This is not your average Dealership! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Not too pushy but still able to answer my questions. Just the right balance of sharing their knowledge and allowing me to browse independently. Peter was incredibly helpful and answered all the questions I had. I would absolutely recommend BMW of South Austin to all my friends as my experience there was superb!

Victor was an absolute pleasure to work with! Went on an extremely adequate test drive that really allowed me some good driving time in the vehicle I was interested in. No gimmicks or sleazy sales tactics. Victor was able to accommodate a very reasonable deal on my purchase. Dealership was very nice and all staff members were friendly. Had a great room for my daughter to play in during our time there. Thank you again Victor for the best car buying experience Ive ever had!

I have to say My sales person Christophe (just ask for the French guy) was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions (and we had a LOT). When it was time to talk to the finance manager, Britton was the best! He made us feel comfortable about our purchase. The purchase process was relatively painless and didn’t take long at all. Thank you for my beautiful new SUV!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Great experience! I highly recommend BMW of South Austin. Every employee encountered was super friendly. The facility is state of the art. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by a BMW representative before you can even open your car door. Then you’re checked in immediately by a service advisor and put into a loaner car right away — great!!! Garrett Middleton (service advisor) kept me apprised of the issue and progress along the way; while Roger Reamer (the expert technician) was able to resolve a hard to find problem. Definitely ask for these two gentlemen when servicing your vehicle.
