Great service, regular communication through text, email, or call...whichever you prefer. Easy to understand instructions and questions about service. Approval process for work that needs to be done is seamless and allows them to get approval for anything that will cost more before doing it, almost in real time.

I had a great experience here at BMW of Towson! I was a first time car buyer, and let me tell you JESSE was phenomenal!!! He answered all my questions, and answered all my calls. He was on top of everything. I’m from Atlanta, and he made sure the car didn’t sell to anyone else. He suggested some great places to eat when I arrived. He also suggested a great place to go to when I arrived before the dealership opened. If you want a great experience I definitely suggest asking for Jesse!! Tanya was the finance manager, and she was super educated! Even though it was a cash deal she did what she was supposed to without being mad that she was doing work, and not getting paid! She was super nice. Terry the sales manager was pretty strict, but I don’t blame him he was just doing his job; funny guy though we got along towards the end. If you are looking for a great experience take my word for it ask for JESSE! He was super professional, and gained a friend in a different state. He is super easy to talk to! Trust me, and do yourself a favor and ask for Jesse!
