showed us a loaner vehicle that was loaded with extras that was discounted. We chose the loaner because of the great deal. The manager, Michael Hughes, also gave us a fair trade value on the X5 we traded in. The finance manager, Brian Wancik, was patient and funny in his explanation of the ancillary products. My wife and I felt comfortable with the whole process.

First off ..... amazing!! We have had awful experiences with car dealerships for the last 2 months and this place did the job great. Treatment was amazing. Them understanding our situation was amazing. Making things work for us in any way they could. They did an amazing job with everything. Smooth. The car was perfect condition. They were an open book about everything. We appreciate them very much. My wife is pregnant and they made it a point to make sure and take care of everything and not put stress on us at all. Considerate towards everything. This place is the real deal. I live in Tampa and if this place has this service all the time I don't mind the travel just to deal with them again. Our salesman was Ruslan Grinchenko, best sales person I have ever dealt with. This guy has a lot of potential in his field, young and he seems like he will be very successful in this industry. I recently made a purchase of a 528I. Mr. Michael Hughes was the Sales Manager that I spoke with first. From the time the process started to the end he made it the best experience ever for a "newbie" to the BMW experience. His team was so courteous, professional and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Ms. Jasmine Ingram is beyond a "genius advisor" and Client Advisor..Ms. Ingram assisted me thru the entire process. Mr Ruslan Grinchenko as Client Advisor continued the processor and Mr. Randall Maurer Pre-Owned Sales Director personally talked with my mom and I to assure the experience was great. By the time we spoke with the Finance Director Mr. Humbert Cazaubon I couldn't believe how easy the financial process was. We got a great deal and were treated literally like "royalty". As a woman, I have never "ever" enjoyed going into a dealership. This experience has completely changed my mind. The President, Mr. Victor Young even greeted us on our pick-up day. I started out with the New car division with Jack. He took the time to educate me and let me know about the different vehicles I might like based on my needs. He allowed me to test drive and answered all my questions and followed up with me. He was very professional. My husband and I decided to go with a newer pre-owned vehicle. We had found a BMW X5 at another dealer and went in spur of the moment one night just to compare a 7 Series with the other X5 and thought we would be out of there in 10 minutes. We ended up finding an even better pre-owned X5 and Rich helped us out. He was patient and professional. He understood our situation. He listened to our questions, got us in a 7 Series and showed us the pre-owned X5. We left and ate dinner and decided to go back and make an offer. At that point Mike got involved. He was helpful and did his best to come to a price but we could not quite come to a price we both liked so we went home and slept on it. The next day I went in and we came to a great price agreement and I traded in my other car. It was a win-win. We got a car we love that looks brand new and they sold a car. I felt we were educated, treated fairly and without any pressure from my initial contact with Jack to Rich and Mike. I would definitely recommend BMW of Sarasota! They have perfected the art of service and making a customer feel special. In fact...we needed a car for our kids and we went back and bought a great pre-owned Jeep for them the next day!

I went in to just look at the Lexus IS250 I saw on the internet, and possibly test drive it. Robert and Michael both e-mailed me the day before, and Robert had called me to let me know I could come test drive it. John was the first one out there to see if I wanted to take it for a test drive. This was the first time I had gone to a dealership to look at a car, so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was really friendly and not too pushy. My expectations for getting a loan were not that high, but Tammy worked her magic, and I was able to drive my new car home!

I flew from Perry Hall, Maryland to do business with BMW of Sarasota. I stopped in the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and met Rich Liammari. He was very welling to answer all my questions, even after I informed him that I was going to Fort Lauderdale to see another vehicle. There was no pressure dealing with the staff at the dealership. I furnished the dealership with all my information before I left on the Sunday afternoon. The next time I spoke with Rich is when I contacted him. I flew back to Sarasota BMW to purchase the vehicle that I had inquired about. I was greeted by the sales manager Michael Hughes as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Both of these gentlemen treated me great the entire time I was at the dealership, that can also be said for the staff as well. I drove the vehicle from Sarasota, Florida to Baltimore, Maryland the next day. I will have you know that I received phone calls from both of them checking on my well being during my trip and to make sure the vehicle was performing to my expectations. I thanked them for checking in on me and I informed them that I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased. I purchased a 2008 BMW 650i, great car!

We had just started to look for a car because our lease was due to expire in May, 2014. We hadn't anticipated finding a car, we were beginning our search. From the time we parked our car, we were greeted by a salesman who lead us to the Pre-owned Dept. MichaelHughes greeted us and introduced us to Jeffrey Mendez. They couldn't have been more accomodating. Jeffrey had a list of all availablepre-owned vehicles and explained how this BMW obtains these cars. We were planning on checking with other dealerships but they convinced us that this particular BMW was an amazing opportunity. It was in excellent condition minus scratches and some small dents, low mileage and overall nice vehicle. WE had a very positive experience. We didn't feel like we needed to look anymore!!!

BMW of Sarasota,I live in New Port Richey, which is about 1 1/2 from your dealership. I found the vehicle that we were looking for online and made contact with Michael Hughes, your Sales Manager. Michael worked with me for about a week or two negoitating the details of our deal via phone, text, and emails. During this time, Michael did everything he could to work with me and offer me the best deal possible. It was a pleasure working with Michael during this time. On March 8th, my wife and I drove the 1 1/2 hour drive to review and test drive the vehicle, and possible purchase. Upon arrival, we were greated by Ruslan Grinchenko. Ruslan quickly assisted us, so we were testing drive the vehicle in minutes, as well as quickly started the process to have our trade in evaluated. Once we returned from test driving the vehicle, we sat down with Michael and communicated the price we needed to be at. Michael worked with "Caz" to obtain the best financing options as well as reduced the price to get me where I needed to be.After that, we sat down with "Caz" to finalize the paperwork. Caz is was informative, and made the process extremely smooth and painless. Absolute pleasure. Unfortunately, we arrived at the dealership late on Saturday, which forced Michael, Caz, and Ruslan to stay after hours to assist my wife and I with our purchase. Even with that, we never felt rushed, which was extremely nice.As we were exiting the dealership, my wife realized we left our Sunpass. It was late and mostly everyone had left. Fortunately, "Caz" was still working, and quickly began to assist us. He drove to back parking lot to check if vehicle was open, and then contact Ruslan about this issue. Contacted BMW of Sarasota by phone re an advertised used Bentley I first saw on Cars.com. Asked if they were willing to work out a trade deal of some sort re our Ferrari 1998 550M. Andrew Spada was my initial contact and he said he would call back with an answer. He did not. I called back and left a message a few days later. No response. I sent an email via Cars.com and got a call from Darrin Chrissman. He said he would be interested to show the Bentley and have a look at our Ferrari for possible trade-in. He said the Bentley was 'out for service' but would return in a day or two and I'd be contacted. No contact or follow-up of any kind. The next week I called and was connected once again to Mr. Spada who said the Bentley was still 'out for service' but would be back in 'a couple of days' and he'd be in touch. Nothing happened. I feel I am chasing some sort of rainbow and have now stopped. If I ever wanted a BMW I certainly would not buy it from these people -- and have thoroughly lost interest in their Bentley since they obviously wish to chase me away. Good riddance to poor experience. This dealer's approach to customer service is mystifying..

I went to this dealership just to look at a BMW 328d that I had seen on autotrader, however I live in St. Augustine and was in the area for work. The past couple of days I had visited many other dealerships ie; Tom Bush in Jax, Fields in Daytona and Orlando. Tom Bush was not a good experience however Fields was a good one overall. When I arrived at BMW of Sarasota, Eric welcomed me in a very friendly non threatening fashion!! I explained to him what I was looking for and what my intentions were. We were going to trade an SRX in for a 328d and had been looking for some time now. He showed me some options and I found one that fit what we were looking for. Without hesitation, he and his manager took the VIN of the car we wanted to trade and provide me a handsome value on the trade, worked with me on the price of the car we wanted and threw in some extras that they did not have to do. With all that being said I had my wife met me in Orlando and we headed down to Sarasota where they had us in and out in no time at all. Eric made sure I was getting what I was asking for and he came through with everything!! We ended up finishing the entire deal around 9pm and he was there every step of the way with the utmost customer service. I would recommend anyone who visits BMW of Sarasota to ask for Eric Bosak and his manager Michael Hughes if you want to have an awesome experience buying a car!!!! Top notch!!

Even giving our family gifts after purchasing the car. :)I would suggest for anyone to go see Mike when looking for a new or used vechile. The expereince of buying the vechile was fun and pleasureable rather then my previous expereince where I felt as I was haggling to buy the car.Russ was great too...he was eager to please. Eric was fantastic in finding me just what I wanted-a good pre-owned vehicle, convertible, for going to the beach and running around town. After keeping a diligent eye open for almost a month he found what I wanted-clean, maintained both inside and out-front to back-ground to top, fun, a vehicle he "would have his Mother drive"....the price was good and believe me I have shopped around. There was an insurance issue (I am from out of state) these were NOT my or the Dealerships issues-I had most of the BMW Team sitting with me during this entire ordeal until this issue were ironed out-these guys were great making sure I was VERY well taken care of; professional, polite, gracious, comfortable and apologetic- when they didn't have to be! Overall fantastic experience-I am now the proud owner of my beach convertible!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile from Eddie.. We did not feel pressured into buying a particular vehicle. Eddie showed us the different options and was extremely patient answering our questions with a wealth of information. Both Michael and Humbert took their time explaining to us the different options with the financing of the vehicle. They both made us feel at ease during the entire process.Unlike other dealers we had visited before, the staff at BMW seemed to really enjoy working with each other. Upon our arrival at the dealership Michael greeted my wife and I with a big smile and was extremely courteous. When I mentioned our names he immediately acknowledged why we made the visit to the dealership. You see, the night prior I had completed an online request for an appraised value on my vehicle and explained which vehicle we were interested in. Somehow, he was able to quickly acknowledge our purpose for the visit. Michael and Richard took us to the vehicle, which was parked up front and clean. The car sold itself and we were there to get a good, fair deal. Throughout the process Michael and Rich understood our needs and financial commitment we were willing to make. Ultimately I believe each party got a fair deal and we could not be happier with our purchase. As far as car shopping goes, it was a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend BMW of Sarasota for the service we received from Michael. He was a pleasure to work with.

Michael the sales manager was very pleasant and easy to negotiate with as agreement was reached as to pricing. I'm not one to write reviews, but found this one completely necessary... The sale of my car would not have happened without the energy and dedication of NayColle and Phil! I was spending my last few days in Florida in a hotel with very little to do as I was moving to the great white north on thursday of that week. My furniture was already gone and car shopping is a bit of a hobby. I decided to go look at vehicles on Saturday before I left, simply for something to do. I met NayColle and told her my story and was 99.9% confident that a new car purchase was not in the cards at that point. She completely understood, but gave me as much info as she could if I was going to continue looking after the move. That Sunday, I went back over to see the car that I had fallen in love with... Little did I know they were open on Sunday. NayColle met me out back and we decided to start working numbers. Monday was a holiday, but I found a car in Ft Lauderdale that had a few more options that I wanted. By Tuesday Morning the car was on it's way to Sarasota... This is when it gets interesting...I looked at a similar model out the window and noticed that it didn't have a trailer hitch... This was an absolute necessity for me! Come to find out the bumper on the "M Sport" package would have to be cut to accommodate the hitch, which I was not ok with. There was an aftermarket hitch that could be installed, but it would have to be ordered. Needless to say we didn't have much time. Phil and NayColle were able to have the parts over-nighted from Atlanta and had it installed by late Wednesday afternoon!! I woke up Thursday morning and moved to my new city in a new BMW X5!! To be honest, I never dreamed it was going to work out; too many variables and too many moving parts. Still not sure how they pulled it off, but I'm very grateful they did!!

I reviewed online BMW of Sarasota's new car inventory. In their inventory was a 2014 car I was interested in. I drove to Sarasota from Fort Myers and was greeted by a very nice, very competent, BMW knowledgable sales representative Jasmine. I test drove the 2014-Z4 while Jasmine showed and discussed the features and benefits of owning a BMW. Jasmines kind and patient demeanor made it a joy to work with her. I will recommend and have recommended Jasmine to others looking to purchase a car. No pushy sales approach with Jasmine. I also saw a positive team approach with the internet salesman-Dan and financeman-Cas both helping to verify I was completely knowledgable with the car and comfortable with the sale. I left the dealership well taken care of and happy. I observed other clients being treated the same. When I first spoke to Russ Grinchenko on the phone I had a good comfort level and knew he was very professional, and genuinely cared about the customer. I explained that I had sold my car the day before and needed a car as soon as possible. Russ went beyond the call of duty, expedited the car sale, within twenty-four hours I had purchased a beautiful 325i from the dealership. Mike Hughes the sales manager overseer the sale, and answered all my questions. The first day I went to the dealership to look at cars a friend brought me because I had no vehicle and it was late in the day. The next morning Russ came to pick me up to bring me down to purchase my BMW. This is going the extra mile that BMW of Sarasota does for their customers. Buying my BMW was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend purchasing a car from BMW of Sarasota. The service at this location is far superior to other BMW locations that I've experienced. I purchased my vehicle from this location, but had an issue and needed service while in Orlando. When the local Orlando dealership gave me problems and refused to rectify the situation to my satisfaction, Emilio had a car delivered to me from over 2 hours away to use while my car was being repaired. The service and quality that I believe I receive from BMW of Sarasota can't be matched. Thanks to Emilio and everyone at BMW of Sarasota!

ON JANUARY 4TH, 2014, AT ABOUT 1330; I WENT TO THE BMW OF SARASOTA DEALER TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND WAS MET WITH SOME UNSATISFACTORY INFORMATION. I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE CHECK IN PERSON THAT I COULD NOT HAVE MY OIL CHANGED THAT DAY BECAUSE I DIDNT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. WHILE UNDERSTANDABLE, IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE TO ME. Michael Radke was one of the most down to earth and helpful salespeople I've ever had the experience of working with. Not only did he go above and beyond to accommodate my needs, but he followed through on everything he stated he would. In an age where such a thing is quite a rarity it is overwhelming in a positive way when you do encounter a professional that believes his word stands for something. In addition to Michael's excellent service, BMW of Sarasota overall did a wonderful job seeing that I was taken care of, especially when it came to financing and making sure I walked away with the best deal possible. At BMW of Sarasota, Kyle Tabor serves as the blueprint of the next generation of customer service. My experience with him was enjoyable and informative. His genuine passion for the brand and what he does is clear from the moment you meet him. Not only would I recommend him I would demand those close to me to seek him out exclusively. Unfortunately, I'm having a difficult time with BMW of Sarasota owning-up to a service-induced problem; in November my wife and I took our 2003 525i into the service shop to repair the power window actuator in the drivers' side door. After the repair was done to the door (and other repairs totaling $3,000), we brought it home a week later and found the door lock, which was working at the time we took it in, was no longer working. The service department has claimed they did not induce the problem. They did quote the replacement of the defective part (the electronic lock switch) as $330 and no labor would be charged, but I have great difficulty that a premier dealership would not own up to an obvious mistake made in performance of automobile service. What they fail to realize is my wife and I were considering trading the 525i in for a 2014 X1, but due to their failure of backing up their service we will be shopping for a new car, and different manufacturer, elsewhere.

My experience with both Michael and Jon was exceptional. Very accommodating, friendly and considerate. They were not pushy and stepped up to the plate at every angle. I am very pleased with BMW of Sarasota and will continue to buy cars from this dealer. This is my 3rd BMW and I love them.

My experience was great because of the deal I got and the salesman. I have never used this salesman before but was comfortable with him. I made it clear to him what kind of car I wanted and what price I was willing to pay and I walked away happy getting what I wanted. If I did not get what I wanted there would have been so sales. I have rated Phillip Boone as an excellent salesperson as he was very concientious as worked patiejntly to get for me the vehicle that suited my needs given my price range and intended vehicular use. I feel that I god the best deal possible and the best automobile possibe that will serve as the kind of transportation needed for an extended period of time. Such attention to detail as providing car mats for my vehicle and placing my tag on my new vehicle is not something that I usually get at other dealerships. I live in Atlanta, GA and had been looking for a 5 series BMW. A friend of mine told me about her experience with Phillip Boone and I contacted him to see if he had a car within my price point, color etc. He gave me several options and in less than a week he found the 525i I wanted. After reviewing the pictures and discussing the finance details I flew down and picked up my car. My wife and I visited several area BMW dealerships on the West Coast of Florida. We were looking for information regarding the soon to be released new 2014 BMW X5. On our first visit to BMW of Sarasota we were met by Client Advisor Naycolle Wright. We found her to be very professional and knowledgeable about the BMW models. She is very outgoing and easy to talk with. We spent several visits test driving the 2013 X5 they had in stock. Naycolle induced us to Sales Director, Emilio Torres, who we found to be very professional Naycolle and Emilio answered all of questions and supplied us with all facts and information concerning the 2014 X5. Compared to several of the other dealerships, we found BMW of Sarasota presented itself in a fashion we would expect when shopping for an upper end vehicle. We would recommend both the dealership, Naycolle and Emilio to our friends.

She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire purchasing process and even checked up a few months later to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I was looking for a used BMW so I decided to go to Reeves in Tampa due to the fact of a bigger city...bigger selection. Come to find out I get there and they didn't have much of a selection and the customer service was very poor. No call backs...If I wasn't buying a 75k or over car they didn't want to deal with you. So I decided to go to the BMW dealership in Sarasota and let me tell you I was blown away by the customer service and selection. I met Tammy Saylor first and she was extremely sweet and professional. I let her know I had a very bad experience in Tampa and was bitter about BMW. She promised me my experience would not be like that here and she held up her promise and then some. She introduced me to John Webb and he helped me pick out a car that was right for me. Not pushy or Salesy at all. Very helpful and professional. I know own a 328i BMW and I couldn't be happier. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for a new car to go to these folks. Very happy customer!!!!!

My only complaint was that I had to wait almost 2 hours to complete the paper work when I was told that I would be through in 45 minutes. They have apologized multiple times, which proves that they really do care.

Dan Davis was my sales rep. He is professional in all aspects of his job. His approach to selling a car is what I wanted and expected to get. I ordered a 335i Coupe, built to my specs. Mr. Davis, guided me through the process and saw that the car I ordered was the car that I got. The car performs wonderfully and I love driving it. I've had the car 7 days and I have driven it over 1800 miles. Mostly Interstate Highways. I've owned Jag's, and Dodge Hemi's, and a host of other vehicles. The BMW, is the finest so far. I will recommend BMW of Sarasota, to all my friends. The question "why" is answered simply. I went to Mercedes, Audi, and others. BMW of Sarasota, via Dan Davis, offered the best deal and the most comprehensive service and warranty of all the dealers I visited. I have no doubt that Post Sale service will be first class as well. I purchased a new BMW and signed my contract on 5-27-2013. I had a horrible customer service experience that the new car General manager could not resolve. I took it up to the President/owner of the dealership and it could not be resolved. I then called BMW USA and filed a formal complaint on 6-14-2013. That same day, I got a call from the General Manager stating that the President/ owner of the dealership was not happy that I got BMWUSA involved and that they wanted their car back. I explained that I was uncertain of the legality behind their verbal request and was then threatened that my deposit would be returned. Upon further investigation with BMW USA financing, this dealership never submitted my signed application for finance even though I signed the contract 18 days prior and also wrote them a large deposit in which they cashed. I have filed formal complaints with the BBB, the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as well as with Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Buyers Beware. I will be returning this vehicle to the dealership immediately and taking my business to a BMW dealership that is deserving of my business.

Our experience was best described as a tale of Jekyll and Hyde. We arrived at the dealership and were promptly greeted by the agent, told him what model we were interested in, and he immediately got the keys and offered us a test drive. We indicated we had another dealership to visit as we had narrowed our search down to two cars. The agent reiterated what a great deal the BMW model was, and it was, but more because it was a carry-over from the previous year that they had not been able to close a deal on. We left the dealership giving the agent my husbands business card and went on about our day. Within two hours of leaving BMW, the agent called my husbands place of work looking for him to speak more about getting us to purchase the BMW. This was not at all acceptable to us since he had our personal cell phone numbers, but we let it pass as an oversight. Our next conversation with the agent moved from pleasant discussion to high pressure, indicating the car was going to be lowered in price the next day on Autotrader and since the next day was a Monday, he knew there would be a barrage of calls to buy the car. We informed him that was fine, we would take our chances. But then, when we said we would purchase the car the next day, the price was all-of-the sudden non-negotiable. Still, we bought the car. After our purchase, we had no follow up from the sales agent and had to leave a nasty message to get him to take care of a few remaining items. As for our trade, they gave us the exact amount Edmunds.com said the car was worth, and then placed it on their website for sale at a 115% mark-up. Note that my husband and I did decide to purchase the car based only on the fact that we really liked the car and it had FAR less milage than one sitting at the adjacent dealer that was the same model year and price and NOT because of anything the BMW agent had done or said.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2008 BMW 535i from BMW of Sarasota, working with Richard Liammari. Being out of state, I had only seen pictures of the car from the website. Richard provided me an honest assessment of the history and condition of the vehicle which led to me deciding to go through with the purchse. When I finally arrived at the dearlership and inspected the vehicle, I have to say that the car's condition actually exceeded my expectations! Richard not only lived up to his word, but managed each step of the deal in a courteous and responsive mannner. I was not sure of the kind of car I wanted so I have been looking for over 2 months. I was looking for a car because I have been in an SUV for 14 yrs. I'm glad I went to BMW, there was low pressure and the process was pretty quick. I have had questions since my purchase and they still remain just as helpful and nice, as the day I left with my new car. The last thing I like to do is purchase a new car and be pressured thanks to Jeffery our Salesperson I didn't have to worry about that..

My father had a positive experience purchasing a 330ci from BMW of Sarasota in 2002. Therefore before purchasing my M3 I decided to take the car to them for a pre purchase inspection (PPI). I scheduled the PPI a week in advance, when the car was delivered they had no record of my appointment. I was charged $350 and told the car only needed maintenance in addition to repairs that I specifically pointed out to them. I like to DIY, so I decided to purchase the car, knowing that I can perform all the basic maintenance. Since taking possession of the vehicle I've discovered that the car has significant rust that is easily identifiable when the car is elevated. The previous owner told me that he installed HID fog light bulbs, resulting in dash warning lights. Turns out both bi-xenon lights are bad and the fogs are not the issue. When I elevated the car I found a cheap aftermarket ballast zip tied to the frame. I'm convinced they didn't even look at this car. I requested my PPI report on multiple occasions, I received nothing. I successfully disputed the credit card charge, but I lost $1000s repairing this car. John Tremble told that he personally inspected the under carriage while the car was on the lift ... I now know this was a completely dishonest statement. Do not have your car serviced here, especially if you didn't purchase a vehicle from them.

NayColle Wright in Sales went above and beyond the call of duty in order to deliver a wonderful buying experience. She made certain I was aware of everything that was happening from the first test drive on 3/6 to delivery of my new X3 on 3/12. Six days from not even sure I was going to purchase a vehicle to a new car in my garage, it was completely seamless. Emillio, Bruno and Tammy on the business side of things handled all of the paperwork, titling and payment arrangements with aplomb and made for a flawless delivery. NayColle even introduced me to my own Service Advisor Melony F who is an absolute delight and could likely quote the owners manual in her sleep, which given the technical complexity of this car is very reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular.

Walked in on 3/6/13 not even certain I was in the market for a new car and by 3/12/13 there was a new X3 parked in my garage. I wouldn't buy a BMW from anyone other then NayColle who is as professional and knowledgable about BMWs as she is good looking, which is always nice to deal with people as concerned about how they present themselves when one contemplates the purchase of such a beautifully designed automobile. Handsome is as handsome does.She introduced me to my own private Service Advisor, Melony F who knows the X3 inside and out which is most reassuring given the relative complexity of this vehicle, plus how often does one get a service advisor as good looking as Melony who also happens to be a total car nut, which is the best of all possible scenarios. That said, I actually don't expect to see much of her, because the BMW's I've owned in the past have been completely reliable, but it's a nice change to have someone as easy on the eyes as Melony to help you, rather then the usual, burly male service advisor one normally associates with auto service. I came in on February 1st to look at a pre-owned 3series BMW - not quite sure if I wanted to buy a car yet. Robert offered me a test drive but as we were talking I took a fancy to the new 128I series. Robert was very knowledgeable and gave me the rundown on this vehicle and explained the extra sports package etc. I mentioned that this would be a car to excite me and he promptly had the car washed and gave to me for a few hours to try and show my husband. Make a long story short we had some discussions about my trade in (330CI) but it was resolved by Saturday and on Sunday noon I picked up my new car; although my Title was still in my home State. Finance girl Lori was very professional and breezed us right through. Robert was shining once more when we detected a rip in the floor carpet when i picked up the car. He had it fixed and even provided me with new floor mats. thanks a lot Robert and keep up the great work. I love the car...

The process was so smooth... no drama. Arnold Greenwald s experience helps him cut through the garbage and land at a deal quicker than I ve ever bought a car. This is my 12th car. A lot of the vehicles are from the area and show very little wear (older community). I am in love with the vehicle. Purchasing a vehicle from BMW of Sarasota was an absolute pleasure. We spotted a vehicle on their web site, dropped by and were offered a test drive. After the drive we had conversation that, of course, did have a sales 'angle' to it, but was generally pleasant. Once we mentioned this would be the second BMW we would own, the conversations about why it's a quality brand stopped and what questions we might have about that particular vehicle began. This was refreshing to me. The sales representative and his manager were very pleasant, and well informed on BMW as a whole. Closing the sale of the vehicle was OK. Our sales rep was once again helpful and friendly. However, the finance rep just wanted to get out of there (it was late, but not terribly). We wanted to pay exact tax/tag/dealer fee out of pocket. That was rounded down to the nearest 1k.We were promised floor mats and a second master key at closing. Our sales rep shined once more by calling to let us know the mats and key were available and had the car washed for us when we picked them up. You expect great service when buying a BMW. BMW of Sarasota understands this and takes it very seriously.

I went into BMW Sarasota to just look at a few cars. I was not planning on buying at least for another 6 months. Dan one of the newer Salesmen asked me a few questions and introduced me to Bruno. Good conversation and I told Bruno my plans. I also told him that ulimately it would come down to price since there are 4 BMW dealers in the Tampa area. He said he wouldn't be beat. He showed me a 2012 Demo 535i that was spectacular! I was interested but didn't think he could hit my trade in value for my 300 w/ 95K miles on it. Not only did the numbers work out to my favor, after calling all the other dealers in Tampa to compare they all told me the same thing BMW Sarasota is giving you a killer deal and it's a gift! So after a few days of sleeping on it... I now own a fantastic 2012 535i that is fantastic!!! Dan was exceptional threw the process showing me everything the car could do and letting me test drive it many times. Pretty good for a salesmen that was on the job foe 3 days when I walked it.

My wife has been wanting to buy a new BMW so when we received a flyer from BMW of Sarasota for a free $50 gift card to test drive a new car we were happy to go.Typical car dealership "we lost your paperwork" or "it was not entered in the computer" was what we received.On Sunday September 2nd we visited BMW of Sarasota and test drove new BMW with Ari Caster. We were receive a $50 gift card for our efforts per their offer. This process took well over an hour. After two weeks we ask, "Where is our gift card?"James Young says, "Ohhhhhhhh, Ari did not enter your name in the computer, come back and test drive again." After this kind of treatment why in the world would we ever even consider buying a car for a dealership so quick to cheat you out of $50?

All of the people I have dealt with at BMW have been exceptonal! Ed was very customer service oriented and detailed in talking me through all of the options of my new car, in addition to connecting my Satellite radio and the connection of the BMW Assist Program. Fabio, my sales rep, was and continues to be very customer service oriented. And, Tammy, the Finance Manager was also very friendly and great to work with. All in all - a great team!

I purchased a BMW 328i a couple weeks ago from Richard Liamman, and what a no-nonsense process it was. I'd been looking at VW CCs and decided to check out the 3 series. I'd done my homework with pricing and knew where I wanted to end up. Richard LISTENED and immediately pointed me to what he considered to be a great deal. The car's prior owner had purchased an extended warranty, & it was included in what I considered to be a very fair price. Within an hour it was all over and I had a new car and was satisfied. Richard is great, no nonsense, and I highly recommend you seek him out if you visit BMW.

We visited BMW of Sarasota and first met John Webb in March 2012 when we were replacing the older of our two Lexus cars with a newer used car. We have been very satisfied owners of Lexus cars since 1994. This year we decided to look at other brands, although we didn't expect to find any that could compete with Lexus high standards of customer service, comfortable ride and luxury amenities. We looked at and drove Buicks, Cadillacs, Audis, Mazdas, and Lincolns and did not find a car we liked. On the way to the Lexus dealership, we decided to have one last look at a different brand and stopped at BMW. John Webb warmly greeted us and when we told him we knew nothing about BMWs, he gave us a very clear and concise overview of BMW cars, kindly answered our many questions, honestly provided pros and cons of each car available, and allowed us to drive all of the cars we were interested in. John was honest and straight-forward and at no time did he disparage Lexus when we asked for comparisons. We did not feel pressured in any way to buy a BMW or to buy it immediately. But, with John's help on our first visit we found and bought an affordable 2009 328i that met all of our criteria for trying out a different brand than Lexus. John Webb efficiently handled the paperwork for the purchase at the dealership and provided excellent follow-up. We highly recommend visiting BMW of Sarasota and using John Webb as your sales representative. We enjoyed the comfortable environment and excellent service at the dealership and John Webb's professional and special handling for us. Our impression of the sales process and financial presentation of the lease details was poor. We mostly dealt with Mr. Bruno Demir, sales manager. Although the dealership set up two test drives for us, the less than clear playing with financial numbers drove us to leave the dealership. There was a significant conflict between this dealership and another to acquire the car with the colors and options we thought we wanted. BMW corporate in NJ did not care at all and told me that they don't get involved between dealer disputes. So much for the BMW experience. Not only did we leave this dealer, we left BMW forever. We are happy to have purchased the competing luxury brand Lexus over the BMW. JohnSarasota, FL

They charged for work not done, and wanted more money ( $250.00 ) to diagnose the problem that they said was corrected and paid for. My car had black grease on the hood, fender,door ,and roof,and a tool was left under the hood. Customer relations were non existant. Never again.

I am from Bethesda, MD and was looking for a nice sports car to purchase after some hard years of work here in the DC area. Because I cannot take cellular calls from the public due to my job, I requested a quote on a new Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4 through email from this dealer. I was shocked when they responded with this message: "Dear James, It's ok. We'll send James Bond along to help LOL." I am not sure where to start on this... This is absolutely unacceptable to me, and I feel I was treated unfairly in the process of trying to purchase a new vehicle from them. I was virtually attacked by a dealer! I was willing to pay a decent amount up front, and would even arrange to fly there myself and discuss buying possibilities had they taken me seriously. I had always wanted the Aventador when it first came out, and this was the closest one to Maryland that I could find in the desirable color combination. Those who serve their country should NEVER be treated in this manner. It feels incredibly disrespectful and ungrateful. CONCLUSION: I sincerely regret even considering doing business with this stuck-up dealer. I admit that my restriction of taking calls sounds like a scam, but for them to immediately assume the worst is intolerable and unprofessional. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a new car. -James A.

I usually don't take the time to post reviews, but in this case I really wanted to send kudos to BMW for the excellent service I received from Scott Foster in used car sales. His patience and kindness were outstanding. From the first moment I stepped foot on the property he assisted me and my numerous questions for hours on end. At no point during the time I was test driving vehicles did I feel rushed or pressured. For many of us buying a car can be a stressor with the thought of salesmen and financing, but I never felt any anxiety with Scott. I have told all my family and friends about his sincere and personable service. Congrats to BMW for having such a stellar and caring employee.

My relationship with BMW began in NY where I've owned two BMWs. As I'm a recent "transplant" soon to retire, I've relocated to Florida, traded in my used SUV and just purchased my THIRD BMW (2011) from this location. I LOVE my new car! Overall the new car sales from business entry to completion was good. The computer system overload at the end of the year sales push was unsettling at best. This had nothing to do with the sales team or people working toward finalization of the process. The delays from computer slowness effected timely completion of the training session.

I called and spoke to Ed Seymour and had a fantastic experience. Not only is he very knowledgable, he's extremely professional. Ed went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was what we were looking for - even going so far as to find an X3 at an unafilliated dealer nearby so that if I made the two hour drive and didn't like the vehicle I might not waste the trip. He made me feel like my wife and I getting the car we wanted was more important than him getting a sale. That's obviously not a typical experience at a car dealer. A it turned out, the vehicle was exactly as he described it. The monthly payment turned out to be a few dollars less than we had agreed on by phone - imagine that! I have been familiar with this dealer for about 6 years. Our most recent dealing was to start a new lease. The deal went well, many points were explained about the advantages and savings of leasing with the same dealer. The salesman was knowledgeable and presented the details well. I previously had a problem with the tires on a lease and a deal was worked out reducing the cost. The service dept. has always been above satisfactory.

This is a highly rated dealership because of the quality staff and hard work to satisfy the customer. Jack Hojnacki understands his buyers because he is an excellent listener to what buyers want and their concerns. They tell you what they can do for you and do not hold back in disclosing anything. When you leave the dealership after buying a car, you do not feel like you have been "beat up" and dragged over the coals.

I purchased an '09 M3 convertible from this dealership in the beginning of August and had it shipped to NY. The interior was filthy, I only received one key and as of today 8/28/11 I still don't have a title so I can't register the car. The dealership was very attentive and had no problem calling me multiple times a day to accomplish the financing but I've called to discuss my problems several times and don't receive return calls. Overall I'm very displeased with the experience and if you're considering buying out of state - don't!

My salesperson, Eddie Cintron, was courteous and had everything ready for my review, expedited my paperwork. I was given a carfax and my service man, Greg, had already reviewed the prior service of this vehicle. With this type of experience, I am a proud owner of a BMW 750IL.

Buying a car is not something I look forward to going out and doing but BMW of Sarasota makes the experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. These people are fantastic and I would never consider buying a car from anywhere else. There is never any pressure and never any hassle. I would recommend friends and have, but I would also recommend family to this dealership. If I had to describe in two words what I thought about them it would be "First Class".

Repairs are excellent, no need for return and redoing; time schedules are adhered to respecting the customer's time. And the organizing help and assitance we've received in the person of Doug Gibson has been invaluable. In fact he is the reason we decided recently to "go BMW". At age 90 it's invaluable.

I had a great experience purchasing a used BMW 3x from BMW of Sarasota. When I walked onto the lot, Greg walked right up with one or two minutes to assist me. I told him I had seen a car online that I was interested in. He walked me right over to it, I test drove it and bought it. Louis Small was standing on the sidewalk when I pulled in on the following workday with a small engine problem. He was very friendly and reassuring. He said he would take it right over to the service department within one minute of me explaining that something was wrong. The engine just needed a coil replaced. It was repaired by 4:00 that same day. They gave me a loaner car for that day. Now my BMW is running great and I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience at BMW of Sarasota.

Enrico Gutierrez was friendly and very eagered and stayed the same throughout the whole buying process. I truly enjoyed his up beat attitiude, he was honest and up front about the vehicle and its apprearance and condition. Lori Lowman was surely the best FNI person that I have ever met in the car business and was very courtous about the rate and advise us on which vehicle cover she thought was best for our vehicle.

John Tremblay was very informative, thorugh and professional. He provided excellent service and was curteous. Additionally, he apologized and tried to repair my feelings of displeasure when I was at this dealership 2 weeks ago. At that time I had an appointment to have my yearly maintenance (I do not put alot of mileage on the car each year). When I arrived for my appt. another service person said that I could not have service for another 2 weeks although I was given an appointment over the phone. Of course the other sales man explained to me why (I needed two more weeks before my year was up) but he did not make me feel that he cared about my inconvenience. John certainly did feel my frustration today.My question is, when I called to make the appt, why is the person on the phone not looking in the computor to see if my year is up. My paperwork stated that I way there in May of 2010. So I should have been alright with my appt. Aparently not. This is not good business.

Extremely satisfied w/the service department. John Tremblay was my contact from beginning to end. My baby was towed to the dealer (would not start) and John went the extra mile taking care of her - he ensured timely diagnostics and cost estimate. When I picked my vehicle up (after repairs), John made sure he spoke to me personally and ensured I was completely satisfied. I was also able to speak to one of the technicians that worked on my car, which was immaculate when I got it back! No doubt I will return to BMW of Sarasota for servicing of my vehicle and highly recommends them. Great job John, thanks - am giving your card to a friend who needs his BMW serviced!!!

I have 2 different extended warranty plans and explained to me what each one covers, but if something needed to be done and it isn't covered, he will call me and let me know the price BEFORE they do any work. I needed new front brakes - and it was all covered under my extended warranty.

Even though I was an existining returning customer looking to renew my vehicle the salesman was just lethargic - not interested - I might as well have just looked at a brouchure. etc etc. I walked away with no car. This was my first time initiating a sale via the internet. After several days of communicating with area BMW dealers I was down to 4 cars and three dealers. I chose BMW of Sarasota because they seemed most willing to work with me on my unusual trade in - a 15 year old BMW that was in exceptional condition. Over a few hours, we negotiated a reasonable price for a slightly used 2011 BMW, and after a lengthy appraisal process, they valued my trade at a price very close to what I would have expected from a private sale to a BMW enthusiast. The internet associates I worked with, Rico, Ed, and Susan, were true professionals who turned, what can often be an unpleasant stressful process, into a very comfortable buying experience.

I recently moved to Sarasota from Princeton with my 10 year old BMW 740 iL. It was due for brake service, so I took it to BMW of Sarasota. It is a new facility with an exceptional commitment to customer service and satisfaction -- almost over the top. I give them top marks across the board. My only average rating is on price, which not surprisingly was high. My point of comparison is the family-owned and operated Kingston Garage near Princeton where I had previosly been having my BMW serviced. The Kingston Garage offered excellent service at lower prices, I suspect because they didn't have the overhead of a BMW dealership. I am nonetheless happy so far.

Andrea was the epitome of friendliness, knowledge and efficiency. She wasn't pushy or boastful (the death of any car deal for me) but rather just showed us how wonderful the car performed and answered all our questions pertaining to operational details. I'm an engineer so technical details are my thing. Of the numerous questions I had I believe she had answers for all but perhaps one or two- and those were unable to be answered immediately by anybody on staff. They needed a bit of research. In summary, Andrea was a delight to deal with. She made us feel as though we were her only customers. And even after 7 months when we return for service or questions she always has time for a friendly and courteous chat.

I just want to say my service gentleman John who deal with me is a saint. I was in a foul mood the morning of my appointment and took it out on him. He kept his cool and treated me with the utmost respect. The next day I went to get my vehicle and he still was extremely nice to me. I can say without reservation that the professionalism shown by Ms. Simonelli from start to finish was indeed without any unpleasantness. Specifically, she did NOT try to "hard sell" me on anything that I didn't want or need as I tried to be specific as to exactly what I wanted in a new BMW. I had only one request of the Service Department thusfar and they had my problem solved, repaired, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! I had a problem with my 750 LI and they were insistent that they would find and resolvethe problem. They gave me a BMW to drive while my car was in service and they kept meupdated on what was happening with the car. They gave me an estimated time to resolve the problem and when it went over the time they explained why.The service Manager drove the car with me so that he could understand where the problem was with the car. They were in constant communication with BMW Corporate to solve the problem.

Salesman spent the time to identify the right automobile that meet our needs within our price perimeters. I had to trade in my 2003 Ford Explorer V8. In order to make the transaction work he went the extra mile to find a buyer in the Mideast where my V8 was still in demand. Love the car! We have purchased 3 BMWs, two of which were in California. BMW of Sarasota - best dealer of the three.

Mo and the sales Manager greeted us in a upbeat friendly manner and both were very professional. There facility was very clean, finance mgr. was also very upbeat and friendly. We traveled 70 miles and would do it again. My car is beautiful and they did everything and above we asked them to do. Great experience

The engine service light came on and Kyle knew we were scheduled to travel in the next several days. He asked me to bring the car in for service that morning 5/10. I am approximately 1 hour away. The dealer provided me with a loaner and completed the repairs by the next afternoon 5/11.

WE HAVE HAD OUR 2005 BMW CONVERTIBLE 325i IN TO THIS DEALER SIX TIMES FOR REPAIR AND IT IS A FIGHT EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO TAKE IT BACK. WE HAVE SPENT OVER $2000 TO GET THE CONVERTIBLE AUTOMATIC TOP REPAIRED AND EVERY TIME WE GET IT BACK, WE PUT THE TOP DOWN AND THEN IT WILL NOT GO BACK UP. THREE TIMES AGO, THEY HAD THE CAR FOR SIX WEEKS AND THE LAST TIME IT WAS FOR ONE WEEK. THEN, WE TOOK THE CAR HOME, PUT THE TOP DOWN AND IT WOULD NOT GO BACK UP AND WE HAD TO DRIVE HOME IN THE DOWNPOUR OF RAIN. THIS TIME WE FOUGHT WITH THEM AND THE WERE GOING TO CHARGE A $150 DIAGONISTIC FEE. THEN THEY CALLED AND SAID THE PART THEY PUT ON THE CAR IN sEPTEMBER HAD FAILED AND THEY WOULD REPLACE IT UNDER WARRANTY AND THEY WOULD CALL TO DAY AFTER THEY MADE SURE IT WAS REPAIRED. WE HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED AND I ASSUME, AGAIN, THE TOP WILL NOT GO UP. I HAVE CALLED THE FACTORY ON TWO OCCASSIONS AND THEY TOLD ME EACH DEALER WAS INDIVIDUAL AND THEY WOULD MAKE A COURTESY CALL AND SEE IF THEY COULD HELP. ON THE OTHER HAND, I WENT FROM THE BMW GARAGE WHERE I WAS TREATED BADLY AND WENT INTO THE JAGUAR DEALER AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PUT A NEW BATTERY IN THE KEY FOB AND SAID THERE WAS NO CHARGE IT WAS ON THE HOUSE AND THEY ONLY REQUIREMENT WAS THAT I HAVE A GOOD DAY. WHAT A CHANGE IN CUSTOMER RELATIONS. BMW SHOULD GO DOWN TO THE JAGUAR DEALER AND TAKE SOME LESSONS.

I just had to write to share with others how exceptional my experience has been with this service department. Aamir Khan is an outstanding, knowledegable gentleman that has gone above and beyond to help out with ANY questions or problems that I have had with my car. He is a constant source that I know that I can depend on. Aamir Khan definitely makes taking your car for service a pleasant experience. I compared purchasing my BMW to the similar experience of buying my last car from Wilde Lexus. The buying experience was fine but it was the associated detail where I fould the BMW dealership to be lacking. Nitrogen in tyres came standard at Lexus (including lifetime inflation)whereas BMW offered me nitrogen for $260, which I considered rediculous. I tried to order rubber floor mats over the phone from "Parts" and they wanted a form filled in and faxed back before any order would be placed. I expected "you just bought an expensive new car from us, no problem, I'll order the mats and call you when they're in". I subsequently bought the mats on the internet instead, and at a cheaper price. I'm pleased with the car but I worry about my future interestion with the BMW dealership having experienced real quality customer service at Lexus.

I consider BMW of Sarasota, Used vehicles division to be Excellent. There was one communication failure during their sale and my purchase agreement which when I brought it to the attention of the salesman the matter was satisfactorily rectified. Follow up communications and cooperation were quite good. I met with the parts and service manager who was friendly, helpful, and offered advice, an overall great experience.

Stop!! Step away from this dealership!! This is the most unethical and least customer-centered BMW dealership I have ever worked with. They manipulate trade-in values, they sell BMW Certified Pre-Owned vehicles without completing the necessary inspections, they use bait-and-switch techniques when quoting for service prices, and worse ... they are totally arrogant and insensitive to the concerns of their customers.I currently own four BMWs and have owned at least twenty in the past thirty years. I have never had problems with a BMW dealership, until now.When this dealership was named Southpointe BMW a few years ago, they weren't great but they weren't horrible. When the franchise was purchased and renamed BMW of Sarasota, the business began a downward slide that has taken it to depths of disorganization, arrogance toward customers, and deceptive business practices that I could not believe were possible with a BMW dealership. They tried to sell me a CPO car that had a cracked windshield and when I suggested that they replace it before selling it to me, they proposed that I buy it "as is" and then report the windshield to my insurance company two weeks hence ... no harm, no foul. What's up with that? A month ago, I brought one of my cars in because a brake-wear light was on. I was originally quoted $900+ for a complete front brake job (which included new rotors). It wasn't until the front was finished that it was discovered that it was the rear brakes that was causing the brake-wear light to illuminate. Then they quoted an additional $900+ to complete that work. And this was just the latest in a string service-related snafus that had been occurring at BMW of Sarasota. I stopped at the dealership three times to attempt to discuss my concerns with President Victor Young in person, and even though he was on the property, he did not have time to talk to me. His subordinates, at least six of them, sat in a closed office with their cups of coffee and never came out to see me either. Apparently they were having too good a time shooting the breeze. I also wrote three emails to Mr. Young and never received a response. I eventually registered complaints with BMWNA and the auto-group that owns BMW of Sarasota (Morgan Auto Group of Tampa). Mr. Morgan expressed concern but then delegated it back to Young, who by now had devolved into a passive-aggressive state. I knew there was no possibility for rational discussion at that point. What a mess!!Naples and Germain BMW ... here I come!!!

BMW of Sarasota is absouutely the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with. Be warned and DO NOT buy from them.I was disappointed in the Finance / Business Manager and his pushy manner. He rushed through the paperwork regarding financing through BMW of North America. I was never offered the three different options of low interest financing, two years of maintenance, or $500 a month credit for three months. It was never discussed and I was only given a contract to sign for 3.9% for 60 months. I understand that this dealership also sells high end Lamborghini sports cars and my BMW X5 is a much smaller sale; however I should not have left feeling demeaned, and substandard. Two days after my purchase of the Certified Pre Owned BMW X5, the check engine light came on. I took it for service at BMW of Ft. Myers. The staff advised me that the battery needed to be replaced - apparently the battery had a recall and should have been taken care of before this car was sold to me in Sarasota. The car also had a tank venting valve replaced. I also asked them to replace the rear climate digital display and front ashtray, both of which were not functioning properly on delivery of the car. Another concern with my X5 purchase is the fact that when I purchased this CPO vehicle, I was given only one working key. BMW stresses that their CPO program is so thorough: Not every BMW becomes a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. In fact, there's an entire certification process, including a rigorous inspection. They must pass an extensive examination - a thorough and rigorous inspection by BMW factory-trained technicians. If this is the case, then why is my car in service two days after delivery with these five problems? Also, the rigorous inspection completely overlooked routine maintenance which should have been taken care of several months ago. Oh did I also say that the owner of BMW of Sarasota will be doing NOTHING to rectify this...certified letters have been mailed to a variety of leaders at BMW of North America, and...NOTHING!!!!!!What a shame.

Recently purchased a 328i from BMW of Sarasota. The car was represented as being untitled. Became suspicious of the dealership due to the demeanor of the salesman and the sales manager and went to DMV and had them do a check. The vehicle had been titled. Went to the dealership and confronted the salesman and the sales manager and the sales manager presented me with a Car Facts document that he said I signed proving that I knew the car had been titled. I told him I have never seen this document and that is not my signature. I signed immediately in his presence and we verified that it was not my signature. I also told him to look at the date at the bottom of the internet printed document. The date was 10/12/10. I then told him to look at the date on all the contract documents. It was 10/9/10. I then said why would I go into your dealer ship 3 days after the original purchase and sign a Car Facts Document. I then contacted BMW North America and BMW Financial and they gave me the runaround for two weeks and then said I would have to go back to the dealer. Dealer did several things to try to further gain financially including not giving me the Holiday Rebate that I had coming. I am amazed that such a high profile company is willing to risk their reputation by using such shady tactics!!! I will never buy another BMW again!!! Buyer Beware!!!

Caution: If you are thinking of buying a certified BMW better have the wheels and tires checked before you purchase. Better yet go buy a Lexus or any other luxury vehicle. Otherwise you may end up as I did. Paid almost 60K for a 328i with 13.1K miles. At 17.9K (4K miles later) I am told I need 2 new front tires at a cost of over $1200. Mgr says no tires are fine just get an alignment and bring back in 6 month to have alignment checked; you will be fine. Yeah!(was really a kiss off). So I bring it back in 3 months (because I had taken a +2K mile trip). So now the odometer is reads approx 19K miles and I am told that I need not two tires but all 4 tires. Mgrs, Asst Mgrs, Used Car Salesmen were all going to get involved nada, nothing. Service rep called and said what do you want to do about the tires DUH was no one listening! When I told him my speel I was told me BMW does not certify the tires, so buyer BEWARE. I would have been glad to pay my prorated share of the wear and the alignment wasn't looking for something for nothing. Also the computer system went down. Brought it in rep says we can tell there was a failure but don't know what module, said just bring it in when it happens again. Told him I don't live around the corner. Well for he next week or two it was out 99% of the time. This time it was off but all it needed was software updates. WHY PRAY WASN'T THAT CHECKED THE FIRST TIME! To top it off the rental is a little Mazda 3 with no automatic "safety locks" and when you step on the gas the a/c blows hot air!
