First time client. Excellent service. Friendly, professional and courteous. I called to schedule an appointment to have a headlight bulb replaced. They assigned a service rep (Brian) and he was terrific. They topped off my oil, reminded me about my next scheduled service, washed her up and had me back on the road in an hour. Excellent. I'll be getting all my service here.

Moving to a new neighborhood I needed to find a new service center for my x6. I was assigned to Dennis, he welcomed me with a big smile and pointed out which services my car needed. He was very helpful, quick and kind. I would recommend Dennis and BMW of Sherman Oaks! Thank you, Dennis! :)

By far the best experience I've had at a BMW dealership in Los Angeles. John in the service department was honest, fair, and focused on our needs. I can't emphasize enough what a positive experience we had here. I wish we had been coming to this dealership all along.

My family (wife, 2 small kids, and a dog) were traveling in our 2017 X5 from San Francisco to Los Angeles on Friday evening. As we neared LA we were very tired, suddenly the engine light went on. We quickly called BMW of Sherman Oaks and from the moment the specialist answered our call, we were treated with white glove treatment. The BMW immediately commenced diagnostic test at 5:30pm on a Friday night while quickly securing us a large car rental from Enterprise. Enterprise only had small cars which would not have fit our family and luggage but the BMW team convinced Enterprise to give us a larger car without an additional charge. We had to head back to San Francisco early on Monday morning and were very anxious about the vehicle status. The team notified us the next afternoon (Saturday) that the diagnostic tests indicated no issues with the car and that we could pick up the car at anytime. We were tight on time in order to pick up the car before close and BMW team continuously communicated with my wife as we hustled to pick up the car. They even offered to happily drop off our rental car (Enterprise was already closed on Saturday). Once we arrived at BMW Sherman Oaks, the white glove treatment continued as the team quickly retrieved our car and begged us to wash our car (three times) but unfortunately we didn't have time for the wash. We are a BMW family and have worked closely with BMW of San Francisco and Berkley. The treatment, care, and consideration we received from the BMW of Sherman Oaks was the best experience we have had from any vehicle dealership and/or service center. It's obvious the team works well together to deliver a first class experience. Thank You, Mani Aliabadi
